Oud for Greatness Neo

I don't know what it is about Initio, but I just really enjoy the way they do fragrance and I've always felt a degree of redamancy from their fragrances in return. I get them and they get me. If you're reading this you know that Oud For Greatness went from a slightly different direction off branch from their main lineups to then lowkey become one of the finest and most wearable daily ouds ever made. It is probably *THE* western interpretation, western style iteration of this central accord in perfumery. I've always thought the OFG was so different to their Carnal Blends, Magnetics and Hedonists that if it wasn't produced in that iconic bottle, you'd struggle to think they came from the same house. Upon closer inspection though, you can see the characteristic spiciness and superlative blending on show. So it is with Oud For Greatness Neo which is an adjacent reimagining of the OFG original but with a greener, slightly fresher and more herbal vibe. A lot of reviews suggest it is more wearable than the original OFG but I find them about the same in that regard. Interestingly, I prefer the original on my skin because I love its rich, indulgent sweeter core, but the feedback from my friends and family is that OFG Neo is a nicer experience for those around me and that they prefer it on me. Certainly I've had more compliments from OFG Neo than from OFG, and I've gone through two testers of the original in the last year or so. Neither are unisex but OFG is closer to it than OFG Neo is. The opening of OFG Neo is green and herbal. There is fir and I think some balsam and cypriol in it and it reminds me a lot, oddly, not of Haltane which is the Parfums de Marly that everyone thinks is closest to this (and it is, in fairness), but of Layton Exclusif which always seemed a bit greener, spicier and with more camphoraceous things going on in that vibe than its original. Layton Exclusif is a very rich, very finely blended woody, incredibly wearable oud with a fruity top and a spicy and lavender middle that lasts 10 hours on the skin and is a compliment magnet. So it isn't that far from OFG Neo, even if it is a much more complex animal and has all that gorgeous cinnamon, coffee, amber, patchouli, woods and vanilla running through it that OFG Neo doesnt have. OFG Neo is a much more stripped back, much more linear, very oud-centric effort that is surprisingly fresh on the skin for an oud fragrance. It has a distinctly European forest vibe for me that the original was never close to to my nose. As with all Initios, conversations about what it smells like tend to take a back seat to discussions about how you wear it and when. It is funny that, isnt it? Well, OFG Neo is, perhaps unsurprisingly because of what I've just said, a reach very much in the ballpark of Layton Exclusif for me and the two are pretty much interchangeable for me which might sound surprising to some. Both are amongst the most wearable non-freshies I own and both are a hugely satisfying spray that have always given me great enjoyment to wear and will no doubt continue to do so. Both are reaches that I go for when I want projection and performance but something mass appealing that everyone around me will enjoy. All the other Initios I own (Mystic Experience, Blessed Baraka, Side Effect, Atomic Rose and Can't Get Enough, with the new Wild Rush on order and Paragon a likely arrival before the summer if I can't find it for a sensible price) are supposed to be evening wears and are a bit more challenging to carry off during the day. It lacks the drama and suspense of some of the Carnal Blends I own and it doesn't have the hedonism and pulse-racing frisson of wayward disobedience either. Weirdly, OFG Neo is probably more versatile than all of these, does benefit from a bit of daylight apricity in the winter months and is ideal for a daily wearer, especially to the office. If there is such a thing as a safe, mass appealing, non-challenging oud daily wearer, OFG Neo and the wonderful new Oud Liasons by Ormonde Jayne are definitive examples of it. Much like Oud For Happiness, this is another Initio fragrance that I really didn't have any interest in picking up. However, like OFH I was able to score a sample for under $5; so I figured I would go ahead and give it a review just for the sake of it. When I reviewed the OG Oud For Greatness it was a pleasant scent, but nothing earth-shattering to me. Maybe OFG Neo will improve upon it. Let's get into it; Scent: The opening is woody, spicy, and aromatic. The primary notes I get are oud, saffron, lavender, and fir. The strongest of the notes are the oud and fir. Front and center is the same intense and softly animalic oud note that's found in Initio's other "Oud For" fragrances. Playing off the oud is the fir note; also woody but with a sharp green spiciness. Think "Christmas tree" but dialed down. This is followed by the saffron and lavender. The saffron, a familiar bedfellow with oud, helps to balance out the intense woodiness with a warm, spicy, earthiness nuanced by bittersweet and powdery accords. Lastly, the lavender rounds out the opening with its signature aromatic spiciness tinged with licorice. The dry down is still woody, spicy, and aromatic. The primary notes I get are still oud, saffron, lavender, and fir. The strongest of the notes are still the oud and fir, followed by the saffron and lavender. The dry down is largely the same as the opening, with the primary differences being that the fir note is stronger and the lavender is dialed back. The oud and fir notes really dominate the dry down, with the saffron and lavender wisping about in the background. Performance: Initial projection is strong and can fill a small room. Sillage is strong as well with an easily noticeable scent trail. After a few hours the projection and scent trail were unchanged, both still holding strong. At the 7-8 hour mark the projection was outside arms length and the scent trail was still noticeable. The fragrance became a skin scent around the 10 hour mark. When to wear: This is a fall/winter fragrance most suited for evening wear. Much like Oud For Greatness and Oud For Happiness, this is not a casual wearing scent and is best reserved for special occasions like dates or formal settings. For the same reasons, I would not wear this to the office. Blind buy: If you like Oud For Greatness this is a pretty safe blind buy. It doesn't deviate too far from the DNA of the OG, and the changes it does make are not drastic. If you're not familiar with OFG or natural oud scents in general, get your nose on this one before buying it. Final verdict: All things considered, I think this is a better fragrance than the original Oud For Greatness. The green spiciness from the fir really helps to set the fragrance off and melds very well with the oud note. The performance, from what I can tell, is comparable to OFG. However, when it comes to versatility and mass-appeal I feel that OFG Neo takes the cake thanks to that fir note. Maybe I'm just jaded when it comes to oud/saffron scents; I've tried a lot of them and OFG doesn't stray to far from the norm for that scent profile. But OFG Neo dares to try something new, and I find that refreshing and enjoyable. Scent: 9/10 Longevity: 8/10 Sillage: 10/10

