Boss Bottled Parfum

Cool and dark, mysterious but not in a menacing way, it exudes an "ominous positivity" vibe, if you know the meme. Olibanum, cool like a marble slab, announces itself from the beginning. In no stage it's overpowering, it's lightly smoky and ties the rest of the notes together. The opening thanks to this incense and a hint of citrus is almost fresh. This note doesn't necessarily remind me of mandarin, anyway there's more peel than pulp and it immediately shies away from the skin, but the note will linger on clothes in the background for a while. Then it's FIG.The full tree. My grandparents had a fig tree in the garden and this scent is a perfect rendition of a cool mid season evening breeze caressing the plant and shaking its branches. For a brief moment, besides the leaves and the bark, you also get the white milky liquid of the fruit. As if swept by the wind, it quickly disappears carried away in the evening breeze. The orris/iris note is not the main character of the Parfum, but it's there and acts as a shadow, adding depth and powderiness making this a creamy dark green scent. As it dries down the smoothest, non animalic leather takes the main stage along with a lot of Cedar. 7 hours in, in the late drydown, the fragrance becomes quieter as a pleasant, almost sweet-leaning note of cedar remains the last man standing on stage while the ghosts of all the previous note keep on hanging around in the background, haunting your nostrils if you smell your skin or clothes. On my skin longevity pretty good, 8 to 12 hours with pretty decent projection for the first 2.5 hours. If I sniff my wrist I can still detect it 18h later, as the faintest skin scent of course. It doesn't have the loudest projection but I wouldn't overspray this one. Dark green scent, calm and cool, perfect for winter and autumn, also for spring nights. Work, date nights and formal occasion appropriate. It brings to my mind reveries of a chill early spring night in the old town of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. I see it as the perfect masculine partner in crime of Versace Crystal Noir (EDT, not EDP). TL,DR Cool dark green mysterious fragrance for cold weather, discreet to good projection with good 8h minimum longevity. Scent: 8.7 but you have to like fig. Performance: 7.6 (8.5 longevity 6.7 projection). Price/Value: 6.8 can be found at a decent price, but the atomizer and the plastic cap are a bit of a letdown. Overrall 7.7

Después de oler esto no comprendo porque entretenerse con las notas olfativas. Que si huele a mandarina, que si huele a manzana, o cuero o ámbar (las dos últimas son sintéticas). A mi este aroma me encanta por sus notas sucias y sexuales. Para mi que va cargado de castoreo y almizcles y concretos superconcentrados. Se detectan a diez metros....Hasta mejoran el aroma que lleves puesto si entra alguien al lugar donde estés. Estos aromas de fondo que duran días y que en seco parecen eternos gracias a la química. Estas notas son las más buscadas porque evocan sensaciones primarias a quien los percibe. Aquí en Boss Bottled hay de eso en cantidad.... Es ácido y agrio además de cítrico y punzante. Es algo sucio 😝 (tipo heces de vaca o cuadra) pero filtrado y más potente y afinado. Un recurso de perfumería de mis preferidos, junto con notas de cuero y concreto de orris. En la salida pueden parecerse a la mandarina y a los higos en cuanto a su dulzura. Cada olfato lo siente de esa manera. He estado buscando estas calidades desde los años 90 que se usó en CAROLINA HERRERA for men. Normalmente está materia es incluida en los primeros lotes para crear adicción y en reformulaciones se van reajustando según las ventas. Creo que he dicho suficiente como para hacerse una idea a qué huele. Sólo recomiendo que quien quiera probarlo tenga paciencia y espere al secado del día siguiente para apreciar todas las notas porque es un aroma que se va descubriendo poco a poco pasando de afrutado a sensual, después a higos, después a cuero, después a cedro, y por fin a ácidos y almizcles sucios de animal. Toda una belleza de la perfumería química de hoy. En cuanto al precio... Depende de lo que se esté dispuesto a pagar según lo que sienta el usuario. Para mi no tiene precio. A sido una jexperiencia increible descubrir lo que puede hacer BOSS BOTTLED. Una lástima que mucha gente la use sin saber lo que lleva. Porque está es caliente y sexual como pocas. Perfecta para hacer layering y usarla para hacer que tus aromas preferidos sean más sensuales y atrayentes. Sinceramente vale su peso en oro, igual que la primera edición de DIOR HOMME PARFUM apreciada por su iris-orris, pero esta BOSS BOTTLED es otro tipo de fragancia.

