Rosefire

WOW. Rose lovers, you must try ROSEFIRE. You're going to freak. I cannot get enough, and as much as I love roses, I have nothing that I've experienced that is similar. I love Rose Etoile de Hollande by Mona di Orio, but that, to me, is a yellow rose, and that rose note fades. ROSEFIRE is not like this. It's closer to TEA ROSE but not as sharp, not as Bulgarian. ROSEFIRE doesn't mess around. Dang, I love this. I can't stop. I will try to report back as far as sillage and longevity, but I bought a full bottle on the spot at Bloomingdale's, so blown away. Lasts for DAYS on my clothes. I can't get enough. Projection is enough to have garnered me two compliments today from coworkers when they leaned near my computer screen. So, no trail or distance in terms of throw, but enough sillage for people who come in for a hug. Definite winner. LOVE. Smells exactly like the much pricer Buly 1803 :Eau Triple Rose de Damas (another alcohol-free line).

I don’t know why nobody has mentioned this at all, but to me this smells soooooo close to Delina by Parfums De Marly, at least for a good 4 hours after spraying. I own Delina and while these are not dupes, they’re close enough that you wouldn’t need both perfumes. Rosefire is a bit less screechy and a bit more sweet/juicy. The dry down of this is where it differs though - the sweet juicy rose gives way to a deeper saffron-y note reminiscent of Mancera’s Instant Crush. This perfume has truly been a delight to wear, it’s the yummiest sweetest juiciest rose that lasts a good 6+ hours on my skin. Projection isn’t beast mode but is pretty decent. I also find the no-alcohol formula super interesting and can definitely tell that the consistency of the perfume is more oil-heavy and sticks on the skin longer. I’d buy a full bottle if I didn’t already recently purchase PMD Delina. But maybe I’ll come back to this one day in the future.

Gorgeous. A syrupy rose with a fizzy, tart violet singing back up. There’s something a little sweet in the composition, maybe a dollop of vanilla cream even though it’s not listed. I’m not sure Rosefire is projecting but I also don’t care if I’m the only one who can smell it.... because I wholeheartedly am in love. Very natural profile, leaning into a rose gourmand direction. I was concerned that I was going to get a stinging feeling on my skin, as it happened when I sprayed another sample scent from Hermetica, but not this time. Really good longevity considering there’s no alcohol in the bottle. I don’t consider myself a major rose fan, but I also can’t imagine anyone not liking it. Rosefire is an easy to wear —and love— sweet rose perfume.

Gorgeous!! Floral but brightly "fruity"--to me, the davana is appearing almost daisy and melon-like (two things I don't often enjoy...but I also don't EVER enjoy davana!!). One weird thing is that my skin really prickled where I sprayed it. Don't know why! (The feeling faded as the spray absorbed in.) This scent was really a surprise for me, because I expected to hate it...but instead it might actually be my very favourite from the discovery set! :D I must say, Hermetica have really impressed me! I didn't expect much from non-alcohol fragrances, but they have been quite fantastic overall.

A very pretty non-screechy rose. It's very smooth and could be worn year round. I'm not a big floral girl, typical rose scents (like dior rose n roses) I hate, but this one is great, I'd consider a bottle of it. Moschino toy2 bubblegum was my go to for a rose fragrance but this is just as great in a different way, definitely less sweet than moschino but love it equally. Unfortunately longevity and projection are poor, I get like 2-3 hours and probably starting 1st hour I have to have my wrist to my nose to smell. For that reason only this went from a want to a pass.

I haven't tried it on my skin yet, so I'll add to this later. My first impression sprayed on a card smells like walking through a rose garden in an evergreen forest. I like it a lot so far. EDIT: This is a winner for me. It's lovely from start to finish, about 6 hours. Sweet, fresh and just a little bit soapy. Another Edit: Dang it, I'm going to have to get a full bottle of this. The travel spray won't last long at the rate that I've been using it. 😘

This has been on my wishlist since it came out. Finally got it, and I can't get enough of it. Jammy rose, with just about the right amount of sweetness, the "young" kind of rose. As @emerson10 mentioned, it does smell like blistex berry chapstick and dolls, I couldn't figure it out why it is so similar, now I get it and yes it smells like childhood. I love it. Very feminine, can't picture a man wearing it.

I love this! It is a beautiful bright juicy Rose paired with sweet Violets. I find myself addicted to its syrupy sweetness, it’s sparkling under my nose. I can say it is like Buly Damask Rose, but it is far more complex sparkly and sweet. Anyways I have found my ideal “Rose and Violet” combination, thought I tried them all till I found this, if your taste is like mine than you will enjoy this.