What a big surprise this was. I've had samples of both OFG and OFG Neo for a few months but the OFG/Haltane DNA didn't really capture me off first impressions so I didn't think of trying either until today. I remembered liking Neo considerably more than the original OFG, so I went with Neo and what a pleasant surprise it was. OFG Neo is an amazing aromatic and green oud fragrance with slight citrus and spicy touches that's very well done. The oud here is a very approachable Western oud, nothing animalic or robust like the average Middle Eastern oud fragrance. I'm sensitive to whatever musk this uses, which is the same musk in Baccarat Rouge and Town & Country, but what really surprised me was how perfectly it blended with the aromatic and citrus notes, as well as the fact that it doesn't drown out the rest of the formulation like it does (to my nose) in the MFK and Clive Christian. Another point in its favor is its versatility, being wearable for the majority of the year, you might even be able to get away with this during the summer if sprayed very carefully. I do have to recognize I'd most likely get bored of this after a few wears so I'm glad to have a 5 ml sample, that'll be more than enough juice for me. I'll be giving the original OFG a wear tomorrow to compare. Performance was great overall. Strong projection with a dense sillage for a few hours, I could smell myself a lot all day. Longevity is an effortless 8+ hours. The only downside is I can almost guarantee you'll go nose blind to this extremely quickly, so I wouldn't be surprised if I find OFG to perform poorly when I wear that tomorrow.

I really like this fragrance, I think compared to the original this has pros and cons. Pros: -Fresher, although still not suitable for warm weather. It's fresh in the way TF Oud Wood is fresh. -Less divisive, my guess is women will like this more than the original. -Evolves more than the original, if you like fragrances that evolve then this is great. Cons: -Performance is great, but not quite as good as the original on my skin. -Price, this is not worth the high cost in my opinion. Oud for Greatness Neo starts off as a woody green fragrance with a bit of freshness, then over time slowly becomes a softer version of the original. It's not as sharp and in your face. I would definitely not consider this unisex, it is very masculine to me. Women in my experience love men's fragrances with a certain combination of fresh and spicy, and this does that very well. It is very masculine and clean at the same time, not as animalic as the original. Definitely a better date scent. Overall I'd give it an 8/10 (I'd give the original a 9/10). I think if you're debating between this and the original, go for the original. It's more niche, daring, and luxurious smelling to me. If however you're going fragrance shopping with a significant other, have them smell this on you too, they might love it even more.

