Femme Noir

STRAWBERRY PATCH. This is fruitcouli family of scents like Coco Mademoiselle Chanel, and Miss Dior Chérie Dior, but because of the strawberry I think it's likely inspired by the original Miss Dior Cherie 2005 with good approximation and performance. I also get a faint note of something near iris, which might remind some of La Vie Est Belle Lancôme, but this is closer to Miss Dior Chérie imo. Opens with a burst of strawberry supported by multi-faceted citruses, that deepens into the rose-patchouli heart, resting on vanilla-sandalwood base rounded out with multi-faceted vetiver. The vanilla in the base is nicely sweet and leans to caramel-brown-sugar. This has slightly above average performance for year round wear. You can't go wrong here. It's nicely done for what it is - a love for me. Enjoy!

I bought mine for $13 in a Marshall’s and used it to the last drop. It’s so sweet and sexy without feeling too juvenile. I wore this every day during my senior year of college and I had to chase off boys with a STICK. Now that I’m a working adult, I find that it’s inoffensive enough to wear to the office (in moderation). For such a low price, I’ve gotten so much wear out of it. This fragrance inspired me to blind buy others from Jean Marc Paris and t nothing so far has lived up to Femme Noir

This is a really beautiful, cozy, sweet, powdery, light scent. It has a similar vibe to La Vie Est Belle by Lancome, and Abbey by English Laundry, but is softer than LVEB and a bit less sweet than both. I got it for a fantastic price (3.4 fl oz $20) and it performs really well: ~5-6 hours with soft to moderate projection. Very lovely!

Very good long lasting perfume, especially good is drydown after few hours of wearing it. Could feel it on myself during all 8h work day and at home as well, was really enjoying it. It's elegant light but mature fragrance, I'd say, feeling mostly woods, rose and orchid.

If you are a fan of the following fragrances: La Vie Est Belle, Flowerbomb, Luminous, and Coco Mademoiselle--you will find Jean Marc Paris' Femme Noir quite enjoyable. It is a quality fragrance, that is very affordable. Today, I have it layered with Barbie Vanilla Cake. Together, both create an enjoyable, uplifting scent trail. Femme Noir is a modern, fruity-floral--that layers great and works well solo. It wears great in any season, during the day. I am glad to see more Jean Marc Paris' fragrances on this site. I am a fragrance enthusiast and collector, so I have about 7 fragrances from this house, and I enjoy them all. Femme Noir is my favorite from this House.

Its a pretty decent perfume. Not the greatest but for $13 its a steal. Doesn't last very long and sits close to the skin but the top notes are very strong. Which is great if you love that orangey scent and the dry down becomes a nice floral scent that smells kinda classic but it fades too quickly to make it a really wowing perfume. Great for a quick trip to the store but not to work or anywhere else youre spending long periods of time in.

i previously had this in the body mist a few years back and i remembered absolutely loving it so i snagged the edp up once i came across it. it's fruity and sweet in such a calming way that i end up wearing it to bed quite frequently. something about this makes me feel like sleeping beauty. for the price i personally think it's a safe blind buy for anyone that loves fruity florals (^ >ヮ<^) .ᐟ.ᐟ

i may have misjudged. i let my nose rest from this for a bit and i totally smell the strawberries now. its not exactly what i was looking for but its a super yummy scent. i dont really smell vanilla or patchouli but its a nice fruity floral fragrance suited for most occasions and weather

Strawberry vanilla is all I get and I’m not mad about it considering it was a blind buy at Ross for $11. If you overspray it’ll last a little while. Nothing ground breaking but for a cheap perfume it’s yummy. Layers well with eos vanilla dream lotion

i was super excited to try this but it disappointed me :( i don’t smell any strawberry or vanilla/chocolate, it’s just linear and floral. it’s a nice scent and i can see it used year-long and for most occasions but it’s not fruity in the slightest

Loving this floral fruitcholi blend. Fruitcholis just take me back to the 2010s in a good way & reminds me of department stores of like Macy's & Dillard's.

This one was not what I was expecting at all, I think this perfume pulls way different on different people depending on skin chemistry. From the notes I was expecting something fruity and floral, and what I got was a rose/sandalwood bomb with a hint of vanilla. The alcohol smell is pretty strong when it's first sprayed but dies down pretty quickly to a lovely rose scent that kind of reminds me of something an old lady would wear, but weirdly, I dig it. Again, not what I was expecting from the notes at all, but it's been such a good fragrance for the beginning of spring, and for the price there's not much I can complain about.

I can't believe I got 100ml of this from Ross for $12.99, total blind buy but after reading the notes here, I decided to grab it, and I'm SO GLAD I did! I definitely detect the fruity notes on the initial spray and more of a floral dry-down. Very safe purchase, really happy I did. Update: after my initial buyer's high, I'm more like good-not-great. It's OK, but also it kinda reminds me of a nice room spray. The fruitiness seems a bit cheap now that I've worn it several days. Doesn't last long, so reapply often if you end up buying and liking it lots.

