Flora by Gucci Gracious Tuberose

I really like this a lot! Very different than I expected it to be. When I think Tuberose, I think of a heavy, white floral....much like Bath and Body Works old Velvet Tuberose lotion. This is NOTHING like that. It's very fresh. My first initial impression as I was spritzing this on was very green...I'm guessing that's the ozonic smell. It's a light floral scent as I'm wearing it now. I detect rose (and I'm not usually a fan of rose), but it's not overpowering....just a hint. Other than that, I know that there is something else to this perfume, but all the other notes blend so beautifully that I can't pick them out individually. Very very pretty smelling. Pretty and elegant. Sweet, shy, and playful, while being elegantly graceful...that's what this perfume is. I would wear this almost anywhere. It's nice enough for a night out, while still being low key enough to wear running errands during the day or hanging out on the sofa watching tv. I think that I may need to add this one to my collection as well! (I have the Gorgeous Gardenia also!)

All my favourite perfumes are white florals, I love the powerful, narcotic, almost rotten element to them, but most are very carnal and NSFW! Enter Gracious Tuberose. A lot of people have said it's girly and peachy. I don't really find that - for me the top notes are fresh and greenish rather than fruity and they're quickly gone, leaving behind strong florals. It's a very fresh and elegant perfume upfront but the labdanum dry down is musky and it ends on an animalic note, giving a suggestive glimpse of the sexy tuberose I know and love. Some people have already mentioned that Gracious Tuberose has better sillage on clothes than it does on skin - this is definitely true, the base notes cling to my collars and scarves for days! - but it's decent on skin and will last the day. All in all, a sophisticated work-appropriate white floral that hints at something a little naughtier. This is one of my staple day perfumes.

Well, this is by far the best one out of the three new garden collection scents. It is light and lovely, very springlike, beautiful white flowers with a sweet fruity drop of nectar in them. Just as a spring breeze, it is there one instant and gone the next. I get the white flowers at the opening, and then very soon the sweetness settles in. The top notes remind me of Marc Jacobs by Marc Jacobs, the base reminds me of Eau Mega by Viktor & Rolf (especially because I smell pear, even though it is not listed). Personally, I prefer Marc Jacobs by a long shot - it is less sweet and more distinctive. Between this one and Eau Mega, I would go for the Gracious Tuberose though. It is a nice and lovely spring frag, but also kind of indistinguishable. Not bad for one season, but no wow effect. Doesn't last very long on my skin.

I'm a bit disappointed. I bought my second bottle of this (my first was a delight to me and matched up with a lot of the comments here.) My second bottle smells like a cross between my tuberose and their Gardenia, I enjoyed the watery tuberose and the light white flowers woven though. The bottle I have now isn't the same Gracious Tuberose I could wear to work, church, and any event you don't want to offend others noses. Did they redo this? My bottle is even shaped differently. Same everything but instead of being tall it's short and full. This new stuff isn't what I wanted, but it's pretty so I'll keep it, I want to find the right stuff too. Anybody have some knowleedge?

This is my second review on my second bottle of G. Tuberose. I do believe they changed the formula just a bit from my first bottle and it has grown on me. The tuberose is a bit stronger and the sillage and longevity a bit better. Unlike some of the reviewers, I have enjoyed Gradenia, Mandarin, and Magnolia as well; Mandarin being my favorite. That being said, Tuberose is very pretty. Understated. Charming. Classy. Fresh. Not all the time do I want an "in your face" scent and this is perfect still for the office, church, any place that's a tight fit. 8/10.

honestly I decided to get it because of the bottle. but when I tested it out in the store I just fell in love with it. I sprayed Tuberose along with Gardenia and Magnolia in the Garden collection. Didn't care much about the other two, but boy this one was just gorgeous right from the beginning. Very subtle and clear like its color, smells like fresh flower. I can definitely smell the tuberose in there. It's just a very pleasant and feminine white floral perfume. Looking forward to making it my signature scent.

Gorgeous!! I was reluctant to purchase this one! I don’t jive with purple florals and violet was the first note listed, however, I love tuberose, so I took a chance! So glad I did! It’s beautiful! I love this fragrance and all it has to offer! It lasts forever on me and projects well without being overpowering ! It smells natural and beautiful, like you will blend right in with the beauty of the foliage! The laudanum settles into my chemistry like a soft earthy woody note! This is great!

