Tea Time à Paris Macaron Amande

The first spray smells like plum, vanilla and milk, it's all combined into powdery scent. After a while you can smell something between comforting candy plum and pistachio. In addition there are somewhat gentle afternotes of heliotrope and lactonic nutty almond. It smells comforting on clothes even after hours, however the best smell is on clothes made out of cotton, on polyester clothing it won't last long. Moreover, after days you can still smell the softer undertones of the perfume- heliotrope and almonds, but it creates scent like the clothes have been freshly washed with some luxury washing gel. To me, it was harsh at first (maybe because it was new and I smelled the alcohol at first), but after a few minutes I got used to it, I really love this perfume. Value is great, I got it even cheaper (from Vinted for 5€) because I was not sure whether it will be just what I'm looking for, but it is. Nowadays, the more I wear it, the more I'm addicted to it. When you're in the office or somewhere in the hallway, it makes people turn their head. It's pleasant smell, not harsh when you wear it. If you're into gourmand perfumes, go for it. I'm the type of person who loves perfumes like this, I love sweet perfumes and I hate when there's undertone of harsh flowers such as rose in the perfume. Despite that there is undertone of flower, it's not too overwhelming and it just adds the gentle lactonic powdery spike into it. <3

I was given this as a present and didn’t know what to expect, but I really love it! I have a wide range of perfumes from Chanel to Lidl. As long as something smells good and makes me feel good. I’ll wear it. The number of compliments I’ve had when wearing it is amazing and my daughter loved it too when she smelled it (she wears fragrances from Le Labo, Maisie Margiela, Molton Briwn, Chanel, Chloe etc.) I’ve bought her a bottle as well, it can be found for as little as £6 or £8 online for 100ml. As a previous review says, it’s a little bit like a light version of Hypnotic Poison, and reminds me of Ariana Grande‘s Cloud. However, it’s not as in your face or a sickly sweet as Cloud. I was wearing it yesterday and even though it’s not massively strong, I kept catching subtle whiffs and felt as though I was in a Parisian bakery at the sweet pastries counter. i’d call it a lovely comforting perfume and great for any time of year. It’s nice to layer as well, so even if you didn’t like it on its own that much, it’s not a huge expense less than a tenner and it can add a little bit of sweetness and warms up other fragrances. I’ve had great success combining it with Lidl’s version of Sol de Janiero Cheirosa 62TM mist which is absolutely gorgeous, and lasts on me longer than the original, but that’s a completely different story! I’d say try it!

I blind-bought this together with the other fragrance in the pink bottle from the same collection, Pavlova, as they were on sale and scandalously cheap (around 5 EUR for 100 ml each). Now, Pavlova smells pretty much as cheap as it costs, but this right here is a gem. I have Kayali's YUM Pistachio Gelato and while they're not exact dupes, they definitely have very similar vibes, I understand why people are comparing them. Kayali is sparklier and fresher and yes, more complex and sophisticated (I mean, it better be - I literally paid 20x more than this one, even 40x, if you count the fact that my Kayali is 50 ml) while Macaron Amande is nuttier and more lactonic and, well, cuter? Can you use "cute" to describe a fragrance? A girl on TikTok described it as the lovechild of YUM Pistachio Gelato and This Is Her by Zadig&Voltaire and I think it's pretty spot on. Longevity is quite decent, especially for the price - I get 4-5 hours. The sillage is rather intimate but then again, so is Kayali's. I absolutely LOVE my Kayali YUM Pistachio Gelato but honestly, had I known this one existed before, I probably wouldn't have bought it. Kayali is better but it is not 40x times better.

