Nerolia Vetiver Harvest

Nerolia Vetiver Harvest is my kind of neroli! Bright, crisp, delicate, sweetened by the most delicious, gooey, syrupy sweet, natural smelling honey! I almost feel like it should be called differently, to put more emphasis on the note of honey, because honey is the star note in Nerolia Vetiver Harvest edition! Neroli is more in the background. The opening is straight up sweet, decadent, floral honey. The delicious honey melts into the bitter neroli flower and the combination of these two notes creates an intoxicating bittersweet juice. Almost smelling like mimosa... Don’t get much of the vetiver mentioned and I am not bothered in the slightest, vetiver is not really my favourite note. I know that this is might sound silly to some, but this is what I was expecting an older release of Guerlain’s, Nettare di Sole to smell like: deep, rich, warm, sweet honey with some floral notes and solar brightness! I am so happy to own a 125 ml bottle of Nerolia Vetiver Harvest since I have recently found out that it was limited edition for 2023! My new favourite honey+neroli scent in my collection! And possibly, my all time favourite Aqua Allegoria...sorry Mandarin Basilic for betraying you, but this is a fantastic gourmand floral, right up my alley!! For an Aqua Allegoria scent, Nerolia Vetiver has a nice projection and very good longevity, for about 10 hours on clothing! Performs like an EDP on me! So impressed and so in love with this! So underrated! Edit: 20.05.2024 I decided to get a back up bottle of Nerolia Vetiver Harvest until it disappears entirely from all the retailers. Hands down is my all time favourite from all the Allegorias ever created.

As expected this is very sweet when first sprayed, but immediately after the floral neroli takes over. As a huge fan of neroli I was pretty sure I was going to like this one. However, but didn't expect to like it quite this much. The juxtaposition between the sweet honey and woody/citrusy vetiver is intoxicating. This is a solid love for me, and I'm so, so glad that I got the bottle. It's fascinating to me that a neroli perfume could actually achieve beast mode but, for me, this provides just that. 12-14 hours later I am still very much getting the three primary notes, and the complexity hasn't diminished all that much. I can count the number of fragrances I own that maintain that level of complexity over that period of time on one hand, out of dozens of bottles. This is an unapologetically floral fragrance. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody who doesn't love neroli. But, if you also like a honey note, this is definitely worth a try. I have many times toyed with buying fragrances dominated by honey, sweet hay, and similar notes, but I always shied away because it was never balanced in the way that I wanted. And while sweet florals are not always my thing, this has just the right combo. For me, this is the perfect spring evening event fragrance, though it could definitely be worn lately during the day and be absolutely fine. As someone who enjoys very few gourmand fragrances and is hugely picky about florals, I suggest people who are looking for something complex try this out. You might just find a surprise love, as I did.

This so good! This warm gooey. Candy smell done right. Warm dry dust pollen effect toward dry down. The vetiver lil earthy powdery green when mixed with honey; slight distilled vetiver; tiny moments when i smell honey make vetiver moist and wet fresh soil. This perfume at times is very sweet. Eventually the strong musc tame honey. Musc is fresh clean. Nerolia balance the honey. Nerolia Is bright and has faint citric effect. Dry down seem virile from vetiver woodines. Vetiver start green then dry down to wood. High quality vetiver, it develop thru wear. Wow! Dry down honey tone down into wood, sweet wood. Honey cook away. High quality honey, it develop like a rollercoaster ride then crash away dry down. At dry down this perfume smell fresh clean, fresh linen or fresh garment, super clean smell. This work well in muggy, humid, rainy weather, maybe hot days. Day two: Fresh soap clean white towels with buttery effect. In background deep rich amber; slight gourmand amber. Slight animalic. The musc and honey make it animalic.I smell the pollen on the nerolia, the greeness. Very floral at beginning.

I LOVE THIS!! This scent simply makes me so happy and reminds me of a nice, light, sunny day. No, actually, when I smell this, I feel like a starving, lost hummingbird that somehow found its way to a untouched field of blooming, ripe honeysuckles. DO YOU GET THE VISION?? I don't usually like sweet scents, but for me, this perfume isn't sweet in a nauseating way. Rather, the sweetness feels very fitting and natural. Well, it makes sense. This is honey after all! I want to smell like this forever!!

Found a bottle at the Honolulu airport duty free and finally had the chance to try this on my skin for the first time since smelling it just once over a year ago—so golden, light, fresh, nostalgic, comforting, I can’t even put words to how much I love this, like the honey sticks at the dusty apple orchard we went to in every early fall of my childhood, like crisp, hazy august and september morning sunshine—top of the wish list for sure (maybe I should've just bought it right there!)

