Excellent fragrance. Obviously inspired by Mistuoko and Diaghilev. Great execution and beautiful evolution over time. This is very reminiscent of the early versions of Diaghilev. It’s extremely opulent. If I had to describe it I would say it’s the smell of old money. Someone pompous and ostentatious who wants to impose their presence but is well mannered and polite. Citrus opening to a floral heart and a mossy leathery base in case you’re reading this and unfamiliar with the genre. Essentially think of Brits. Passive aggressive with etiquette. This is powdery aromatic and slightly floral Chypre with a very similar profile to Roja’s masterpiece Diaghilev but with a better performance overall. This is Unisex and regal. Evening wear. Shukran Habibi!

Way overpriced for what it deliver ! Easy pass IMO

A regal woody aromatic chypre with some interesting modern touches and high quality ingredients. The perfume begins with a mix of citrus (bergamot, lemon, orange blossom) and aromatic (cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon) notes. The brief floral heart has rose, ylang and jasmine. The perfume settles on a dense powdery bed of oakmoss, sandalwood, vetiver, incense, musk, tonka bean, oud and a prominent orris. Overall the effect is quite majestic, but not breathtaking. It definitely recalls some of Roja Doves creations. The unisex scent has moderate to strong sillage and excellent longevity. Quite lovely. Enjoy!

It smells exactly like what American dollars smelled like in the 1970's.

A herbal, citrus, and cardamom opening. Add camphorous bay and something slightly inky and animalic. The florals arrive to lift it out of this herby opening. Then, the cresendo of basenotes attack. The florals never get the spotlight. There are several waves of basenotes, then it kind of fizzles. First, oakmoss, woods, orris, vetiver, and oud. Next, the incense, spices, and balsams. Then, inky, tarry wood, and bit of musk. Much later in the drydown, it becomes a soft musk. This is truly not a sweet floral, but herb and basenote heavy. Masculine. It's ok but a bit much.

It opens aromatic spicy with a very sharp citrus and a fresh spicy nuance of cardamom with the slight green heat of the bay leaf very marked mixed with the bitter freshness of petitgrain. Very hot top, green and fresh citrus, I liked it. With a sweet, soft and discreet floriental heart, but very well made, it begins to soften this initial acidity, taking the fragrance to a slightly more Middle Eastern side. Rosa and the sweetness of Marshmellow manage to stand out a little more in this bouquet. A beautiful counterpoint to the initial phase. This perfume is delicious 😋 And what is yet to come promises... A solid woody base with a slightly smoky warm sweet Thai 'oud (Prachin' Oud), frankincense is also used sparingly here. Mossy green woods bring back the green facet from the beginning. And with a touch of orris, it finishes the fragrance with a thin powdery layer. Woody Spicy Green Floral Perfume. In the gringa The Palace was often compared to the Roja style of building its perfumes more precisely to Diaghilev that I never tried, but I agree here it has a strong influence of the Roja DNA, or just a happy coincidence. I still haven't decided if it can become a bottle... But I shook it.

I love this house, the way they created their scents are very unique, the palace smells like very rich people, imagine you are walking on a red carpet going for a special event or going to meet a vvvip, this is what i am talking about, it opens with a slight citrusy notes of lemon and bergamot and in 15 to 20 minutes notes starts to develop into a phenomenal way, it turns to a woody and chypre scent, in my opinion this fragrance in not for everyone, its only for people who really love to smell very rich.

The best one from the house in my opinion. The second one is Ghala, and the third one is Heyam. Shouq and Wid are really interesting. I can't understand why anyone would want to wear Amsterdam or Millennium Star.