Paris 10 years ago, walking on Champs-Elysée with my daughter, decided to step in a café to taste some macarons and have a cup of coffee. Those macarons were the best! Is this perfume able to take me back to that memory? It's Jeanne Arthes, 100 ml, 8 euros on discount.. does it smell cheap? Am I crazy to expect any quality? The reviews here are not bad.. Out of curiosity I blind bought this cheapie. It arrived in a pretty box, and the bottle is cute and definitely one of a kind! The smell then: it's almondy, gourmand, softly sweet, not cloying. Very pleasant, fits better the colder seasons than spring, but it's still nice even now. Something cosy and comfy in this scent, brought a smile on my face. Longevity is good, lasted 8 hours on my skin so that I could smell it. Very nice on a windy, cloudy spring day. I recommend this to gourmand lovers. This is a French pastry, vanilla filled macaron or pistacchio ice-cream. :)

At first, this reminded me of shampoo. The kind of shampoo you can't tell what scent it's supposed to be. Flowers? Sweets? Milk? You read the bottle, it says "macarons", but if it read "sweet garden" or "cupcake", you wouldn't be surprised. It's pleasant and smells like comfort. Then 15 minutes pass and it gets sweeter. Milk and almonds with honey, it feels like a hug or grandma's cookies. It's not just sweet, it's emotionally sweet too, makes you smile, and it really smells like macarons after 30 minutes. Perfect for autumn, or any other season if you like sweet fragrances. Lasts for around 3 hours, and the projection is pretty weak, sits close to skin the whole time Update: As the fragrance had a bit of time to "rest" after shipping, the longevity and projection changed. Now it has a stronger projection (arm length), and lasts for 7 hours on skin. It's pretty great ❤️

To me, this is an incredibly sweet, delicate and straightforward gourmand. It feels like drinking sweet, warm baked milk with vanilla cookies before going to bed — creamy, cozy, rich and comforting. For some people, it might come across as too sweet, but surprisingly, I don’t find it suffocating at all (unless we’re talking about 40°C summer heat 😅). Instead, it feels very soft, creamy and innocent. For the price, I honestly want to kiss the perfumers’ hands. 🥹 Such a lovely affordable gourmand — warm, gentle and comforting. It really feels like having a rich, buttery vanilla cookie with a glass of warm milk before bed, then wrapping yourself in a blanket and drifting off to sleep.

This is the fragrance that made me realize I really like lactonic scents. I would have assumed they were totally wrong for me, but now I get it 😅 You can definitely smell the orange blossom right at the start, and not long after the almond and milky vanilla appear. It’s true that it doesn’t last too long on the skin (for me it’s like 4 hours though?) But! ☝️It does stick way longer on clothes (tried it on a silk scarf, it’s been like 3 days and it’s still there). Also, this fragrance introduced me to the concept of “bedtime scents”. Been putting it on before bed and it’s soooo cozy. I think it’s worth it, especially at a good price (I paid like 25usd for it because Argentina 🥲).

This is a love for me and my entire family. It is a delicate scent, a very nice, cozy one. Heliotrope is the dominant note, but yes, the macaron illusion is real. Almond milk vibe, which is exactly what I was looking for: I don't care about social media hype. I found this one searching by notes, blind bought it, and I am so happy with it, that I purchased a second bottle for my daughter. It is that good. And yes, it is also cheap. But I love it as much as the other (expensive) comfy almond note:the one in Rolling in Love by Kilian.

I hesitated over buying this, based on reviews here, until I found an irresistible bargain. I am most definitely not a gourmand fan, but I do love almond scents. 12 hours after 1st spray there is still a lovely creamy almond that I adore. It doesn't smell cheap in the slightest -- it's far too dreamy and luscious for that. My favourites are boozy/leather/woody/spicy fragrances yet this enchants me.

This is a pleasant surprise! It smells similar to Cheirosa 62, but I've got to say, this one doesn't make me nauseous, unlike the Sol de Janeiro mainstay—this one's fluffier and creamier but also lighter and airier. The lasting power and sillage are similar to many better-quality body mists. I'm not mad about that since this isn't expensive anyway. So far, this makes me smile when I smell it!

The dry down is almond, milk, heliotrope, and vanilla combined into a lovely, yummy scent. Almost like an almond and vanilla milkshake with powdered sugar on top. Projection is poor after about 2 hours so you'll have to reapply or overspray. I thought it'd have pistachio in it but it's great nonetheless!

People, if you can, just get this. Just get it. It s a true gourmand, not salty or spoiled milk not soapy or shampooey, it s a beautiful sweet almond vanilla milk and for the price just get it. If this was 5 times more expensive id still get it. Im literally gonna order 5 bottles of this.

The notes listed are very accurate and i can pick up on all of them on my skin. This fragrance is so pleasant and sweet without being juvenile. The lasting power is about 3-4 hours which i think is very good for such an affordable perfume.

