Guess Seductive

JASMINE & ORANGE-BLOSSOM. Opens with a fruity-citrus burst of pear & black-currant supported by multi-faceted bergamot, that deepens into a white-floral heart of jasmine & orange-blossom with powdery, citrus, clean, honeyed, creamy, fruity & fresh facets, all resting on a floral support of musky vanilla-woods with faintly spicy touches from frankincense. Jasmine is the star of the show here, and is more forward than the notes would suggest, leaning fruity-citrus-honeyed. I don't get the faint grape kool-aid or licorice-y nuances that often accompany jasmine scents. In the air I get predominantly jasmine & orange blossom and on the skin it's clean & sweet, picking up honey-pear, pencil shavings & a faint but pleasant detergent. This takes a few weeks/months in dark storage after first sprays to smell great. The first few sprays were pungent and off-putting, but after some time this smells like it should based on the notes. Contrast to Armani Code For Women Giorgio Armani: These are different, but there are similarities with a fruity-leaning jasmine & orange-blossom. Armani Code is the most similar scent to Guess Seductive that i've smelt, but it's more honey forward and has superior performance. Contrast to Dior Addict EDT Dior: These are different, but there is a similarity with the forward jasmine over woody notes. Dior Addict EDT is more jasmine forward, while the jasmine in Guess Seductive leans fruity-pear. Dior Addict EDT outperforms. Contrast to Beauty Calvin Klein: These are different, but there is an overall similar vibe with forward jasmine over woody tones, and both have been compared to Alien Eau Extraordinaire. Guess Seductive is more fruity-citrus forward but has roughly equivalent performance. Contrast to Rise Beyonce: These are different, but there are some striking similarities, and both have been compared to Armani Code. The scent profile is quite similar, but Rise starts bolder and projects the fruity jasmine better at first, while Guess Seductive is more smoothly blended with slightly better longevity. Comparison to Jil Sander Sun 30th Anniv. Edition: Both are a burst of white florals and citrus including jasmine and orange blossom on a woody base, although I would say Guess Seductive is more well blended so I find it harder to pick out individual notes. Right out of the bottle, Jil Sander outperforms Guess Seductive, as it's very loud and sunny, and has the additional ylang. Guess Seductive is a little more understated and this could be an advantage for wearing year round. Overall: Affordable and a beautiful scent profile with above average performance, this smells like it's worth a lot more. This is the perfect scent to wear when you have champagne tastes but beer money. It's a love for me. Enjoy! Update 07/09/24: Really enjoying this today. The orange-blossom is more forward today with fluffy, creamy honey nuances than I remember. Overall a gorgeous jasmine & orange-blossom scent. Still a love.

Oh boy... this is SEXY! I absolutely love this one. I got it with the lotion and the shower gel and, if you get to use all of them, it is quite an experience. This perfume smells way more expensive than it actually is. It is a sexy vanilla perfume, but it's not like your typical vanilla scent, which is sweet, this is actually warm and sexy. It smells as if it had patchouli in there somewhere, so I was suprised when I read the notes and I found none... I'm guessing it's the olibanum, because you can tell there's something strong in the base that keeps this scent sexy and it gives it a lot of personality. I wouldn't say this is a fruity perfume at all, because I usually think of "fresh" when I think of "fruity", but you get some of the pear in the opening, which disappears after a while. It's not a strong floral either, at least on my skin, to me this is all about the vanilla and a really warm element, which comes from the resin and the woods. I really LOVE this. It's original and it smells expensive. Some people here say it doesn't last long, on me this lasts a long time and it projects really well. The shower gel and the lotion can be found in large size, and if you have the chance, try them all! It's a very sensual scent...

OH YES!! THIS IS ONE OF THOSE "little secrets"! the scent is classy & sophisticated yet has a touch sexy sweetness at the same time. I get allot of the Sweet & Tangy African Orange Flower!! You would never think that such an affordable perfume smells this good and has amazing staying power. I been seeing this all too often, Ill find a cheaper not too popular perfume opposed to many high-end brands and the cheaper one's are always the ones that have amazing lasting power. Many high end brands seem to water-down there perfumes so that you will have to keep spraying an buying and spraying and buying. They will make Gorgeous scents that you just can't seem to keep on your skin. I'm talking about Gucci, Prada, D&G, some Cahacharel & even some newer Guerlain perfumes. I love Guerlain, I'm not trying to knock them, they have those beautiful, amazing Classic, that last like l'huere Blue. Maybe its all those synthetic notes that don't have real staying power like the au naturele version. So we all just have to keep on the hunt to find those little gems or just invest in the pure perfume oils, which will probably save you money in the long run.

