Halloween Man Hero

Good aquatic fragrance if you're on a budget. I find this to be very pleasant after passing the top notes that actually don't last more than 10 mintus on my skin. After that, you get a very good, aquatic fragrance. Its sweetness is pretty good, but also, uncommon. The sweetness is not ambery to me, but rather floral. The Amber Extreme molecule combined with those floral notes deliver this "floral" sweetness that's pretty interesting, specially when it's paired with these aquatic-salty and green notes. In my opinion, this a better fragrance than Montblanc Legend Spirit, because this one is more unique and not only an Invictus clone. Performance is acceptable for the price point, as long as you get it for $35 or cheaper. Pretty good budget cologne. Edit: This fragrance keeps getting better over time. After a month of buying it and wearing it once a week, it got even better. Lasts longer on my skin and it doesn't smell too "shower-gelly" anymore. The scent got even better and more unique over time. If you buy this, give it a month to finally judge it and you'll get a pretty damn good cologne for the price.

I just got this in and I'm honestly a fan. I love dumb reach fragrances, and this is a perfect dumb reach for summer. I can't see myself dressing it up or anything like that, but it smells good enough for an refined casual daytime event (I'm thinking a clean, white v-neck). I get a little Polo Blue Gold blend mixed with Rasasi Hawas (or Invictus/Invictus Aqua, if you prefer). It smells great and for the price, you won't find me complaining. It's not ground breaking, but I honestly liked the bottle enough to blind buy it and I don't regret it. If you want a blue fragrance with a sweet and aquatic feel for a good price tag, this fits the bill. Can't speak on performance yet but I will update my review as soon as I can.

Better than Invictus Aqua, the amber extreme provides a great base for the scent profile to carry itself upon. I'd say that the performance ratings are DRASTICALLY UNDERRATED on this one as I have Hawas Ice which is the closest thing I've smelled to this in scent profile, but while I get better initial projection with this one, the Rasasi may project another 30 minutes or so but this one definitely has the superior base skin scent performance and the chart doesn't reflect anything like that. This fragrance is the best smelling summer blue fragrance on the market considering the price and I got my 100ml bottle for $30. Highly recommend giving this one a try!!!

Sweet, salty, citrusy ambroxan 👌🤤. I was shown this by a sales associate and I fell in love immediatly! reminded me of Invictus which I adore, but at a third the price for 125ml, it lasts on me for about 5 hrs and projects nice for the first hour. It's very sweet, almost like a lemon drop in the opening, then the middle is very salty and somewhat mineral on my skin, the drydown is very cozy; you wanna keep putting your nose to it. I find it performs beautifully under hot sun and humid weather. It's very sexy, youthful and playful, but this can be pulled off in a work setting as well; specially if you're from somewhere with very hot weather🌞

Alright yep, this is actually really good and it gets way too much hate. Yeah, its kinda shower-gelly, but in a good way. Super pleasant, and the cashmeran/amber is STRONG. I absolutely love the drydown on this one, they didnt skimp on the base notes like many other summer-oriented frags do. Lasts for ages, pulls compliments, and the fuzzy warm blend here with the cashmeran definitely give a unique quality. Id call this more of a warm weather blue fragrance than just a summer freshie. The strong mid and base make this pretty versatile, and its got that sweet blue-frag profile. Absolutely worth the price and its a quality frag, imo.

I just got a sample, and OMG... why did I wait so long to try this! Oh, I know why, because the name is devoid of anything that sounds remotely aquatic!! This is the biggest marketing error since Mercedes-Benz entered the Chinese market under the brand name "Bensi," which means "rush to die." Anywho, this is a great smelling blue aquatic fragrance that is simultaneously ambery and warm. I am a big fan of aquatics and smelling this really has me considering a radical change of my fragrance selections.

At first you get hit with that synthetic citrus smell, after which comes the Amber “Xtreme”. It smells unique, strong and lasts long. Very versatile - Nothing particularly youthful nor mature about this fragrance. One of the safer blind buys if you’re looking for something inexpensive. This is a bang for your buck, just like some other Halloween’s fragrances out there. Totally worth the hype.

