One Man Show Oud Edition

Take the basic DNA of the 80s powerhouse, One Man Show by Jaques Bogart, add a blast of synthetic oud that is ashy, animalic, and bone dry, plus a nice, realistic smooth, dry papyrus and a dash of Middle Eastern blended spice and compound it with components that allow it to be profitably sold at about $20/bottle ($15 for the tester I own) and you'd be forgiven for expecting disaster. Instead, what you get is a distinctive oud powerhouse that exhibits much better quality than the price would suggest. Now, it you choose your fragrance with an eye toward getting the object of your lust to start peeling off undergarments, or to get your cute, flirty co-worker from the accounting department to tell you how great your fragrance smells, OMSOud is emphatically not going to get the job done for you (if this is your dream, I would suggest that you start auditioning for roles in perfume advertisements, because the only place in which anyone gets a quick sniff of your perfectly selected frag and swoons is in those ads or whatever parallel universe where there live the YouTubers who make programming that conjures up the idea that this turn of events is possible). Compliments will not follow you when you wear this scent either. This is a grown-up, masculine scent that you'll reach for when you want to enjoy its surprisingly good oud smell and do not care that your fragrance is divisive. The interesting leather accord in the base and the hints of patchouli and papyrus that manage to peek out from under the blanket of oud in the drydown are a bonus. I should mention a couple of places where this fragrance shows that it has been created to hit a low price point: --The bergamot in the opening, which thankfully isn't around for long, smells cheap and synthetic and it is not adequately blended into the scent; --The presentation is cheap looking and the atomizer integrated into the plastic bottle topper has a tendency to dribble juice down the bottle and delivers a weak spritz even when it works properly; & --the elements of the scent taken from the original OMS are barely perceptible through the oud. Performance here is formidable. Extended longevity and powerful projection are part of the package. Oversprayers will make no friends if they are not delicate with OMSOud. Bottom line: a nice, animalic synthoud that I have come to really appreciate in cooler months, OMSOud is a great value and recommended for oud lovers on a budget.

Well, I understand that when it comes to just about anything, opinions are like buttholes. However, when the vast majority thinks one way and only one or two think the other way, there is an issue going on with the minority. Such would be the case with One Man Show Oud Edition. On Fragrantica, it's almost overwhelming "LOVE" for this fragrance, especially for the price. In this thread, apps25 and Sarabx5 are total doofuses. apps 25 says, "Smell like old barber shop. No oud smell at all." Dude couldn't be more wrong. Maybe he's smelling his own breath, or maybe he needs a shower, or maybe he has COVID and possesses no sense of smell. Whatever the case, there is a vast plurality where opinions on this fragrance are concerned. Sarabx5 says, "... not long-lasting one." What? Impossible! First of all, look at the chart above. Now, let's determine what this goofball's issue is. Is he a lava-monster and has porous lava skin? Maybe he mated with a sponge, and now the sponge pores have taken over his largest organ like a cancer. Maybe he should jump into the shower with apps25 before applying the fragrance. Who knows? They are wrong, though, and the overwhelming majority is testament to that. To me, it smells like the most delicious head shop in the known universe. I get compliment after compliment after compliment. It's uncanny, actually, to pull as many compliments as I do with a fragrance that is under $20! Also, even more astonishing, is the 8 - 12-hour longevity and the huge sillage and projection. This wonderful $20 fragrance is a beast! My hot wife turns into a beast, too, when I have it on ... a seduction beast! Really, guys, you can't go wrong here. Even some of the high-level fragrance reviewers on YouTube cannot recommend this puppy enough! One last note: The Ruby Edition is just as good. To my nose, it is a lot like the Oud Edition, except with a fruity, cherry pop in the opening. Great stuff, both! And, get this, there's not a single freakin' rose in either one! Yeah, baby!!!