Gorgeous! Very interesting and delightful! Changes a lot throughout the day, but I can smell very much the pear, the orange flower, the bergamot, the jasmine, the blackcurrant, the olibanum, the cashmere wood, the vanilla, and a lovely soapy smell quite often, as if all my clothes have been freshly washed in some very lovely smelling soap powder! Very sensual, and seductive for me. Really really nice; I'll definitely be adding this to my 'get a bottle whenever it's on special" list, and my favourites! Lovely bottle and box too. Also really lasts well on me - all day, and quite strong still - and excellent sillage, about 6 feet. Terrific.

scarlett.angel got treasure right! I find this to be a very expensive scent. If I close my eyes, the mental image I get is riding in a limo with Gisele Bundchen. I must say, I like this ton-loads better than The One. This is The One...done right! I love the bottle also. The cap is a bit hard to get off but, if you put a foot on each side of the cap and pull, you'll get it! I'd never recommend this to anyone. I want to keep this to myself. It's just too good for too cheap! I don't imagine there's really a season just for this, but I choose to wear mine most often, in the brisk fall. It's just so complimentary to the fallen crunchy leaves!

I have it and actually quite like it. Its a good backup when I want to spare my favourites. The start is quite citrusy with strong neroli and jasmine. After 30 minutes vanilla comes on the scene. Jasmine stays all the way long, which I like. I just recently found out i like it so much,and this one made me like it. Not cheap smelling from my point of view,it's well done. And yes, not for teenagers. I would wear it in the summertime/daytime, although it is not an easy fresh scent. I guess it reminds me of summers in the 90s:). All in all its a good choice if you look after a feminine scent. Totally recommended.

Really a very pleasant fragrance. It has an absolutely lovely scent. I am not quite sure how to explain it or what exactly I am smelling but I am in love. My only beef is that it does not last. If this lasted more than an hour and stuck with me, I would stock up big time and probably make this my sigi scent. It is just that gorgeous. I wish they made an EDP for this. If anyone knows a scent just like this in an EDP please message me? For an affordable scent I would highly recommend this.

I absolutely love this scent. It’s incredibly comforting. I think it reminds me of my mom? It gives such a warm, cozy feeling. Unfortunately, on me, the longevity and sillage are almost non-existent. I really regret that, because this could’ve been my signature scent. In general, I adore pear and orange blossom in perfumes, as well as cashmere and vanilla in the base. I keep searching for something with these notes that lasts longer — but so far, no luck.

I purchased this fragrance and it is quite seductive but not so much, rather elegant and very classy. I can smell fruits, vanilla and spices as well. It is a daytime scent but You can wear it at the evenings, too...This perfume and Avon Attraction are confidence boosters. It gives You kinda festive winter holiday feeling. The longevity is quite good and the price is affordable as well.

Wow, I love this! To me its Armani code on a budget (I picked up my bottle for around £15 for 30 ml). However, its slightly softer and so more suitable for day or night. I love that the top notes are fruity but with no hint of sickly sweetness. This then wears slowly into a nice soft floral with a warm background of vanilla. Great!

This is a treasure , it's so sexy and smells so good , use this with the body lotion and the shower gel together , it's better than many other fragrances , the price is also very very affordable , I find it a must have for any age !! You gotta have this , won't feel sorry about the € as it's nothing to lose ..but gain ;)

I'm on my second bottle, this is just so easy to wear. The beginning is full of citrus. Could be just me, but it reminds me of 4711. It is more feminine for me with the white florals and a bit juicier. It's nothing breath-taking to most perfume lovers but I think this is a very nice scent at a nice price.

This has been executed PERFECTLY!! A mix between armani code, lady million and dolce the one. It's sexy, mysterious, playful, sweet and innocent all in one. The cost is so cheap, $30 here in Australia.. Lasting power is impressive, not great but for a $30 EDT I'm not complaining.. MAKE A PARFUM OF THIS!

This smells both sweet and fresh at the same time. It's a very likable perfume. Definitely a safe buy; how can you dislike this perfume? Light, sweet, fresh, youthful, classy. The only bad thing about it is the lasting power. It disappears completely after at most 3 hours.