This fragrance is great, can't get enough of it. The longevity is not the best, but I still think it is worth the price. I use this for quick errands, days at home and before I go to bed for that cozy warm creamy smell to keep me snug

This is my most loved gourmand fragrance for the time being. It’s sweet, nutty, and creamy. However, it’s a shame that it doesn’t last more than half an hour. Despite its fleeting nature, it remains a delightful scent.

I just got this so this is my first impressions but I really think this smells very much like cheirosa 62 but almost nicer. It is so well blended, soft nutty, milky vanilla. It was a succesful blindbuy indeed!

My signature scent for now. I smell fruity (plum with apricotty nuances), almondy, powdery, vanillic. Weak performance on my skin and clothes. If anyone knows what this is duping please let me know.

Such a beautiful scent for the cheap price. I’m definitely re-purchasing this one. I can’t really smell the almond, my nose picks up sweet warm vanilla and milk. I just love it.

It's so cosy! Reminded me of some body lotion but couldn't quite put my finger on it until this morning - in a way it's similar to L'Occitane's almond care products. Delicious!

I got this perfume from notino for only £6, this is amazing value for money. The scent takes a while to develop on the skin but it’s a sweet, milky almond scent.

it's an edible creamy vanilla with subtle nutty accords. i only wish it would have better longevity and sillage.

warm , lactonic , so cozy - a vanilla almond cookie with an oat matcha latte

I got this for 5 euros. For the price this is pretty good! I'm not crazy about but it's surprisingly good! The opening is very fruity and the plum is very juicy and sweet, after a few minutes the almond starts coming in, at first it's almost soapy but with time it gets creamier and milkier, at the same time it's kind of airy. Very gourmand, almond and vanilla rule this perfume. It really does remind me of macarons. Can't smell the orange blossom, which is good for me since I don't like it. Sillage is medium/weak and lasting power is 4-5hrs, not bad at all for 5 euros. I have one issue with this perfume, I think that the alcohol concentration is so high that it irritates my skin a little bit, it burns and gets a little itchy, when it dries it goes away though. Never happend before with any other of my perfumes. The scent itself smells kind of cheap but not too much, you can tell that it's not an expensive perfume but it doesn't smell like something with a price that ranges between 5 and 20 euros per 100ml I've seen comparisons with Yum Pistachio Gelato but I think that they are very different, Yum Pistachio is very nutty, at least on my skin and it's much much more complex (which is to be expected), Macaron Amande leans more lactonic than nutty and it's much more linear. This perfume is very cozy, overall I like it! This is my bedtime/chilling at home scent

I thought this would’ve been a saccharine pastry edible gourmand. There’s lovely photorealistic nutty notes in the opening and heart, like when you’re chopping nuts for a recipe. Drying down a lot more fruity floral than I expected, no almond macaroons or baked goods here. It’s quite fresh to my nose. At present, it smells exactly like a rhubarb and custard hard boiled sweet flavoured shower gel. Not sure that’s what they were aiming for, but I’m enjoying it on my skin nonetheless. After an hour, there it is! I get little delicate wafts of almond macaroons from the distance, An hour later and it remains a fruity floral vanilla. But there it is! Every now and then gentle wafts of a ghost of a delicate almond macaron greats my nose. It’s lovely but it makes me pull my nose to my skin and, here, I’m getting a plum jam and custard pudding. It’s weird, but I kinda like it! Not a love at first whiff, but so inexpensive it was worth the gamble. Another one for the bedtime scent tray

Opens with the scent of caramelized plum with almond, it reminds me to the old colored anise that I ate as a child. This sweet smell is very powerful, a typical perfume that without spraying it, it smells right out of the bottle if you bring it close to your nose. The almond brings a bitter touch to the mix, like when you smell raw almonds, that balances out the sweetness a bit. When dried, that almond smell remains mixed with the lactonic feeling of milk and vanilla. If you don't like the smell of milk or lactonic notes, don't even consider buying it. This perfume usually costs between €6~8 and on my skin it performs extremely well. It lasts for +8 hours and I can smell it without effort the whole time. Other much more expensive perfumes don’t have this great performance. Without a doubt, it is a fragrance only suitable for gourmanders, sweet lovers.

