Wonder Woman 2023

WW 2023 - My boyfriend bought this for me for Christmas and let me open it early- somehow this plumber/contractor who is nose blind to almost everything and has no interest in fragrance, became mildly obsessed with these HOS Collab Cupcakes. Works for me! For context: I’m in South Florida, this came on a rare cold front day with temps 50-70. Still 50%+ humidity. My skin is dry. Nothing lasts on me, even with moisturizer and layering My nose- I struggle with partial anosmia from chronic sinusitis. I can smell this one though and have not been fully or partially anosmic to any HOS fragrance thus far. My Experience after 3 wears: It opens up super fruity- on my very first spray I thought “oh no, is this a straight up boring fruity/fruity floral” But that blast of fruit & citrus fades rapidly, I’m talking under a minute...maybe 2. I was super concerned about the Davana note, but I can’t say that I smell it at all. It dries down extremely similar to Benevolence, only softer/more airy as light musks tend to do. Benevolence has a denser sweetness than this. Also, at times I catch a whiff of the raspberry in the background mixed with a light creaminess along with that touch of powdery orris and musk. Other whiffs I’m detecting an almost play dough smell. (I’ve heard and read about this before but this is my first time getting that from a fragrance) But it’s gone as soon as I notice it. Overall it’s a very pleasant easy reach. I’m finding myself dousing in it. I can’t speak much on longevity because I haven’t left the house in it yet. For Sillage- it sits close. I think after an hour people outside your arms length would struggle to notice it much. But this is a new release and a new bottle so we’ll see

Not sure why no one has said this reminds them of Celine Black Tie! They are soooooo similar! They both have that vanilla/orris combination. I see on the Black Tie page, people have said it reminds them of Wonder Woman, so I know other people must think so! The scent profile on this is listed as Sweet and then Fruity, but to me, it should go Sweet and then Powdery, because I don't really get much of a "fruity" vibe from this. I don't think the raspberry is that pronounced, so if you're not a fan of that note, I wouldn't worry. To me this is more of a powdery sweet vanilla with a hint of spiciness from the pink pepper. I also don't really know what Davana smells like, so I can't say whether that note is very prominent. I would say, if you like Celine Black Tie, you will likely enjoy this. I don't think you need both though, they are that similar to me!

I would say this mostly smells like a big bowl of vanilla powdered sugar, fresh raspberries and your pepper shaker is nearby. At opening the pepper, green not yet ripe raspberry and musk are more prominent, but then it settles into a powdery vanilla softness.To me it smells like a vanilla cupcake at dry down. I love it! Just purchased the full-size bottle because the restocked! And got it on sale, so happy I didn't bite the bullet to purchase off eBay. If you like Hufflepuff, as I do, I could see you also liking this fragrance. HoS does a really nice vanilla and that is highlighted with Wonder Woman. A feminine, sweet and gourmand.

Sure smells a lot like Dan Paris, especially in the opening. Dan Paris just dries down to straight up play doh, I had to declutter that one fast. Wonder Woman has that extra tartness from the raspberry that makes it a lot better IMO. It's a good one from HOS, this house makes some very inconsistent fragrances, some are really good but most are kinda cheap smelling. Most people know we pay a premium mostly for the bottles, but this fragrance is actually very well done. i don't find it juvenile at all.

Wonder Woman is one of my favorite fragrances at the moment. I was a little nervous about the pink pepper note, but it’s subtle and balances out the sweetness. Wonder Woman smells like a vanilla cupcake topped with fruits, and dusted with powdered sugar. This is such a beautiful powdery fragrance. And it’s great for all occasions. I layer this fragrance with Dappers Wonder Woman body butter impression, and a thick body oil. I get 6-7 hours of great performance on skin and clothes.

Why the haters for a scent called Wonder Woman? Seems like wasted energy. The perfume is just being released in a new bottle. Same scent as the initial release WW1984 in collaboration with the movie that was released that same year (2020). Scent is actually really nice. Raspberry, sweet, creamy, powdery, the davana note is nice. Gives a bit of raspberry marshmallow vibes from raspberry almond vanilla orris. The bottle is very cute, price is ridiculous.

I agree with everything Dramaloladiva said about this. It's lovely, with the raspberry & bergamot adding a little more daytime vibe than Orchidee Vanille. They are the "Wonder" in "Wonder Woman." It's a mature scent or a romantic evening, great for the holidays. Dapper Fragrances makes a dupe of this scent to try before going full bottle. I fell in love first spray.

This smells wonderful, warm, powdery sweet and cozy...I love it and it reminds me of Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidée Vanille. It’s a beautiful scent (they both are) and I am excited to have added this cupcake to my collection ❤️🤍💙 Wish I could have smelled the original one from 2020. Eventually, I am sure I will...

Don’t let the name fool you this is 100% unisex and on me the pink pepper and vanilla dominates. This is the best got HOS in my opinion. I get compliments on it all the time and the lady’s love it on a man. Just delicious orris iris vanilla combo with a hint of raspberry

I think the DNA of House Sillage may not be for me. They have a lotion scent base. This fragrance is neither good nor bad - it is meh. Rated: NIVEA

This perfume is gorgeous- warm and bright. It really reminds me my Shalimar Millésime Iris Guerlain.