I Iove Halloween man hero, I wanted something cheap to be my everyday work fragrance, I obviously wanted to smell good but man hero on me smells amazing. I've gotten so many compliments, on me it doesn't smell like Invictus. It's also long lasting and super super strong.

Opens very synthetic but after a few minutes it becomes a lemon candy type smell with a hint of sea notes its a very fun youthful scent that can be polarizing but I like it. Can't wait for the summer to use this more. If synthetics give you headaches I would avoid this.

Hero has really grown on me and has become a staple as an everyday casual fragrance for summer !! Initially I liked this one but now it's in between a like and a love as over time this fragrance has become better (macerating definitely helped this as initially it was a tad screechy but 3 weeks later it's now very smooth) Hero opens up with a fresh,semi powdery, semi sweet and bubblegummy type of opening but it's never sickly sweet (very similar but not the same as Invictus Aqua ) As it dries down that sweetness and powdered essence fades and it gets smoother while also getting more airy ! Initially this will remind you of Invictus Aqua but as it reaches the drydown it will remind you of some of the polo blue flankers. In the final drydown stage it's light,airy,aquatic,smooth and actually more masculine and appealing than in the opening ! I LOVE the drydown on this and the evolution of this scent is very interesting Performance on this is excellent for the price ! It lasts me 8-12 hours and has fairly strong projection and sillage for 2 hours before becoming a noticeable skin scent. Overall rating -7.75 out of 10 ! Really well made mass appealing scent that's perfect for every day use in the summer

The initial spray and first 30 minutes it smells very strongly like a laundry detergent and is pretty harsh to the nose, but it gets better after it dries. To me this is exactly what i'm getting from this, Armaf Club De Nuit Intense EDT + Soapy Prada + Blue De Chanel EDT. This starts off smelling like Armaf's CDNI with some aquatic/marine notes, then as it dries down it starts to smell more like a soapy fresh prada type fragrance mixed with blue de chanel, its basically 70% BDC DNA with a strong citrus kick . Also don't buy this unless its under $45 i've seen a bunch of sites trying to sell this for way over 70-80 and it's not worth that

Hero shouldn't surprise you, it is exactly what you expect it to be. "Blue fragrance" "gym frag" something like that. In my opinion, best described as high end shower gel but I don't consider that an insult. I wear this when I don't want to burn through more expensive stuff or just to switch it up, I'm fully aware of how anosmic I am & I think that's where most people's performance anxiety comes from. Hero is unoriginal but smells fresh & clean, its inexpensive, & does the job. Age range? Hell if I know, everyone is different pull off what you want to pull off.

first few times i used it i really didn’t like it, hated that synthetic opening, after a few times of wearing it, it grew on me. after the synthetic opening i can smell a really “blue” smell, pretty fresh and fruity, id even say its sweet, for the price i think it is a good fragrance but definitely not the type a fragrance you get for compliments or pulling girls, its more of an after-shower type of fragrance. i think it is great to generate an impression of being clean and perfect for occasions like the morning or the gym

This is the little brother of D&G Light Blue Eau Intense who just so happens to live in a trailer park and drink Natty Bo’s like they are going out of style. That’s not necessarily a bad thing because little bro is a hoot at parties. Opens with a butt load of grapefruit and ginger and dries down to something quite sweet and delicious. Presentation is pretty juvenile but the atomizer is well above average. Performance isn’t great and that’s why D&G LBEI is a better purchase since they are right around the same price point.

Paco Rabanne Invictus Aqua meets Dylan Blue supposedly? It opens with pretty sharp citrus (grapefruit and lemon) that is magnified with spicy ginger. The heart takes on some aquatic sea notes, aromatic lavender, some sage, and white florals. In the base we get cashmeran and an ambery mossy patchouli. I think the Invictus Aqua part of the dna makes a little sense, along with some Pepe Jeans Cocktail in the open but not really dylan blue...more Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Blu with more sea notes, but only minimally.