Holy crap. I had to create an account just to review this. I tested it at Saks this past weekend and was blown away. It's like the OG OFG but sweeter and slightly nuttier. I took a testing strip home and placed it on my dresser on the other side of my bedroom and didn't think anything else of it. Two days later I kept smelling this amazing smell in my room, I thought it might be something from my wife but then she went out of town. The next day, now day three, I'M STILL SMELLING IT. Like, it woke me up in the middle of the night. I started sniffing around the room and was led to the testing strip. This is an unbelievably intoxicating scent and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. It's now been 6 days and I'm still. Smelling. It. It's pricey, for sure. Is it worth it? I dunno. Is GREATNESS worth it? You betcha. Buying this as soon as I take out a mortgage on my house. Update 8/2024: After months of obsessing over it, I finally bought a full bottle. I don't regret it. My mood is instantly made better by this, I just got a promotion at work, my wife started talking to me again, and I found a $100 bill on the sidewalk. Things are looking up. Maybe we are indeed in a simulation, but with NEO we have a way out.

I actually really don’t like oud. So why on earth did I buy this and how did I fall in love with it? I have been searching for almost a full year for a fragrance that gives off “fresh cut pine tree” or “stroll through a forest” vibes. Encre noire is too damp and gross. Soul of the forest had too much sweetness from the maple syrup. This fragrance is exactly the vibe I wanted. You do get the oud up front but this fragrance is so exceptionally well blended it almost immediately mellows out into this fir/Christmas tree scent. With just a little spice from the lavender and saffron. I even think you could get away with this in the office if you were light on the sprays. This is absolutely signature scent worthy but not blind buy worthy. And it’s available in official Initio 5ml bottles if you don’t want to commit to the big one. Plus the oud for greatness bottles are the coolest bottles ever.

The Fir. The boots with the fir. The initial spray is so aromatic, fresh, and bodied. I especially appreciate the lavender and fir accords combined, that zingy spiciness that is reminiscent of essential oils... There's a woodiness to the sweet lavender floral. Very pleasant, clean. I'm at the dry-down and it feels like I'm radiating icy-spicy goodness, as if my shirt was the one chewing gum. I think if you spray it on skin, the scent will be much warmer. There's a fascinating iciness to my skin. If on clothing, it's like giving it a pine wash. Longevity on me is around 8 hours (my skin does not seem to retain fragrances well, so that's impressive all things considered). On my shirt with no body chemistry the scent is akin to the car freshener thing that smells like pine, but fancy. I don't know if this will be suited for summer on the dry-down...

I never tried the original, aside from cheap knock offs (which I don't count), but this is fantastic. Herbal and oudy, very woody, very herbal/spicy. It's like you take what makes OFG great and you add some of the interesting parts of amouage interlude man. I don't think this is a people pleaser, but it's not the type of profile that will get you negative reactions. It reminds me of something that I can't put my finger on (edit: it's Nishane Papilefiko), but I'm really digging this decant sample. That being said if you aren't comfortable with total masculine fragrances you will probably not like this. I prefer this to haltane for sure, as both are in the same family but neo does it better IMO. This has great longevity, 7 hours so far and still going strong and projecting. I just ordered a bottle, this will be my first initio.

Amazing scent. I do think that there are enough differences between the OG and NEO to justify having both. However, after getting a full bottle, I've come to notice that this fragrance smells very very different on skin vs on clothes. On clothes, it maintains that amazing forest like freshness that is intoxicating. There is an herbaceous quality that soothes my soul. On skin, it becomes an earthy scent, much dirtier and darker. It makes me feel confident and grounded. This is indeed a transformative scent. Meanwhile, in my testing, the OG smells the same whether on-skin vs clothes or opening/end. The OG is warmer and sweeter than NEO. If I were to compare the two, I'd give the edge to the OG. My own hot take is that the OG is more crowd-pleasing, although general internet commentary disagrees with me.

While I find the original too cloying for my taste, I really love this flanker. Still, I would not wear it on a hot summer day, but it's definitely more versatile than the original. People like it very much, but since I personally enjoy perfumery, I wanted to deeply experience it. So, before buying, I got a sample and wear it for a week in different environments and temperature. Finally I fell in love. I feel confortable both in certain kind of work/meeting situations and of course for a night out. For what I can detect, saffron is present but in a lighter concentration, while lavender gives this freshness, balanced with the agar wood and the great balsamic green touch of the fir. The more I wear it the more I love it. has something addictive and it really has a great performance.

