H.B. XY Summer is a sweet plesant enough fragrance but in the summer and hot days it doesn't last to long, it evaporates to quickly. I believe it will perform better below 20° and the projection is not bad. I give this one a 7 out of 10 and I will update sometime in the Autumn. I do like it and I will visit it from time to time but probably in cooler weather!

this summer edition has a hint of fruity scent of what we call in tagalog "makopa". it is sweet though i think it has a limited users.

When HB created XY for men he wanted to make a fresh nice mens frag without any citrus or powerful florals, and he succeeded! Just when I thought I had found the perfect HB frag for me the Summer versions came out and despite the light citrus in this one its a #1 Stunner... The grapefruit aroma in the opening is not the tart juice-in-your-eye, pucker your lips usual grapefruit...it's more of a green fresh frozen expression of this masculine citrus. The heart contains Quince which I just adore in mens scents, due to its bitter yet juicy essence and cardamom which is smooth and slightly spicy in a watery way. The base accents the preceding notes so very well with a cinnamony woody finish, YUM!! Sillage: usual for a summer Longevity: average Overall: 4.5/5 Frozen, clean, juicy, dry, slightly spicy with a warm sweet woody finish...not your usual summer fragrance. If you like summer fragrances and are looking for something masculine but clean and fresh pick this one up, if you can FIND it...

awful smell... totally synthetic, strong plastic fruity base with some "fresh" artificial touch. nothing more to say.