I just saw Judas Priest perform in Atlanta 2 nights ago. I wish I had been wearing this, it would've been perfect! I was wearing Gold Edition, but this is even more edgy! Got the Oud Edition in the mail last night and it is phenomenal. I have a Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab oil, exclusive to their trunk shows, called Lucifer. If any of you ever happen to go to one of those, I highly recommend it. Witchy girls can wear it too, it'll work for a lot of you. OMS Oud Edition smells a lot like it! Bogart's ingredients lists never make a whole lot of sense to me. Like "papyrus wood", what the hell is that? I think that's something imaginary, i.e. synthetic. Whatever it is, it sounds badass and I'm on board. "Red Tyme"? I'm sure that does exist somewhere. Ordinary thyme is a slightly citrus herbal spice, so I assume that's in there. You do get the Oud note pretty well. It is similar to Belcam's Polo Supreme Oud and Cremo's Leather and Oud. However it's used to much better effect in OMS OE. First of all it's LOUD. Secondly, it's far less sweet, which immediately makes the Oud a lot more "evil". That's the best way I can describe it. Along with that is something spicy, maybe patchouli, with its earthy quality drowned out. Bergamot makes sense as a volatile top note that makes the opening sharper. Think of Aramis, with it's gunshot of sour in the opening and you're almost there. And behind it all is Leather--which I would call "Black Leather"--for the addition of an acrid dye and petroleum shoe polish. That's the impression I get from it. John Varvatos can keep his "Dark Rebel" Eau de Poseur. This is the only scent you need to express your darker side.

I don't think there can be a doubt this is one of the best buys under $20 in the fragrance market. Bottle's cheap (atomizer works well though!) and it's what you'd expect at this price point. The only chance bergamot comes near this composition is if you walked by a bergamot tree while holding the bottle in your hand. That being said, as this isn't a fecal oud, the initial sharpness and outright blast you'd expect from something like Oud Dispahan or Oud Palao isn't really there, rather this warms up and projects more in the first few minutes after you apply it. In any case, oud to me isn't even the most prominent note, it's the leather. And as someone has said below me, there's a bit of a kerosene vibe to it. It reminds me a lot actually of my grandfather's old leather cowboy boots, or the leather carrying case to one of his hunting rifles that has gun oil, or something similar soaked into its skin from years and years of use. In fact, maybe that exact thing, while someone's been around a campfire smoking next to it for all of those years. And the leather is a combination of gun oil, and camp/cigarette smoke. Not like cigarette smoke on your clothes, something entirely different, maybe some of you will understand me. It may not be for some, but it's very pleasing to me as something that recalls memories from my childhood. I could see this easily being a daily "don't even have to think about it" late fall and winter scent. It's not too challenging, there's not much in here that is disagreeable, and at least on me it won't clear a room. At this price point it's something you can spray with abandon. Very very pleased.

First of all, to make it clear: if someone intends to find natural oud in this fragrance at this price, he/she must go to a psychiatrist. With this in mind, we can say that this one is a hidden gem... But that doesn't mean that it’s an easy fragrance, exactly. Jaques Bogart OMS Oud Edition is brave and noble, doesn't try to fool anyone: What it has, it shows clearly and bluntly. The opening is direct and clear: Take it or leave it. No cheating here... However, it soon softens enough and begins to evolve. Very, very slowly... For more than 12 hours. This fragance is based on an addictive synthetic Oud, with a slightly medicinal and woody tone. It's combined with galbanum - that gives it a resinous and smoking character -, as well as bergamot, thyme and other spices, patchouli and geranium - which make it floral and powdery -. There is also a papyrus note - giving that characteristic smell of manuscript or old bookstore - and the warmth of leather, animalic but contained. In short: A floral and powdery oud fragrance, with a warm, woody and softly animalic base. Very powerful, but elegant. A really very good scent. - Longevity: +12h. - Projection: Huge... - Mood: Comforting, elegant, confident, very masculine. - Scenario & Ocassions: Winter. Cold days, rainy days... For free time or certain occasions that required some elegance with a special character.The secret here is simple: Less is more. Conclusion: An excellent and unique proposal by Jaques Bogart. Maybe not for all audiences, but without a doubt it's one of my two favorites of the brand and an absolute hidden gem. ... A great, great purchase.

The One Man Show lineup makes me imagine a cabal of stormy, impetuous Frenchmen who've been wearing these scents since their days of skipping school, stealing sprays from their fathers' medicine cabinets before going off to plot seductions and revolts. If you told them about niche fragrance houses charging $300 for scents like these, they'd laugh in your face, each guffaw followed by a plume of cigarette smoke to sting your eyes. If you dare ask them how oud fits in this picture (being relatively new in Western perfumes), they'll raucously claim it's been distilled in Grasse ever since the wood was brought over by Napoleon's army from some far-off conquest. Your doubt is met with such disdain you abandon any argument. And how can you fight it? One Man Show Oud proves that it's always been here. This is the oud-y scent of 20th century discos and smoky nightclubs, a glorious macho past of spicy leathery oud, perfectly balanced by soapy floral notes. Godard was rumored to have called his film Breathless, they tell you, as a dig at Jean-Paul Belmondo who would choke out the room with 50 sprays of this stuff. Everything about this - the balance, the longevity, the ideally proportioned sillage - screams classic men's fragrance. What's more unlikely, the wild claims of these chain-smoking madmen ... or that this is just a $30 fragrance from the 2010s? For the price, there's no reason not to try it, and you too may be convinced. So the cabal grows. Here, I have an extra pack of Gauloises ... welcome to le mouvement, mon frère.

