Boum Savon

Smelled this on the store and absolutely loved it. I bought it after realizing it lasted longer on my skin than I thought it would for its price! (5~6 hs) It does smell soapy on my skin (yes, that Dove smell), and I wanted that. It doesn't smell too synthetic, and it's quite soft so it won't make your head ache. Slightly aquatic, too, so it's not powdery. On my clothes it's like a fabric softener type of smell, which I really enjoy, too. I was afraid the soapy smell would turn metallic or just annoying, but not at all. It smells like clean fresh laundry, like walking by the dry cleaners. If you're looking for a fragrance to spray before bed, this is it. At least, it works great for me <3

I am surprised to see that there is no pear in the notes because on me this has a strong pear smell. This does deserve its name “Savon“, soap, because on me this is a soapy pear. I do feel clean, pristine and expensive when I wear this. This reminds me of the soaps with the 3d fishes inside. If you want to smell clean: get this. Florals I do not get but in the office my boss always told me I smell like a field of roses and this is also the perfume I got most asked for what it is. Smelling this just makes me happy. The cute baby blue bottle (despite it looking like a hand granate) and the bubble bath packaging just elevate the joy this gives me.

Amor a primer olor! Un aroma que me hace feliz! Huele liviano, fresco, limpio y suave a la vez. Siento que me da un toque de "prolijidad" al ponermelo y en ocasiones hasta lo uso para dormir porque amo su frescura. Me gustaría que proyectara y durara mas, pero no tengo problema en reaplicarmelo a cada rato!

Surprisingly potent, bubbly, fruit shampoo-freshie. I can feel it on myself after a couple of hours and it makes me smile. I guess that is the most this category can do for me, and for this purpose, it is amazing. <3

Cool, fresh, but not soapy, I smell Water Lilies, Lily-of-the-Valley and green almond. Perfect for hot wether, but beware owerdose

Savon, meaning literally soap when translated. This fragrance lives up to its name. I bought it because I love aquatic scents and this one is unique. It is not your typical ocean styled fragrance. NOTES: The notes I can detect in this fragrance are water lily, jasmine, lily of the valley, and most notably lotus. The musk is very faint. This perfume is also somewhat surprisingly sweet. The notes on fragrantica are listed slightly incorrectly. LONGEVITY: The scent slightly develops overtime into a more sweet scent. Almost getting sweeter the longer you smell it. The overall longevity, price considered is surprisingly good. One spray lasting strong for around 4 hours on my skin. It lasts up to 8 hours altogether. The silage is surprisingly moderate NEGATIVES: Might smell just like your average lotus or lily of the valley fabric softener or handsoap especially upon opening or when smelling for the first time. The bottle doesn’t have a proper cap which may make transporting the fragrance more difficult. POSITIVES: Unique scent to add to your collection. Price is excellent and extremely affordable. Suits wear in daily life especially after a shower, at work or at the gym. Doesn’t smell like a bunch of chemicals or artificial I would rate this in my personal taste a 7/10

For the name actually meaning “soap” it’s not very soapy, but it does smell like some bath product – a shower gel, a shampoo, a bath salt, a body lotion. Or maybe a mixture of all of the above – a fragrance you exude as you emerge from the bathroom, wrapped in a towel, your hair wet. It’s quite nice – fresh and clean, but not very perfume-y. From the pyramid, I expected something more sophisticated, especially with almonds. They are there and give this composition sweetness and creaminess that made me think of a body lotion in the first place, but maybe not as much as I imagined from description. It’s playful, and not serious at all – and it doesn’t pretend to be. I can imagine this being given to a child of any gender as their first perfume in a kind of ironic way, like, no fuss, it’s not a “real” perfume, you can use it to have fun, no pressure, which can be a boon when you give it to a preteen boy. I think I will enjoy this, given the right mood. It’s a great feel for the upcoming summer heat and I do like the almonds in this. If not, I think this will be fantastic as an after-laundry scent. Still, I expect it won't come to that, I'm enjoying it already.

Very fresh floral scent, only so slightly aquatic. Lily of the valley nicely greets you at the beginning. It does smell like clean sheets or a soft laundry detergent, not so much a traditional soap. I'm quite happy with this scent for the price, but I believe this will do best as a bathroom freshener rather than to wear it myself as a perfume. Not that I would associate the scent with a bathroom freshener - I'm using CK One for my bathroom😅just because it really works for the purpose, since the longevity is pretty bad to wear as a perfume. Boum Savon performs like an EDT, nothing special, nothing bad. I'm glad I don't get almond, honestly this is the kind of note I used to love but now it makes me queasy. Imagine an almond blossom instead. Cute cheapie, amazing gift for someone who enjoys soft flowers and musk.

If you’re looking for a non-screechy, soft and pretty bubble bath scent, but don’t want to pay MM Replica perfume prices, This one is for you. FYI, I can’t wear JLow Glow as it’s way to musky and the florals are too sharp for me. This may give a similar clean vibe but it really doesn’t smell like Glow. It’s akin to my SJP Born Lovely in terms of how it feels. Perfect out of the shower / gym scent. Quite unisex but no hint of a masculine vibe.... Just straight down the middle, fresh and soapy clean bubble bath smell, so will totally work for anyone and everyone!

It is a fragrance that feels very aquatic. It reminds me more of the clean smell of some detergents or fabric softeners, rather than shower gel/hand soap. It is a great fragrance for after the shower, to go to bed... very suitable for being at home. Low sillage and duration, about two or three hours at most. But for the price I'm not complaining.

This just puts a blissful smile on my face. I love to use this straight from shower, it's so fresh and clean. When I smell this and close my eyes I imagine I'm in a bubble bath with lily of the valley scented bath foam and the tub is also filled with freshly picked lily of the valleys :D

Tengo 20 años, y es el perfume del cual he recibido más halagos... es verdad que por dinero no he podido usar perfumes tan sofisticados, pero de todos ha sido el mejor. Me ha funcionado mejor en otoño en el día, y realmente dura en mi piel, da un aroma a recién bañada.

not bad, and does indeed smell like hair spray. my sister said i smelled like a freshly cleaned public bathroom so it kind of ruined it for me a little.

It’s a clean and simple fragrance, nothing remarkable or extraordinary. I use it when I get out of the shower to extend the soapy or clean smell.

I bought this perfume because I thought that it will smell clean-musky, however I was completely wrong! It smells like herbal essences shampoo, yes it is clean, but fruity clean. I don’t mind the perfume that much, as it definitely will make you smell like you just got out of the shower, also it was cheap so I guess nothing to lose 😅 but I don’t see myself wearing it often. Bottom line: It is very fruity, didn’t pick any musk or any other notes than fruits.

Definitely one of the better cheap watery floral perfumes out there, however, I am sensing some weird underlying sweet notes in this fragrance... Like flower petals that have gone soggy and wilted in the rain. It reminds me of a dollarstore bath bomb. All in all it's OK, I guess you get what you pay for.

A nice soapy non-rose scent. It's super cheap and you get what you pay for, not too sophisticated. Quite synthetic and may be migraine inducing if used before going to bed. For the price, it's totally worth it althought I'm not sure how much I'll reach for it.