I believe i have saved THE best for last! The sharp litchi juicy rose. It does have that blood sharp roses with litchi, pomegranate, bits of saffron, slight patchouli. This reminds me of: +"Rose Etoile de Hollande" by Mona di Orio +"Coeur Couronne" by Herve Gambs This one is impressively beautiful. Excellent.

Finally get my hands a full bottle of this! The scent is so addictive, its like a sweet drink and candy but it’s not. Seems like a simple rose scent but there’s just something to it that brings happiness everytime i sniff it.

I recently got this one and I love it. I get strong Delina vibes from it. It is a sweet jammy rose scent that has great longevity on my skin.

A unique, deeply fragrant rose. Sweet, tart, a bit fruity...a banana note appearing in evolution. Youthful, bright, flirty. Intriguing.

rosefire is la fille de berlin's younger sister. or perhaps a look into past before heartbreak made her a brooding poet. she is sitting at her ivory vanity stacked with anything but makeup - candles, books, and trinkets - applying a sheer iridescent shadow to her eyes. a lurker of huge portes-fenêtres by nature, her greatest joy is a pink sunset and a fenitmans rose lemonade. if you asked her what's in her bag, she would turn it upside down and a fuzzy keychain, two different lipsticks in the exact same shade, and a handful of bonbons tumble out. an all-season scent to be carried on the wind in hopes of ending up in the memory of the gentleman of your desire. but we all know what happens in the end! a pastry drenched in rose jam, the tickle of sunrays in a summer garden, and the sharp bite of a tear. 7.5/10

Very interesting rose scent. Can’t say it reminds me of anything I’ve smelled before. The rose is VERY prominent but not at all dated or “dusty.” Neither is it watery or fresh. It’s a bit difficult to describe. I’m no fragrance expert but it’s almost like a tart fruity rose. It’s very vibrant and energetic. It smells tart to me in the same way Hibiscus Mahajad does. I’m not saying they’re dupes at all. There’s just this similar quality they have...tart, uplifting, bright, cheerful. I’m not sure it’s for me but it’s a lovely unique fragrance. Very niche for sure. I’d say Spring/Summer scent, possibly date night just bc of its uniqueness. Also sig-scent worthy if it’s your vibe for that same reason.

Rosefire is not your usual rose fragrance. A tangy, fruity, syrupy rose is the dominant scent throughout. I can detect blackberry and peach as the fruit notes. It feels like a tart fruit jam against sweet rose syrup. The scent doesn't change much during the dry down, aside from a soft violet slightly muting the jamminess, so it becomes more sweet syrup and less tart. Rosefire is a fruity and fun fragrance, perfect for cooler weather as I think it would feel sticky during hotter months. Plus it has the added bonus of being an alcohol free perfume, so if you're prone to getting headaches from fragrance or have sensitive skin, the Hermetica line is a great place to go.

OMG wow I love this. I need to talk about this drydown for a minute. It's dollhead x Red Berry Blistex (which is interesting bc their woodysandal scent to me is green blistex!). I cannot unsmell Red Berry Blistex wow. Growing up, I had a friend who had a finished basement (chic) full of barbies, including a lifesize barbie in a white wedding gown. IYKYK. The basement has a sweet plasticky cherry smell that I have been seeking out for years. I still need to wear this so this review is on blotter only, but is 100% reminiscent of my childhood, chapstick, dolls, basement and all.

I like the opening of this: a rose with a very prominent davana note and a hint of violets. I expected it to remain pretty linear, considering those are the only listed notes. To my surprise, after about 30 minutes on skin, an unexpected sweet vanilla surges forward, and the scent becomes very similar to Mancera Roses Vanille (but less potent). A real chameleon! I like both phases, but I'm not sure how to wear this, due to the harsh contrast between those two moments. I'll keep testing and will update this review later.

Rosefire Hermetica Rose is deep and strong. Davana is the fuel. Violet is keeping an eye on it so you won't go up in flames. (Even though there's no alcohol in this). Modern touch to revamp a rose perfume. This certainly is luring me into a country field that l want to explore.

One of my signature scents, really sticks to my skin and lasts for a day or a night easily. I won't recommend it to someone who doesn't like strong rose or powdery scents. But if you love rose, you'll certainly love it and how long lasting it is.

To my nose, it's similar to Mancera Roses Vanille (and thus Montale Intense Cafe). On my skin, in addition to the rose, I smell vanilla and amber, especially in the opening. It's a very nice fragrance, but I'm not sure it's worth the price tag.
