Beach Blossom Limited Edition

Its funny how this fragrance is named "Beach Blossom" by doesn't have any foral notes in it, hahaha. It is a little surprising coming from Jo Malone, a brand that specializes in fruits and florals, but the perfume definitely lives up to its name. When you first spray it you are definitely hit with the lime and a hint of the mint. As it dries down however, it beomes this creamy coconutty floral with just a hint of salt. It makes me visualize sitting on a quiet beach with my toes in the sand, sun shinning down, sipping on cool coconut water, and a gentle breeze bringing something sweet to my nose as a breath. I feel like this is what a mermaid would wear. Its not your traditional beach or marine scent, but it definitely brings something new, clean, and sophisticated to the genre. Ive only worn this out twice and ive already had several people stop to tell me that I smell incredible! I think this might be my signature since I love the ocean and smelling good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for something beachy, clean, sophisticated, and bit mermaidy.

Beach Blossom is... nice, you know? I mean, really nice. It would work brilliantly on a hot beach as its very cooling, quite zesty, and quietly sophisticated. It’s fresh and citrusy, but softened around the edges, and thankfully there’s not a whiff of sunscreen in sight. The box is gorgeous (because honestly, who doesn’t love a Jo Malone box?), and the bottle itself is OK, nothing to write home about, but also not committing any bottle crimes. I have to say its a wonderful summer perfume for everyday elegance, if you want to come across as “clean, polished, and mildly expensive” without trying too hard. That said... it absolutely needs to be worn on a Caribbean beach. It has that “effortlessly wealthy” vibe, like you’ve casually wandered out of your private villa to order something chilled and served in a fancy glass. And because this perfume is expensive... I feel like it should come with a plane ticket. If you're not on the beach yet, you'll soon want to be if you're wearing this! Longevity was quite disappointing though, will need to be frequently reapplied!!

This is a weird one. The notes all sound totally delicious, super fresh opening with a beachy, coconut creamy base. I just tried it in store and I definitely don't hate it, but something about the opening reminds me of a cleaning product – I think it's Pledge furniture polish which I'm certain was not the intention. Maybe it's the citrus-mint combo? On clothes it smells a more realistic lime, but on my skin it's furniture polish-y. The dry down is really lovely, though, so I would definitely recommend trying and seeing how it works with your skin chemistry. I don't see any similarity with this and Soleil Blanc. Soleil Blanc is creamy and, in my opinion, the best beachy scent.

Very unisex green scent. Reminds me of Debaser by ds&durga. I smelled it at Sephora without knowing the note accords, and I thought this was a fig fragrance. It's a super dry leafy smelling frag.... I enjoyed it although it was not at all what I was expecting, from the name. I need to do a second smell test, but for now it's a definite 'like'. Definitely not mass appealing or blind-buy safe. Edit: after going back to Sephora and spraying way more on my skin, I finally get a good dry down- and it really reminds me of Salted Muse by Orebella. If you like salted muse this is a great perfume alternative since salted muse contains no alcohol.

I don’t agree at all with this being similar to coconut fizz. I own both coconut fizz and this one and i can definitely tell you they are not alike at all. This is not at all a coconut forward scent but more fresh green tuberose slightly sweet with subtle minty nuances. I would say it is a fusion between rio from sdj and fig& lotus flower from the brand. Overall it is lovely and refreshing but keep in mind that it doesn’t last very long, i can barely smell it after an hour. All in all nice and recommend if you don’t mind reapplying it every few hours.

Salty skin and sandy bum! 🥥🌴 I love this scent. I do not find the citrus note dominating at all. This is unique and so far the only coconut forward summer fragrance I have smelled where the coconut does not come off too sharp or harsh for me. The best part of this fragrance is the dry down. It dries into this salty airy musky skin scent that is amazing. I wore this during a work out and it bloomed again and smelled even better. The vibe I get from this is rich expat living in Tulum by the beach, long ivory linen dresses, and crystal clear sunsets.

not a jo malone fan but got this sample from my mom and OH MY... ran to store next day and bought two bottles as it is limited edition. it is just so perfectly blended with citrus, coconut and vanilla. like a warm summer by the beach enjoying the sunlight shining down to u smelling breeze and drinking coconut wrapping in a cozy warm towel... only problem is it doesn’t really last... just like summertime enjoy it while it lasts!

