Live Luxe

POOLSIDE Melon & Peach. This is one of the better 2000s era watery, fruity freshies imo. It has better longevity & projection than most, and it doesn't turn too musk-melon in the drydown. It's really nice in the air, and on the skin, you can smell a faint marchmallow nuance. I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality. Has reminders of Ralph Ralph Lauren and Paris Hilton Paris Hilton. Requires a few weeks/months in dark storage after first sprays to develop the true scent and performance. Overall: Well above average performance, this is the perfect scent to pull out of storage for a poolside vibe. For what it is, it's a love for me. Enjoy! Contrast to Paris Hilton Paris Hilton: These are different, but there is a similar vibe. PH has oakmoss, and dries down sweeter. Both have well above average performance. Contrast to Bon Chic Max Azria: These are different but there is a similar fruity, watery melon. BC has a note similar to pineapple that's more forward. Roughly equivalent performance. Update 07/24/24: Sprayed this on my wrist today looking for a tropical fruity aquatic scent, and it hit the spot. This really shines in the heat, and on me this dries down quite sweet to a syrup-y peach-mango up close on the skin, but more aquatic peach in the air. Still a love.

I don’t own the perfume, but I’ve had the shower gel and lotion at different times. Love it, and I'm considering buying the perfume. It’s fruity-sweet, luscious and full, and dominated by melon, peach and pear. The melon fades a bit after the first half hour, and then it’s more peach than pear to my nose. But note that my review is based entirely on the lotion, so the perfume might do something altogether different. I like this over Miami Glow. A few hours of Miami Glow and I feel like washing it off (though I love it too and think it’s a class apart, just can’t take too much). I think it’s the coconut in MG that puts me off after a point, and that isn’t the case with LL. I haven’t tried Rockin’ Rio, so I can’t say if they smell similar, but Live Luxe does have the character of an Escada (Island Kiss, Sexy Graffiti – doesn’t smell similar to either though), to the extent that I can tell from using the lotion. A little note about the lotion – it’s a shimmer lotion, but the glitter particles are quite large and obvious. Wish they’d been more subtle :D still, it's a fun scent, so I'll just have to save it for when I want to glitter! I would recommend this for someone who wants a rich fruity fragrance.

Wow, I read so many reviews for this fragrance and ummed and ahhed for so long before finally blind buying it, and oh boy I am happy I did. I must admit that I am a fruity fiend and this does not disappoint, definite peach notes and I also smell some passionfruit which is delicious. It is a little sour but in a way that I find very pleasing. The freesia an honesuckle are lovely and the lily of the valley note is very subtle. The base notes are very subtle and almost non existent on me except the musc which is very clean. Funnily enough it was some of the negative reviews that finally pushed me to buy this one, it does smell a little like a fruity mocktail but for me that is a good thing haha. Not very complex, but if you like peach as much as I do you will no doubt like this. Also despite so much hate I have seen for this bottle I think it is very cute and suits the fragrance inside.

My love for JLo has reblossomed! This is my 4th JLo that I've gotten in the last 2 weeks and I gotta say, I love them all. Got a giftset with the perfume and lotion for an exorbitant price but it was worth it! This is a fresh, aquatic, effervescent scent. Really pretty and fresh. First blast is kinda shampoo-like with the melon and freesia but then I get hints of subtle vanilla and the musks. I'm not usually drawn to these types of scents as I've been wearing more sweeter, warmer fragrances but I actually am really liking this after wearing it 2 days in a row. It's juicy and flirty and to me smells like a high end fragrance. Layered with the the body lotion this perfume has amazing lasting power and my fiancé keeps telling me how great I smell. I think the bottle is beautiful too. Another hit for me by JLo!

I had bought this one a few years back. It had been sealed in the box for sometime. I then opened it and left it alone. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it then. I’ve been spraying it every so often, not really being a big fan of it. Yesterday and today have been rainy days. I decided to try it again, and this time there was a beautiful fruity, fresh, and juicy scent. The top 3 scents, melon, peach, and pear, seem to be more prominent even after the dry down. A sweet scent but not overbearing. I can’t believe I would get whiffs of a delicious scent and thought it was a lady that past me by. I thought to my self: “This persons perfume smells delicious!” And it was me all along! I sprayed it on at 8:55 a.m. and at 6 p.m., there was a lingering scent. I love it! I’m going to use this for the next few days.

I have had sooooo many high priced, top shelf perfumes throughout the years and this is by far my favorite (and at such a cheap price). Scent notes that stand out most to me are fruity and sweet. This is a playful, flirty, sexy, attention-grabbing perfume. I do not pick up on much pear, if any at all. The mixture of peach, melon and aquatic, gives Live Luxe a pink grapefruit scent... The amber settles in amazingly underneath the above notes to give off a warm, milky sweetness instead of a cotton candy sweet. I will never tire of this one. Long-lasting, draws compliments, heavy sillage. This is not an office scent, but meant for a late night out on the town. Amazing. <3

It took me a looong time before i finally decided to purchase this. It was always in my cart and i kept removing it lol. What made me buy this was an awesome deal on Ebay, the 95% full bottle at a super discounted price. So i got the 3.4 oz for $5.99. Yeah! This arrived today along with 4 others that i got from that deal. I immediately liked it at first sniff. It wasn’t what i imagined it to be. To me it was more fruity, syrupy, sweet tropical. It kinda has an Escada-esque vibe to it. The melon and pear combo was refreshingly delightful. The sillage was strong and it also lasts a long time. The bottle is also so pretty! So happy i got this in my collection now!

