Nectarine Blossom & Honey

When I was a young teen, there was only one perfume I'd touch. It was a peach colored, peachy-smelling perfume, in a simple round bottle, from Victoria's Secret. Mmm, it smelled so delicious and clean...my favorite Christmas and Birthday present to recieve. I just recently decided I must find a new perfume along the lines of that oldie-but-goody. I've always gravitated towards simple, linear scents. Jo Malone fits that bill with some of her fragrances... in a very high-quality way. I was also interested in a musk-free peach perfume, which this appears to be. I just submitted a review for Jessica Simpson's Fancy Love, because it was a step in the road that led me to this. I tried NB&H last night, and purchased a full bottle. It gives me the peachy pleasure I wanted from FL, without numb-nose (see FL review), or the strange bitterness some musks turn into on my skin. The opening is heavenly to me. Sweet, juicy, fresh, a tiny bit floral... my beloved long-lost peach teen perfume!! Yay!! It settles into a light, fresh, honey-sweet peach on my skin, that gives me that same confident, fresh, just showered/shampooed feeling that I got so many years ago from my peach treasure. Today was my first day of wear, and-as I hoped-several compliments, and 3 people got the name from me, and plugged it into their phone. I wear perfume for myself, but I'm not gonna lie...when others gush over my scent, of course it makes me love it that much more. My husband says it is very "me", (agreed) and my little boys said "Mmmm" when I hugged them. I'll probably always try peachy fragrances, but this satisfies my craving. Simple, sweet, and peachy. :)

Opens with a green stem and leaf scent and a prominent peach/nectarine scent. There’s not much else here. It smells super fresh and juicy like freshly picking fruit. I wore this while seeing Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. It felt super fitting as there is a storyline about a peach which begins with freshly picking one. The scent is a love for me. So pretty, juicy, fresh, projecting, and long-lasting, especially for the concentration. I find it to be a linear wear. KKW Nude Silk smells extremely similar. It’s now a discontinued line but some bottles may be out there still. When I smell them side by side, the KKW opens with more alcohol and is clearly the cheaper scent. However, that wears off and it also has that green and fresh nectarine scent. I’d say it’s less photorealistic compared to the Jo Malone. These differences are so small that you won’t notice unless you smell both up close at the same time. For that reason, I’ll keep using my KKW bottle and not spend the high Jo Malone prices.

FIRST IMPRESSION REVIEW: I will not review the longevity since I've only been wearing this for an hour now (for your information it still lasts after an hour so I don't share the 5 min max complaint). I have never tried a cologne before. I'm usually into EDP but I had to try this. As a EDP girl I was so confused after the first spray on my wrist. It was just like water with a very subtle scent. I might have oversprayed a bit on both skin and clothes to really get the scent. I think it's lovely. It's clean and simple. It's more office friendly compared to the rest of my collection (again it's a cologne). Whether or not it's worth the price tag.. Hmmm.. I'm very aware that I paid for the brand. I'm a sucker for luxus products and obviously willing to pay for the experience: The appearance of the packaging and the bottle itself is simply beautiful. The fact that I know that I wear something a little extra. It's just something I enjoy more than buying budget perfumes.

I cannot say enough in praise of this perfume. It is Paris in the summertime. Not the tourist Paris, the real, lived in Paris. Walking the outdoor farmer’s markets, smelling the fresh nectarines and flowers. The crisp, morning air. You take a deep breath and you know for a fact, it is going to be a good day. Perhaps a simple and sweet day, but a darn good day. This is optimism and pure joy in a bottle, for me. It is clean, pure, natural, and real. Fresh, and happy. I have never smelled a perfume as beautiful, sparkling, and filled with joie de vivre as this. It’s the scent to wear to a summer baptism. It’s an outdoor birthday party. It’s Mother’s Day brunch. It’s wearing your Sunday best to church on bright, sunny day. To date, it is the only perfume I have repurchased. The only perfume I have used the entire bottle. And the only perfume I have worn for over a decade. I hope I never get too old for the optimism I smell in this bottle.

I use this one every chance I get because of the photorealistic fruit tree scent from soil to canopy! Jo Malone did wonderfully well with this series of perfumes in general, with a few exceptions. Nectarine Blossom & Honey is beautifully light and airy and very very mixable with sweet, overly sweet or wood heavy scents. This perfume smells like a clear & warm sunny day with a gentle breeze drifting over flowering fruit trees that have just been watered, emanating fresh life & wet grass into the mix. Every part of the plant is perfectly captured in this formula, the greeness of the roots in wet earth, the woodiness of the bark, warm sweet sap, delicate blooms & the newly budding leaves at the tips of each branch. Instant love at first sniff. 🥰 10/10 Would pay full price to buy this again!

