Where My Heart Beats

A fleeting slap of cold wet flowers across the face. Obscenely short-lived. L’erbolario’s Danza di Fiori has the same chilly green violet leaves, peony/rose, and subtle white musk but lasts way longer (and probably costs the same as the sales tax for this). I love and wear both but am always sad to see this one go so quickly... Edit: She can admit when she’s wrong. This lovely performs way better on cooler days. Not for summer!

3 simple notes make a beautiful floral work of art. Nothing original and unique by any means, but nice. I am a fan of peony, and that is the first thing I smelled.

This scent is soooo beautiful and dreamy. It’s the smell after rain. The hazy dreamlike quality is what sets it apart, its smells CLEAN yet natural. A dew covered field in the countryside. Upon initial spray its more ozonic & watery, warms up as u wear, the musk & sweetness comes out. Such a pretty comforting scent 9/10

Sexy, fresh and almost pungent; a feminine blend of roses and violet leaves, accented by peony musk. Easy on the trigger. Reminscent of LDBS 2013.

Fresh and floral. Pretty. I'll use up the free sample I got at Nordstrom's but there's no way I'm buying this at that price.

Fresh Taif rose boring to me maybe angelic for some idk very basic don’t expect a soft powdery peony similar to miss dior BB no way at first i thought it was rose and geranium or taif rose I didn’t expect that it will be peony not my thing doesn’t deserve the price tag

This one is a nice pleasant floral, and I don’t usually like florals. However, my girlfriend (who smelled it from a different room) said it smelled like an old lady. I’m surprised that I’m the only review so far to experience this as a nuclear perfume!

Alberto Morillas is my favorite perfumier, and the Gucci Alchemist Garden collection of perfumes are my favorite perfumes in my collection. I recently acquired Gucci Where My Heart Beats. At first, I wasn't sure that I loved it, because it was a little strong on its own. Then I combined one spritz of Where My Heart Beats with two spritzes of A Song For the Rose by Gucci, and it felt like a perfect harmony of fragrances, a more rich, complex, intricate melody of roses, violets, white musk, peonies, Bulgarian rose, and woody notes, all intertwining to create something that is much more complex and captivating than either one on their own. A complex, rich melody, that smells like one is walking through a hidden garden of overgrown, warm, wet roses, that are sprawling outward to grace the wanderer with their long limbs of green, fragrant and sumptious, basking in the sun's warmth.

I truly enjoy the natural floral sent this has to offer, but I can’t get it to stay on longer than an hour it’s heartbreaking. I’ve over sprayed and asked other people if they can smell me just in case it was me, yet still nothing they couldn’t smell anything. Outside of that issue it’s a beautiful scent it really stood out. It’s very feminine and a nice day to day scent thats not offensive and good for an office environment. The price point is very high considering the longevity.