This was one of the first " expensive" perfumes i ever bought myself( well it was expensive back then anyway) I loved it and wore it all the time, nut then i started to explore other fragrances and this one got forgotten and then given away. Today i replaced my bottle, I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and im finding myself turned off completely by all my most beloved scents; even looking at my bottle of hypnotic poison makes my stomach turn. But I'm craving something fruity and light. So i got this,its sweet but still fresh and im loving it. I love the sharp slightly aquatic feel of the freesia, and it lasts a really long time on my skin

I actually really love this perfume. I purchased this one first then I bought Live. This one I would say last a little bit longer than live and its more bold. Luxe lasted about 6 to 7 hours on me. I'm usually don't buy fruity perfumes but this one is really lovely. This perfume is for that girl who loves to stand out with class and be unique at the same time. I would say this is more for the spring and summer while Live can be more for the whole yeah. But if you love it where it the whole yeah :):) If you like perfumes that only takes a little and you can smell it lingering off you.. This is one of them .it has good sillage

God, I'm so happy I repurchased this!!! Such happy scent memories... I used to love this as a tween and when I saw it heavily discounted on Sephora I figured I'd take the gamble, and it's just as good as I remember. I feel like I'm bathing in peach lemonade! It's fruity, it's sweet, it sparkles, and sure, I guess it's "juvenile" but I don't care. Something that sets this apart from other typical summer freshies I've tried is in the dry down, there's that added bit of a woody-ambery depth and it really transforms the fragrance from something mostly suited to spring/summer to one that I personally think works all year round.

Imagine the generic canned fruit cocktail in syrup (with diced pear, cherry, peach and green grapes in it. You know the one), with a bit of punchy effervescence. Yep, that’s it! Bubbly, sparkly fruit cocktail. It is indeed very similar to Paris Hilton’s debut fragrance, however that one lacks the fizzy quality, is more floral & even a bit sour on me (green apple?) With all that said, this is no masterpiece. It’s been done a thousand times. I’ll always love this scent for nostalgic reasons, you can even enjoy decent sillage and longevity for a fruity floral. Happy little scent :)

Live Luxe is my second favourite Jennifer Lopez perfume, right after Live by J Lo. Live is the best, it lasts long, there is something special about it and although Live Luxe isn't as good as that one, this one is excellent. It starts off as passionfruit for me, but I see it's melon and pear and peach. Right after I smell what I get as passion fruit, comes in the peach. And it's so good. Because I can smell the flowers behind this. It's a vibrant bright perfume, sweet, fruits, feminine, strong - it's not soft. It's as vibrant and as beautiful as the bottle, which is stunning.

thanks to this site i'm giving some perfumes that i'v had and maybe didn't love or think about ,a second glance. this is one of them , i'v had this in a rollerball with this on one end and live on the other ,i can't believe how much i really like this .after all these years of it just sitting on a shelf just to be rediscovered years later , i'm soo glad i never gave it away . i like it discribed as juicy and bright but soft , the drydown is soo nice and sudtle sweet. i really like live now too i find live softer then this .

Received today uhuh the juicy ripe 🍐 my oh my 😍 To my nose it does have the same vibe as Ralph, but is by no means a dupe. Like if you're looking for a fresh fruity, floral and sweet fragrance you'll love this one It's definitely a state of mind fragance Happy scent Edit: I gave it to my sister because she likes Ralph Lauren and although they're different it still reminded her of that one.

This one has a special place in my heart,it was the last perfume my grandma gave me in 2006 for Christmas before she passed away a few months later. The notes I pick up are melon,lots of peach mixed with hints of pear and pineapple wich I know is not listed but I smell it!! Just a great fruity scent for spring/summer days! This perfume lasts easily 6plus hours on me & sillage is moderate the 1st few hours.

This is a fruity peach melon juicy bomb that, like Live by J.Lo, has subtle layers. It's not as beautiful and unique as Live the original but this is gorgeous. This one is more in line with a juicy "Escada" type of scent - fruity, lush and vivid. The bottle is perfect, red and blue streaks on a gorgeous shaped bottle and the spray is excellent quality like it's big sophisticated sister, Live (Original).

I'm wearing LL right now and although not listed in the notes, I could swear there is pineapple here. And I don't sense melon thank goodness, not a fan. One of my favourite summer go to fragrances. Great staying power and sillage. Fruity more than floral. A gem for sure, including the beautiful "gem" of a bottle. I love slowly spinning it around in my hand to see it changing colours like a kaliadescope.