Just trying this for the first time, put one spray on the hand so far on my way out the door to do a bit of shopping. As I'm going down the street on foot I'm in this scent bubble that is reminding me of V&R Spice Bomb extreme. A little rubbing alcohol and citrus in the opening, soon settles down and this spiciness opens up with quite some intensity I might add. People in the store turning heads, smiles of approval coming my way as I'm passing by restaurants with people enjoying the sun with a drink at terraces. My first Jacques Bogart in the collection, I'm impressed, this is an excellent buy. As it dries down further, green and leathery notes, the oudhy funk is well represented here accompanied by the flowery background with lots of spicy notes. It's a classic by a house that's been in the game for a long time, I'm all about honoring the vintage fragrance houses of the 80's, for educational reasons as well but this is a more modern release by Jacques Bogart from 2014. One Man Show Oud Edition is mega affordable, it's beast mode, really has a V&R Spice Bomb extreme vibe and smell, just got it in the mail. Maybe it's just me but at such short notice I'm already giving this a value for money vote of 10/10. Main reasons, a really well blended masculine woody aromatic fragrance for men with generous projection for around $20 (incl. postage), this one is hard to beat considering the price range.

Fantastic fragrance but of the LOVE IT or HATE IT kind. Well above average performance and a divine leather oud patchouly experience, a bit dark just the way I like it. Clearly in my top 20. It opens with a cloying blast of galbanun, spices and oud. That last for 30 minutes or so (ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT); The first hour is not for sensible noses. It's a totally manly scent with a couple of synthetic notes.. The dry down gives you a softer oud (softer but not "soft") with leather and patchouli. It's a divine dry down that seems to last forever. Let's see the maths for Bogart's Oud Edition: - Scent: 9.50 (awsome - my judgement) - Longevity: 10.0 (12 hours+ with 3 sprays) - Sillage: 10.0 (fills a room for 5 hours with 3 sprays; projects noticeably for 5 hours); practical skin scent till the 14th~16th hour. - Uniqueness: 10.0 (the closest scent I know is Bogart Ruby Edition but just a small similarity. Better than many oud niche perfumes) - Wearability: 6.0 (Just for oud lovers) - Versatility: 6.0 (Winter and Spring/Autumn cold nights). - Quality: 8.0 (a bit synthetic but I like it) - Presentation: 7.5 (vulgar but eficient) - Price: 10.0 (100 ml for 13,5 Euros + VAT) Average: 8.56 / 10.00 In my top 20? Yes Will I buy it again? Yes for sure. Is there a similar Oud fragrance I like as much as this one? Yes, Bogart's Oud edition (hahaha). Will I recommend it? a big YES due to the scent, and price.

This JB OMSOE comes pretty strong and the opening may not be pleasing to most folks. Well, some reviewers gave it a thumbs up so considering the price range, why not? Few minutes after my first spray, notwithstanding the YSL Kouros vibe opening, I noticed there's something about its scent profile that's very manly during the mid and the dry down stage. Although purely synthetic and linear, surprisingly it strikes a niche quality to my nose. For the price and the quality of the scent that I personally like, I have to get one for my collection. Definitely a cold weather scent but to me probably, I will only wear this on select occasions or mainly for personal olfactory adventure/ pleasure. It would be best to simply revisit the bottle, spray a little to my wrist and enjoy the scent once in awhile. Simply said, not for everyone. Update: I'd probably get an extra bottle while it's still affordable and still out in the market. I learned my lesson when I only bought my 30 ml of Tsar by Van Cleef and Arpels for $27 coz I wore it back in the days and I remember its remarkable scent profile. I bought my 30 ml in 2018 and now, I was surprised it has a commanding price of $200 for 30 ml/ sealed, after it was discontinued :( “Let's spread the scents of peace and kindness.” 🙏

