Crème Caramel

No lavender here so less sharp than Lira and the fresh ambery effect here with the caramel, amber, grapefruit and musk provide a similar fresh ambery balsamic and musky effect to Lira without being heady and sharp. So more feminine and youthful than Lira. I expected that by the notes. The bergamot lemon create a lime impression as in Soft Vanilla by the Dua (for Vanilla Bianca Carlo Dali) which smells like lemon-lime pie, like Tattoo by Michael Germain but more powdery less nauseating than the latter. So I'd say this it's also like a more musky fresh ambery balsamic Soft Vanilla by the Dua. The most accurate Lira dupe with that sharp fresh ambery caramel is Dua's Caramel Delight - it's got that sharp musky sweet ambery lavender but it's more unisex and mature than Creme Caramel. I wanted a more gourmand playful youthful take on Lira so I love this.

The best affordable fragrance inspired by the well known Lira. A lot of velvety buttery caramel blends with citruses. Fresh bright lemon, juicy mandarin, bitter bergamot and aromatic grapefruit. Surrounded by sweet rich vanilla, milky sandalwood and musk. In a few words smells like a mouthwatering delicious lemon biscuit filled with lemon cream sprinkled with rich caramel 🍪🍋 Let me be honest by telling you that Lira was never a favourite fragrance of mine and personally I never got the hype, but I really enjoy Crème caramel. On my skin is more bright and airy than Lira.

I’m in love. This is amazing, I tested Lira just one time and it is really similar (to my memory), but maybe Crème Caramel is stronger, because I received today and it is already amazing and very noticeable. It is not like devotion, I have devotion and the candied citrus too me is a bit overwhelmimg, but this is a soft and balanced lemon, sweet, but strong (Like Lira). The longevity seems good, I sprayed to test some hours ago and I still can smell it.

This is delicious! Has good projection and moderate longevity, very good on clothes. I have a sample of Lira and I actually prefer Creme Caramel!

I've had this seven months and though it has a strong opening it's a skin scent within 1 - 2 hours. Such a shame - gorgeous fragrance.

I got this on special offer on notino for €16.50, blind buy, wasn't expecting much but I liked the notes and for that price, I said.....Shur why not 😊 Well.....I really like this ! First reaction, this is sooo nice. Its a blast of Lemon initially, yes a bit synthetic but it mellows out and then comes the powdery, sweet caramel, the lemon note continues throughout but its nicer and not as in your face. It is not overly strong, more of a skin Scent but it is pretty. Will let it sit for a few weeks..

This actually smells like a lemon pie or some kind of dessert to me. It's more citrusy in the opening, gets much sweeter in the drydown. I also smell something coconutty in it, maybe it's the vanilla in combination with other notes. I like it for colder seasons, but the longevity and projection aren't the greatest so that's a shame.

Beautiful, just beautiful. Especially, when settles down- slightly citrusy but mostly powdery, vanille but not to strong. For every day, every season. Edit: it is still beautiful, but on the long run can be headache inducer.

At first spray, it’s not identical to lira. Creme caramel is more animalic I’m assuming from the jasmine. But when it dries down, they smell very similar

I guess my skin has a serious conflict with Gulf Orchid’s ingredients, because the citrus note smells so synthetic and sharp like a toilet cleanser.😒 During drydown it lingers very bitter, and jasmine is also too harsh for my taste. They dominate down the vanilla and caramel notes. Cedarwood is also quite recognizable, it gives a bit of green lightness. Anyway I don’t like what I’m sensing with this perfume, so it’s a strong nope❌

its worth doing a side by side with this and victoria by lattafa - the citrus and gourmand notes... anyone game?

This sounds promising. Dry down notes sound better than Lira and this may be a good sub for L Lolita L.
