Mexican Tobacco

This is a beautifully crafted blend—expertly done, even if it’s not entirely my personal favorite. I tend to prefer French Tobacco and Cuban Tobacco from this line, but this one comfortably earns a well-deserved third place. It’s a sweet, chocolatey, tobacco-forward fragrance with hints of amber, wrapped in a chalky, powdery texture and a soft floral undertone. Definitely better suited for cooler weather and evening wear, with an elegant, dressed-up vibe. Like most offerings from Ibraheem AlQurashi’s Tobacco line, the performance is impressive—over 8 hours of longevity, and even longer on fabric. While it might not be ideal as a signature scent, it’s a fantastic pick if you’re looking to add something a little more unique and refined to your collection. Highly recommended.

I bought this perfume on December 2025 and the production date on the box is September 2025. Something is seriously wrong with Ibrahim Alqurashi’s company. The packaging is terrible, cheap cartoon unlike the older version at time of release, the name printed on the product is Ibraq not Ibrahim Alqurashi, no perfume notes. Also the ratings here at frangrantica suggest that the longevity is from long lasting to eternal, while i got less than 2 hours from spraying heavily to complete evaporation. This isn’t what this perfume is advertised to be .. it’s a like scented water .. what a waste!! Some people say that at times of promotions, the company pushes low quality ingredients’ products to maximize profit and i really think it’s true. Very disappointed!

I can see why this is popular. A mass appealing tobacco scent that's unique. You get incense with that tobacco leaf scent that almost smells cherry-strawberry like that's floral and sweet probably from the rose. Over all the scent stays linear across its longevity. In terms of longevity and project absolutely no complaints because this lasts and projects like crazy so if you have an issue with that then be careful with the sprays.

Bought the Tobacco Collection Set. Mexican Tobacco doesn't strikes me too strongly on initial sprays. It's warm, rich, chocolatey with tobacco and spices. Nice in fact and is not a turn off. I will look to do full wear of this soon

Expected it to be sweeter from the notes But it’s very elegant and leaning more masculine Rich blend The chocolate note here is more bitter than sweet, it’s definitely a spicy and not sweet and very elegant Love it ✨

This is a sweet, spicy, floral, dark, and warm tobacco scent with a prominent gourmand aspect from the dark chocolate. The opening is harsh and synthetic, making it polarized. But give it some time and let it grow on you. However, the dry down of this fragrance is beautiful, blended with the warm sweetness of Amber and a soft rose note, giving it a rich, deep and warm character. In simple, it's a spicy gourmand fragrance. Occasion: Best for evening wear, primarily Fall and Winter due to its warmth, richness, and depth, for both formal events, or cozy nights. It's a perfect black-tie or black shirt fragrance or when you want to make a statement. It has a nuclear performance with loud Projection & Sillage. It's an easy 12+ hours scent.

Lovely floral fruity note. Lovely chocolate note. Lovely tobacco note. Lovely ambery note. Unfortunately they don’t get along too well and the overall was a bit of a jumble. It’s nice with Spicebomb Extreme vibe but that seems to clash with the floral fruity note which is extremely nice on its own. The overall scent seems feminine leaning but not to the point that can’t be worn by a man. After about an hour when only the fruity floral part remains it became likable and wearable. Ladted a bit over five hrs on skin and over twenty four hrs on clothing.

I don't really get a sweet chocolate; I get something more bitter and rich, a little artificial in the opening. I wouldn't say it's gourmand at all. The dry down is beautiful; the tobacco has a floral quality mixed with the amber, creating a very comforting scent. For me, it's very reminiscent of Joop Homme, which I don't like because of how cloying/sweet that fragrance is, but this is much more mature and balanced. Definitely a fall/winter nighttime scent, unisex/masculine leaning, and with good performance/projection. 7/10

Beautiful scent I prefer to spray it on my clothes half hour before I get out the house because its strong opening but when you spray it on your cloth you'll enjoy the base of the scent

It’s not my style but I can tell it’s very well blended and good quality. It’s in the same sort of category as the stronger with you, wanted line, the one edp, jpg Le Male Le parfum etc. but higher quality and an emphasis on the chocolate which to me smells a bit rubbery. It’s like a better blended and much smoother Mancera Red tobacco. Nice enough to but I wouldn’t purchase a full bottle. The scent lasts a long time, projects quite well and is suited for cooler weather and nights.

Opens with a slight dark chocolate and A LOT OF CEDAR, the fragrance was just cedar for like a whole hour to me, then the lilac slowly creeped in along side the cedar and after another hour and a half there's a slight spicy tobacco and faint rose smell. Someone in the comments mentioned arabian tobacco being sinilar to this and I agree, and I hate arabian tobacco. A 5/10 scent not bad but I'm not getting a full bottle, performance is good as usual

This one's a heartbreaker, it smells special on paper and everyone else except me. Arabian Tobacco from the same brand is a more gourmand version of this. The cedarwood note turning into Vicks Vaporub on my skin was a deal breaker. Explosive for 5+ hours, lasts over 9 hours (could've been longer if I wasn't disappointed with that drydown and bathed).

i mean... it smelt good on first sniff id go as far as to say amazing. but then it dried down and all i could smell was Joop Homme but more luxorious. definitely sweet but im getting 0 cacao im getting a whiff of tobacco but i still dont know what im smelling. would definitely wear this going out with friends though

Ibraq Mexican Tobacco is an interesting and unusual fragrance. I have a love-hate relationship with the scent itself, sometimes I really enjoy it, and other times I’m not in the mood for it. However, there is no debate when it comes to performance. This fragrance is extremely strong and long-lasting. Rating: 7/10

This fragrance would be a masterpiece if they decreased the sweetness blend which is so strong, it closes your nose and chest. Not preferable for me with this loaded sweet note

Such a beautiful, luxurious sweet fragrance. Unisex. I love the powdery sweet tobacco. It's light and sweet not dark or heavy like I assumed. It smells like an expensive leather jacket that's been worn by a lady who perhaps smoked a sneaky cigarette secretly in the car on her way out then tried to disguise the tobacco smell with mints and perfume. She still smells amazing though. I love this fragrance and wish it was longer lasting.

This is a great fragrance, one of my favourites & I own 2 bottles. I don't agree with what people say, this is NOT a dark gourmand. Yes, it's very sweet, but it also has this almost bubblegum scent to it. The best way I can describe it is imagine pink bubblegum with chocolate. Like what you'd imagine the Pink Cadbury Bubbly would taste like. I wear this all year round

I want to preface this by saying I’ve got quite some IBRAQ fragrances and I like all of them. This however is too medicinal for me. It’s not bad. I can see it being worn during special occasions but it’s extremely potent. The floral element is dense and I don’t get much chocolate here.

Sweet and fruit opening, paralleled with a musky undertone. Smells like a cocktail you’d get abroad at night on a fire-lit beach somewhere exotic. As it dries down the tobacco and cocoa notes come through. It’s playful but sophisticated too. Sexy. Like Pedro Pascal.

If u dont know what chocolate in perfume smell so dont buy it Its incensy dark chocolate frr with a flowry touchh There is good alternative with black bottle didnt remember what its name But this one is like Empty no depth or charisma or style in it its normal

Opening is a little bit heavy by dry down is what makes fall in love with this perfume. Top notch!

Notes and accords are very inaccurate, smells exactly like a powdery grape soda