I have Wonder Woman 1984 and I tried it up against this and they are not the same. I had a few people smell it, not people who knew fragrances too well- and they all said they were obviously different. This iteration of WW has lost some of the magic the original had. They are similar, but definitely not “exactly the same “. It’s hard to pinpoint the difference but it smells like a dupe.

Wonder Woman is my first encounter with House of Sillage, a house I had no real interest in exploring, feeling put off by their gaudy bottles. This scent is not bad by any means, it’s actually fairly nice, but it doesn’t smell original: it’s quite familiar in the gourmand space. The bergamot is quite prominent in the opening, sharp and fizzy, which when combined with that floral sweetness, smells like an unusual sort of candy. This thankfully settles, as it develops into a much nicer dry, powdery orris, almond and vanilla with that raspberry sweetness. If you enjoy sweet gourmands, you’ll likely enjoy this. For me personally, it’s a bit too sugary and juvenile, but I wouldn’t consider it a bad fragrance at all, it’s just not to my taste.

Was given as a gift - unfortunately don't think it's something I would have purchased for myself. It's not bad, but it's definitely not me. Reads a lot younger than I was anticipating! Sillage and projection are good, but it doesn't last super long.

This is a re-release of the same Wonder Woman scent, just in a new bottle. The slight differences in notes between them mean nothing. The house has confirmed it's the same exact scent. So with that said, please don't let anyone convince you to shell out money for some allegedly superior scent because they're lying to you lol. And don't blind buy this thinking it's different than the others. If you're a collector, then by all means collect the bottles like pokemon. But I've seen so many people curious about this one when it's the same scent they've already smelled. I personally love it. Imagine Van Cleef & Arpels' Orchidee Vanille (akin to a creamy vanilla milkshake) with the addition of the isolated raspberry note you'd get from a raspberry lemonade powdered drink mix if that makes sense. Don't let the pretentious scrooges on this site make you feel like it's not at least worth getting your nose on if the notes look like they're up your alley. Fragrance is fragrance. I'm not into DC comics, nor do I have any connection whatsoever to Wonder Woman. I just bought a bottle because I sampled it and loved it. No more, no less because it's nowhere near as deep as people make it out to be lol. I will say, wait and get it on sale. Fragrances are always better when you can get them below retail, and this house has sales frequently if you're patient enough to wait. I've already seen this one go for 50% off a few times so be sure to sign up for their emails if you haven't already to be notified whenever bottles are on sale.

I get the disdain for the prices at HOS, but to project that onto the actual juice is an overreaction. I think WW is "pretty." It's blended well, and I can smell the entire note tier even after the dry down. I love it! Is it groundbreaking? No. But I don't have anything in my collection to easily dupe it with. Am I happy to have it? Hell yes! Is it overpriced? Not to me because I don't pay full price for HOS fragrances. If you catch the right sale, it's actually cheaper than you'd pay for a 100 ml designer bottle at Sephora. Just say you hate the house and stop trolling on each post about one of their fragrances. Some of y'all are WEIRD. How does fragrance make you so angry that you dedicate hours of your life bashing it? 😂😂😂

There is something extremely expensive and special it’s a gorgeous balsamic and sultry sweet vanilla and it smells cooling, almost cold but not minty. Gorgeous. You can wear this all year a great signature and the beautiful bottle makes it more worth it. My top from HOS are this in the number 1 spot, Minnie Mouse, and Hufflepuff. But this one is DIVINE My skin picks up the vanilla more, and clothing the bergamot is strong initially. Very well rounded

This is up there with Hufflepuff and Tom & Jerry for me. This is also my husband favorite scent; every time I ask him which one he’d like me to wear he always picks this one and I have a lot of perfume, over 40 bottles at least. To me this is such a yummy smooth raspberry vanilla scent that quickly turns into vanilla pencil shavings, like a cedar dry down in the best way, haha. But you have to like that in order to like this one.

It does not smell identical to the original release Wonder Woman 1984. It's similar, but it smells slightly watered down and less rich. Like someone said below, it smells like a dupe. Very close, but missing some depth and oomph. Same thing with the last WW release. It was only inteneded to release one time limited edition. The repromotes are redone and lack a little. The first version is typically the best.

I'm reviewing the Dapper Fragrances dupe of this. I've never smelled the original. I received a free sample and loved it so much I ordered a full bottle. This stuff is AMAZING! It's sweet, fluffy, fruity, but warm and cozy at the same time! I absolutely LOVE it and it out performs some of my high end perfumes. Love love love!!

I'm getting Hundred Silent Ways from Nishane with a fruity Raspberry opening. Now I LOVE HSW, so I'm just wondering if I'm the only one smelling this?

First purchase from this house. I loved it but sadly it didn’t last on me. I sold it 😥.