I do love a good white floral frag, especially tuberose laden scents so I had to give this one a go. Spritzed the tester and was pleasantly surprised. It's not a heavy tuberose to be sure, in fact I could hardly smell it but the overall bouquet is really soft and pretty. I actually thought I smelled jasmine in this and, especially during the drydown, it smelled a lot like badgley mischka's fleurs de nuit... just with more warmth. I suppose I would call this fleurs de jour.

Light, green, floral that subtly suggests tuberose and springtime. A smidge resembling an aromatherapy bar soap but so soft and slightly sweet. Again, Gucci does not fall short of pleasing. There is distinction in the fragrance and an overall feminine quality that makes one feel like the young days of yesteryear are still right around the corner. A young dimple in the cheek or freckles on the nose of a young woman in love..... Just oozes romance....

This is the first perfume I ever bought myself and it still is my favourite perfume of all time. I finished my second (and last) bottle and found out it got discontinued; this was a decade ago and I still miss it. I always got compliments when I wore it. It was so fresh, so simple yet classy, truly a beautiful scent. I have been searching high and low for a replacement hg scent but nothing ever touches this. I miss you :(

when I chance upon this range from Gucci, I was in love! this was my #1 pick among the others from Flora by Gucci Garden Collection. the smell is not cloying or overpowering and it resembles a walk in the garden - smell of greens and fresh flowers! safe for a dinner date or to the office. however, I did notice that it would require double the amount of sprays compared to my other perfumes.

this one was my second perfume i had when i was a teenager and this is so beautiful, i dont remembger each note but i really loved this one, it was green and floral and fruity, spring in a bottle, i dotn get the celery at all yall are mad, perfect for spring and summer days. I rembember this smelled expensive and gorgeous, i wish i could find this baby again

Floral, but certainly different than current florals. You can smell the green in this one without being herbal. I think it is beautiful and original. It got into the group of fragrances that I always want to have no matter the number of my Collection among Parfum d'ete by kenzo, ange ou demon le secret by Givenvhy or Amour florale by Kenzo.

I wanted to thank everyone for sharing their thoughts their experience they've had with fragrances. This had helped me to make an informed decision to purchase or not. This is by far my best purchase. It's great when you put it on & it stays consistent. I can't wait to try Gucci's other fragrances.

fresh and flowery from top to bottom. dominant notes are orange flower, tuberose and rose. the sweetness is coming from peach but not over sweet. tuberose is all around the scent. it's easy to put on. suitable for daily perfume.it last 7-8 hours even it was an EDT concentration

I adore this perfume. Any time I need something light that won't be offensive to others that I still love and feel is beautiful and unique this is my go-to. It's fresh and airy, lightly sweet and a touch sharp green. I have to stop myself from spraying too much. Just love it!!!

Being a fan of white florals, it was love at first sniff! This could have easily been my signature scent, but it lasts all of 20 minutes. Come on Gucci, you can do better than this!

Im in love with this! It's really green and fresh, it's not cloying at all. It last really long on my skin. My favourite out of the flora collection

its quite pleasant, but seems overpriced. It wears much longer on clothes but longevity is poor on skin.

green juice, winter test, mini bottle, good amount to elbow i liked this better in the slightly warmer weather. the cool weather seems to quieten it down, not that it needed. I must confess i have been ruined by testing estee lauder private collection which is very expensive but muuuuch stronger, im not sure in summer if thats a plus or a minus. impressions: fresh rounded green dewey and has an airy quality to it last test a few weeks ago i was thinking its a nice room fragrance sure... before that i really loved it, but trying the Private Collection made me think twice about buying this. these (this line) last OK for me, they arent 'thick' powerhouses, they are light and lovely EDIT after several hours this has faded alot,i can juuuust get it if i shove my nose into my elbow. it performs better in warmer weather. i dont get the lovely wafts of niceness that i get if i test the Violet version or the Tuberose version in the same weather

I tried it today on my wrist, few hours ago, and I can say that I am impressed... When I smell it, I feel like I am on a field full with flowers in bloom, the sun is shining, the bees and butterflies are all over the field... And I do love nature and all about nature!!! And I didn't expect this from a brand like Gucci... All known brands like D&G, Armani, Channel and Gucci, all their fragrancies smell sweet or heavy on my skin and I don't like that, but this one is fresh, light, not too sweet, it's amazing... I can't say it is my number one perfume, but I can say that I want to have it. It is a bit pricey, 49£ (british pounds) for 30 ml... The thing that doesn't make this my number 1 perfume is, I guess, the fact that it is a day perfume, not a all day-all night/all seasons one, because I will like to wear it everytime... But when I will have it, I will give it a try also during a night out, just to see how it feels...