This opens almost identically to Versace L'Homme, although this bright, astringent bergamot phase is fleeting, as it almost immediately expands outwards with an ashy and smoky oud note. It hints at Tom Ford's Ombre Leather EDP but veers darker and more intensely ashy - like an expensive cigar burning down in an ashtray. The oud note is incessant and at this point the sillage becomes massive and ubiquitous, with the merest hint of leather in the background. The mid phase is reminiscent of Tom Ford's masterpiece for YSL, M7; but whereas that had an inherent amber sweetness at its core, this is unrelentingly dark and deliciously bitter. I also detect a musky accord in the dry down, which I attribute to the papyrus note coming through. This is niche quality - completely at odds with its low price point - but a superbly blended powerhouse fragrance nonetheless. I own Oud Touch and can attest to their many similarities, but for me, One Man Show Oud Edition is light years ahead in every aspect - it's more complex, less linear and has a brightness to it Oud Touch lacks. Genuine bargains are few and far between these days, but this is an absolute steal.

Was really excited to try this. My first oud fragrance. I may have to let it macerate a while. Right now it just smells like old furniture to me, with like a burnt synthetic undertone. Not able to detect any top notes or spices yet. Will update soon. Update: This smells a little fresher and spicier now, which is good. A little sweet and smokey. I don't notice anything animalic or dirty though, which is disappointing because that's what I was hoping for. It's not a bad scent, but it does feel synthetic. I'm not a fragrance snob or anything, but it seems pretty synthetic to me. Update 2: This has improved alot. It seems more blended and less synthetic now. I've been enjoying it alot around the house. It actually seems pretty easy to wear, I might wear it to work one day. I find it masculine, but not overly masculine. It's a little soft, a little spicy, a little sweet. I think I get leather, but it's a different type of leather than I'm used to. It's definitely a warm and cozy cold weather type of fragrance. Not as dirty as I'd hoped, but that's ok lol.

What an amazing quality scent at a steal of a price point. This IS NOT anamalic, medicinal, skanky, barnyard or a challenging oud whatsoever. I seriously doubt that there's any real oud in it but that's ok by me. This IS HOWEVER a very nice, well balanced, spicy oud/leather that has no rose or saffron in the notes and I'm also ok with that! This is perfect for beginners and seasoned noses alike, as long as you have an open mind to the scent alone. If placed in a designer bottle it would fetch $100 all day, if placed in a niche bottle.. Let's just say I wouldn't be able to afford a full bottle right away. Cheap price but expensive smell. Perfomance and longevity are stupid ridiculously long lasting especially given this price. Whoever the perfumer is should win an award...but they won't. Because of the bottle and house name. Bogart is definitely an amazing house that is severely Underrated! Took it with me for a London two week trip . Knew the first week would be cold .and OMSOE adequate. But temperature rose from my Xmas standards to spring levels and it became .... well ... too much ..... My daughter and wife , having no pefume at all , also used it .... Bed clothes smelled of OMSOE , all clothes retained the long lasting smell , the overcoat was impregnated ( ... still is , three days after ... ) Like it a lot , but it is a man ́s perfume , only to be used in cold weather .And not in a long succession of days , the enchantment turns in punishment .... First day after arrival I had every vestment washed, except the oveecoat , now much heavier , I think ...lol ... And I used Zara Unbreakable for a change for pehaps two days , something different an unpretensious . Believe it r not , after shower and a good amount of Zara application on body and clothes , all I could feel was ... JBOMSOE ................... and yes , after continuous use during two weeks , on hotter weather , I admit one can feel that biscuit sensation .

As a guy kind of new to the collecting of fragrences and admit to falling into wanting many and with that comes less quality instead of few and of course quality? With this frag and for the money? 15 bucks is a steal, man scent all the way and oddly enough still get rose in this fragrences, Kind of like shades wood which I also have and purchased because it's close to a Killian's frag I couldn't afford. Yet. This is according to our comparisons is close to a Dior leather oud that's way out of my price range and my point being, looking at the notes accords and comparisons and actually having a bottle or decant for more reference along with other people giving there impressions of the frag in a constructive way. Has led to better choices when purchasing what I'm learning I do like not what everyone else likes. Oud addition has slot going on and on my moisturised skin lasts 10 hours 24 hours on clothing or longer. I love leather scents the dirtier the better and this gives me that and more. 8/10

