Yuzu - Zesty fizziness

This one is hands-down one of the most wonderful scents from the new line! Indeed, it is fizzy and presents a bright, cheery, and optimistic citrus, but what I wasn't expecting is the complexity and depth of the scent once it has dried down. Initially, I was expecting a linear citrus from start to finish, but what I wound-up with when the citrus top notes faded was a delightful trail of something closer to tea than anything else. Curiously enough, I am reminded throughout Yuzu's lifespan of Cartier's Declaration, minus the somewhat off-putting cardamom and spices. Indeed, this easily could have been created by JCE without any leap of faith; it's that good. Longevity and sillage fall toward the weaker end of the spectrum for an EDT, but for the price carrying a bottle with you to refresh your scent every couple of hours seems entirely plausible. In conclusion, this really is a wonderful scent custom made for Spring and Summer, although I am testing it during a warmer winter day and it doesn't seem out of place in the slightest. This is one of the scents that I will definitely be buying more of in the near future: it's just so delightful and full of life. Perfection!

Cheap, cheerful and charming. Slightly synthetic sherbet-lemon fizz at the start but it perks up a bit more and moves to something a little sharper and more upmarket later on - not QUITE as mouth-puckering, seriously acid as real yuzu juice, but really not bad at all as an echo of the fruit. Not terribly long lasting - honestly, what citrus scent is? - but just fine, for the ridiculously tiny price.

This scent was very nice, I was surprised. But it doesn't have any longevity at all. It was gone in 5 minutes literally. What a pity.

I bought this knowing full well that I am not a fan of citrusy scents, but it was cheap and I was feeling hopeful. my hope was for naught, however, as this resembles nothing but a strong detergent to me. it literally smells like a freshly cleaned bathroom, or like sticking your nose inside a lemon and inhaling it, the pain that follows included. either way it’s not a hit for me. I considered gifting it to my friend who enjoys citrus scents but I’m afraid it’s too pungent even for her. I will use it as a bathroom air freshener for now, although I barely even like it as that. boo!

Based on its description and reviews, I blind bought this as a summer citrus. Had wanted Kate Spade TRULYjoyful (citrus), but it didn't even last from store to car on a test strip. H&M Yuzu zesty fizziness has a pretty nice citrus blast on application, less so as it dries down. Might be similar enough to TRULYjoyful to serve as a less expensive alternative except for the fact that it doesn't stay on me even a little. Gone within minutes. It has such a low price point that I would respray and be satisfied, but it is only in the initial few seconds that it really smells citrusy. Not practical for me at any price. .

Although I like yuzu in fragrances and fancy more of it whenever it is featured, on its own this is a bit too meh and does resemble cleaning products and soap. For the price I cannot complain though, and it serves for layering very well. On its own this is yuzu on the sweeter side, which wears down to pure aromatic, almost dry, citrusy powder accord. Moderate sillage and staying power - pretty good for a citrus.

This is one of the winners for me from the new range. This is a citrus that smells real and not at all as hyperbolic as the colour of the bottle. It has a beautiful iced tea quality in the opening that stays throughout the scent. It's not too sharp, sour or sweet and has just enough of a floral fruity character to make it more than just a plain citrus scent.

horrible smell, this should not be a fragrance it just smells like typical orange/lemon lolipop. I almost threw up smelling this. Longevity is better compared to the other releases, more than 30 mins.

Smells like I have cheap lemon dish soap on me. It's very unpleasant. I will never wear this.
