I don't understand why this isn't rated higher, I think it's an awesome whimsical fragrance. Not sexy, not for any particular occasion, just a very nice smelling perfume unlike anything I've ever smelled. My ex loves this perfume. Performance is above average for HoM. I think it smells very unique, obviously, but it's also highly wearable. Don't bother trying to understand the notes, the best you can say is that it has that really satisfying earthy smell you get sometimes, but turned into an excellent perfume. While I don't think it's blind buy safe, it's very unique but surprisingly wearable, even as a signature scent.

When Kiki arrived, the fresh perfume gives purple floral top notes that are very feminine. This is not some watery or powdery violets. The woods and earthy tea are solid support. After some time aging the juice, the sandalwood starts to deepen. And here becomes polarity and artistry. The fragrance opening purple floral and black tea follows rising sandalwood that shifts its gear feminine to masculine. If I am the perfumer I add clove, gunpowder note, leather or tonkin musk towards this finale. But Kiki is natural perfumery and aimed for those young at heart. And I wish I gotten a bigger bottle.

This is an artsy perfume experience. It has many layers and changes as it evolves. This something you definitely have to wear to test. First blast is pungent violet then it becomes more incensey and smoky. I had freshly shower and applied HOM high beauty oil (sandalwood) then the Kiki. Magical. This really is an experience and a personal enjoyment ride. This is not beautiful, but it’s not dark either. I would pair it with music that makes you happy and just bask in its uniqueness.

KiKi grew on me. At first I couldn't get over the very natural smelling base used by HoM, but I got used to that, I can focus more on the beautiful violet. It's violet candies but also natural smelling, so like a mix of candy and forest and fresh stems. A stunning violet perfume. Strong, sweet, powdery, but also fresh. I agree with Cuchanu, it could totally be an effective signature scent.

Ha ha ha ... This is a very unusual viola! At the beginning I distinguish moist Parma violets, dried rose petals soaked in tea (especially oloong), a light leather of raw iris, tonka, chewy puffs of myrrh, light earthy mushrooms and a little anise. Initially and at a short distance it is not really comfortable. I have a leathery vibe, sweetness fermented with moist roses, beauty salon memories. A strange sensation, fresh, dewy and green but also warming similar to when you are under the helmet, at the hairdresser waiting for the final drying! A soup, almost of ink with animalic accents of leather, which slowly dissipates in a fragrant, amalgamated and pleasant trail, magenta color. Unfortunately I don't have those smuggling parties in mind .. but I still take large doses of sexy roses and images of warm skin of women in the sun and hints of the beach and fresh sea air ... It gets better with time, more unisex, definitely more woody, dusty, but still ... Intimate! While I don't like succulent prefaces with roses in it and expected more magic mushrooms in the "Forbidden" style this has a brilliant tea accord. All here, is revealed slowly, accompanying me in a sweet, pleasant, genuine, sexy and still .. anomalous ending! ;-) Enjoy!