Gracious Tuberose is very pleasant and elegant, I didn't expect. It's a very tamed tuberose, so that it doesn't smell like tuberose anymore. It's an all floral with a good hint of Citrus, very light and suitable for summer, but also longlasting on skin. This is a scent that I would be happy to smell like in summer. It's like a long-long cousin of La Chasse aux Papillons. It suits all ages and it's generally pleasant to Others, not offensive. In the first hour it smells much more fragrant and aromatic than it quickly fades to flatter generic smell, but nice. It is perfume-y, indeed, in a chemical way, but not at all disturbing. It makes a good gift when you don't know a person very well, still you want to give a perfume (I don't do that) and it's Gucci anyway, so many people will be pleased with it by the name. The problem is with pricetag, too high for the scent it is

I have to agree with those who say that the tuberose is hidden here. This is no Michael Kors or Kim Kardashian tuberose. As a matter of fact, on me it's non-descript floral & green most of the way through. On complete dry-down, there's some tuberose there, but it doesn't star in this show. On my skin, this opened with orange flower. A bit bitter, but still pretty nice. As it dries down, other flowers join in, and there's a big presence of green. Good for just about any age, this frag is pleasant, floral, aquatic. If you like light florals, here's a good (but SO pricey!) one. It's a bit like a much softer & lighter J'adore. So far, it's lasting on my skin. I'm not sure that I would buy a whole bottle if it was affordable; certainly won't invest $100 in it. I'll be contented to visit my samples of this every so often.

It's a refreshing, calm, clean, "windy" scent without being too green and herbal or flowery sweet. I smell the orange flower more than the tuberose, but it's even better. I imagined a walk under blooming orange trees, flower petals slowly flying down in my hair. Tuberose is the link between other notes, it hides, it shows, it changes. It may "close" its eyes, but it's still there. Staying power is very good- this scent has survived even the shower with my scented shower gel. Perfect for summer ( and I suppose it could do some magic in the winter too) , for women who don't like sweet scents but still want to smell feminine and elegant. I put it in my wishlist.

This is nice, nothing exceptional or memorable but completely pleasant and wearable. A green aquatic tuberose not a cloying tuberose, sweet notes from the peach in the dry down. I feel it's like a watered down J'adore that's a little greener, not a sickly sweet a clean sweet, young girlies could wear this for sure, doesn't last well though 2 hours tops on me. Just nothing 'wow what is that' for me, I feel there are more original spring summer scents out there but if you wanted to fly under the radar at work or somewhere similar it would be a good choice.

very gentle and light,soft green floral. Fresh but not zesty, the smell is nice, unoffensive so i think allmost everyone could wear it, it's kind a smell of something clean. But on the other hand it has no charachter, has nothing that would make it interesting, remarkable, it's kinda perfume that is not a perfume the same time. As for gucci and the price range the staying power is tragicat first seemed very bad to me but i have to addmit that the next day i put on my sweater that i sprayed with it, i could still feel the fragance

Wearing on a hot summer's day in England. Yes there is such a thing! I see the similarity with Florabotanica, which I also own. I've worn it on colder days and it has better staying power. Today I've used it all over, but it's just leaving a hint of green and light tuberose. After a shower, so maybe my skin has drunk it. It's a polite tuberose. Not the creamy, sexy and passionate tuberose I adore in some other perfumes. I'd call this office friendly and not one to pull attention with. It's nice. Not naughty.

I got this as a gift, and I totally love it. It is simply beautiful and elegant. A refreshing bouquet of white flowers is passing by. I like it the most among the flora collection. Unfortunately, the staying power is kind of poor and it is too soft. I would love if it was stronger and people can catch that pleasant smell over distance, but this is not the case here :(((( I am looking for another perfume with similar notes but stronger sillage, but so far, I haven't found any. Any ideas please??

this is a very light fresh scent. it gives the same that any perfume would give, i dont know how to describe it but when i think of a perfume store, this is the scent that i think off. its one of those safe buys where its not offensive and hateable, its just nice. spring and nothing special. the more it dries down the thicker it becomes and its growing on me. just a shame it has that "dust scent" from beeing in my mothers closet for a couple. My edition is from 2012

Not the full on tuberose of Estée Lauder PC, nor Fracas, instead this is a very polite and subdued fresh tuberose fragrance, there's a lot of green here and no sugar or fruit salad. Although not my favourite, amazingly I get a lot of compliments when I wear this one, women in particular comment on how lovely it is. I think this is a lovely fragrance to wear day or night, especially suitable for warm weather wear. It will make you feel fresh and alive.