This is some awesome stuff right here. Take the original DNA of One Man Show and add a huge dollop of leather and synthetic oud (obviously, they're not using real oud in a fragrance that can be had for <$20). This adds some extra dirtiness and smokiness to the One Man Show line. The original One Man Show is a super green fragrance with cinnamon, herbs, and leather from the castoreum playing a supporting role. You can definitely smell modern One Man Show in the opening. But there's so much dirtiness from the leather and oud. The leather had been emphasized to be the primary note, along with smoke. It's like someone mixed modern One Man Show and Dior Leather Oud. It's obviously a little challenging, so I don't blame others for thinking it smells like bug spray. But I think it smells amazing. Most fragrances use synthetic oud anyway, and they'll charge a couple hundred bucks for it. If you like oud the way it is done in most designer fragrances, this is a bargain at 20 bucks.

Oh no, it doesn't have the depth. Oh no, it doesn't have the quality. Oh no, it's synthetic and doesn't have blah, blah, blah! You will not find a better smelling, better performing gem in this price range. Galbanum, leather, spices and patchouli is what you will get, and it is freaking good! I don't care if it doesn't have oud. Ninety-nine percent of the fragrances with oud in their name do not have oud in them. OK, maybe 98 percent, but I have received more compliments from this "synthetic mess" that I love, than most other fragrances I own. If you don't like it at first, don't give up on it. After you get tired of wearing the bubblegum, blue cartoon scents you spent way too much money on, pick this one up again and enjoy the change of pace it offers. If it is still a no-go for you, put it back on daddy's shelf beside the Bogart One Man Show Ruby and Gold, and stick with the A&F Fierce. Just kidding, NOT!

#786 in my "Tour de Fragrance" No surprise this would turn out to be my favorite of the "Bogart One Man Show" line. I love the original and the Emerald flanker, am indifferent to the Gold Edition and Ruby Editions, wish I could find the 24K Edition, but it's long gone apparently. I'm a fan of the more animalic oud scents and you can smell the "wolves in the deep woods" vibe rolling off of this one. No one will mistake this for a unisex scent. It is man juice all the way. Wood, leather, spice, oud, and hints of a barn full of hay. You'll smell more "fresh from the fields" than "fresh from the shower", but I know at least one woman that will go wild over this. I can already hear her saying, "Mmmm. You smell like a man!" All day EDP level potency and projection. This will definitely get noticed. And did I mention it's a cheapie?

One of the best cheaper scents for under $25. It can get some used to for some people. If you are used to Chanel or Jean Paul Gaultier then this is very animalistic for you. Particularly the initial blast. This layers well with Bentley For Men Absolute. Mixing those together is nice. This does wear fairly light on my skin .I seem to soak up alot of strong scents. Like Amouage Royal Tobacco, Tabu, Black Orchid etc. The drydown is really well done. I guarantee this has synthetic Oud in it. I wonder if there is a niche version of this that uses real Oud? What could you do with the same notes, but better quality ingredients? Hear that Liz Moores of Papillon? If someone wanted a cheapie but an Oud and Leather beast then I suggest this one.

On the very first spray, I know this will be a fall and winter favorite. Opens with a very nice leather and spice, maybe a touch of citrus with a little oud way in the back. The first 10 seconds has a slight 'new car smell' going on, but that fades quickly. As it dries down, leather stays dominant, with the oud coming through a bit more, and some lingering slightly spicy bitter orange. Even though the scent is pretty straightforward, it is quite beautiful. On my skin it lasts all day with the last couple of hours being close to the skin. If this came in a Tom Ford bottle or from a niche house, it would cost 10x as much and people would happily pay it. OMS Leathery Oud would be a more descriptive name though.

God I love this house. One of if not the cheapest oud fragrance on the market, and it's amazing. Dense, loud, dark, bitter, smoky oud. Undoubtedly masculine. Under close inspection it's woody, spicy, aromatic, leathery. As a whole, a very well done synthetic oud. NUCLEAR performance (I mean this stuff should be outlawed), I truly don't understand how this fragrance can easily be had for less than $20. Great for winter/fall, but works for cool spring evenings or rainy days as well. Beware, it is loud, proud, unapologetic and doesn't care about your feelings. But hey, that's just the way I like it. Not taking advantage of this absolute steal of a bargain is criminal, I command you to buy this.