37 male. Beard, Tattoos, Gym fanatic with muscle and a 6 pack - did 6 years in prison recently. Ai told me this was the closest to Garnier Fructis shampoo (who doesn't think this smells amazing?). It is very close (I get Kiwi/Apple). Its the freshness for me! Finally, something refreshingly sweet WITHOUT the dry down always going to coconut, sugar, caramel, or vanilla gourmand. Every "sweet/tropical" frag that is refreshing always seems to some how dry down to floral, coconut, caramel, or some kind of lingering vanilla. I believe this is why people (men & women) enjoy cheap BODY MISTS over perfumes - because they remain soft, light, uplifting, and refreshing without the dry down of the notes above. Purchased for myself. Yes the fuck I did.

Jo Malone's Nectarine Blossom is one of my very favorite fragrances. I think I wore it every day or every other day this past July and August. It smells like the most perfect nectarine--or maybe a whole wonderful orchard of ripe nectarines. It's not too sweet (I really dislike overly sweet) and hits the right notes for me. I truly smile when I put it on. I don't really smell the top notes of green notes, black currant and petitgrain (I must confess, I've never heard of petitgrain before this.) It's all fresh, wonderful nectarine to me. Yes, in the dry down some of that uber fresh fruity scent calms down but I always smell that amazing nectarine.

I find Jo Malone fragrances to be so interesting. There is always something both familiar and surprising about them. Take this one for example. It's obviously peachy and sweet, but there's something in the background that I would describe as 'ticklish.' Whatever it is, my nose loves it. It lasts the full day on me as well. Like other JM frags, this one is shallow and linear. But I don't mind. So many 'deep, complex' fragrances just end up smelling of vanilla, or leather, or amber once the top and middle notes are gone. I welcome something that smells just as delicious from the moment you spray it to the moment you wash it off. So judge me.

I really love fruity floral scents because they have that fresh scent but also smell delicious. I've taken whiffs of this countless times and it has never smelled anything less than amazing! This smells like eating a sweet fresh ripe nectarine or peach in a vivid lush green garden by a beautiful lake. The nectarine scent is so fresh and feels like an actual nectarine and doesn't smell artificial at all. This smells so juicy and fresh in a perfect balance and is perfect for spring/summer. I am addicted! The only con I would say is that it doesn't have high longitivity so I suggest using a rollerball oil before using.

The most amazing, photorealistic, natural, juicy, green nectarine and peach scent ever! When first sprayed, you get the photorealistic, juicy, and green nectarine and peach. The green notes are on the sharper side, but it’s not an unpleasant sharpness at all, it’s comes across almost as soapiness. Throughout the day, the sharp soapiness settles and the nectarine and peach notes become almost creamy in a very fresh, airy way. It’s sweet in a very natural, juicy way, like the smell that lingers in the air after cutting a fresh nectarine. It’s the most amazing spring and summer perfume!

oh my god, the nectarine in this is DELICIOUS. like mouth-wateringly juicy and photorealistic - one of the best fruit scents i've ever smelled. i wish it was that sweet throughout its entire duration, as it becomes a little powdery and fresh in the drydown, but it's still beautiful! performance could definitely be improved, but i'd say it's decent. def not as bad as i've seen jo malone scents' longevity be described before, lasts about 6 hours on me. if it projected stronger and lasted a little longer it'd be top tier as the scent is near perfect. overall rating: 🩷🩷🩷🩷💔 4.5/5

At first spray, it wasn't love. I felt much like a cleaning product smell, but I have it a chance and it developed like the most delicious, sweet but not overly and not cloying, fresh, and citric thing. It almost feels like I'm biting into a nectarine. I get a lot of broken stem, crisp peel of the fruit. Then it settles close to the skin with a moderate to low projection, in a sweet almost creamy level. I then can feel the honey. And as always, Jo Malone is bliss. update long wear: it's amazing but if over sprayed it can get a bit nauseating/ too sweet.