It's like a warm fluffy cloud of Almond, Vanilla, Heliotrope (:which is an almond-vanilla like flower scent) and a hint of citrousy smell but very rounded that fades quick after the opening - maybe is the orange blossom that is not prominent for me after that point (thankfully). In the dry-down it gets very lactonic and cosy due to the milk and dried plum and stays that way. The first thing Macaron Amande edp reminded me of is Burberry Brit edp. (Maybe +80% similar!). The overall feeling is that those two share much, except for the lime in BB which is very present and the milk MA has that makes it slightly cozier than BB. This fragrance is very well made, especially for its price (under €10)! I'm so happy with that successful blind buy!

It is not what I expected after reading reviews about it. I expected a milky dessert-like sweetness but to me, this is not lactonic or vanilla at all, but more of a juicy fruit-like sweetness, with a delicate fresh green note. It resembles a shower gel or shampoo scent. It's happy, simple, and tender. I would wear it on a very casual sunny day in spring or early summer, with a flowing pastel or flowery dress, shiny baby pink or coral lipgloss. The performance is far from great: longevity is less than 2 hours, even if oversprayed, sillage is weak to moderate. I bought it on sale for about 5 Euro, so it's ok, and I wouldn't pay much more than that for it, it's more of a deodorant quality than a perfume.

Lovely cheapie from the outer packaging on. Got it for a bargain on Notino summer sales and I really like it. It's funny and cozy, I would be wearing it all year'round, to sweeten up the winter and celebrate summer with this delicious icecreamish pistachio. A great idea for a nice present to young girls or more mature gourmand lovers. Projection and lasting power are not fantastic, yet you can reapply several times through out the day without feeling guilty, since price is extremely budget friendly. To me this is a dream stroll in a patisserie. This could be sold at Ladurée shops as the dietetic version of their famous macarons.

This to me is so girly and perfect for anyone that wants a clean girl scent but doesnt like smelling like nothing. Its milky sweet soap, slightly powdery. Its not gourmand but it has a sweetness to it which is perfect for people trying to expand their palette to clean scents (im a clean scent hater usually as it smells too much like chemicals) Also id say this is what i imagine id wear and smell like if i were a preteen that loves a clean barbie vibe. Perfect for everyday wear especially my favourite is to wear it at night after a shower right before getting into bed Please note that it is a skin scent, it does not project

Yep, smells like a macaron! Like I went to Fortnum and Mason and bought the best macarons I'd ever tasted in my life, this reminds me of that! There's some mild citrus note in the opening but that goes away quickly, and you are left with something reminiscent of Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62. They aren't dupes for one another but the similarities are undeniably there. This is nothing like Yum Pistachio, in my opinion. I'd appreciate it if this was a bit stronger. It's very light and airy, with low longevity and sillage. I'd recommend overspraying to your heart's content - thankfully it's cheap enough to do so!

This smells exactly, and I mean EXACTLY, like the Garnier botanic therapy honey & propolis leave-in cream. EXACTLY like it. If I think about similar perfumes, the most similar I can think of is Gemma di Paradiso by Roberto Cavalli (though GdP is a bit more woody). Projection is not too bad, but longevity could be better. It's an unsophisticated, slightly juvenile, generally sweet cookie scent with a milky undertone. This could be a teenager's dream come true, so a good potential gift. In any case this isn't exactly my kind of vibe anymore, so I'll finish my sample and never look back.

Opens fresh citrus fruity/floral, followed by plum, vanilla, milk, yummy almond. There's clean, airy musk alongside the gourmand/powdery notes. If I use this as a night scent, a soft, delicious vanilla lingers in the morning. Moderate sillage/longevity on me. A sweet, friendly, pleasant, non-heavy fragrance that puts me in a good mood. Due to the fresh citrus and floral notes I prefer it for spring/summer. The bottle is a piece of art - deco! The green colored glass, the cap... Wish more modern fragrances were done in art deco style bottles. The box design is so pretty too. 💚

It's good especially for the price. It smells creamy, almondy and sweet, and has a nice vanilla base. Reminds me somewhat of Dior Hypnotic Poison, just less complex. I don't personally enjoy the dried plum note that much since it's a bit stuffy and reminds me of a grandma, but it honestly isn't that bad. Just not my favorite note. That aside, it's delicious! I would wear it every day if the plum note was switched to something a bit fresher. It doesn't last for long but that's ok for this price range. It's a comforting bedtime scent as well.