I bought this immediately after testing this in store! On skin its super neroli-honey-fruity scents while testing it on paper it doesn't smell like honey. must test this on your skin it smells warm,sweet,musky and a bit sweet powdery like at the end! bought two bottle of this since it is a limited edition hahaa Comparing with edt, this version smells less neroli and vetiver to me, while edt and edp smells cold and woody, this is more a spring like sunshiny joyful perfume IMO

Heavenly Honey with powdery hint of yellow flower On Smelling strip it's open with green floral and hint of nutty vetiver. After a minutes really really sweet honey with hint of Yellow flower like Ylang ylang or Mimosa will come. Very sweet and Feminine but really interesting scent too. on my skin it's last more than 8-9 hours. very good performance for EDT Didn't have any part of this scent that remind me to original Nerolia Vetiver or forte.

I’m surprised there isn’t more excitement about Nerolia Vetiver Harvest. It reminds me of the smell of the beach or maybe a meadow but a bit sweeter. The honey isn’t overwhelming at all on my skin. It smells clean and wouldn’t be offensive to anyone in my opinion. I love it so I ended up buying 2 full bottles. I wish it was a permanent part of the Guerlain line of fragrances and not a limited edition.

I’m SO glad i got this. Nerolia Vetiver Forte is my favourite perfume of all time.... but when I got this I immediately fell in love and now this might be even better. The honey is so green, you can smell the orange blossom from the honey and leaves of the orange tree. Vetiver definitely takes a step back, but omg this is absolutely a masterpiece. Well done Delphine !!

My favorite from the this range of Alegoria Nerolia line. Beautifully balanced neroli with honey. For the first few minutes maybe it’s too much dense with the honey sweetness but once it’s settles in after 10min it’s perfect. Totally unisex imo, perfect for spring days, effortless and “natural” smelling.

This is a mindblowing, honey-drenched summer perfume I want to wear all my life. It is so amazingly well done that I have no other words to describe it but as one of the best Guerlian creations. The balance between the notes could only be described as a perfect harmony. Get it while you can.

Must love neroli and vetiver! Lucky enough I love both. Not getting any honey past the first dab. This is a fresh, green scent grounded by the woody sweetness of vetiver. This is a much deeper Chance Eau Fraiche which I also love so this will be making it into my summer arsenal for sure.

Honey is one of my favourite notes in perfumery, but it's hard to find a nice summer time honey scent, as honey is often a deep rich note. This delivers! A beautiful summer time honey. Beautiful, feminine, joyful. It has a slightly young/playful vibe to it. So lovely!

This is a gorgeous lightly honey coated neroli. Airy, not too sweet or dense. The vetiver comes out more in the drydown. Very beautiful and different from the other 2 versions of this fragrance.

Simply delicious. Definition of sun-kissed. I want to smell like this forever. So good I got a backup before it disappears forever.

I must say that I am a huge fan of the original Nerolia Vetiver and the Forte version. To me, they exude elegance in hot weather and I have to think immediately of the Amalfi coast whenever smelling them. I guess it is the skillful combination of neroli, vetiver and fig notes that make me love those fragrances so much. Needless to say that I was curious to also try the limited Harvest version. To start with, the honey note is absolutely gorgeous in Harvest. It only started to shine around 30 minutes after spraying. Before that, I had just perceived an indistinctive sweetness in the fragrance. However, compared to the other two versions, Harvest lacks that refreshing elegance. It is also less complex and I can hardly smell the vetiver note. The fragrance basically dries down as a combination of neroli and honey. For me, this scent is rather warm and slightly sweet. Therefore, it would be more suitable for spring than summer. I suggest to those who are not fans of fig or strong vetiver notes to try the Harvest version.

Honeyed light, but not thick—no molten resin or sticky decadence. Just a sheen, a golden mist settling over neroli’s waxen petals, clean and soapy, nectar-kissed. Reminds me of golden daylight filtering through citrus groves airy and ambery—the honey here is weightless, a translucent glaze rather than indulgence, folding into the bright floral core. Beneath it all, a whisper of fruit-laced woods, grounding yet elusive. Less opulent than expected, more a softened echo of the original. Neroli still leads imo, its luminous bitterness untouched, the honey merely a warmth tracing its edges, a fleeting golden hour rather than an endless, sticky embrace. Effervescent. Gentle. A sunbeam catching on warm skin before vanishing.

The harvest versions are so superior to the Forte and classic versions. They are so natural and multifaceted. This versatile creation now brightens up my winter day. It smells sweet, pollen like, green, slightly powdery and earthy. The scent is chic and rich in facets. I fell in love with it at first sniff. I cannot decide which one of the Harvest series I like the most but Nerolia Vetiver is the most versatile. With time it sweetens up and starts to be pure honey. Still floral and gentle but honey. I like this phase very much. It is clearly present after 5 hours, 10hours and it eased me into sleep. 23hours later I still clearly feel it on my skin.