Immediately, you’re transported to a fresh grassy field with the sun warming your face. Surrounded by peach trees and white blossoms, you bite into a nectarine and immediately smell the ripe pulp and sweet juice- and I swear you can smell the fuzzy skin of the fruit as well! It’s REALLY nice. I was fully prepared to be a hater due to the high cost but DANG! This is good! I still recommend smelling in store/ordering a discovery set before committing to a full/travel size- I’ve been told it can pull a bit too sweet or floral on some people.

One day at work at the market i own a beautiful petit woman with long, soft, bouncy brown curls and emerald green eyes came in surrounded by this cloud of what smelled like warm juicy peaches smothered in honey. She was beautiful and i was instantly drawn to her. I'm quite proud to say that she is now my wife and she still religiously wears this perfume every day, its one of my favorites and it lingers on her skin from when she sprays it after her morning shower to when she crawls into bed every night. Simply gorgeous!

I actually disliked this one for a long time. I’m not sure what changed, but I came around, and find it very enjoyable in summer. Rather aquatic in the opening, green and sharp like a cut branch. Settles down more and grows sweeter and fruity, but still has a bit of a sour bite, like the skin and stem of the nectarine comes through more rather than the flesh. Not synthetic to my nose. I don’t really get much honey, or a very noticeable floral, which actually makes me a bit sad because I love black locust flowers.

I immediately fell in love with this perfume and find it so pleasing. It's clean and fruity, but it is reminiscent of an underripe fruit rather than an overripe or juicy one. I find it to be the much more pleasant sister of Snif's "Me". Like "Me", it also possesses a peach skin quality to it that makes up a majority of the scent profile, but it's done much nicer in this blend. As I stated previously, it's clean. Like a woman who just took a cold shower soaked in peach skin body wash. I love it.

This is a nuzzly, soft, peach of perfume. It is very gentle indeed and is definitely a "skinscent" but oh my, up close and personal it's just divine. I'm not really a fan of gourmands in general, but this bridges the gap as there's enough freshness in it to lift it from being sickly, whilst still smelling good enough to eat. I don't find it artificial at all - to me it smells just like real peaches, mixed with some fresh fragrant blossom and blooms. Yum Yum Yum.

On my list of favourite perfume, bought after 3 tries at the commercial centre. I really love the peachy scent. All of my friends give compliment to this perfume. It's just pure nectarine (plus my chemistry is sweet, even fresh and citrus perfume smells sweet on me). The drawbacks are that you can only smell it from a very intimate distance, and it doesn't last long. In cold days 3-6h. In summer days maybe only 1h, or even less if you are in tropical climate.

this has got to be one of my fav all time perfume. everytime I wear it I get mad compliments and feel like the cleanest girl in the room. it's for sure nectarine heavy, but that's what makes this fragrance PERFECT. it's so fresh smelling but at the same time has this sweetness to it, as a real nectarine does LOL, but if you're considering trying out this perfume GO FOR IT!!! lowks reminds me of a nectarine body wash.

Juicy, sweet nectarine with its skin still on dipped in honey that is not too sweet. I love this perfume, it is "sweet" but not gourmand or artificial. It smells like being barefoot and lying in a nectarine orchard in the hot summer in the south of France with nothing to worry about. I don't wear it often because it feels less like a perfume to me, but the smell is juicy and heavenly.

absolutely love this, i have never been that fond of jo malone and found the scents quite plain, simple and gardeney. today i was wowed, this is such a beautiful blend of notes. honey is a difficult scent to make fresh and not sickly or overbearing, yet this is so clean and lovely. makes you think of the beginning of spring, love it! perf for all age types and occasions too.

It smells like cheap shampoo on initial spray and for the first few hours, BUT that is exactly what I love so much about it! Somehow smells nostalgic to me like it transports me back to my younger self in our old house, getting out of the shower, smelling soapy and fresh. It smells sophisticated and youthful. Longevity-wise I'd say this is on the weaker side.

i thought it would be too sweet based off the name but it turned out to be a very pleasant realistic fruity smell. smells exactly like a nectarine i was so surprised. i don't get honey but i don't mind. i didn't get any of the other notes listed as well but that's fine. pairs really well with wild bluebell. like walking through an orchard.

Smells like fresh, honeyed nectarines! Some scents don’t need to be complex or change overtime to be loved. This could have easily been my go-to for work, but it barely lasts an hour on my skin... I ended up buying a dupe from Palermo, which smells the same, lasts longer and projects better for less than half the price of the original 😅

the loveliest fruity floral i've ever tried. i wear this no matter what the season is, and it always smells fresh. i've received so many compliments and folks asking what i'm wearing so they can buy it for their partner!!! the scent is longlasting for me, but not overpowering where if i'm walking you smell a cloud of it. 5/5

This fragrance smells like an iced peach tea on a hot summer day. Refreshing and light with decent longevity. Jo Malone gets a lot of hate for their fragrances but people need to remember that they’re are cologne concentrations. Not everyone wants a punch in the face perfume. This one is one of my all time favorites!!!