This is a difficult perfume to review.... It's like the roads of my native Galicia, where you can take two completely opposite directions and arrive at the same place (...). First of all, I like it although It isn’t a particularly captivating or revolutionary scent, really. Or wait... maybe it's the opposite? Boss Bottled Parfum is fresh but dark, unique but generic, daring but safe... So what’s this? Well, that's its charm: A controlled divergence as a hallmark. To find a point of reference in the brand, I would say that it comes to stay in the olfactory profile of Boss Bottled Night. Again, it doesn't smell like it, but it’s in a similar spectrum. Is this one better? Well... It's newer and well-executed, so draw your own conclusions. I really like both. In the utilitarian context, this one has excellent versatility, moderate projection and good duration (8h). It smells like quality, so everything is fine here. In the sensory and suggestive, this perfume doesn’t aim for the “Pied Piper” effect: It starts with a moderate citrus, airy and light, nothing sharp. Immediately the freshness of the orris and the fig root take the direction of the scent, supported by a very soft and subtle incense, along with a balanced cedar wood. Gradually, a vegetable leather accord takes shape and completes an elegant and - just apparently - discreet fragrance, which in reality turns out to be secretly daring at short distances, with a seductive mix of kindness and impudence. It’s a very distinctive scent in the olfactory memory, so its imprint remains perfectly differentiated and ready to be reactivated with the proximity of new close encounters. That's a secret winning hand. So to recap, what do we have here? Well... A man with an angel face and a mischievous smile, surely.

This scent is a textbook example of a great idea getting ruined by marketing. You can practically hear the arguments in the boardroom: "It has nothing to do with our flagship scent!" "Doesn't matter—greenish winter scents are what's selling right now!" If they had been brave enough to package this in a green bottle and called it something like "Green Leather," it would have been a cult classic. The opening is sharp, fresh, and slightly bitter...a green note that moves into a rather large dose of earthy patchouli, (it’s not listed but it definitely there,) that eventually melts into a warm, sweet, and leathery/woody base—the kind of scent you'd wear in the heart of winter. Personally I dig the strange contrast between the two. It’s a bizarre choice for your flagship fragrance, but one that completely works for me. The only weakness? After several hours, (6 hrs on) all of that complexion fades away and you are stuck with a very generic sweet leather scent. It’s a nice smell, but it’s just a standard designer leather scent at that point. Edit..this one has really grown on me. The fresh aromatic opening is not my favorite, but about twenty minutes in and its fantastic...the opening fades and you get this very creamy- slightly sweet fig/orris smell wrapped in a very nice leather and cedar combo. Very addictive. That combination lasts a couple of hours. I wear this a lot. Side note: I have read some reviews that suggest this is a weak performer. Get your nose checked, my wife knows from the other room when I spray this on. Two sprays is more than enough.

I find the dislike towards this fragrance pretty remarkable. Perhaps its because the exclusivity and the hype eclipsed what this fragrance was actually meant to be. To me, this is a near perfect revival of Tom Ford for Men Extreme. TFME is one of the few fragrances that I truly savour and avoid wearing too frequently, because unlike other discontinued gems in my collection, it’s almost impossible to come by, regardless of where you look. I have about 25ml of my 50ml bottle left, and once it’s gone it’s gone. So when I was finally able to get my nose on Boss Bottled Parfum, I nearly laughed at the similarity. If you gave me both of them on a test strip, could I tell the difference? Yes, absolutely. Tom Ford fragrances can be recognised nigh on immediately. But if I were to smell this on someone, there’s a decent chance I’d assume it was the Tom Ford. It’s very, very close. Leather in the mid and the base, with a lovely fig on top of everything. Compared to TFME, the fig is a little lighter and fruitier, but the leather is remarkably similar. Of course, the leather that Tom Ford uses is very distinct and can be fairly hard to replicate, but this is an admirable effort. For those of you out there who love TFME and are looking for a revival, this is it. It’s better made and better blended than Dua’s clone. I don’t know if I’d pay the full retail price for this one, but for ~$50 from discounters, it’s an absolute steal. I’ll be adding a bottle to my collection very, very soon.

