This is oud through and through. A profound and high quality vintage oud taken from the reserves of the Sultan Qaboos collection. At 4000 euros this is very good value for money considering oud from this era is practically extinct and if you did manage to find something similar it wouldn't be for sale. 15 ml is a Tola and a quarter (Tola is 12 ml) with most prized ouds only being sold in 3 ml presentation for the sheer lack of availability. There are no other noticeable notes besides oud which is what you want. A very deep oud oil for oud lovers. If you have never smelled vintage, aged or genuine wild oud oil this is the one you should smell to understand what oud should really smell and feel like. Abyssal depth

This beautiful composition smells of the rather refined Mukhallat, highlighted with rose and a slightly powdery touch. A light orange blossom may also be detected underneath the bouquet. At its price, however, the refinement may be had from other houses’ vintage stock.

This is as good as it gets. There is oud and then more oud. But its so refined. There is subtle barn which can make anyone swoon. The heavy barnyard side of oud has been rounded off perfectly by various florals to the extent that it comes across as just one ingredient ie. highest quality oud. This can be worn safely anywhere and less is more here.