Got this as a blind buy since it had great reviews for its price point. Honestly not a big fan. It's okay but I prefer more girly perfumes and this one is definitely more mature. I also hate patchouli so I should have known haha. I could see this being a good fragrance for someone 25+ going on a date or night out though if they don't like overly "sweet & girly" perfumes and want something that leans more towards "womanly & sexy" :) Nonetheless, a decent perfume. 3/5 Stars ★★★✩✩

Attack of patchouli and orchid and thick thick synthetic red rose. Almost nausea inducing in the first 10 min. I could see this triggering a migraine. The dry down isn’t bad though. I can’t really decide if the warm musky dry scent is worth the initial screetchiness. If you are sensitive to strong perfumes, this might be a pass. I detect 0 fruit which is why I bought it. Do not overspray and this is definitely not a hot weather scent.

When I first put it on, it was a non-exciting smell. I wouldn't say it smelled cheap, but blah. I couldn't smell Patchouli which I loved, instead, the Rose was too powerful. Two hours later, it's almost gone, but my stomach was bloated. It happened when I didn't agree with something in me (food) or on me (perfume).

This does not smell like la vie est belle or flowerbomb but it is in the same ballpark. I love this perfume especially for people just trying to smell expensive on a budget. I paid $12 at Burlington for the 3.4 ounce and I even bought a backup. The amount of compliments I get from this is crazy. Yes you can smell patchouli but I love that note. Not too youthful but not older smelling, it's just right. I own tons of high end and niche yet this is such a easy grab that draws tons of attention. Just be sure to overspray on clothing, I do about 20 sprays and I'm good all day long. Cheap as chips so you can afford to spray away. There are only a few affordable perfumes that smells expensive to me and this is one of them. Underrated gem. I would consider this a floral fruity sweet(but not overly sweet) and fresh. The same way Flowerbomb is sweet yet fresh. Experienced noses may not love this but I can look past the cheaper blend because I do enjoy this scent profile so much. EDIT: 1 yr later I pulled this out at work and sprayed it. Everyone gathered around to find out where they can get this " good smell" from too lol. It really pisses me off I paid $12 for this and it's my most complimented scent at this point 🤷🏼♀️ Im going to have to get another back up bottle I suppose. This scent is so crowd pleasing and basic I don't think you will offend anyone unless they have allergies. This smells high end(to your average person who doesn't collect perfume)for an affordable price. It can be dressed up or down. Men and women love it. This is the perfect perfume according to everyone who has smelled it on me. 5/5 perfection in price point, lasting power and sillage.

This was a surprising like and safe blind buy. I blindly bought this fragrance in a fragrance lot. Each note listed, except Patchouli, can be smelled. I noticed that this fragrance is listed as a "reminds me of" Coco Mademoiselle on Frangrantica, and that is not accurate. I can see how a person may find a resemblance, but they are distant cousins. Femme Noir is much lighter, sweeter, and the strawberry note and citrus are much more pronounced. I also smell something creamy, which is likely the sandalwood and vanilla. There is a hint of vetiver, but it's more there to balance things out. Lastly, the black orchid note is a prominent note. I smell the pink rose, but it is behind the black orchid note. I can't attest to the longevity yet, but I'll update my review once I have a full day of wear. As for now, I love it and will give it a 8/10. However, If the longevity is poor, it's automatically going to receive a 4/10.

This is such a beautiful perfume and for so cheap at Ross. I mainly smell the strawberry, citrus, and orchid. It’s blended so beautifully. The fruits are juicy. I like to layer this on top of Fall in Bloom body cream from Bath and Body Works. I feel like I smell like one of those strawberry hard candies that grandmas have in their person.

Omg i love ittt. I picked it up at my local shoppers drugmart for only 21$ and it was pretty much a blind buy. It smells like strawberries and chocolate and lasts for like 6-8 hours! It does make my nose itchy tho but i am pretty sensitice to certain perfumes, so idk. But its gorgeous. Very teen girl-y

Love this! The patchouli is smooth. I don't smell strawberry. The middle & base notes are well blended, to create an intoxicating floral-woody scent of medium sweetness. I could see this being office friendly. It might also have date night potential with a few extra spritzes.

This is a fun cheapie that lasts and is very joyful to wear. It definitely reminds me of Coco Mad or Miss Dior--standard fruitchouli. And yes, the patchouli is prominent on me, but in a soft cozy way. Not mad about picking this up for $10.99 at Ross, its an easy reach.

Femme noir smells really good and it reminds me of VS Tease Noir or JC Viva la Juicy. It smells like berries and sexy, airy musk. It's a good cheapie.