This just got me my first complement from a stranger! I love it but itself, but today I layered it with, totally opposite tropical vibes, Hollister Feelin’ Free(TJ Maxx $16 steal!). I love the spicy depth this has, but wanted some more fruity tropics today and it was fire! Lasted 6-8 hours with great projection. I’m going to keep it out for the fall transition, because I think it would work well layered with warmer spices!

This perfume has that same picked sandalwood smell found in Santal 33, Santal Supreme or Father Figure as the base. It's like an herbal aromatic pickled wood but it's subtle. Then on top of that there's coconut and tropical white flowers. These three elements play well off each other and are smoothly balanced, creating a uniquely fresh and floral scent. I tested this at the Bluemercury store here in the twin cities. I loved it immediately but was trying to control my spending so I didn’t buy one. Then I kept thinking about it , so I looked on the Jo Malone website and found It was SOLD OUT on there! Limited edition, so I knew it probably wasn’t coming back. Found a small bottle on ebay. I have worn this every day since. Never too heavy, just BEAUTIFUL!

Best new Jo Malone release for a while! This is one of those rare scents that I shall enjoy all year round. It is a lovely balanced fresh opening - no note dominates but all can be detected. Thanks to the tonka bean, there is a delicious warmth, yet the freshness remains - very clever! This is truly lovely and I think will be a hit! Get it while you can!

Beach Blossom was a pleasant surprise as I usually find Jo Malone fragrances lackluster. This is the perfect beach scent I've been looking for: not too salty or oceanic. Just nice aquatic freshness with a sun-kissed coconut. Initial spray is a bit tart, but after 5 minutes it's lovely! Then it gets even better in the drydown. Lasted 6 hours on me.

This is a gorgeous, beachy Cologne unlike anything else from Jo Malone. You get a lot of creamy coconut, with the lime and mint making it a lovely pina colada type of scent. After an hour I was left with a salty coconut scent left on the skin. As someone who doesn't like coconut/ beachy perfumes- this one is lovely!

F YES! 😳🤩 Wow! Fresh, Solar, Lime & Mint Light Salt, Coconut Water Tonka Bean, gentle powdery finish. Different parts of the formula shine through with each whiff. Complex & powerful, easily brings with it a feeling of actually being there. A seemingly singular scent you can't pin down. 🐚 8.5/10 Memory inducing.

This fragrance is coconut with warmth and depth in a really intriguing way. It’s not your typical sweet or beachy coconut—there’s something a little different about it. It has a fresh element too, but not in a powdery or soapy way. It’s smooth, a little cozy, and stands out in a subtle, unexpected way.

This is a very well-balanced and elegant tropical fragrance. The lime note combined with the vanilla makes it smell different pure citrus perfumes on the market. It leans more green than creamy / sweet so hopefully wouldn't be cloying. I think women of any age would rock this perfume.

Absolutely LOVE this! It smells so clean and fresh. It's a sophisticated summer scent for sure. This has been great on its own, but it also works well when layering. It gives depth when layering with sweeter, more feminine fragrances, creating a nice balance.

This is floral- it doesn't smell like mint or citrus at all to me. It is a tropical-floral scent that reminds me of Hawaiian tuberose (or gardenia). It is a soft, white floral with coconut undertone... salty, skin scent comes out after a while too.

I bought it two weeks ago and it’s nice! It’s very lime in the beginning and then turns into bitter coconut. Some days I like to wear it, but I don’t feel to wear it every day

I love this fragrance. It’s the perfect beach/summer perfume, it’s fresh but warm, I love it’s has not a sunscreen vibe. My husband loves when I’m wearing it.