Imagine if they dialed down the saffron from OFG, amped up the lavender and added fir. That’s what this is. I went to an Initio seminar at Saks and the Initio rep said that OFG Neo was an attempt to make the OFG DNA more unisex. They succeeded. I own this and the OG. They’re different enough to enjoy both. OG OFG makes me sweat in warm weather and can be cloying. I can wear OFG Neo year round. The fir and the added lavender combine for a type of freshness and make it almost fougere-ish and it tones down the sweetness of OG OFG. I get great performance from Neo and it stays in my clothes for a long time. Also, the people below that said Neo is a mix of OG OFG and Oud for Happiness are smoking crack. It stands on its own.

This is divine and my favourite fragrance of all time its really hard to describe but the one word to some up the whole thing it would be rich. Simple just rich. Its ingredients are rich the flavours are rich. Its all so high quality and every flavour comes out as a wonderful blend its perfection. The oud with the spice is simply just divine and the saffron and agarwood comes out as a affluent and wonderful smell. The sileage is mind blowing too friends smelt it from a mile away and it stayed there for ages. Overall if you have the money BUY THIS it is the absolute pinnacle of fragrances. Longevity - 9.5/10 Sileage - 9.5/10 The smell 10/10

The OG, with its spices, dried down to an unpleasant body odor scent on my skin.. not sure what exactly caused that. This opens with a beautiful almost candy like effervescent citrus. Almost fizzy like, with the lavender. Turns more green soon after; and eventually has that OG oud-ish backbone; but the green stays on top. Year round here in Florida summer - I’m enjoying this in the heat a lot. Not as beast mode as the OG; probably a good thing making it more wearable in the heat and humidity. I’d consider this versatile, mass appealing, strong, year round scent. Full bottle worthy; no body odor notes detected on me after multiple wears.

I don’t like OFG and I don’t like Haltane but I really like this if that helps anybody. To me it’s like they took the earthy spice out of the og and added a fresh airiness. The oud settles down quickly and the scent bubble/trail become a lot more heat-friendly/mass-appealing, even though you can still smell the oud up close. Overall I think this was a cool idea that was executed well and I bet it will be a solid compliment getter. It’s not my favorite Initio but it’s still top 5. Bonus: It smells amazing layered with Patek Maison Prisme Rouge over it (similar-ish to 540 edp/extrait so those may work too).

This is a fantastic fragrance! Much more enjoyable and fresh when compared to the original. The added green notes cool the scent down and make it more wearable for the warmer months. The projection and longevity are fantastic and last an extremely long time. I sprayed the parfum on myself in my office, and when returning the next day, my office still had an extremely strong scent. This scent is more masculine than it's original and the added fresh notes bring it closer to something of a traditional masculine fragrance. Absolutely love this fragrance, would buy again!

Fresh, strong, green, earthy, herbaceous oud. The note breakdown seems so simple, but the fragrance offers so much. I have PDM Haltane and that smells like a better version of the Oud For Greatness OG. Whereas Oud For Greatness Neo, is basically the OG if it was designed to be worn all year round. It has fresh and dark aspects to it. I’ve been wearing it in the summer with no issues, a true all year round fragrance. Just don’t overspray in the summer heat as it is a very strong fragrance that projects massively and leaves a huge scent trail.

This is a fresher version of the original OFG DNA that is more work/daytime appropriate without the darker vibe/thick musk of the original. The actual initio site notes do mention musk and it is definitely present just not as much. This probably lies in the middle if you were to have a spectrum between the original OFG and Haltane. I do think it smells much better than Haltane as I am biased loving the original OFG as its just smoother to my nose. Worth buying if you love the OFG formula and want something more versatile

not knowing the OG I really didn't know what to expect. but from a sample I didn't really get the fresh opening, but a blast of saffron/agarwood.. this slowly gave way to that fir balsam.. OMG, sign me up.. that got me hooked.. that fir balsam resting on a subtle backbone of saffron/agarwood..yeah, that piqued my interest.. I guess your personal views of this fragrance depend on what you're after, but yep, FBW as far as I'm concerned.. as usual give it a test, and see what you think..

