Have never smelled Tom Ford's Oud Wood, but seems by the fragrance note's and other votes here that iKON 807 is an Oud Wood inspired fragrance. On initial spray there is a noticeable alcohol smell. I applied around 8 sprays. The fragrance quickly settles and the alcohol smell dissapates. This scent seems to do the opposite of many designer fragrances, which grab positive attention initially, and then dry down to a less than impressive mid and base, rather iKON 807 develops into a very woody, very slightly herbal / smoky treat. Everything seems well blended and perfectly balanced, the warm sweet woods are paired with hints of herbal smoke, very smooth and intoxicating. Because of the smooth natural feel iKON 807 would best suit a more mature person 25 + for most occasions, office and date appropriate, possibly leans more masculine due to the subtle sweetness and woodiness. Performance is definitely on par with an EDP concentration (first wearing...8 sprays) Longevity 8 + hours...On the fourth hour a lady at work passed around two feet away, stopped and looked at me , and said....."someone smells great". I asked my wife and a work colleague what they thought ...and both agreed that that iKON 807 was a very likable and pleasant scent. If indeed this is a good inspiration of Oud Wood, then it would seem that the performance is better, as the Tom Ford is known not to be so good in Longevity and Sillage.

I quite like this, now I'm not a big fan of strong oud like Tom ford oud wood intense. But this has a nice soft oud that's enjoyable and easy on the nose. For the price it's pretty good. Longevity seems okay. I would personally slightly overspray this scent.

it is a lighter oud wood scent more on the fresher side but still with alittle bit of the oud depth nice value for an edp