Boss Bottled Parfum is maybe not the most unique or niche, but honestly, if you're like me and you've gone far enough down the fraghead rabbithole, sometimes you just want something easy to wear and that you don't have to worry or think about -- a fragrance that can assure you that you simply smell good when you spray it on, not something that is so exotic or individualized that you have no idea if anyone else around you will "get it." Boss Bottled Parfum is that no-stress easy grab. It'd be perfect for going out at night, given its smoky and smooth leather scent profile. Its leather is not so sharp or overpowering that you feel like you're sniffing the inside of your girlfriend's purse yet has enough presence to make it undeniably masculine. Those same characteristics also make it work appropriate (and recommended). I don't detect any of the citrus, but I imagine it's blended in there to lighten up what would otherwise be a very heavy incense-woody-leather combination. Cedar was the perfect wood choice for Bottled Parfum -- it makes its woodiness almost minty/piney so that it smells less like pencil shavings and more like outdoor manliness. I dare say Bottled Parfum is more approachable than its more talked-about siblings, Elixir and Absolu. I've tried both and found them to be boozier and less mass-appealing. Overall, Parfum is an excellent masculine and dumb reach cologne.

I only bought this because my wife is a huge Chris Hemsworth crush and the advertisement was on prominent display on one of our rare trips to Macy's. I smelled the tester cap and didn't love it, but asked for a sample and got a spray on paper. As a joke I wiped the paper around my neck. The scent stayed with me for hours. Before bed 6 hours later the wife comments that she could still smell it and then proceeded to jump my bones with a spirit that long-married men like myself experience rarely. I went back alone for a purchase the next morning. My initial reaction has changed. I love the scent. It is very unique for me. I am not frag-head with thousands of scents to call on, but I have not had one similar. It is spicy? The dry down lasts an incredibly long time on my skin. A single spray to the center of the chest is still there 16 hours later, even after a shower. 1 spray lasts all day. 2 sprays, one on the chest a second on the neck, gets me compliments on a startlingly frequent basis. Just yesterday my 13yo daughter leaned in the car and said "you smell so good" as we drove home from practice. This was at 6pm, about 11 hours after application. Its not the best for hot days outside, but summer evenings are still fine. I can wear to work and it is a date night staple for over a year.

I had this in a little 5ml free sample months ago and randomly found it in a drawer recently as I was clearing stuff out and building my new collection and was really astonished with this scent. There's something in it that reminds me of something from years ago but I can't put my finger on it! I wore it a few times and it was very alluring and nostalgic, I then realised I really liked it even next to a lot of others that I own. As others have said this release appears to be very underrated, and perhaps isn't marketed the best? If you can test it out I would highly recommend it, as I'm very tempted to make this my signature scent particularly now in Autumn/Winter time. I would describe this scent as unique, it's well blended, very masculine and pleasing. I would say for ages 30+ I bought a sample of the Elixir version as well as it was quite hyped on Youtube, however it was vile stuff. That reminds me of pine scent and burnt wood mixed with a musky smoke. Not pleasant. This one though, the Parfum, is excellent. None of these new releases smell like the original though although I've never tried it so no basis for comparison. It's woody, it's incense, it's masculine, but has a freshness to it that lasts in the drydown. Lovely stuff. Solid 8.5/10

I have to say that I totally agree with @Savatage79 here. This parfum is fantastic. And the elixir is as well. I have to admit, that it is somewhat laughable watching the clearly evident bias of 'fragrance youtubers' and 'influencers' when it comes to certain houses and/or fragrance lines. Yes, yes. It is all subjective in this fragrance space we enjoy. And everyone has an opinion. When I witnessed some of the negativity surrounding this release, I immediately knew it was going to be a good release. Of course, it is a great release, but not a perfect one. I love the overall blend and particularly the ease with which the fig tree root and orris present themselves. The woodiness and leathery aspects are great and the overall tone of the composition works really well. My wife loves it, and I've yet to encounter anyone who has commented on it say something negative (as they did when i was testing the LV Nouveau Monde). My only knock, is the overall longevity could be a bit better. It projects moderately, as I believe it was designed to do. I'm happy with this one, as it departs from the original almost totally. As it should, since that was released in 1997. Very happy with this and the elixir, hopefully they can keep these great releases coming.