I can only smell salty sandalwood and bitter flower but I absolutely love it ! Lasts about 3-4 hours

A very different take on a beachy scent. Like all Jo Malone collones, this is overpriced for what it is, but I love it! I’m pleasantly surprised by this one and find it really refreshing. It’s quite a subtle scent. The coconut, mint and lime are all very well balanced. No note overpowers the other. It’s such a shame this is limited edition! Also a shame people spam fragrantica with fake ratings! Id personally rate this a an 10/10 for the scent! Unlike anything else I have in my collection.

A great non-traditional beachy scent. Fresh and vaguely aquatic with a note of sand and salt air. I like this much better than the cloying sunscreen coconuttiness of Soliel Blanc. SB channels packed, high-brow beaches, yachts, resorts. This is giving walks on the shore somewhere sun-drenched and wild and yet to be discovered by the masses.

Pleasant summery fragrance. I don't smell coconut, only lime and a soapy/clean floral tone. This isn't your sunscreen Soleil Blanc or tropical coconut scent. Although it opens quite beachy, it very quickly turns floral and citrusy. Smells like what a candle would smell like. It's clean, floral and soapy with zesty lime.

I smell like a mojito. A coconutty, not sweet, mojito. I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either. The mint gives this just a bit too much of an herb vibe for me to want to wear it personally, but overall scent is lovely.

The mint is soooo nice with the coconut, makes it fresher and more sophisticated than all the other beach-y coconut perfumes that smell the same.

It's not bad and different for Jo Malone. It smells like Jhag Vanilla Vibes with coconut lime water and frangipani. A good beachy summer scent.

This is nice. A sort of masculine leaning cologne version of Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria Coconut Fizz.

I don't know why and when it became so fashionable to shit on Jo Malone. This is an adorable little summery creation that actually does stand out in the sea of summer beachy florals and citrus freshies. The opening is a refreshing mint-lime, which fades away in 10 minutes or so to give way to creamy coconut. The whole things gives me mojito vibes if it was made with coconut juice. This is very short lived, but it's pretty, alright? Say what you want about Jo Malone, that it's overpriced, too polite, not long lasting, all of that is true. But every single one of their fragrances that I have tried so far is very well made and blended with zero sharp synthetic notes, they are all composed and well-rounded.

Jo Malone has never appealed to me. The scents are a little insipid for my liking. I received a complimentary sample of Beach Blossom recently, and it's nice. Beach Blossom is uncomplicated. Lime, mint, coconut, tonka bean. They're there. They're pleasant. They're fresh and summery. But I can't see this as a perfume. It smells more like a room spray. I'd more quickly reach for some TF Soleil Blanc if I wanted a sun-screeny, summer scent. I've always been more familiar with Jo Malone as a brand that makes candles, and this fragrance is better suited to that.

This is in dupe territory of Guerlain Coconut Fizz and identical cousins with Donna Karan Be Delicious Lime Mojito. It’s a non-sunscreen green coconut in the vein of VIW but much less limey and no rum note. Nothing earth shattering here but despite already having the other aforementioned fragrances in my collection, I bought a travel spray. It layers nicely with Ouai St Barth’s body cream. Good bedtime combo. Even after spraying liberally the scent is gone in a flash but that’s a given with JM colognes.

As soon as I smelled this, Green lime leaves! seriously it punched me in the nose with such a recognizable note. The mint is subtle and well blended, the coconut water attempts to blend things together but the tonka bean is close to non-existent. It fails to deliver in creaminess barely sweetening the scent and counteracting the bitter acidic lime in the dry-down. This is too one-dimensional. I love the idea of it but for the price, this is not worth it.

I received this in a Sephora favorites sample set. honestly, this is one of the most “it’s alright” fragrances I have sampled. it’s just fine. it smells like a few other “beach”/summer scents I have tried. I wouldn’t redeem for the travel size, but I would wear if it were available to me on a beach day. I suppose it may be that I overdid my coconut-lime BBW fragrance as a teen, but it’s nothing special to me.