Imagine Yourself in a colorful, wavy dress, walking on the beach, with the wind in your hair, hand in hand with the love of your life. Making plans, dreaming, enjoying the moment. This is it. Freedom, youthfulness, happinees, carefree life. This was cheap but donțt let that fool you, this trully is a good fragrance, at least for my taste. Looking forward for the summer to wear it.

I love this perfume, it was one of my first ever perfumes that I bought. It’s not sweet as people describe it as but it’s bright. It’s very fruity and the scent is unique, I never smelt a perfume like this at all. I was obsessed when I first opened it and I still am. I wish it lasted longer, it lasts for a few hours and that’s it. But overall still my top one.

Well, this impressed me more than anything. I didn't expect it to smell so soapy, sweet, wow. It could have been more luxe, but it doesn't matter, it's still a bit stale and the bottle, although it's PERFECT, I expected it to be bigger, so it seemed to me. I give it an 8/10 very, very good, slowly, slowly, it will become one of JLO's favorites.😍✨

Such a wonderful fragrance! Just don’t make the same mistake I made today by overspraying. This fragrance is very concentrated even though it is a cheap fragrance. I nearly gave myself a headache, and I’m the kind that NEVER gets headaches from perfumes. I hope this fragrance never discontinues. The bottle matches the fragrance’s personality

Yum yum yum! I owned this almost 15 years ago and never forget the sweet, fruity notes. Just opened a bottle I ordered for nostalgia and I’m loving it! Reminds me so much of my favourite Escada fragrance (discontinued) and is just as wearable on me in my mid 30s and in early 20s. Delicious and highly recommended for the low price too! :-)

I love this fragrance! It was the first one I ever bought for myself. At first I couldn't believe that I liked a celebrity perfume but I couldn't help but fall in love with it's unique smell. It's fruity notes make it very fresh and sweet, perfect for me as I don't like heavy scent, because they give me a headache and make me sick.

I love this fragrance but I fin myself re applying it during that day. I think I only love it for the top notes. Even without re applying it lasts a long time and its a nice fruity scent. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous too. it matches the scent perfectly and the box that the bottle comes in is very pretty.

Super cheap and really nostalgic for me. I remember having a bottle of this in 2006/2007 and it was my favourite perfume ever. I randomly stumbled across it on Amazon after forgetting about it for years and I bought it purely for the memories 😅 however I actually wear it and love it still.

Big fan of JLo however not a big fan of celebrity perfumes usually (with the excelption of Britney Spears Fantasy and Beyonce Pulse) but this one is amazing. I get a lot of pineapple middle notes thaough it is not mentioned in the pyramid. i love it and it is very long lasting.

I got this one a few years back, and I have to admit that I wasn't so into it as I am now. I catch myself sniffing the bottle every once in a while. I think I'll have to buy it again even though I rarely do that since I like trying different scents...

very sweet fruity scent..this was my top 5 favorite, now in my 40s i'm more into warm scents that are definitely less sweet.. I have a large collection of perfumes, this one i can say is my top 15 favorite amongst about 40 that i have.

I love this scent! Reminds me of a good smelling shampoo they use at a hair salon. It definitely suits better for warmer weather, since it’s very fresh and fruity. The bottle is one of the most beautiful perfume bottles of all time.

I buy this perfumes in blind buy. It perfumes so fresh and make me energy. Love wear it to go my collage and library. Not long lasting, 3-4 hour, if you want to lasting you must spray 2-3 in day. Still in my favorite scent!

A mix of fruit, a fruit salad, which is even difficult sometimes to decipher your notes, so there is a note of pineapple ... Definitely not match the winter, it is very informal, to be worn on a hot, sunny day ...

This is my go to fragrance for fall. I remember being a teenager when I first smelled this and becoming obsessed. It's an oldie and a goodie for me. I just love the peachy sweetness this scent has.

Super fruity!!! I love this for summer days! It's surprisingly strong and long lasting--so use a light hand or you're gonna be swimming in fruitiness all day. Such a fun, uncomplicated scent.

I absolutely LOVE this perfume. It is beautiful and very long lasting on me. You should def give it a shot because it is worth at least a try. I am ordering another bottle right now online.

Very playful, uplifting, fresh, juicy, youthful. reminds me of early 2000's. a classic freshie for me. had to get another bottle last year and happy to say 20 years later it's still a love.

the melon in this is very rich and juicy. i imagine clear waters and fruits with this one. may be a bit juvenile but hey wear what you want. inexpensive and a nice fruity fresh scent

My shelf always contains the very fruity and sweet perfumes. But J Lo is one of my most fav since its not too sweet during the day. it makes me feel girly and joyful.

Fruity, fresh, and energizing. Longevity is limited, but it's still worth it. The bottle is beautiful and well constructed, and is built to endure frequent use..

unlike everyone else, i love this in cold weather more!! it's heavy, fruity and warm.... i guess that's a good combination for a cold weather right?? :D