Boss has been on a roll lately with their cooler-weather fragrances, and Boss Bottled Parfum is my personal favorite of the group. This is one of those fragrances for which you can pick out every individual note that's listed, making it somewhat difficult for me to categorize - is it woody? Is it leathery? Is it spicy? At the end of the day, who cares? It's just a damn good fragrance. It's smooth and assertive, masculine without being in-your-face, and fresh in a subdued, somewhat powdery way. All of these elements come together beautifully; it's superbly blended, going back to my point about every note being detectable, and it's more versatile than the other, louder Boss Bottled Elixir and Boss Bottled Absolu. I wouldn't wear it during the summer, but fall through spring is definitely fair game, and it would also be good for an office environment or a situation that calls for a classy, confident smell. Put simply, this is a lot of fun to wear, and it's going to get a lot of mileage from me as soon as the temperature dips below 70 degrees and the trees begin shedding their leaves. Another hit from Annick Menardo, who IMO has been one of the best in the business for decades.

Boss Bottled Parfum is a woody, spicy, and leathery fragrance. It has a fruity, fresh and slightly spicy opening, which reminded me a lot of the aroma of maninka fruit that they use in The Scent men's line. Later on it becomes more woody and with some slightly leathery accord. Already in its drying phase it is noticeable a bit powdery, but in general everything is balanced in the sense that there is no note that stands out above others. The fragrance seems suitable to be used in autumn and winter, even in the first days of spring, because it is spicy, semisweet, powdery and also has a fruity accord, which gives it points of versatility, but not in summer or warm days. seems like a good option to me. Regarding situations of use, it could be used it for both formal and informal activities. Its longevity with me was more than 8 hours, but its sillage drops noticeably to skin level after the first hour. This version of Boss Bottled doesn't look like any of the line, in fact it looks more like a flanker of The Scent men's line. I see that the critics have been harsh with this fragrance, but I liked its woody and spicy aroma, I'll just wait for it to drop in price.

Another great Boss Bottled cologne. I became a fan of this line in somewhat reverse order of their releases, starting with Boss Bottled Elixir, then Absolu, and now the Parfum. I love them all. This one reminds me of a milder Elixir on the opening, with lots of woods and the shared frankincense note giving it a balsamic air. But as it dries down, it becomes somewhat reminiscent of the recent Boss the Scent editions too, with the orris especially harkening to the Scent line and giving it a touch of that powdery lipstick note. There's something earthy and mossy here too that even reminds me of the old Hugo Man cologne. Overall this is a very masculine and rich woody scent with a slight touch of sweetness from the mandarin, some gentle leather underneath, and a wonderful organic and lightly exotic feel. It's safer and gentler than either the Elixir or Absolu and different enough from them to justify its place in your collection. Performance is very solid, with ample longevity but moderate projection suitable for office wear, date nights, or pretty much any situation. Boss has really hit some home runs these past several years, and this one is another winner.

First of all this is my first boss fragrance so I’m not really familiar with the typical boss dna that many people mention in the comments, but this could be considered a really unique scent. Initially, there’s no sign of mandarin or any other citrus in the opening. Instead, you’re met with a dominant trio of fig, cedar and leather that persists from start to finish. The fig and cedar notes are very smooth and the leather completes the scent perfectly. Contrary to most reviews I don't think it smells old at all and its a daily fragrance that young people can easily wear too. The only thing I don't like about this one is its longevity and sillage. It lasts long enough on clothes but it doesn't stay on my skin as long as I'd hoped. I also don't think the sillage is adequate for the price. (As someone who loves heavy perfumes maybe thats just how it seems to me or maybe I need to let it macerate for a while.) In conclusion, its a very pleasant smelling perfume and if you're looking for a unique and versatile masculine scent its an excellent choice for you. However the performance might leave you wanting more..

Boss Bottled Parfum is criminally underrated! It took me some time to get around to this one, but I’m so glad I did. This fragrance is outstanding! ❤️❤️ It’s definitely suited for a mature gentleman. However, I could see someone established, 25 and older, appreciating this fragrance. (Definitely try before you buy.) I really pick up on the woods and leather the most. The Orris gives it a slight powdery, creamy feel. I’m not detecting any fig tree, but since this is only my first wearing, maybe my nose will pick it up at some point. Boss Bottled Parfum could be someone’s signature scent; I think it has the potential to be versatile. I would just recommend adjusting the number of sprays accordingly. This isn’t a beast in projection, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this isn’t it. It has excellent longevity (8+ hours) and projects moderately; about an arm’s length. Anyone around you will definitely pick up your scent trail. I can definitely see myself getting a lot of use out of this fragrance. Annick Menardo does it again! Next on the list is Boss Bottled Elixir......🙂 11/10