This perfume smells unique to me, doesn't remind any of other fragrances. Very feminine and beautiful. Lasts on skin up to 6 hours, also can smell it on myself all the time, which I absolutely love. On clothes stays up to 24 hours. Really impressed as it's not EDP.

I just got this perfume. It's a bit strong at the start, but I love it as it sets down. Reminds m,e of Avon's Intrigue by Herve Leger, but more subtle. I couldn't put this perfume in strict "floral-fruity" group, it's much more seductive for it.

I used do dislike this one when I got it but a few weeks later I gave it a try. The opening might smell too much like orange but trust me, a few mintues later you are going to smell vanilla. That's what made me like this perfume.

Beautiful warm spicy and woody vanilla fragrance with a hint of white flowers and pears. I wore it during my 2nd pregnancy, but I like it more now. It is safe perfume, for any occasion.

Very office friendly. However, silage and longevity are disaster.

The more I wear this perfume, the more it reminds me of Amarige, but I like it a lot better, because it is fresher and fruitier and very fortunately, also a lot cheaper, while the longevity is good. Just like Amarige it contains pear, neroli, black currant, yasmin and vanilla, but the bergamot gives it the freshness and sparkle, that I miss with Amarige While I think that Amarige is more for older women, this perfume is for all ages. You can't go wrong with this one! I really like this floral fruity a lot, it is perfectly blended, I needed to read the ingredients, to recognise what I am smelling. I definitely pick up on the top notes bergamot, black currant and pear; the middle notes jasmine and african orange flower but barely on the base note cashmere wood. I do pick up on the olibanum though and after a while, I can also clearly smell the vanilla and then this perfume becomes really delicious, sweet, fresh and sultry and I understand why it is called seductive. When the vanilla kicks in, this scent goes from lovely, to delicious! It then reminds me of Siam Flamboyant by ID Parfums, a really delicious perfume with benzoine, which smells a lot like olibanum, a lot of vanilla and white pepper, and although there is no pepper in Guess Seductive, something in it smells like pepper to me. It starts out more clean, cute, crisp, femine young and innocent, but when I worked out, is became sultry, so this scent will also become sultry when I go dancing or maybe even if I get warm on a sunny day and then it is really Seductive:-D. It also reminds me of Calvin Klein's Down Town. They both contain bergamot and pear. This one contains olibanum, church incense, while Down Town contains incense, so that is also a common denominator. Down Town contains pink pepper, GS doesn't contain pepper, but I do smell pepper, maybe it is the orris root, I don't know what that smells like. Both scents also contain wood, Down Town contains cedar, while this one contains cashmere wood. Unlike Downtown GS contains Jasmin and vanilla. Those are two of my favourite ingredients. I also agree that it reminds me a little of Armani Code for women. All in all, really a great scent, for a lovely price! It is really just as good as an high end scent.

Gorgeous scent for daily wear. Quality is good for the price. It doesn’t smell cheap eventhough it is. However, you do need to overspray to get any projection out of it, otherwise it’s a skin scent. I don’t mind, the price is friendly enough to do that. It’s a fuzzy vanilla that’s not too sweet, the olibanum adds a special touch, it has a sensual feel to it (the Cashmere wood!), and it balances between being creamy and powdery. There is a hint of fruit (pear mainly), and I get a smooth jasmine note too, but everything feels balanced, blended, soft, clean and fuzzy, abit milky even, no sharpness anywhere. Oversprayed, it does smell quite seductive and will likely elicit compliments. It would be way too soft for cold weather (for me atleast), it’s much better suited for spring, summer and early fall, it’s not cloying at all (and I live in a subtropical desert climate with very hot summers). Good for all ages, a very safe scent and very versatile. It’s something you can wear to the office and be discrete, but then spray more of it after work before you meet your date. I personally don’t find this scent generic, not by today’s standards atleast, maybe it was generic 15 years ago, but for today’s standards it’s just very lovely and easy to wear, not syrupy like the mainstream. If you like scents like D&G The Only One Intense or Alien Essence Absolue for night-time or winter, then this one is a good cheapie for casual days or when you need to be discrete and smell clean, I love the sensual fuzziness of Cashmeran/Cashmere-wood notes, it pairs so perfectly with vanilla, so ofcourse, I love this scent! it’s perfect for what it is. PS. My current favorite combo for everyday is Guess Seductive and NR Pure Musc...if you own Pure Musc, try it...they are amazing together.