This is masculinity in a bottle. It's strong, bold and projects like a monster. This is clearly a homage to 80s powerhouse fragrances. If you like subtle scents or enjoy smelling like vanilla ice cream and strawberries, steer clear. This is rugged. You won't get compliments in this day and age. My GF finds it sexy but she's probably in the minority. I recently acquired two 2021 bottles. Yes, it's backup bottle worthy. When 95% of the market is sweet-scented fragrances, I stock up on "vintage" scents whenever I can. The first night I got this, I did four sprays (three on neck area and one on my bed shirt). I could still smell it on my shirt the next morning. Like I said, a beast.

This fragrances is sure to polarise upon first spray the fragrance smells very medicinal and harsh but oddly fresh.As that does down the spices and herbs come in to warm this up the oud becomes warmer more enveloping.The freshness is retained but it's very much at the back the leather is a clean one and prominent. This is best to me worn in winter autumn and colder spring days/nights it's to my nose serious and formal but enticing.Its a mature scent mainly for men over 30 but mature 25 year olds can Sport this it's a 4/5 for me.The only knock being the seriousness and medical smell which become subdued but are always present.

Piss, campfire, leather, papyrus, oud, spices. A cowboy or a cowboy wannabe's fragrance. I was expecting a more powerful and long lasting Fragrance with a supernova sillage based on the reputation of this house, but it really did not meet my expectations in that regard. I struggle to smell this fragrance from a distance and the scent does *not* last for the whole day or even "days" as some have described. Really is a delicious scent though. I absolutely adore leather fragrances. I wouldn't worry about the piss, it really does taper off fairly quickly. Apply to skin, not clothes, for best results.

Been using this on and off for a while now. OMS Oud is a powerful, dark, dirty, harsh, smoky, woody, long lasting and uncompromising beast of a frag. BUT...I keep wanting to go back to it time and again (with a few weeks gap between) I almost feel guilty about wanting to use it again. If you sprayed this once - you might think..."Nah to harsh and synthetic" But it would stick in your mind somehow. An enigmatic and addictive fragrance over time - but be careful with it and do not over-spray! *Update* I just did a little test and layered this with Molinard Patchouli Parfum - it's very nice.

OMS OUD Edition (18D23) - I love it!! I purchased my bottle blind and it was a love at first sniff. It's deep, rich, leathery and woody with some great funkiness. And yup, it has beast performance. But, where OMS Ruby Edition or Gold flat out jumps of the skin and starts kicking ass, Oud Edition is more restrained in it's beastliness. It'll sneak up all quiet like and you won't even notice it's there and all of a sudden BOOM!! OMS Oud Edition starts taking names. The great price, great quality and great performance makes this a gem to be had. I highly recommend giving this scent a sniff.

This is probably one of the best and strongest fragrances you can get for under 20 dollars. The smell to me is addictive, even though it almost comes across like a toxic smell I can't stop sniffing it.This stuff is no joke, my bottle is very potent and last forever.I give it a 9/10 because its such great value for what you pay. Some people are complaining that this is synthetic? What do people expect, of course it will be synthetic, its under 20 bucks. Edit: I wore this for a couple days and i bought a backup bottle. that's how good and affordable this one is.

Had my babe sniff this after around 20 minutes of the spray, to get a second opinion... She said: Nice, it kinda smells like "baby powder" (WTF?). I don't know what "baby powder" she been sniffing that smells like this. Crazy wild stuff. In case you're wondering, it does not smell like baby powder at all. But I guess smell is relative as taste is like butt - each person has their own, paired with its own compatible "baby powder" apparently. Color me perplexed. I should just be grateful for having a woman that can appreciate this scent her own way.

.i can actually smell both ouds,the cheesy oud and the band aid oud.the soapy bogart lurking beneath is way more superior than original bogart by bogart.this will most definitely be a cologne i will wear for no one but me.i am starting to like these scary out of bound scents more and more.this is a naughty addictive scent indeed just like belly button odor.cant wait to use this in the cold weather.i've smelled this on someone before somewhere or maybe it was just me after a drunken binge.the geranium is loud like in belcam version of polo.

Epic Journey Into the Bottled Yonder, 125 ------------------------------------------------------- Purchased August 2019 This is one of my I don't give a fuck bottles. Pretty sure nobody likes it, they most likely hate it, but I love this one. Madly epic strength and blend. How did they fit in a cola leather vibe in an oud? It's almost sweet too, the wood is wet with resin, literally dripping with that stuff. Cigar lounge? Maybe. Relaxation when you're the King for a day? Mhmm.

