Musk Kashmir

An elegant blend, reminds Arab sheikhs walking in the Malls. This is BEAST mode perfume with punch of musk, saffron and cinnamon. Pretty much suitable for all weather. Would be over dose if you go 6+ sprays. Very long lasting and room filler. stays on clothes until wash. It creates a bubble around 5 feet radius until 4 hours and leaves trails while walking throughout the day. I have received many compliments on this in my office and peoples come and ask for the name of this perfume. That much good it is!!! i have secure a back-up bottle already.

I have no clue when I see you guys saying it's similar to Alexandria II, I purchased musk kashmir in December 2023 and i still own it and it smells like warm sweet musk mixed with a hint of saffron some subtle spices and a ton of cashmere wood. It's sweet slightly spicy oriental fresh fragrances that projects and radiates of your skin for hours. I was looking to buy a back up bottle of it but after hearing about its reformulation to Alexandria II I will have to sample it. I wish I could get a bottle of that original kashmir musk dna i loved.

An excellent twist/inspiration on alexandria 2

I do not know what was the previous inspiration of Musk Kashmir before its reformulation into an Alexandria II clone, but it was gorgeous! Warm, intimate, woody musk. I wish I knew, I would buy that original inspiration right now. I liked it better then.

Opens up with a leathey tone, I'm guessing that's the saffron, cinnamon and cummin mix, slightly B.O'ish, sulphur smell. There's musk from the start and like a laundry detergent cotton scent, but that cummin is odd. I don't know why perfumes use that note, it literally smells like B.O, I'm hoping it's to fuse the cinnamon and saffron together idk Anyways let's say 30mins in the cummin starts to die down and the musk, fabric vibe starts to take over oh there is a vanilla base tone throughout even at the start, it's nice and slightly creamy'ish, later on in the dry down ( the best part) A musky powdery vanilla. You are left with the best of finishes. I just got the bottle for my wife, the cummin made it feel more mature and she was tempted to give it to her mum but the dry down persuaded her keep it. It was only created in November 2025 so hasn't been sitting for long , 3-4 months, only just got air. I'd Imagine around the 6months mark it'll come into its own and be more rounded and blended. The start of the fragrance just has noted firing at you, doesn't seem to be settled. Like shooting of a page instead of a structured sentence forming meaning. I'm hoping this turns into poetry when it's ready. My wife asked would I like it, I said no, I wouldn't buy anything with cumin, I don't like the note but I have to be honest that drydown is worth picking up and maybe baring through the first 30mins. If you apply it first thing in the house whilst getting ready, by the time you meet someone outside it would settle down and you'd hardly notice (for a woman) I get ready in 5mins so it would bother me. I haven't smelt the OG but I don't if they'd be too different, I reckon the dry down is most likely 90% range as it's a very simple but effective scent profile

It smells so nostalgic but I can't explain why - you'd have to get a whiff to understand. Like a literal condensation of Kashmiri sheer chai (the pink chai) in a bottle. I think most of the notes are also the ingredients you use to make the chai - I definitely get cinnamon, cloves, maybe a cheeky star anise and cardamom too, plus a beautifully blended saffron, and then rounded with vanilla and musk that stays close to the skin. To me, it's a very cozy fall/winter scent - perfect when sprayed on a pullover or sweater. Imagine drinking a slightly sweet spiced drink while wrapped up in a thick fluffy sweater in your wooden cabin surrounded by mountains capped with powdery snow.

I'm not sure why this one is not getting the hype. Everyone is going over the hills for blue oud but this one is the real hidden gem

Smells almost identical to alexandria ll but with a more musky dry down.
