Nightcap

I bought a sample of this fragrance and was amazed how good this scent was. I have owned a couple of fragrances from this house and I would describe them as a good/decent cheapie brand. The quality is what I would expect from a top niche brand. This doesn’t smell harsh or synthetic and is very pleasant. To my nose the prominent notes are the leather, smoke and oud with a detectable whiskey note. The lactonic and vanilla notes smoothing everything out very nicely. Longevity is 8 plus hours on my skin with very good projection. I own a bottle of Pavillon Rouge and I wish it smelled like this fragrance. Honestly, I would prefer Nightcap over Pavillon Rouge. If the listed notes are your type of scent I would highly recommend you sample this. FB worthy in my opinion.

Nightcap is just soooo damn sexy. Picked up a bottle from batch #2. My bottle was leather and booze heavy off the rip! Smokey whiskey barrell met the boozy leather in the mid. About 2 hours later in the drydown is where I got this gorgeous, decadent, sexy, delicious, bourbon vanilla mixed with a faint oud scent, that blended beautifully with the woods, leather and booziness. 10/10 and my favorite Guy Fox fragrance so far. This was my introduction into Guy Fox. I grabbed Nightcap along with the Starter Kit that included 7 Guy Fox fragrances, and the "Secret Set" that had 3 additional fragrances. Definitely the best they currently offer for me.

Caught a whiff of this from my uncle and had to ask what he was wearing. It hit me right away, warm, smooth, and a little sweet without being too much. I picked up bourbon, leather, maybe some vanilla or smoke in there too. It smelled expensive and really well put together. Not loud, but it had presence, like it was made to leave an impression without shouting. Honestly didn’t expect to like it that much, but it stuck with me for hours. One of those scents that makes you want to keep smelling it. Definitely curious to try it for myself now

The opening is the best part, the dry down is a bit milky smelling but I layered this with Akro Bake, Scents of wood Praline in Maple. And WOW I was moving different. Nothing but strong inhales everywhere I went. This is a great buy however I'd say the sweet spot is 100 dollars for this one.

By far, this is the most well constructed scent they have in their line-up. The others smell great, but I just think this one smells top-tier. Supper glad I pulled the trigger on this one. Get a decant or something if you don't want the whole bottle (if they last). 374/500