I really like this scent, bubblegum soapy fresh in a youthful and clean but not tacky way. As mentioned before, longevity is an issue for sure and for me it becomes a skin scent after around 4-5 hours. I knew about this when buying and tbh, it has been fine as not all scents need to last a bajillion years. My partner isn't really into fragrances and is often happier when I don't wear something heavy so this scent is perfect for wearing during the day and not being a cloying nightmare for her in the evening.

Not a bad cheapy. Fresh citrus and ginger before the dry down after that more marine, mossy, ambroxan. Smells like Legend Spirit with a kick from the ginger. I do like this better than Spirit for this reason. Performance is just OK. Works great as a gym scent or just dumb reach in warm weather. This is the definition of a mainstream current trend blue ambroxan fragrance. Price is appropriate for what your getting. Would be a good starter for a teen that getting into mens fragrance. 6/10, cool bottle

This smells 90% similar to Legend Spirit and the Invictus Aqua line. This is a fruitier interpretation of those two fragrances. If you own either of those, this would be a redundant purchase. Projection and longevity is above average, similar to the Invictus line. I feel like this is something Hollister might make, because it's definitely geared towards the teenager demographic and summer beach parties vibe. Only difference is the performance is much better than the Hollister fragrances.

A fun easy going Hawas / invictus aqua type of fragrance / DNA, but for me I prefer the lemon and ginger twist and it's maybe even a touch sweeter than the aforementioned. it's a really solid choice for casual everyday use, 3 seasons. Another good addition to the Halloween Man line-up Longevity is great at 7 to 8 hours on skin, and it projects well for the first 3+ hours before becoming more intimate. Overall 7.5 / 10, perfect for a white T day

This is clearly a hybrid of original Hugo and A&F Fierce. Even the name "Hero" is a combination of Hugo and Fierce: "H-ier-O." I don't think it's a coincidence. And while it's umistakeably blue, I don't get any resemblance to Invictus, Y, AdG flankers, etc. No, sir and/or ma'am, this scent recalls the late 90s/early 00s. This frag is a nice, albeit short-lived smelltrack to that golden era, but that might be lost on the zoomers market.

I agree on the comments calling this very sweet. I disagree that it’s too strong, or cloying in the heat. I also disagree on it being long lasting. I just reapplied after about 5 hours, which didn’t really shock me on a warm weather fresh, sweet fragrance. I liked someone’s use of the word “playful”. I’d never wear this when dressed up, but on a warm day, when I’m in the mood for something sweet, I’m glad this is in my collection.

Not alot to say about this i think. It's a pleasant and very fresh fragrance, citrusy with a very prominent ginger smell. I get it as very green and not so much as an aquatic smell, and I think that's why I bought it at the time, to escape from the sea that are aquatic masculine fragrances. Very one dimensional but I think it's perfect for everyday wear and gym/school/work as it's super easy-going.

Halloween Man Hero does its job quite well. It works best as a clean and straightforward gym, every day, or poolside fragrance. My brother noted that it smells like a more pleasant version of a cheap fragrance that many country clubs put in locker rooms. You cannot go wrong with this, but it can get uninteresting once you start to build a collection of more nuanced scents.

I mean, it is good? I do not know to what degree though. It could suit more fun settings, like a graduation or a casual hangout with friends but I think this is all this fragrance offers to you. In terms of longer term usage, this could be really boring because it is really synthetic. 6/10

Blind buy. Smells like Gummi Worms and lemonade it's very citric and a little salty. Also very cheap, it reminds me of a more playful and modern Acqua di Gio Profondo and Eau Sauvage. I wear it at least once per week since it's very safe and clean for the hotter weather here in Lima Peru.

The opening threw me off so much I was considering returning it. Don't even know how to describe the scent so I won't bother. Thank God I didn't though. This thing is soooo fresh. I can't wait til winter is over Ima be rocking this a lot!

In my opinion it is a top 5 budget school/work fragrances. Scent is pleasant with good citrus. I find it extremely fresh. it lasts i would say 5hrs on clothes and 4hrs on skin. great budget and great summer fragrances.