Became rapidly my daily scent. Bought in the summer, and didn't use it much then(altough, within days of 14-20°C its wearable) but as soon the cold days came in Argentina, this parfum flourished. As soon as you go out of your house, you can feel the scent developing. It's a masculine, but soft and not intrusive parfum, I use it almost everyday with two or three sprays to go to work and never bothered anyone. Other man asked me about my perfume, and it's a pretty good compliment getter with woman(friends, coworkers and unknown), even not being that good looking like myself. Im 23 y/o and I think im a little bit young for the profile that this perfume is for, but I like it so much I do not care. Performance: I daily use it with 3 sprays on the neck,and I feel it for 5/6 hours and maybe later with a cold wind hitting me, but colleagues at the end of my 8 hour shift have complimented me when we greeted. Overall, a beautiful parfum and will definitely get another one some day.

I know the Elixirs, and the Absolu get all the hype, and I like them a lot, and I have all of them, but when it comes to the most versatile and pleasant easy wearing one, it has to be the parfum. The warm wood/leather combo with the touch of orris is lovely, and sophisticated, and it manages that classy scent profile while maintaining mass appeal. I honestly have a backup 100 ml up bottle, and also have a 50 ml for travel purposes. You can wear this from the boardroom to the bedroom so to speak. Performance is very good for a designer fragrance, you're not spending Amouage money, and you're not getting that performance, but you're not getting weak BDC performance either (noting the scent profile difference of course). Good 8 hours at least. As always, scent is a subjective and emotional matter. It evokes different feelings, memories, and reactions with different people. So I can understand it might not be everyone's favorite, but it's one of mine.

I've had this stuff for a while and I thought I had given it a review a bit ago but I looked back and I hadn't. First off, while this may not resemble the original Boss Bottled #6 all that much if at all, I feel it takes it in a much more mass appealing and approachable direction. This could be tweaked for warm weather and I think it would be awesome and could be made dense and be great as well. But this is a great fragrance for spring, fall, winter and cooler summer nights and I enjoy the heck out of it. I haven't smelled Tom Ford Extreme but if it's that similar to this, being familiar with the brands quality I'm going to have to look into grabbing a bottle. I have Beau de Jeaur and Cosa Azura Parfum and they are great for classy warmer weather fragrances. I must admit, when I sprayed this on I was completely blown away by how good it was for the line, so I'm looking forward to trying Elixir next and I hope it's just as impressive!

Very masculine, dense and with little desire to dance, he prefers to sit and chat. You are in a room covered with wood on the walls, a slightly decadent hotel atmosphere, beautiful but not modern furniture. Twilight. Outside the window the trees of the surrounding forest press. You feel immersed in this muffled woody green. Nocturnal, deep and calm. Soft, enveloping, woody scent with this green part, of foliage slightly sweetened by the fig note, light leather. The white resin dripping on the trunk. Pine needles, resin, vines, something ancient reemerges from time. I don't find it juicy or summery but it recreates this calm, intimate setting. In drying it reminds me a lot of the new Sauvage Eau Forte, very similar in evolution. Excellent for me, recommended but not blindly, better to try it. It stands out and I find it elegant. It will accompany me throughout the cold season (although it will also work well for the other seasons).

Definitely underrated, a wonderful scent. Quite a delicate scent though, but very masculine for sure. Soft woody style, dark but not overpowering. The light notes of cedarwood, leather, mandarin and incense make it a great scent for any guy looking to pull of the gentleman vibe. Projection is arm’s length, longevity only around 5-6 hrs. Best to have a decant for respray. good price at 50ml, one worthy to add to a rotation once in a while when tired of the others. The atomizer is a bit economical though, so I decanted some into a decant bottle with a more powerful spray. Young, old, I don't care who wears it. I used to raid my dad's fragrance cabinet and use his when I was in my teens, teen and older girls liked the fragrances; but they don't just fall solely for scents, it's just an added appeal to other stuff. I sometimes layer this over a 5% ambroxan solution, it announces the fragrance more.

With Boss Absolu and the elixir getting all the recent smoke I believe this beauty has hidden in plain sight. Boss Bottled Parfum (BBP) is a quality flanker that doesn’t follow the latest trend of super sweet or citrusy men’s fragrances. BBP opens with a subtle mandarin orange rind note that is flanked by incense. After about 30 minutes to an hour it smooths out with a light touch of floral before settling into a more green leather base. The incense note lingers in the background throughout the life of this fragrance. This gem would certainly do well in the fall or winter months. It can also handle the spring and cooler summer days as long as you are mindful of the trigger. Overall, BBP lasts about 6-8 hours with an arm’s length of projection. This scent can be dressed upped or slightly down. This is definitely a man’s fragrance. Boys need not apply.

