Insidious Absolue

I have had this for a year and I really enjoy it. I mainly wear on more balmy or cooler weather 20c =< . I have worn this in slightly warmer weather but I prefer not to wear parfums with sweeter notes in the heat. I don't have the Creed Absolu so I don't have experience comparing it to that. However, this definitely comes across as high quality. I also have Insidious for over a year which is one of my favorite fragrances. Absolu comes across as a the mature older brother, strong with fortitude with no need to prove himself. Confidence. While Insidious is quite bold, more of a daily scent option and if you over spray you'll definitely come across as brash but smell good! All the Insider Parfums I have are potent and last throughout the day and into the evening. Next on my list is "Insidious Cologne". The pricing is higher than I would like but the potency of every Insider Parfums scent is consistently strong.

Let me start by saying that I'm fairly new to the fragrance world, but to my nose, Insidious Absolu is incredibly close to Creed Aventus Absolu. I originally purchased Insidious Absolu a few months ago as a way of deciding whether Creed Aventus Absolu was worth the investment. Since then, I've gone on to buy Creed Aventus Absolu itself, so I feel I can make a fair comparison. The opening is remarkably similar, with only a slight difference. Insidious Absolu has a subtle sweet, almost chocolate-like note that I don't pick up in the Creed. Once both fragrances begin to dry down, they become even closer. I'd personally say Insidious Absolu captures around 90% of the Creed Aventus Absolu experience. I'm genuinely impressed with how well it's been recreated. The longevity isn't quite on the same level as Creed Aventus Absolu, but that's to be expected given the significant price difference. If you're looking for a high-quality inspired fragrance and don't want to spend Creed money, I would definitely recommend giving Insidious Absolu a try.

Got for Christmas and it is lovely. Really lush citrus/blackcurrant blast in the opening then it evolves to to a creamy smokey scent as it dries down.