Love it! I own both the original OFG and the Neo. Gotta admit—I personally prefer the OG, but the Neo is still a great scent. It’s bold and rich—definitely not something you’d wear to work or on a casual day. This one’s made for nighttime events, when you’re out with a group of high rollers. If you’re under 30, it might feel a bit too intense. This is the kind of scent you wear dressed in all black, looking sharp and confident. It makes you feel powerful, classy, and luxurious.

This what I wanted oud for greatness to smell like and this is actually what oud forgreatness smelled like on a tester strip to me and I have tried both on skin oud for greatness is just pure Smokey oud and I hated it on my skin but neo on my skin is amazing herbal, lavendery and slightly fresh with the oud noticeably balancing it out. Amazing projection and longevity I really want to get a bottle.

The original structure is recognizable underneath with the fresh spicy green coniferous element that enhances the woody aspects and lifts it up. The original comes off sweeter and almost gourmand but the balsam fir gives it a nice contrast which makes it feel more grownup and masculine. Would take this over the original any day, but that is because I like coniferous notes.

I got to wear this one a couple weeks ago prior to it's release and I initially didn't like the opening. It felt disconjointed to me initially but the drydown was very nice. Lots of bergamot is detectable and it dried down to a fresher version of the original. I really liked it and look forward to testing it further.

Similar to the OG and that is not a bad thing. But if you own OFG it doesn't make sense to get both. Neo is a little darker and dirtier. Good fragrance on its own, long lasting. Will revisit his after some maceration. I do not know why, but Initio perfumes personally smell better after some time on the bottle.

Wow spicy, fresh clean, agarwood, this i would say is entry level oud, year round. Easy to wear very minimally animalistic, once it dries down on my skin there’s more of the oud but it’s woody and sweet, it’s not overly heavy. I love this as my first oud.

I'm convinced this and Haltane are the same fragrance. this is a little sharper whereas Haltane is sweeter but very minorly. Love this DNA but I feel like I'm buying grocery's comparing the price per ounce when deciding which one to buy

Oud for Greatness Neo is easier to wear compared to the original version, with a reduced sweetness. The addition of fir makes the fragrance even more addictive, and the combination of fir and oud is simply enchanting. LOVE IT!!!

An impeccable oud in my opinion. It's not overbearing. If a guy is wearing this, I automatically assume they know fragrance ball. The green notes add a layer of uniqueness to it that I don't see often in ouds.

Just so beautiful. Great for fall/winter. Though, not that unique (I smell this on guys often) nor does it have depth. If you want something more complex, go for (my love my beauty) PDM Haltane

Interesting, fresh addition to the OG DNA. Better than the OG for warmer weather. I dare to spray it on a sunny 34 celcius day, and was amazing, just dont overspray, never ever.

I have a lot of really good fragrances and this one is my favorite. It is truly addictive. Lasts all day. 10/10

Let's start by saying that Oud for Greatness and Neo are quite different and it wouldn't be redundant to have both in your collection. The differences extend to where those that enjoy the original might dislike this one and vice versa. The original Oud for Greatness is a bit of a polarizing scent that is often described as a spicy, earthy, woody spin on the Baccarat Rouge 540 DNA. It's a potent and loud scent with limited wearability, two things that Neo addresses. It opens with a fresh bergamot that mingles with the aromatic nature of lavender and fir balsam. It's still moderately sweet from the aforementioned accords, but the saffron is toned down as is the 'dirtiness' of the agarwood. It's debatable if OfG contains any real oud, but it's been reduced to the point I can't smell any in Neo. If you want a genuine spin on a more fresh and wearable OfG that can be worn outside of winter this is a solid choice if you can digest the excessive price this retails at.

A fresher Oud for Greatness, a less sweet Haltane. Maybe even add in the fresh spiciness of Galloway. The world of Initio/PDM has crafted an option that sits somewhere in between. The initial bergamot is definitely muted by the strength of the oud and saffron, but it does serve to soften. The saffron is quite spicey and competes perfectly with the density of the oud. The lavender helps keep this in the “freshie” realm. You are left with the vibes of Oud for Greatness, but slightly easier to wear. OFG Neo offers a freshie option for the man’s man; the man that doesn’t want a bubblegum sweet freshie. Owning OFG, Haltane and OFG Neo would be redundant, but if you live in a hot climate, Neo is the more versatile choice; it can be worn all year day and night. Between the three, I prefer Haltane, but it’s not nearly as versatile. Initio has provided a unique compromise to some of its most popular scents, one that is flying under the radar. Overall rating 6.9/10.