Blind bought this yesterday. I have been interested in trying for awhile but never saw it anywhere. First, I love the bottle and color of the liquid. Looks nice. Now the fragrance itself. From the name I was expecting something deep and sultry. That's not what I got at all. To me this smells floral and fruity but in a mature way. When I think of PERFUME...this is the kind of scent that comes to mind.....a "PERFUMEY" PERFUME. I would describe it as "classy". Reminds me of "J'adore" by CD but softer...as I feel they are in the same "family". It also reminds me of The One" by D&G with its warmth and ambery musky drydown. I don't get much vanilla on my skin like others have mentioned. I guess that's why perfume smells different to everyone...we all have different body Chemistry and so will all get different notes out of a fragrance and smell something slightly different from others. This could be worn to work or as a casual scent, a business meeting, even a date. But I def wouldn't call it seductive. Not at all. I think it would be nice in cooler weather, there is a warmth to it. I get the pear, the florals and the cashmere wood on my skin. Overall impressions is a classy feminine sweetened floral. Longevity however is awful...maybe an hour. Sillage is soft as well. This would be one to carry with you in your purse to touch up. Very grown up and classy perfume.

This one gets trashed a lot on Fragrantica, but in the real world a lot of people like this one. My first exposure to it was back in 2010 when it first came out. My sister bought it and used to wear it all the time to go out clubbing. According to her, they also had this in the bathroom of one nightclub she used to frequent in an extremely hot, humid subtropical city. As for me, I find it pleasant enough but not mind-blowing. It's not the most creative scent, but does it smell nice? Yes. I definitely get the smoothness from the cashmere wood, as well as the jasmine and vanilla. The rest of the notes seem to blend in and go undetected. As for sillage and longevity, the sillage is pretty intense when you first spray it but it calms down a bit to where you can always smell it a little, but it's quite noticeable to those around you. Longevity is good too. Overall, it's not something I would go out of my way to purchase (someone gave it to me) but if you're looking for a cheap scent that you can just throw on when you want to smell vaguely "good" (to the majority of the population), this does the trick. Also a safe blind buy and gift for most women (all ages).

Found this treasure in the 'under $30 clearance pile' of fragrances at my local pharmacy today. Not being a fan of Guess's fashion's it was actually a pleasant surprise - love at first spray even. Was standing at the checkout counter sniffing my wrist and considering if I should buy this or not, when the woman serving me said, "Oh that one smells really nice", so decided there and then to buy it. Arrived at home and let my sister test it, she said "wow that's a really good one", then sprayed it on my mother's wrist without telling her what it was and asked her if she liked it and how she'd describe the scent (a recent hobby of mine lol). She said simply "Mmm that smells expensive!" Notes listed smell exactly the same on me. I don't get any of the harsh beginning some do. I think I only like it because it reminds me of D&G The One crossed with Armani Code. I actually have both those perfumes which I love, so if you love them too but but maybe can't afford, try this cheaper version, almost dupe. Best of both worlds. Not long-lasting but I didn't expect it to be.

I'm surprised that it is a floral-fruity fragrance. Most EdT in this category seem to me much more sweet and innocent. However, I would describe this scent as elegant and mature. I associate the name "seductive" with a kind of rational seduction, and intellectual but with an air of apparent unconcern. Evokes personality, character and intention. The package seems very successful: it is very attractive both in design and materials, color and textures.

I probably reviewed this years ago. I’ve recently been decluttering a lot of my perfumes. I sprayed this one today to see if I’d keep it or get rid of it. It’s a hot day in Michigan, and I can’t believe I forgot how much I loved this. It really blends with my body chemistry and it’s perfectly present, not too loud or too soft. I’m shocked at how many negative reviews this has. I like this a lot more than some of the way more expensive perfumes I’ve had. I probably have 200 plus bottles of perfumes I’m trying to narrow down to around 40, and I’ll be keeping this one so that’s telling you something. I sold my Miss Dior Cherie that people rave about, I’d choose this one over that any day. Honestly, other than the the bergamot and vanilla, most of the notes aren’t my favorite. I tend to not like pear or blackberry or strong white florals, yet I still love this perfume. Sometimes things are greater than the sum of their parts, and for me, this perfume is like that.