This is a sweet little gourmand gem. Soft and sugary. Milky vanilla and bitter almond. Like sitting in a small cafe with a plateful of pistachio macarons and a cup of tea. 💚 Bought it on a whim for under 10€ off sale, and once it was back in stock, I had to order one backup for myself and another to gift a friend. Great value for the price. I love the unadorned vintage porcelain look and the pastel green color of the bottle. If you enjoy almond scents and happen to see this somewhere, I recommend buying it! 8/10

This fragrance reminds me of Swedish princess cake: berry jam spread out on a vanilla cake base with whipped cream filling, all covered in a thin layer of green marzipan with a fondant rose on top. I don't understand the comparisons to body lotion or conditioner, this is definitely a sweet pastry scent (you have to spray this lightly unless you want to smell like a whole bakery). I'd imagine that this would pair really well with a generic-scented body lotion though!

It's very pleasant fragrance. It's between gourmand and clean. Very inoffensive, office perfume. Many of my colleagues like it and for the price which was around 6€ it's definitely worth it. It reminds me of 2000s lotions with "almonds". Longevity it's not long like 4-5h, but if you wear it for a few days in a row u get used to it and it's seems like it lasts just an hour. It's not as lactonic as I wish it would be(the main reason I bought it).

Got this for 8 euros from Notino, now the price has doubled. For me it's just an almondy bakery type of frangrance, I don't get much of vanilla and definitely can't smell any orange blossom or heliotrope. Not complex at all, just a nice and soft scent that could be layered with something more interesting. Lasts 2-3 hours on my skin. I enjoy their strawberry scent Pavlova more, but this seems to be more popular.

Sprayed this on my pain au chocolat jellycat before bed and can definitely say it’s reminiscent of a patisserie! On the skin, it’s got a sweet (sugar) note and the fragrance feels quite warm to me. Surprisingly the scent still lingered subtly on my wrist even though I sprayed it on the previous morning. Either way, I found this a great bargain for a little cutesy gourmand.

This is a fun and very sweet scent. It's a softer fragrance, but you'd need to be a gourmand fan to enjoy this. Despite what some reviews say, this does not "smell expensive." It smells like the price point. A bit tacky, but pleasant fun. A guilty pleasure. Sweet, creamy, synthetic almond. I like it.

Blind bought this as i saw it was similar to yum pistachio gelato.It is giving similar vibes but i prefer this as its fluffier and lighter. It is more gourmand but still has this light summery quality to it.Good for the price I reccommend if your looking for somthing silimar to that fragrance.

If you’re considering it, just buy it! It’s 100% worth the money, and I enjoy the scent as a very cozy, bedtime, or inoffensive office scent! Powdery almond, slightly shampoo reminiscent, sweet and girly. It’s great for the price! I’m curious about the rest of the line now.

smells like a bakery, very sugary-sweet. the name is very fitting – it absolutely smells like an almond macaron. i don't love the sugary sweetness, i prefer warmer, more vanillic sweet scents. but if you like to smell like a sugary dessert then this is perfect.

Almond cookies and yummy vanilla, marzipan like, i can picture them with the glass of milk. Amazing for the price and bottle is so pretty. Opening is a bit sharp, like a perfumed deodorant, but quickly fades to amazing sleepy time friendly gourmand vanilla

Love this gal. She gives fresh but creamy and expensive almond shampoo. There’s something so showery and fresh about this but also so creamy and sweet. I don’t know how it tows the line so well, but it really does!

Smells exactly like “Garnier Whole Blends “Honey Treasures” Shampoo. It’s not similar to any of the perfumes it’s being compared to, but It’s quite nice considering the price!

Comforting vanilla almond cookies scent. Opening is a bit too sharp, but it goes awqy quickly. Great bed time scent. Great for layering. Bottle is luxourious

This is sweet and creamy, very nice :) It's similar to Cheirosa 62 but it's still it's own, there are differences. I like this one more than Cheirosa 62.
