A Plume of Blooms

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this!! I was a bit iffy about the fact that this line of three fragrances happen to be edible, and especially because this one is an edible floral fragrance, but it smells beautiful!! It’s pure jasmine and honeysuckle, and if you’re a fan of that then this is definitely for you. This is basically Fox in the Flowerbed’s opening notes but with the gardenia toned down a bit and the honeysuckle and Jasmine amped up with the aldehyde smell completely absent. As for how it tastes (this is an edible fragrance after all) it’s exactly what it smells like. It tastes like I stuck a jasmine flower and a honeysuckle flower in my mouth. I know honeysuckle is edible, but I personally don’t want to taste flowers and especially whatever the ‘wildflowers’ are. The other two edible fragrances are a bit more palatable, but they don’t smell nearly as good as this one. Definitely an experience for anyone who wants to try an edible fragrance, but this one is a bit heavier on the fragrance part over the edible part. I had to add, this is incredibly delicious on some vanilla ice cream. It feels like it was MADE to be paired with vanilla ice cream.

Pureeee white flroals. Grassy and intense and over in an instant. I got a quick whiff and then poof it’s gone and replaced with the smell of the greenery you throw away. This, on my skin, smells like stems. Or weeds. Oh well, I suppose that’s what you get for buying a gimmick. Maybe I’ll use this on a salad sometime or something