This was a blind buy for me as well. I wear this on days when I'm running errands or doing stuff around the house and not really going anywhere - for that this is perfect. An inoffensive, light fragrance to wear when you don't really know what to wear. The opening is a bit green and citrusy but that goes away quickly; in about 5 minutes the florals come out. The drydown on my skin is actually quite pleasant, it becomes a bit musky, any sharpness is gone and what is left is creaminess from the vanilla and a hint of kashmir. It doesn't project a lot and lasts a couple hours but sometimes that's exactly what I'm looking for (I don't always want to have a cloud of black orchid or Shalimar around me!) this is nothing special but it doesn't annoy me either. Will I repurchase? No. But I am about to use up my 50ml bottle so it proves there is a time and place for this cheapie in my collection.

I bought this yesterday. A complete impulse buying, but luckily I did not end up in regret. A shop assistant gave me this on paper and I asked him to spray it a bit on my wrist. Started out fruitish, but not sweet. Say fruity is for young girls? Not this one. It's not something teenager-ish. Not at all. Guess Seductive has a very soft feeling that make you smile. Once it dried, it got even better! The vanilla gives me the "After Work" feeling. You know, that feeling after you accomplish something. Relieved and proud, with the beauty lingers. This one has a real good price and I'd say it's a real bargain. Smells good, stayed about 6-7 hours on my skin with moderate sillage. Bottle is ok, but not outstanding. Seductive? My boyfriend said it smells good, but he'd rather go for something darker. I guess it's seductive for my nose. Good one to wear at work :)

I borrowed this from my mom. At first, I can totally see the comparison to YSL Libre but this stands out for two reasons; 1) I get a violet-iris aroma, probably from the blend of fruit and the orris 2) It veers so close to powder but never quite gets there. I actually really love that about it. It smells clean, fresh, definitely floral and just showered/washed. I think the almost-powder is what makes it so addicting. Unfortunately, the performance is quite lacking. It very quickly becomes a skin scent and is basically gone by the 5 hour mark. That being said, as a scent it's very well-blended and I think it's suitable for all daytime occasions. It's like a pale gray cashmere turtleneck. Nothing attention-grabbing but wonderful to have/enjoy. If you can snag it for cheap, definitely get it.

I was going to start this opinion with the classic sentence "this is an underestimated perfume" but who am I to declare such complain when this is a ten years old scent which still in production? We know the market. In one year a fragrance can disappear if not enough costumers like it. This is a silent success, with a fanclub we presume, and like its name it is Seductive in a subtle underskin way. Arouse many little different sensations, it is a little sexy a little elegant a little cocoon and intimate. Someone may find it not so special but to me it is a classic with something more. Vanilla and white flowers are turned into an almost green and salty way cause of amber bergamot and blackcurrant. A very good job in balance and matches. Sexy and innocent and weareable.

Awater01 hit the nail on the head,this one is definitely reminiscent of Manifesto (that association hooked me into the blind buy!) I usually hesitate to make comparisons, but this is like the shy debutante cousin of Manifesto. She sparkles when you see her, but she's not ready to be the life of the party. Just when you think you'll catch a glimpse of her dancing, she disappears from the room. She's a total tease! Perhaps that's what makes her Seductive ;) In all seriousness though, the lack of sillage and longevity are actually amazing, I've never experienced a perfume quite so...evanescent. that's ok, though, because for the price, I'll just keep spritzing away ;) it's lovely from start to finish, you just have to hold it close enough to catch it.

Guess Seductive is nice enough, but because the frankincense fades away so quickly it becomes flat and ordinary pretty quickly. It's a creamy, sweet fragrance with dominant notes of pear, cashmere wood, orange blossom and vanilla. Frankincense comes off quite strong at first spray but dwindles to almost nothing in about 15-20 minutes. A pretty typical "sexy" fragrance that could be worn by any woman of any age. Many will love it for fitting in this category but containing not even the slightest trace of patchouli. In a way it's a brilliant concept because it really captures what I think most Guess customers are looking for in their perfume. It could also be worn any time of day or in any season. Crowd pleaser.

My friend has this perfume all the time and I just tried it on myself and I think it's amazing! First I would like to say, I don't really smell as much vanilla as it's described for this perfume, but it is noticeable (I don't know, maybe it's just me). It's more that floral scent that stands out when it's drying down AND when it's first sprayed on. I can really smell that pear, it makes such delicious tone to the fragrance, I fell in love with it the first second. I don't have it on for too long now, only about an hour and it's staying on quite well. The bottle is really adorable and elegant at once. I would definitely pay the price for this fragrance; elegant, sexy, feminine, worth the price :)

I don't understand the associations being made with Armani Code or D&G The One, I have both and neither remind me of this. To me it's more like YSL Manifesto, though I get a small hint of Roberto Cavalli from the vanilla and orange flower. Even the notes listed are close to manifesto. It's a fresh fruity vanilla with some warmth, but I found the perfume quite weak, even for an EDT. I have to give it a good 6 sprays to feel any presence. I have Manifesto l'elixir and that only takes a tiny spray to last all day. Considering the price I suppose it's fine to be heavy handed on the sprayer. I think this would be rather sexy on a man too, as it's not overly sweet or girly as others have mentioned.

