Muguet Millésime 2022

So I finally see this new 2022 Guerlain Muguet being listed here in Fragrantica so I have now moved my review from the old Muguet page to here. I was so fortunate to be able to purchase a bottle of Guerlain Muguet Millesime 2022. It is such a treasure to hold the real thing in hand. When I look at the sparkling jewel decorations on the neck of the bottle I am so impressed by the fine details and beauty of the bottle design. The green jewel ribbon is so eye catching and touching it make me feel calm. This smell is simple, airy, pure and welcoming, though not too complex. Performance is slightly below my expectation, especially in terms of longevity. The good news is the package comes with a refillable 20ml purse spray in creamy white leather case so I can carry it with me wherever I go. It gives me a true sense of spring with crisp freshness. It is a mood booster. The notes of lily of the valley and jasmine are so peaceful and clean. Lovely. Absolutely lovely.

I may never be able to own this, but I am keeping my eye out for one I may be able to get with a little financial discipline... This bottle is absolutely breathtaking. This one and the 2016 are my favorite, and I’d be happy to find either... This one is at the top of my list though.