Solid budget scent with some versatility. Longevity and sillage are great for a warm weather scent and it's an easy 3 scent season dumb reach. A bit aquatic a bit fresh and a bit spicy. A less fruitier Hawas..

Basically Mont Blanc Legend Spirit plus a little zesty kick from the ginger. I love Legend Spirit, so that's a compliment :)

Very likeable, smooth and pleasant.

The notes and most of the reviews here are pretty inaccurate in my opinion. First and foremost, this fragrance is quite sweet - the citrusy marine notes listed and reviewers calling this a showergel or a blue fragrance would have you thinking this was a sour fresh fragrance. It is not, it's a sweet fragrance all the way through Only one reviewer @Aqua Velveeta got this right - this fragrance opens up smelling like A&F Fierce and its clone Mont Blanc Legend Then only after drying down does it smell like Invictus. Unfortunately I think this is a bad thing, too much sweet bubble gum orange. I'd prefer for it to be like Fierce/Legend all the way through I loved the Fierce/Legend opening but didn't like the Invictus drydown so I will not be buying a full bottle. Halloween Man Shot remains the #1 Jesus Del Pozo fragrance in my opinion

Just received this today, wearing it now. Fairly light light silage, fruity, shower gel-esque sort of fragrance. Pleasant enough, the sort of fragrance I'd recommend a teenager to wear. It's a cheap one so anyone expecting something as surprisingly innovative as Halloween Man X is going to be disappointed but for an every day wear it while you work from home cheapie it is decent value

Opens with a heavy citrus, mostly lemon with some fuzzy ginger and aquatic notes. It's a done to death accord that's been in a ton of modern men's fragrances in the last decade. This smells similar to a bunch of other fragrances but with a bit of an aftershave vibe. It's not bad but it's also not unique. The lemon is nice but the rest is so generic I personally wouldn't buy a bottle.

Ultra citrusy and fresh cologne. Reminds me of a Polo cologne mixed with legend spirit. Also very similar to Roja dove burligton 1819. The grapefruit and ginger in this really reach out and smack you in the face in the opening, but once dryed down it's quite pleasant and smooth. Safe blind buy if your looking for a strong summer scent.

It’s very similar to Legend Spirit, but there’s some note that makes it very “banana-y”, and it kinda ruins the smell for me. At its price point I would just get Legend Spirit or Hawas if you’re looking for an Invictus Aqua clone.

Screams of my skin for the first 2-3 hours then settles down and lasts about 6 hours. Smells like Mont Blanc Legend Intense to me. Not bad but nothing new.

Soapy with a hint of sweetness, strong citrus and a generic clean lavender viber. Don't care for it but it's very safe and basic.

I agree with @gentel below. The sweetness in this fragrance is what turned me off by it. It actually smells like how the bottle looks to me. Comes off smelling like a big blender full of fruit but not in a good way. I initially thought this would be a fresh, slightly sweet or even slightly aquatic fragrance from reviews I saw and the notes listed but it’s nothing like that. It’s too cloying and I wouldn’t reach for this at all in the summer. I see why people compare it too Invictus but it doesn’t smell like it to me, but it’s the same type of bubble gum sweetness in Invictus, however I prefer Invictus over this because it’s more wearable to me. 4/10

#661 in my "Tour de Fragrance" My primary takeaway on this is it's a very eighties sort of fruity-spicy fragrance with really indifferent performance, at the level of a Kenneth Cole or Calvin Klein scent you'd pick up at the pharmacy, and 100% cheap synthetics. I wouldn't bother. Similar to Invictus Aqua. Any scent with "Aqua" in the name should tell you up front it's a watered down fragrance with no staying power. Halloween Man Hero may not have "Aqua" in the name, but may as well. This Hero's a zero and is not going to save the day.

Don't get the Hype behind this, just received and the Opening is like an overripe Banana, after the initial Alcohol blast that hits you as it starts to dry down, The original and the X are gems, this totally different story..please don't believe the youtube & Instagram hypers(not what they claim it is) Just a fruit that has gone bad, unless you like the smell of Banana's