This is a phenomenal fragrance for the price! I’ve smelled Manceras/Montales Ouds and this fragrance easily compares to some of theirs, but even better in some cases. This is a fantastic woody scent, super masculine it’s has an old school vibe but modern as well. I truly feel it’s more versatile than most of the fragrances like this. It can easily be pulled off in the summer nights. I will be getting a backup bottle, this one will stay in my collection.

Loud and proud opening then the magic begins, Bogart has managed to create a rich, dark brown woody, leathery, animalic, spicy frag with a classy, slightly green, old school undertone which I guess comes from the dirty patch and select florals. The blend and quality is phenomenal and when you include the price, longevity and projection its simply mind blowing. It gets even better with time. Classic vibe, masculine all the way, love this juice.

Powerful and unapologetic. It's loud and projects well. Synthetic? sure, and that's what I like about it! The oud and leather notes here are easily wearable because of the synthetic side. I wear this in tropical hot weather and it works really well! It has a soapy feel that mixes well with sweat and projects a powdery leathery sort of scent. Doesn't cost much and a very versatile option for its offering. Suitable for oud beginners too.

This was the first perfume I got when I geared up my interest. To me it smelled leather, soap, spicy and something else. Perhaps oud? I actually don't know how to identify the oud note. Oud Edition has a great opening. When into drydown I feel it goes a bit animalic. The animalic note is good. (Whilst Ruby Edition is a bit too much animalic in drydown, but thats another story.) Jacques Bogart One Man Show Oud Edition is a double up for me, one of the best from the One Man Show lineup. Synthetic but really well blended mix of deep rich notes with the focus on leather with fantastic projection and performance. Sometimes after wearing different frags I go nose blind to everything and this frag resets the olfactory sense. Oud Edition and Gold Edition are my favourite from the line...

I love this scent, and so does my 21 y.o. girlfriend. She prefers more masculine and gruff juices on me and prefers me smelling like a real man. Oud Edition is very warming and smells like a campfire with some sweet fruity notes like raisins or plum to me. It lasts a very long time and is worth the very affordable price tag. This scent could compete and beat designer fragrances in my humble opinion.

A great cheapy! I got mine for a really good price (under 18$) and I really enjoy the scent even if I had some of the greatest ouds fragrances in my collection. This is similar in vibes than the vintage M7 by Yves Saint Laurent minus the cherry and the orange note and it is perfect to wear in European countries since they don't like aggressive oud fragrances. Thumbs up for the quality/price ratio!

For the price this is superb! It reminds me of a cross between Dior's and Floris's Leather Oud and Oscar de La Rentas' Pour Lui. Another thing about Jacques Bogart is they produce some fantastic value for money scents that really last and smell very much more expensive than they are. Some of the EDT'S have EDP strength to my nose. Top Notch. Well done Bogart.

What a surprise!!! For $15 I don’t really expect a well blended scent! Yes I’m looking for a best mode fragance but at the moment I spray this baby on me I was in shock!! I own the original one man show, gold and red, but this one is the best of all! Not for teenagers or freshies lovers!

A dark and dirty woody powerhouse - in a good way. I wasn't sure of this at first, but it really grows on you, so, give it time it deserves. Inexpensive with lots of character. Oud edition is very potent and like other One Man shows it's excellent value. But, don't overdo it.

Update - I've tried a few Ouds. This one is one of the best. A bit rough round the edges. But this has got potency and a lot of character. It's also fantastic value. With Christmas coming up, you could do a lot worse than wearing this gem.

For the price I just thought that it would be another Bogart for my colection (I own 7 bogarts now). Instead I received a precious gem as good (or better) than Bogart pour Homme. Fantastic but unfortunately hard to find.

so ... I was expecting a bomb even more ... but it is already strong. not as dark as I would have liked. little smoky and sometimes sweet. so very sexy and wearable. I really like. 9/10 a must have.

A powerful, rough, dirty and spicy oud. But, I love it. It's got character. You might not like it at first but, set it aside and try again - you might grow to like it.

This is my first Oud fragrance, so take this with a grain of salt. But I love polarizing men's fragrances from the 70s-80s most, and now I love this just as much.

I can feel the resemblance between gold/ruby and this one. But this one is not sweet at all. Wood, manly and strong. Not for everyone, I sugest smell before buy.

This is soapy warm, long lasting, 3+ hours projection then becomes a skin scent To me it is a dress up cologne Cherry on the pie: it is dirt cheap
