Habit Rouge Dress Code 2018

Why was this ever officially discontinued (received an official email from Guerlain on this, no new yearly edition coming, and previous years' all gone) is beyond me. Such a perfect flanker. The praline note is outstanding in this. I like the EdP but this was special... Sad. I'll cherish my 2018 bottle until it's gone for good (couldn't find any bottle online anywhere...) oh well. Thank you for your service, Dress Code.

holy shit, this is one of the best niche fragrances i have ever smelt. Sometimes with niche you get pretentious or too hard to grasp ideas buit not with HR dress code and my girlfriend loves it so that helps. I feel it is superior to the original. Thierry really outdid himself in this one

this is a leather-note perfume, so if you don't like such a pungent, tricky theme, you need to keep distance. leather is dolled up with rosewater (that smells typically vintage here), woods, praline, some spices (probably pepper and cinnamon), and a very elegant type of powder. Citrus and orange blossom whiffs faintly from time to time providing a very nice but weak cologne vibe that i hoped it was made more pronounced after the opening. it's not that sweet, and it's manly all the way even if the notes would indicate a unisex blend. nice and somehow unique but still not ground shaking. the performance is average (not impressive), and unexpectedly the bottle is ugly and feels cheap. The (L’Homme Ideal) line is more interesting than this special edition, especially the EDT, EDP, and the Cool version.

This fragrance is divine,a master piece ,i haven't smell the previous ones but this one is magical, to bad is a mens frangrance and i bought it for a gift ,on my skin it lasted 10 hours , beautiful perfume.

Is this HRDC any different from the previous releases?