Big fan of this fragrance. I am far from an oud lover but oud for greatness was surprisingly nice for me. Initio do oud very well. Super smooth and mellow yet strong . Of course this has the same DNA but the green and pine notes added make this very unique to me.The fir and lavender in this mix so well with the oud. This is something I would wear with a flannel or if I were going axe throwing lol. But in all honesty it does have some versatility . It's super high quality oud with a nice easy but noticeable note of pine and lavender just adding light depth. It is a performer too. 4 sprays had me projecting for about 4 hours. I was able to smell it on me for a solid 5 hours . Then skin scent for another 5. I could smell it on my clothes even after washing them. Very solid fragrance I give it 8/10.

If you’ve never tried the OG OFG and don’t have a reference point, chances are you’ll absolutely enjoy this fragrance. But if you do know the original, you’ll likely find this one less impressive. Now, moving on to Neo, it’s undeniably versatile across three seasons. Imagine a softened oud fragrance, smoothed with unexpected notes, opening with citrus and then slowly filling the room. Hours later, just when you think the scent has faded away, someone pays you a compliment, reminding you it’s still very much there. Compared to the OG, this one feels more crowd-pleasing and relaxing. The quality is remarkable, and the touch of saffron adds a calming warmth that brightens your day. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation.

I tested this today alongside the OG. It obviously resembles the original, but I think it actually resembles Halfeti even more! Especially in the late drydown, Neo has the slightly sour green oud that I get from Halfeti. The original is still pumping out that slightly spicy saffron, but after about 5 hours Neo took a sharp turn towards Halfeti. I'm thinking the cypress in halfeti and the conifer in Neo are reminding me of one another. I wouldn't call Neo 'fresh' or 'bright' as some have, although it definitely is more so than the original. I also don't believe Neo is 'metallic' at all. So far, Neo's longevity is on par with the original. First impression, this is a 'like' not a love. But it may grow on me.

I almost feel this was Initio's response to Haltane, which is itself a more aromatic take on the original OFG. Here they've got Haltane's lavender and then boosted it with fir. The net effect is a more lively take on the original that is very enjoyable/versatile if you like smelling like a forest (which I do). I loved Haltane before I ever smelled OFG, so it is my reference point. Neo benefits from the deeper oud dry down it inherits from OFG, so it _might_ be my choice over the PDM if I didn't already have a well-loved bottle of Haltane on my shelf. As it stands, it is not distinct enough to justify the additional investment.

This is pretty nice, definitely a more bright and uplifting take on the oud and saffron formula. The comparisons to the original and Haltane are obviously understandable, but the reality is side by side with Haltane, they're not that similar. I don't have the OG and it's been a while since I smelled it, but from recollection that was a lot more similar to Haltane. If you consider Haltane to be a brighter and more uplifting version of OFG, you'll consider this to be even more bright and uplifting than both. The extra lavender and the fir make this stand on its own, it's not redundant.

To me the best of the 3. The DNA of the OG is with you the hole way. Neo is a lot lighter, fresher and more aromatic than the OG. I think therefor also more versatile and wearable. I really like how the lavender dominates in the mid. almost a bit creamy and soapy. Nice for spring and fall and i would absolutly wear it summernights.

Honestly, this smells as if you sprayed OFG while walking through a open field of Lavender. If you're a fan of OFG, I recommend to try it. I can't really say you'd need both. Side note..... Initio's packaging is amazing. You'd think other niche houses at this price point would put extra effort in their packaging/presentation.

Undoubtedly shares its roots with the OG. I quite appreciate the added freshness. Worth a test. However the packaging/presentation has definitely gone downhill. From the overall fit and finish of the inner box to the ‘low-Rez’ bottle sticker on the bottom, I find it downright offensive. :(

Huge fan of the OG and this one is nice. More of a shower gel scent, fresh, airy. Not as special as the OG but a lite version of it. Crowd pleaser without a doubt and really good performance on my skin.

Oud for Greatness is one of my favorites. I don't see the point of Neo flanker, it is worse version on OFG and useless for me. I think if you like original, you'll never like this.

OFG Neo reminds me of Kajal Homme in the mid to drydown, with more oud and less freshness. It's good but not great, I prefer Haltane then oriiginal OFG over this.

think of the original , but a bit less sweeter and with added balsam fir . i think it makes it more complex and i believe you can wear this one in spring easier