Fresh and floral .... Yes. And yet they can be perfume. Green tuberose color, are floral rose tuberose, vial leaf and peach give freshness. There are even needles of cedar wood such a mix creates an amazing scent, the summer season. Interesting experience, decent durability up to 6 hours. The longer its on my skin the smaller flowery note i detect. While it is a fact fragrance is designed beyond schemes and combined theoretically not to combine notes.

This is my all time favorite. I've tried perfumes for years, but none was ever perfect for me like this is. It is just wonderful. The green color to the juice is just what you'd expect when you smell it. Tuberose and the apricot are mostly what I sense, but my nose is not that refined. There's nothing sharp or biting, just lovely, sniff-your-wrist all day fragrance. It will definitely stay on my shelf for years to come. And what a beautiful bottle!

I think Claude Monet's gardens at Giverny smell like that- blooming trees and a clean, fresh, aquatic wind whispering the memories about The Painter. On that famous bridge there's a young girl in white linen and handmade lace dress with a straw hat decorated with white tuberoses, she's listening the stories of the wind and breathing this scent. Subtle,lovely,freshly green, non offensive and just a bit sweet and very elegant scent.

This was a gift from one of my vendors last Christmas, but I didn't wear it back then because this perfume is too light to wear during the winter. I don't smell tuberose but I do smell indistinguishable white flowers. It sort of reminds me of La Chasse aux Papillons if it was doused in incense and musk and laying on a bed of cedar. It's non-offensive, easy to wear and has a pleasant smell. A nice hot weather scent.

I really like this one! So far I've only smelled the Gardenia and Magnolia from the new series, and I have to say I definitely like this one the most! It's very elegant and sophisticated, a great floral for spring and summer, also for the more mature ladies. Don't know about the staying power yet, but if it will be as good as Gucci Flora eau de parfum's, I will be very enthusiastic about this Gracious Tuberose!

I don't normally like tuberose fragrance but I must say that I am quite impressed with this fragrance. I could still notice the tuberose note but it's not too heavy or overpowering, just the right amount to convey the feminine white floral character. I also like the green violet leaf accord which gives the fragrance its spring freshness. Would wear it as a day time spring/summer fragrance

I kept thinking about amaranthine, pale shell-pink, and black - sort of a feminized version of "le smoking" worn by a post-war chanteuse. Gucci's Tuberose is about as close as I owned to the fragrance that would pair perfectly, but there needs to be a bit more leather or musk to make it right. The elegant rose softens the green edges, which in turn maintain structure.

Considering I don't like to wear tuberose on my skin, I'd actually consider buying this. That's got to be a good sign, right? It's a clean and gentle tuberose; like a mix between jasmine and baby pink roses. I think it's really beautiful, very feminine, and casually sophisticated. I could see this as some lovely, sweet lady's signature scent.

I picked this as my March ScentBird sample. I decided I needed a change from my green aromatics and citruses, and the reviews for this were good on the whole. It's a very pretty scent, fresh and certainly not overpowering but I don't find anything memorable about it. I'll use my sample, but doubt I'll ever purchase a fb.

I have to agree with everyone here who says this is the best of the Flora Garden collection. I found the others more fruity and sweet than floral, but not this one. Tuberose can be very overpowering but not in this one. I quite like it..I think this would be a perfect scent for hot summer nights.

I honestly thought I wasn't going to like this, but surprisingly I did. It's different to what I'd normally go for, being a fresh/green scent and I usually go for floral/fruity smells. I do really like this and would buy it. The only problem is it does not last long at all on me :(

Smells like a luxurious body lotion, a bit floral and creamy... Very suitable for casual or office use... But was wondering why the name "Gracious Tuberose"? It implies that it's composed around this glorious flower, while, in fact, it has nothing to do with it!!!

Gracious tuberose is a crisp fresh floral fragrance to me!!!! Perfect for summer!!! Non offending!!! The dry down is jus amazing!!!! It's very feminine, elegant and green!!!! Great perfume for a casual day!!! And the lasting power is also very decent!!!!

This is a very fresh floral perfume which has a lot of greenness,rose and white flowers in it. It think it's quite elegant compared to Gorgeous Gardenia and Glamorous Magnolia. The drydown of this perfume is just amazing. I am surprised how good it is.

Light floral, not sweet and easy on a nose. Ozonic aquatic floral. Great for summer too, longevity is minimal, may be couple of hours, but can reapply of you carry a bottle with you. I got a perfume set, and can spray this EDT very generously.
