Emerald Thyme Cologne

This is the same scent as "Sorrell & Lemon Thyme" from Jo Malone's "Herb Garden" collection. But I loved that one so I'm glad it made a comeback, even if it's disguised with different name and different bottle. It's super fresh lemon scent, literally like someone put freshly cut lemon slice under your nose. There are some other green herbal notes in it, but lemon is by far the strongest one. If you like fresh herbal scents (not dark and woody, which I kinda expected from the bottle design and colour) then you'll love this. Great refreshing summer scent! Longevity and projection is just as expected from Jo Malone - on the weaker side but still not too weak.

lovely fresh thyme scent. starts off very fresh with the eucalyptus and lemon, and eases into the rosemary and thyme. very cool and fresh scent, not sweet really whatsoever. something I could see wearing a lot, especially in the warmer months. It could work in fall too. My only cons are that it doesn’t last too long, so you have to spray a bit liberally. The atomizer itself isnt the best as well, as it drips as well as sprays (but I may have just gotten a weird one.) But, for the value (35$ off ebay for brand new in box) its honestly great. Perfect non offensive fresh scent to add to my library. Good blind buy if you like thyme/aromatic fresh scents

The emerald thyme scent is green, aromatic woody and reminds me of a fresh forest. But the scent faded very quickly and the distribution was poor. But I discovered that spraying the emerald thyme scent with the English oak & hazelnut scent which is a woody tone perfume, made these two scents go together very well. Makes the forest of emerald thyme complement the green and freshness of the woody nature of English oak & hazelnut, making the scent of the forest complete. I really like the combination of these two scents. emerald thyme + english oak & hazelnut = Realistic forest Good way to combine

Great fragrance, super fresh and lemony, not so much herbal though, I can't pinpoint the thyme. I get quite a strong neroli note too somehow, which adds a bit of sweetness. Super clean and is at the edge of being classy. I just wish it stayed on a bit longer, I get around 2-3 hours. Very unisex, there's no woody base that could lean masculine nor a feminine floral feel. Picture a glistening lemon sprinkled with a tiny bit of sugar. Love! Edit: I found the thyme, it's in the dry-down and is quite realistic! But sadly it has become a skin scent by then

Just picked this up from the Jo Malone standalone store and it is absolutely wonderful. I went in for a different scent but the wonderful woman who helped me out said that this would work best for my body chemistry. It's bright, but not like lemon cleaner and very herbal, really green. It's a very spring-like and reminds me of the pacific northwest. The bottle is simple but pretty, a really nice shade of green that matches the scent. My mother and I don't often agree on scents but we both loved this one.

Must admit I was quite surprised with this one. Tried it at Sephora earlier and really love it. Opening is lemony citrusy and refreshing. Really brightens up your day if you need one. It has most of the notes I love very much.

well, its been here with me for a while, I should say I find it quite Elegent combination of a grassy fragrance.. mostly in the morning highly recommended for an early morning fresh start

Opens with a zesty lemon for about 30 minutes. After that the moss and thyme come through in the dry down. Performance is what you'd expect from a jo malone cologne (2 hours for me)

I Kinda loved how refreshing this perfume is. Super greenish, fresh. the best part about it its all time use all season use. loved it.

Thyme is so realistic here! Also it's reminiscent of a black tea with lemon.

I bought the full set, and have plenty of citrus so I wasn’t really sure if I would need or wear this one, but I surprisingly love the rosemary and thyme notes and find this one to be almost sour and savory. Definitely find this to be the best Jo Malone collection is recent years and it makes me very excited to see what they have on the Horizon. I also love the varied bottle designs and they also seem to have more powerful sprayers. I am very satisfied all around.

Refreshing! Lemony herbal summer in a Bottle. It doesn't last very long but it's so very nice. I do think it's overpriced. I got it for free, a gift with purchase, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. EDIT- the juicy lemony scent does last on clothes quite well. Lemony but not at all like furniture polish.

A refreshing perfume and the most versatile of this new collection. Good to pair with other fruity/floral Jo Malone cologne.

The first 30 minutes smell like someone shoved a lemon slice up your nose. SUPER strong and hyperrealistic. Then left turn and this goes to pencil shavings. I guess that's the thyme/moss? Lasted on me for a good 6-7 hours (sadly). I don't know what I expected, but this wasn't it.

The scent is really fresh with the top notes of lemon really coming though. It dries down nice with the moss becoming apparent. I would say it’s a closer skin scent than a projecting scent.

Does anyone know if this is actually cologne strength or will this collection have a higher oil concentration?