Is it only me or the new bottle style has been reformulated and completely watered down I bought a 200ml bottle (batch code 5265 September 2025) and it sadly is a shadow of it own self from let's say two-three years ago I tested it many times in the old bottle style in various perfume shops and always thought that it was very decent, a dark masculine scent and first and foremost definitely way stronger than the one I just bought. The smell is simmilar but also a bit different, and yes my bottle is original I know how to spot a fake in five seconds. Also this is a 200ml bottle All in all it turns out to be true with most designers that they water down they fragrances after two- three years when they are no longer in the spotlight, when there are new shiny flankers and they generate highest profits. It is very lame of them to do so.

When your boss is sexy AF and he knows it lol but he's not a d-bag (sorry for all the 'text' type speak but I don't want this review to get flagged). An absolutely gorgeous, subtle scent with an interesting leather/fig twist that differentiates it from the Bleu de Chanel Parfum lane that it comfortably resides in, this is something I imagine a man in his mid-30s on up to wear to the office if he's the type who takes off his sports coat but keeps his tie on at the company picnic. Something about the way this is arranged is giving me Eternity vibes and I don't mean the smell (nothing alike) but the emotion in me that it invokes as a woman. So comforting, warm, and zen-like sexy without being a beast mode screamer punching you in the face relentlessly. This boss can call me at home after 5pm anytime. *cough cough*

Deliciosa fragancia para otoño/invierno. La salida algo fresca es espectacular. El secado con el cuerpo y las notas que lo hacen algo más dulce está muy bien logrado. El cuero resalta mucho. Elegante, oscuro y con mucha presencia este boss bottled parfum. Cómo asiduo de esta línea (nigth, infinite, bottled intense, unlimited) la puedo definir como un acierto de la marca al querer dar al consumidor un aroma más áspero alejado de lo que los anteriores flankers dieron. Lo recomiendo ampliamente si se busca un aroma pesado, masculino y con cuerpo sin llegar a ser empalagoso. No es un perfume que utilizaría realmente al menos por ahora. Así que preferí comprar solo un decant para checar si le encuentro algo mas y si lo añado a mi colección. Mientras Sigo con el infinite y el nigth como mis favoritos.

Bottled Parfum was on sale in a set along with boss bottled deodorant. Remembered my deodorant bottle at home was almost finished so went ahead and bought this. I was truly pleasantly surprised with this one. From the accord breakdown and the darkness of the bottle, I truly thought I was going to get a more nauseating leathery/animalic, harsh woody scent. Instead you're met with a nice fresh sweetness in the opening. The woody aspect then comes in which is almost like this subtle smooth oud vibe that I get accompanied with the sweetness. I cannot believe this hasn't been reviewed higher. Works in any season in my opinion, less so in summer. However it's definitely not in that overly sweet cloying territory where you'd be ridiculous to wear it in summer

I detect freshly shaved eye liner? It is a cousin to the iris clown make up smell. Anyways, the olibanum and fig/mandarin is doing the maninka fruit, or apple cinnamon of other Boss delights. Heavy leather opening, sparkling fruity middle and powdery iris cedar dry down. Smells like a 90's Vogue magazine sampler strip. Would wear any time any season. Especially in the rain as it blends organically with the scent of petrichor. It is highly wearable for any guy who loves art and warm hugs. Don't even try to layer with this one unless you like sensory overload. It is already perfect the way it is! It is so memorable that when I see the bottle I get an acidic twinge in my eye teeth. Very beautiful, powerful and physical.

Yes, it's a modern mens sweet woody designer scent. Period. With that said, it's a very good one. Why? Because the sweet, apple-reminder profile is here along with a subtle but present green/salty/musky fig leaf accord. This, along with the smooth iris, is what makes this scent for me. Contrary to other commenters, I do indeed get the Boss bottled DNA immediately. It's not a very close flanker, but it's there. After multiple wearings, this is my favorite boss bottled - aside from the oud, which I really like. Is it somewhat generic? Yes. Sweet? Yes. Well done and somewhat unique due to the sharp fig? Yes. Age range: 25-55 Performance: Parfum style. Lasts a good while, close to skin, rich and deep. Rating: 7.5

25/12/2023 Usei uma amostra. Lembra MUITO o boss the scent private accord. É muito redondante ter os 2. Este é o boss bottled intense com uma capa de pele e um toque de doçura a lembrar cacau. O cheiro ficou na roupa. A minha camisola tinha ficado na cadeira da sala. No dia seguinte, levantei-me e ao passar perto da cadeira, senti o perfume muito nitidamente. Até pensei que tinha ficado no meu corpo, mas na verdade era a camisola que ainda exalava. Surpreendente para um boss bottled. Gostei bastante 🤘🤘 Dá perfeitamente par usar de dia e noite, em tempos mais frios. No escritório é bem vindo, porque não tem grande projeção, mas deixa um rasto.