It's a safe perfume, I have never found anyone who dislikes it, I got complimented that I smell nice on multiple occasions while wearing this. It doesn't project very far and doesn't smell "perfumy" on most people. I, however, like Guess Seductive Noir and Red both better than this because I find them more interesting and they also just suit me better, so I gave it away and I'm not really sad about it. Interestingly, a lot of people vote this as an exclusively female fragrance, and while I agree that it is more feminine, I actually don't own this perfume anymore because I gave it away to my male friend who really liked it and who is STILL wearing it.

I have the fragrance mist version. It’s lovely to find a mist that isn’t too sickly sweet. I love pear as a top note, here it mixes with the orange flower, vanilla and cashmere wood to give a lovely, well-rounded scent, not too sweet, just creamy and ‘nice’. Definitely smells like a generic designer fruity floral, but not as sweet as they usually are, and the pear makes this one of the better ones (it doesn’t smell of pear, but I find pear blends with other notes nicely without being too sweet, I love Gucci by Gucci for example). Will be great as an all over body layer under any of my white floral or fruity scents. Happy with this bargain purchase!

I used to avoid it because of the bottle and the name--seems to be another generic nightclub scent. Sprayed it by accident and was positively surprised. It is actually a soft, simple, and cozy scent. To my nose, this scent is white floral+powdery+vanilla. I agree with Perlynska below that it reminds me of my mom, though my mom never worn it. I bought the body mist of it to use before going to bed, which actually lasts pretty long, especially on clothes. Update: After smelling it on a man, I found out why its name is "seductive"--it's really seductive on guys! I never thought it could be a male scent but it works so well!

So, I was really excited to get this perfume and experience the fragrance. Don't get me wrong, I love how it smells, but at the same time, it smells like something I may have had before or smelled before. It smells like it's a common scent, not a unique one. This fragrance is a very soft, warm, and subtle scent. I do smell a lot of floral, but it's not overpowering at all. You could wear this as a signature scent and day-to-day, but it's not powerful enough to wear for those big events and first dates. It's not going to perform as big as you would like if you're the type that wants people to smell you.

This is a very generic smelling fragrance. I was able to find a 30ml bottle for $15 at Macy's, so I'm not too disappointed, but I can't imagine repurchasing it. It's not a bad scent by any means, in fact quite the opposite, it is quite likeable and I think most people would like it. But it lacks depth. It's pleasing in the sense that it smells nice, but it has nothing interesting/unique to it. Just smells like a forgettable, generic fragrance that blends in without making a strong impression. It also has very bad lasting power (on me atleast). For the price point though, not too bad and still pretty.

So, now I'm giving Guess perfumes a try after all. I think it's just sweet smelling to me, but the notes are not quite vanilla and not quite pear. They are like barely vanilla or pear, synthetic smelling. It's warm, a bit spicy, totally an evening scent, I can imagine it would be better in winter. I don't think it's interesting or outstanding, I find it very typical and ordinary. A weird thing is, it's definitely casual, but more like an evening casual scent, not a fancy one. I also don't think it's seductive, not in my opinion. Not that bad, as I thought, quite nice actually, but I wouldn't buy it.

I'm starting to understand this one. It's an incredibly classy, every-day scent for those who always want to seem well-groomed. It smells quite expensive and credible -- definitely more of something you'd wear to impress at work than seduce your love interest with, hah. Soft and rich, with a tinge of freshness beneath to keep it from being overwhelmingly smooth. Pleasant projection and mediocre lasting power. I especially like the fact that it is quite versatile; it goes with all kinds of clothing, as long as we're talking stylish.

So after having my bottle for several months, I can finally understand the scent. When I first brought it home from the rack store, I could tell it was going to be pretty, but it was a jumbled mess and I couldn’t get it straight. Now it’s settled and it has done so beautifully! This smells like a sweeter, juicier, less aromatic interpretation of the YSL Libre dna. I absolutely love this now, and am glad I have the edp and body spray to help with longevity, although I’m happy to respray and experience the opening again and again!