I love this fragrance so much! The sweet peach and nectarine paired with powdery fresh notes is wonderful. Just like a peachy bar of soap∘ ̇○ ̊.•, so clean+ ̊⊹♡ My only problem with this fragrance is that this perfume, along with many other Jo Malone fragrances, lasts about 20 minutes on skin and clothes....

Slightly underripe, clean, fresh nectarines with a hint of sweetness. The most luxurious shampoo. I usually hate shampooy/soapy scents, but this is an absolute winner as it’s not sharp or screechy at all. The most elegant version of this type of scent I have smelled to date, I just wish it lasted longer.

the juiciest and squishiest of nectarines but rounded out with a leafy green quality. i feel like the honey kind of blends with the ripeness of the nectarine, so fresh and good ugh. also longevity may vary bc my mom has sprayed this before a ~5 hour workday and ive still smelled it very strongly after

This is my favourite Jo Malone cologne This is so so pretty beautiful honey blossom sent. I absolutely adore it. Wear it on my engagement day, and I could not be more happier. ❤️ longevity is good. It’s not that projecting, but it is a closer to the skin scent, which lasts for about five hours on me.

I’m a guy, I doubt I will ever wear this Cologne (although I would love to), Nectarjne Blossom & Honey is beautiful. It’s everything that you want in a perfect feminine fragrance. Delicate, fruity, slightly floral. It’s juicy and addictive. Surprisingly (mainly as a skin scent) long lasting.

This is exactly the Bedhead serum in the pink bottle. Very early 2000's kind of smell that isn't exactly natural but nostalgic for the product-esque smell of perfumes and soaps of that time. Kind of smells like a party too, not in a bad way. Great summer scent for college

This is beautiful. A few sprays of this in the morning and I get that “clean, just out the shower feeling” all day!! It’s delicate, fresh, moderately long lasting, just wish it would also come in body products....please JM 🙏🏻 consider body products in this beauty 🍑 🍯 🤍

I was hoping for something sweet and juicy, maybe a bit green, a little floral. This is like the smell of peach flavoured water and baby powder. Very underwhelming, and lasts all of thirty seconds. Not offensive but not particularly pleasant either. Pass.

Gorgeous scent. Absolutely love it. Its one of the few my husband asks me to wear, so I'm not the only one. Becomes a scent only those close to me can smell, though it sticks around for many hours. But the price is not worth it for me.

This smells like a decadent treat. Juicy ripe nectarines through and through. The honey gives it an unexpected gourmand twist. Very nice for spring! I’m afraid this might be a bit syrupy for the summer heat. At least on my skin.

longevity, especially good on my skin. It has some green fruity scent, and the longer it stays on your skin, it kind of becomes more floral, which I love. I sometimes use this to spray on my clothes, and it lasts for a few days.

A realistic representation of nectarine. The right amount of clean girl sweetness, and it makes me happy whenever I smell it. I received frequent compliments on this one. Hoping to buy a bottle of this in the future.

yummy!!!! i would say it's more fresh than sweet, it smells like something you would put on during or right after showering, like a shampoo or a lotion. but stronger and more complex!! i love it, it's soooo fruity

So impressed with this one. It’s a fresh peach with just the right amount of tartness and it stays peach for hours without turning syrupy or cloying. Like the best of Jo Malone, it delivers just what it promises.

I feel like I’ve been dipped in peach juice. A wonderful, gentle, sweet scent that isn’t overwhelming. Şeftalili meyve suyuna batırılmışım gibi. Harika, yormayan tatlı bir koku.

A tart nectarine and peach juice at first spray. As it dries, you get soft floral undertones and that nice underripe tinge to it. This would be heavenly on a hot summer day.

It’s been a while since I truly enjoyed a perfume, and when I tell you I absolutely devoured this one... oh my God, I’m not even joking. It’s beautiful.

An extremely juicy but linear fruity perfume that makes its way into my roster every summer. Layers well with Blackberry & Bay, it’s unisex cousin.

I think it would smell so so amazing if it didn't disappear within 3 secs of spraying it. Highly recommend!
