Honest review about this fragrance: The scent is a heavy musky floral lavander fragrance. In the opening you get some sort of citruses a very sharp lemon with this musky sweet lavander. Once it dries down you distincly get the vetiver and def the patchouli that gives to this fragrance a bit of depht. I see listed in the notes there is sandalwood and guaiac wood, originally those raw materials should smell sort of creamy but upon smelling it i do not get that creamy vibe i get with others type of fragrances I fell like the musk accord overpowers those wood notes... Do i like this fragrance ? Yes, i love it. This a fragrance oriented for those who are interested in clean soft type of scents and i do understund perfectly the concept behind this frangrance so i would give it an 8.7/10. Would i do something different ? Yes, i would have added a cedar wood note to make it more masculine leaning and I would have added some vanille. Does it last long? how does it performs ? the major problem with this fragrance is the longevity ... It totally lacks longevity on my skyn lasts 4-5 hrs with 6/7 sprays. Does it get yo compliment ? Yes, Yes, Yes. This fragrance gets you looooad of compliments i would argue it is designed to give you compliments... This stuff is very likable especially to the female audience they simply love it when a guy smells clean, soft, white... This is what my Girlfriend and sister told me. When to wear this fragrance ? To me this feels like it's an all round fragrance every season even summer feels good to me... i would wear this in formal occasion where you don't want to overpower people with a scent... Is it similar to spicebomb ? NO ! And to be honest i do not know where this comparison comes from to be fair... to me spice bomb is spices and musks, this fragrance only have the musk part it doesnt have that spiciness the bomb extreme has... Blind buy safe. Mark: 8.7 really really like this i will enjoy wearing it a lot. t

With The Hedonist line, Initio have really contended a place as my favourite fragrance house. ‘Rehab’ was one I was slightly hesitant to try out. I thought I was afraid of lavender, and the votes on this being masculine and listed as an aromatic scent, I was in doubt. Nevertheless, I ended up with a small sample and all of my worries melted away. My nose reads ‘Rehab’ as a lighter and greener version of ‘Paragon’ from the same brand and collection. The initial spray is giving a light, fresh and herbal wood, specked with musk. The lavender that I thought I would be afraid of is just aromatic and mellow, not that ‘in your face soap’ scent that I was afraid of. And let me say, I absolutely adore the vetiver/bergamot blend that turns into an almost vibrating light green note on my skin. The sandalwood is creamy, almost surprisingly sweet in some sniffs. I do not know ‘Spicebomb’ other than a few random sniffs I’ve done in different stores and airports. But I once read a review comparing this to ‘Bois Doré’ from Van Cleef and I can smell that in some ways, but this is far from as sweet as the vanillic ‘Bois Doré’. The final drydown give me a lot of vetiver and sandalwood, and I would agree that it is slightly masculine leaning because of that, but I would still wear this. But I guess, when the expectations are low, you can hardly be disappointed. If I find this one for a nice price I would be tempted to add this to my collection. A great spring/autumn easy-reach for sure!

I love this stuff personally. People knock it for "smelling like spicebomb" but I dont think they're very close at all. I get very little spiciness out of rehab, and spicebomb is very spicy to my nose. If I had to describe it shortly, Rehab smells like the powder in a pack of smarties mixed with root beer float foam. It is mainly a creamy sandalwood and lavender smell but I get a slight tobacco accord giving it that root beer smell. I personally love the scent of Rehab! I also think its signature scent worthy. Its sweet enough to be worn in the winter but its not too heavy that it cant be worn in the summer. Just not 90 degree + days. Performance is okay, I get about 6 hours on skin and a day on clothes. Projection/sillage is nothing crazy, its a more refined close to the skin scent but it still pushes the first 2 hours. Overall this is amazing if you like creamy sandalwood or lavender. It comes with a hefty price tag but if you get good use out of it like I will, its worth every penny. (Update, this may be one of the best things I've smelled in a long time. It fits me perfectly and almost no fragrance does. Its not a big projector but I love it for that and my girlfriend loves it on me too) 10/10

Always interesting reading the earlier reviews. I have to say some reviewers sound super self important. Bashing what other people smell and are attempting to share. After all, no scent smells the same on everyone. Aaaand anyone who cares to write a review can and most likely has read the attributed perfume notes. Here or elsewhere. Just stop telling people what they smell or must smell. Just stop. It douchy and pretty darn ignorant. There is no this or that or no it absolutely doesn’t have this or that or smell like “x”. Remember, that is YOUR opinion. Rant over... To me and on my skin I get a lovely lactonic scent which has a (probable) fantasy tobacco accord, sweet, wet and fragrant. Lovely pencil shavings without the smell of the lead (not metallic) and as I’m smelling more frequently (must be my skin) a minty type note. It’s lightly sweetened...slightly herbal and very light on citrus. But my nose keeps chasing the scent. I’m done comparing scents to scents. It’s dull, unhelpful and sounds pretentious. This is a wonderful fragrance to be wearing on a cold day like today. Comforting, clean and welcoming. Moderate projection (nice little bubble) moderate duration with a couple of sprays.

Its performance is solid: good projection, good trail, and a longevity that easily lasts throughout the day (but I am a constant re-sprayer to be honest). What I appreciate most is how balanced it feels – unique enough to be memorable, yet agreeable to almost any nose. In short, Initio Rehab blends freshness, creaminess, and sophistication into a fragrance that is both comforting and versatile – a scent I see myself reaching for again and again.