This is an easy, breezy lime‐and‐coconut fragrance that immediately brings Virgin Island Water by Creed to mind. It leans a bit more masculine, though still comfortably unisex. The scent itself is refreshing, beachy and high-end, but the longevity isn’t great and the projection stays fairly soft. I picked up the travel size so I can reapply throughout the day, which makes it much more enjoyable to wear.

Upon the first spray, it was just straight up lime. It was like I was smelling a slice of lime at a restaurant. I get the teensiest hint of something floral/green and some coconut, with the latter being rounded off by the lime. The coconut gets more prominent as it dries down, and it starts to get a bit reminiscent of sunscreen. I'd say it does feel like a cooler scent, great for hot weather.

This smells more floral than "aromatic green", as it's described. Like a hotel lobby in Hawaii. If I close my eyes I can pick out mint and citrus but coconut and vanilla are MIA. Sort of reminds me of sweat for some reason too. Like how your skin smells after a long day swimming in the ocean and sitting on the beach. Not awful but not necessarily my favorite thing either.

I get a floral smell and a very sour herbal smell. To me the two notes clash horribly. I blind bought this at Sephora, but only got the purse spray and I’m really thankful I did. This is just not the smell for me. The sour note ends up putting it in the B.O category. Ick. I don’t pick up coconut and not particularly any mint.

This smells almost identical on my skin to 'Beach Walk' by Maison Margiela. Just like that one, this is also a nice enough fragrance. It turns very floral on my skin and I get no other notes. I enjoyed it but I am not tempted to run out and grab a full-size one (if it is still available that is).

smells like sandalwood and lime. kind of a basic masculine beachy scent. glad it doesn't smell like sunscreen! I don't really get any coconut, and I'm sad I get sandalwood because I hate sandalwood.

It's like a combination of Beach Walk & Bubble Bath both from Replica. But I will say this lasts MUCH longer than both of those. I am not the biggest fan of sunscreen/coconut scents though.

This is definitely in the same family as Creed VIW. I wasn’t a fan. I think the amount of like was off putting to me.

I got this online from Sephora during a sale. Jo Malone is WAY too expensive otherwise. It was a blind buy based on seeing the notes and reviews here, and a love for summery coconut fragrances. I expected something fresh and summery (with the listed lime, mint, coconut water notes) that had some staying power from the tonka bean (that would be surprising from the notoriously short lifespan of JM fragrance). It was so far off from what I expected that I thought I had bought the wrong perfume and literally came here to double check I had not read the notes, or the name, wrong. I checked back several times over the hours but never got lime, mint, or anything like coconut water. This was a heavy, screeching tuberose that hung cloyingly in the air. Tuberose gives me a huge headache, so I scrubbed it but sprayed on a test strip to check and see if it ever evolved into something wearable for me. It never did. Had to return it. Lesson learned: No more blind buying.

I really expected to love this considering the comparable notes to VIL. Man was i wrong and so glad i got to try this in store before blind buying a full bottle. I don’t know how I could dislike this as much as i do because the notes are some of my favorites but this just doesn’t smell good at all. My mom thinks it smells overwhelmingly like cucumber, which i didn’t get at first but once she said it, i can definitely pick up on a cucumbery note in here. Dont be fooled! Many say Beach Blossom by Jo malone smells similar to Guerlain Coconut Fizz, but not at all!!!! JMBB is waayyy more green and definitely wayyy fresher. the coconut in JMBB is like the backup dancer for 1 minute plus then the lime just takes over from the start to the end.......this is nothing close to being a dupe for Guerlain Coconut Fizz.. if this is a limited edition, then it's ok for me, this can disappear forever. nothing ground breaking at all. definitely not a coconut-centered perfume, not beachy for sure..sample 1st before you buy..