I use to wear Hugo Boss back in my 20's. No.6, Boss Bottled Intense, Hugo Man, Just Different etc. Since 2018 I've been wearing Dior, Chanel, Creed, Amouage, PDM, Clive Christian etc. This release has brought me back and it's really nice. It's quite smooth, smells great and lasts for long enough to justify a full bottle. This is really good stuff, it has limiting factors but foe the price I can't complain. It is dark and mysterious, has good appeal to boot and can fit into many occasions. Worth a try, I will be getting a 200ml bottle asap. 8/10 - Losing a point for longevity and versatility.

I love both TF for Men Extreme (TFFME) and Hugo Boss The Scent Intense (HBTSI), so this is right up my alley. I'm also a fan of Hugo Boss The Scent Elixir, so keep that in mind. Temperature is about 87-F (31-C) where I'm at, but not very humid, so it's like "extreme" fall weather out. I tossed this on when I got it today and received a compliment. That's a win in my book. It does have some Boss Bottled Elixir spiciness to it, but not nearly as polarizing. If you like HBTSI, then you'll like this. It's probably for an older crowd, or something you wouldn't go clubbing in.

Great scent for men. Subtle, intriguing - not invasive. Very grounded, dark, woody, calm - nice fig & iris floating notes, not aggressive; comfortably drifting from leather wood base. People who love the original Boss Bottled can have a hard time discovering the excellence the designers built in this very different fragrance. Best to just hit refresh and start brand new. Very flexible with balanced application quantities. Likes cool weather but I enjoy also making it work in heat. The fig note is more roots & tree with just a bit of fruit, subtle, easygoing - peaceful

The fig note here is the star 🌟 of the show and it is so smooth, unique and alluring. Together with the orris you get an ultra smooth almost powdery fragrance that's extremely versatile and everything is held together by a sensual leather accord that gives character and depth to the formulation. Cedarwood gives it that masculine edge. I came to realize that BOSS actually do one of the best designer fragrances on the market and Bottled Parfum in my opinion is their absolute best 🥇 followed by the Elixir and Absolu. The fig tree shines beautifully here! 🌟 It's so smooth! The orris gives it that creamy buttery smoothness, blended so beautifully with the fig and the mandarin 🍊 mmmm, while everything is held together by smooth supple leather accord (which reminds me of Ombré Leather Parfum). I don't get much of the olibanum (which is Frankincense), olibanum is more prominent in the Elixir. This to me is the best offering from Boss period, along with the Elixir. Boss has so many fantastic fragrances, unfortunately, the fewest have little to no longevity. It's a real shame. BBP is, by far, one of the best Boss fragrances ever. I smelled this one and immediately fell in love with it. The fresh orange at the beginning mixes very pleasantly with fig, while I hate fragrances with fig, this is very pleasant. And the freshness lasts a long time (very intimate). At the end it smells woody and leathery, but in a very pleasant and upscale way. Unfortunately, this fragrance, on my skin, does not last 4 hours.

This fragrance is blended to perfection! A little bit dry-fruity (like raisin) and at the same time juicy. The fig tree note is very realistic. A little bit powdery and at the same time not lipsticky. A little bit woody and a little bit leathery. Main notes that I can detect are: fig tree, orris and leather. There's a little bit of cedar as well. The smell is masculine and sophisticated. Recommended age group: 35+. A safe blind buy. The collaboration of Suzy Le Helley and Annick Menardo is astonishing! Hugo Boss is at it's best!

