Boum Metal

not quite sure what @adamivehagprofessional is talking about, but i suppose, as with all of the human senses, smell is also subjective, so to each their own. in my opinion, this fragrance is far too inoffensive to cause that sort of reaction, whilst it is very linear (even a bit rudimentary), it opens with a very pleasant, fresh and spicy, metallic opening (which is *marginally* reminiscent of that of Ted Baker's Silver/Ag), which then becomes powdery, creamy, floral and almost herbaceous, before drying down into an increasingly feint vanilla. can you get more complex, grandiose or better projecting, longer lasting scents for the circa £6 mark (that's what i paid for it on notino, at least)? yes (somehow). is that a reason to nay-say this scent? maybe. but i, for one, quite like it.

Oh lovely. I can offer an unique perspective. This does smell similiar to the "standard male shower gel scent," but it is less penetrant, like a shy man. It is ever so slightly peppery and wet. The vanilla I do not detect at all. At first whiff, its almost like an after shave. There is also a very subtle "acid green" smell that I cannot properly place, maybe its the violets? If you like the idea of "mens shower gel" but dont feel like casting that smell into the room. This is for you. Just know: if you work at an airport, theyll think this is a hand granade.......

The description sounds great, the actual scent opened with spice and then went to something that almost made me gag. This may be the worst perfume in a bottle I ever smelled. I was hoping for a lovely violet powder scent, that's not even close to what I got. It was bad.
