Yitsu

Yitsu is an amazing Scent, it's very underrated and quick surprising. I like to wear it whenever, because it's that kind of Cologne. It has good Longevity, Sillage, and Projection. For what I consider an Avon type of Cosmetic House, Jafra is very good. My Wife is Latina, and She's been using the Skin Care Products for 25 Plus years. She's 53, and HONESTLY doesn't look a Day over 40...... And that's the GODS TRUTH.......For an EDT, it's absolutely an A+........🤝🏾🇺🇸💪🏾🫡

I really like yitsu it’s pretty strong and the sillage is pretty good too,it lasts 5-7 hours on clothes and skin.It smells a lot like lemon,lavender,and like a herbal vibe.id say it’s pretty unique and a great fragrance I’d rate this fragrance a: 8.5/10

This review is verbose even for me, so there is a tl;dr at the end if you fear my many paragraphs. This fragrance is very short on reviews and not likely to become popular, so I'm going to be a bit more diligent here; unless you swap, this is more likely to be a blind buy, as mine was. As for me, I'm in the process of learning to pick out notes and I wanted to try this specific fragrance because its notes remind me of a character I enjoy (SQQ from SVSSS), rather than for my own use. Very noticeably first off, this is a very masculine scent for sure. Wearing this on a day off at home feels a bit jarring on myself (am lady! surprise), but it's important to smell fragrances directly on skin. It's fresh and very green, with an emphasis on the leaves and herbal notes. With the citrus, I don't get so much orange, but the lemon is noticeable, as is the lavender. The bottle is a bit clunky for me, but probably wouldn't be for its intended users. Spray comes on STRONG, but does fade to something reasonable in a few minutes and hangs around at a indoor volume for several subsequent hours, which is a good mark in my book. Don't over-spray, and give yourself some time to let it fade before you meet someone or get in your car, okay? That said, after about 4.5 hours or so, the projection does drop off, not to a skin scent, but close. For the first half hour especially, you will fill a room, but most of the wear time, you're in a comfortably-sized fragrance bubble. Closer to 10 hours in, I can still smell the fragrance on my skin, but that's about it. For an EDT though, that's kinda crazy. Anyway, as said, fresh and leafy citrus off the bat, and as it fades, it hangs on to the herbal and green notes. I think I get a touch of incense from this that others haven't, but agree that there is no vanilla to be found, at least not by my nose. No distinct melon either. I think this might layer well with an unsweet vanilla, if you want to add more softness and extra approachability toward it. Other than that initial transition from the citrus starter, this scent is very linear. This is imo a purely daytime scent and while you could wear it in colder weather, I can only rec it for spring and summer. It's a bit too green otherwise. I think it lacks a certain darkness or spice I would also expect at night, unless you are in a very nature-focused environment. Done lightly, this is work-friendly and otherwise very casual; it IS appealing, but it doesn't evoke, say, raw sensuality or passion, so not a rec for a spicy date night, but a safe frag for say, good first impressions going out in the daytime, or inviting someone over for a comfortable afternoon. I think this is a great everyday sort of scent and could picture its use as a baseline for impressions of someone. On skin, what I get from this in a more abstract and evocative sense is a "clean" impression. I would soonest expect to smell this on a guy who keeps himself and his surroundings neat, and is otherwise conscientious. This isn't an aggressive scent, either, and the herbs hint at a little softness. Maybe sentimental, or a bit bookish, but not particularly shy. Does lean introvert though. It evokes orderliness but not necessarily rigidity, if that helps? Worn lightly, I do get academic vibes from it, but I think that match would go away if you applied it heavily. At that point, I think it tips the scale into smelling like laundry detergent and ironically loses its cleanliness-of-wearer vibes; you go from it feeling like an accentuation to feeling like you're covering up, so keep that in mind. On that note, I also tried spraying this on a button-down cotton shirt, and it's laundry smell off the bat, and takes a while to go back to something more elegantly deliberate. Letting it fade a few hours, this feels like a safe and good choice for generally scenting your fabric. Ideally, you'd apply it on a sheet and tuck it with your clothing rather than spray ON it, but it doesn't have any color to it, fwiw. Go lightly for starters, because one spray will 100% inhabit your closet for a few hours lol. That said, I like this on fabric. After about two hours, it hits a nice sweet spot and stays there for at least ten. It gives mountain and fresh outdoor vibes, without relying on pine to do it. On skin, this didn't come across as woody to me, but the coolness of the fabric holds onto that more, and makes it seem more like an active choice rather than piling on laundry scent boosters. Like wearing it, go easy on the stuff for best results, and give it a few hours to mellow out, or give your shirt a gentle mist before bed, so it becomes a more subtle accent, whether or not you choose to wear it directly on skin. (Update: A single spray will last about a day and a half to two days on your standard cotton dress shirt.) So! Relevant downside, the bottle/atomizer isn't too flexible compared to most other fragrances. If you do want to refresh your fragrance or apply it with more care or precision, I recommend getting a smaller container with better control. This design isn't conducive to anything but a quick and full mist of spray; anything else risks being sloppier, and takes away from the benefits of this fragrance, imo. Lastly, for the likely zero amount of people who recognize my earlier acronyms, I think this actually -is- a good match for perhaps a modern SQQ. I think to go for the classic, OG SQQ, it needs very lightly applied, maybe a bit more wood and vanilla in the base, or worn solely on clothes rather than skin. I wouldn't put my whole analysis here because I don't expect anyone to know what I'm on about. tl;dr: this is a nice, everyday and casual sort of masculine scent that imo only feels distinctive and utilized at its best sprayed lightly, and then given a few minutes to settle. Good on skin and fabric.
