Freesia & Pear

This is a great fresh fragrance with a bit of sharpness to it. Ideal for spring and summer as it is refreshing but with the sharpness I would say it could even be unisex if you like juicy fruit and subtle florals. First seconds are a bit alcoholic (as it seems to be with Jenny Glow fragrances) but that dissipates quickly and you are left with a fresh, crisp, tart and juicy pear which get sweeter with each passing minute. There is a bit of sharpness from the rhubarb. After 30min or so, the mid is strangely quite sharp as the patchouli and amber become most pronounced, this I could live without, for me it does not go that well with the initial notes and leans more male and could go south in hot weather. We shall see. But then again the sweetness issue of patchouli could be due to my skin type which makes fragrances sweeter :( so might not be an issue for everyone. But the dry down is lovely - again the juicy, fresh peach, a bit sweet (but that gets less with every minute) with a "melony" quality. I love that even after 3-4h I can feel it around me. Even my husband who was 1-2m could feel it right away and said it smells lovely (he is very critical of fragrances and can be ruthless so husband test passed) So in general I would say this is a great perfume and with the pricing it is a great catch. But my review could be skewed as I am a sucker for rose + rhubarb fragrances, there is just something tart, delicious and appealing in this combo.

Its smell like jo Malone freesia and pair, but make it brighter and fresh. but compare to jo Malone the scent are more intense obviously because its EDP compare to cologne of jo Malone. The longevity I would say a bit better than jo Malone like 1.25x longer than jo Malone but the amber linger soo long as a skin scent. I mean obviously because of the fresh scent tend to fade faster and leave the base note on the skin for a long period of time. I would give 9/10. because I get it for like 15 USD for big bottle, and due to performance better and the scent its quite similar to JM F&P for very cheap price. give it a try! Note: This scent is a bit mature and not your typical sweet white floral scent so yeah.

After my initial spray, I felt this was too manly as opposed to feminine, so I gave this to my bf who happily wore this. Even sniffing him close-up after a few hours, it still definitely smelt more masculine. The smell reminds me of the skin of an unripened hardened pear. However, I was hoping something more of a clean cut pear. The perfume doesn't evolve into anything further although after sniffing it on my hand several hours later, it does soften down to an open pear which I guess can lean to more unisex.

@Panda68, I guess they're confusing Jenny Glow Ireland with Jenny Glow, Sterling Perfumes UAE. They only have one of the frags (Beautello) from the Sterling sub brand and the rest are from JG Ireland

Perfect out of the shower scent. Fresh but not at all in the typical aquatic way. I really like this!
