Gold Tuberose Nights

Gold tuberose night opens with spicy note that could be the pink pepper, and right from the start the tuberose is there, but unlike the other tuberose-featured perfume in which tuberose usually dominates the whole composition, in this the tuberose stands side by side with the spiciness/fruitiness of other notes, it's a bit acidic, and it's quite hard to detect where the composition would go. And it has slow progression which is good, so when I thought that it was the dry down, it apparently wasn't, it took like hal an hour to see that in the dry down it feels a bit bubblegummy but less sweet, in the vibe of Michael Kors tuberose. And this perfume likes to play hide n seek with the wearer, what we smell up close is different than what other people smell on us, and even though i could only get a whiff of it on me, apparently the other people in the room could smell me easily... So the projection is there even though im not aware of it. For the price it's a steal on sexy and alluring tuberose.

My scent of the day faded so I opted for this beauty with eternal longevity and strong sillage to check how such vibrant composition will do on summery evening. Wow, this is rich and enveloping. Narcotic. Perfect if you are going out for an evening open air festival. It is also a strong player for the evening in colder weather. And cold days companion if you just walk into its mist. Otherwise it might be too heady. But such scents are needed. Decisive, strong, bewitching. Not always do I want a flimsy composition. Amber is very pronounced, and obviously tuberose with equally strong jasmine. So satisfying and strong, and sensual. Also vetiver, orange blossom and musk are adding their voices to the choir. Creating green ivy approximation. Vanilla rounds it, plum adds depth. Glorious and vivid scent with niche charm. I am happy to have it. If you want something with a lot of strong, narcotic, floral charm and with great projection this is a good option. Reminds me a bit of Hypnotic Poison but with tuberose. With time it feels a lot like Poison, too. And Cornubia by Penhaligon's also comes to mind.