This is the Boss Bottled DNA, but leveled up—it’s the mature, confident version. It takes that classic crisp apple and spice base and darkens it, leaning into a refined, slightly leathery-woody depth. It's perfectly tailored for the day-to-day grind or any situation where you need to smell effortlessly put-together. It’s a strong, modern winner that delivers solid performance. Verdict: 7.9/10

This is a handsome guy in his late 20s, working a professional job in something like a law firm by day. But when the night settles in, he puts on his leather jacket and hops on his vintage motorcycle to take it out for a ride. This has that bad-boy vibe to it. Extremely underrated and my personal favorite from the Bottled line. It's a very easy to wear and smooth leather scent, rounded out with beautiful woody notes. The only downside for me is its longevity, I can't seem to get more than 6 hours out of it.

Para mí es un total acierto. Buen precio, buena duración, perfume masculino un poco diferente a lo azul, dulce o fresco que domina actualmente. Otoño/invierno y algunas etapas de la primavera. Formal e informal a la vez.

This smells like a ceo who just completed a million dollar deal. Seriously tho this smells amazing , very masculine and extremely sexy. But this is definitely not for everyone , some people might find it as an overpowering scent. It’s also not best suited for teenagers but can definitely still pull it off. Performance is good but the smell is just 🔥 Would definitely recommend trying even with all the criticism in the reviews , people on fragrantica are just way too picky.

This is the most underrated fragrance of the 2022 period. A great fall/spring fragrance. The sillage is great, it is very unique with the orris, fig tree, and a bit of leather. I don't understand people that say it is generic. And a good duration of 6-8 hours on the skin, projecting 3-4. This perfume is a victim of YouTube influencers that went to diminish it and people directly went to hate it, without even trying it.

Wow really nice release. This is imo a bit of a step away from Boss releases, has a really really alluring scent profile. Very nice and woodsy, a hint of spice but still soft... Overall this one I think may surprise you. One I can see using alot in the fall soon and on chilly winter nights. Isn't a powerhouse but it definitely holds its own for performance. Another nice Boss Bottled release

This was a pleasant surprise. It's a very masculine, leathery iris fragrance. The orange in the opening is nice and smooth, it's fascinating when paired with the leather. Projection declines rapidly after around an hour and a half which is a little disappointing, but it lasts 7-8 hours on my skin. I would wear this on a winter/fall night while wearing all-black clothing. 8/10

Just got this in the post and applied to test straight. This one fell under my radar. I did not realise the 2 genius perfumers behind the new elixir and absolu flankers started with this... I am loving it. Not as in your face as the newer releases but this radiates class. Love the smooth leather orris combo. 9/10. Can see me getting through this 100ml fast

I once went to a Coty perfumes new launches party and got to smell this in a room full of beautiful people - you can imagine the “ooooohh”s and “euuhhh”s that came out of everyone’s mouth when we all collectively sniffed. Sprayed it on my man immediately when I got home. Back-(me)-up bottle worthy. Deep, creamy, oh so smooth... you get it.

Seems like an underrated fragrance to me. It’s not catching the hype or love the same as elixir or absolu. But to me this fragrance smells awesome, perfect for all seasons and occasions. Good longevity and projection. It has a light sweetness as well. Fresh opening that goes into a woody, darker and leathery smell. Sexy as hell 10/10.

Today I tried it at Sephora store, It does smell like the boss scent intense , I was hoping that it carries the original boss bottled DNA with more powerful performance and more concentration, like what was the boss bottled intense edp ! It is nice, but it should be under the scent family. No connection to the original boss bottled.

You are the only guy in an all girl office. You are new, and yet, you're dependable, you are your lady-boss' go to guy to put out fires. You tend to notice when some of them are on their monthly cycles and they're being a little bit too touchy than usual. Spray this to everyone's approval, you radiate a subtle form of dominance. 🦍

I honestly thought I was going to hate this one cause I don't really like leather notes... but man this is soo smooth and creamy almost that it just smells amazing... the leather is there but it's very Suttle and it's a great night time or date fragrance. 8/10 overall for me.

To me Boss Bottled Parfum reminds me of Kenzo edt intense without the Sea Notes and Spices, I couldn't tolerate the pickle smell of the Kenzo so I sold it but this one is great, just what I was looking for, Manly, Dark, Woody and Powdery Fresh !

To all of my Hugo Boss collection perfumes! This one stands out especially in the cold evenings of spring; it gives pleasant vibes and is not overwhelming. It also suits any clothes you wear, and I've received lots of compliments on this!

Mandarin orange, cedar, fig leaf and incense are the main notes. The cedar is the dominant note. The leather is subtle. Overall a masculine fragrance that feels modern. It's like Gucci Guilty Pour Homme EDT by but woodier/darker.