First Impression. I wore this today and thought it was great. Out of the three harvest fragrances, this was my favorite and the most "harvest" feeling. It's got a pretty good dose of wheat and honey along with the original formula. Very prominent on my skin and even though it's a base note, I smelled right away. I got about 4 hours on skin before it became a skin scent which is on par for the line. On clothing, add roughly 2-3 hours. Scent 7.2/10 Performance 4.5/10

This is lovely, where the original Nerolia Vetiver is sweetened by fig this is more honey toned. It smells like a sunny day by the beach (Nuxe oil). The dry down is more warm and musky than what I personally prefer. The lasting power is not great considering that this is way more expensive than basic AA:s.

I smelled this in store and I honestly thought I was gonna die due to how strong and sharp this fragrance is. On paper, you can only sense 90% of white flowers, it's like you just died and you are at your own funeral, surrounded by the strong smell of flowers. They are trying to kill you again by making you not be able to breath and being among neroli If you love white flowers and want to feel that floral sharpness and bitterness to your nose, this one is for you. After some time it softens but this one just made me suffer everytime I tried to smell it.

The honey combined with the greeness of the neroli & vetiver made it too overwhelming for me. I was looking for a light honey fragrance, and on paper i thought this was gonna deliver but it is just too much. Honey notes in perfumes usually smells very strange (like pee) on my skin and this is no different. There used to be a body butter from Loccitane called Honey Harvest (discontinued) that I loved so much and I've been searching for that scent profile ever since, with no luck. This may work as a nice room spray though.

I only have a tiny vial of this that looks like a mini bottle. Starts very well, neroli with vetiver. The neroli evaporates quickly and it's mostly fig after that. By fig I mean it smells like a drying fig leaf but watered down. Sillage is weak. Doesn't last too long. Not the best to be honest.

Doesn't smell neroli nor vetiver (therefore unlike the other 2), but has a nice alyssum scent, and once in awhile you can get a hint of orange blossom.

The new Harvest Neroli Vetiver is such a disappointment. I love everything with Neroli but this one is a total fail. Honey seems to dominates the formula and it turns out smelling like bathroom spray or a bad household cleaning product at best. Sorry Guerlain, so many great fragrances have disappeared (Flora Nymphea, Coconut Fizz, etc...), to be replaced by new scents that are simply not for the skin. This is one if them. It is unwearable. If I had smelled it before (I received it as a gift), I would have never never bought it. Guerlain, how can you validate such a fragrance?

Warm...sweet...woodsy...cozy... Perfectly blended! This is a snuggly cozy neroli summer linen blanket! I get slight fabric softener vibes. The opening is 🐝 beeeeeeeautiful! The honey sweetens this up perfectly! The extra special Orange Blossom Honey is *very sexy!* #drooling. I am totally surprised at how this smells! I was expecting something so different! Linen sheets drying on the clothesline, a slight breeze wafts the scent of fabric softener in your nose. The scent of white flowers all around, bees are buzzing, and it's a cozy spring afternoon snuggled up on the front porch with your honey. You watch the sunset. And it's the end of a perfect spring day! Sexy AF for anyone! So comforting!!! UPDATE: I want to speak on the longevity again! I sprayed this on yesterday afternoon and evening...it's now morning and have been smelling gentle wafts of it walking around! Nose to arm, it's still there. Awesome for an EDT!

Neither neroli nor vetiver (as is the case in the original) but far superior green floral honey scent Imagine the original nerolia vetiver aka that quite mysterious green floral composition vaguely representing a green fantasy neroli now taking a step back and acting as the backdrop of a powerful honey composition. Something between a fruit nectar and a green spring blossom. There is practically zero vetiver here, once again I have no idea why it is in the name. As I can think of when wearing this was a slightly green hued gold glow. At the end of the day it is the very particular profile of the original with a lot more depth and richness. I would say it’s a safe blind buy for anyone who has enjoyed the original, as it is better in every way to my nose, while not being particularly animalic or sickly sweet or any other negative quality relating to other honey fragrances.

This is glorious. If you like sweet honey perfumes, then I thoroughly recommend it. Unfortunately the name is misleading and it was only after I read the reviews on here that I found out it is mainly honey. On that basis I bought it and it was a very successful blind buy. I dislike caramel and so many honey perfumes have that, but not this one. I sometimes wear it with Pure Honey and they are great together. I will now have to stock up as it is a limited edition.

on first spray the perfume is too sweet for me, although i am absolutely in love with all the notes. i see most people talk about the dry-down being more powdery etc. on my skin the dry-down is purely honey. it smells as if i’ve soaked my skin in honeydew. i adore this perfume, even if the initial spray is too sweet for a moment.

In the pyramid here it appears as a sweet perfume, in my opinion it is really a neroli and vetiver perfume, like the H.E.D.T. and the Porta, slightly weaker with a slight touch of honey.

This is the closest to my long lost beloved Flora Nymphea. Delicate, soft honey accord with fresh orange blossom scent and a strong backbone of spiced vetiver.
