Sunlit Cherimoya Cologne

This is a stunning scent, but dear Lord do they need to make this a parfum. Like other Jo Malone scents, it does not last long enough to justify the price (even with all the tricks, like lotion or Vaseline underneath). It opens a little peppery, and dries down/warms up into beautiful, truly JUICY pear. When I asked my coworkers for their thoughts, they liked it but didn’t think it was anything special, so they saved me from buying a full bottle. That said, it is gorgeous and quintessentially unisex. Perfect for hot weather (if you don’t mind reapplying— and who wants to carry a full bottle with them everywhere, or go through the trouble of making their own travel size?).

I have really enjoyed wearing all three scents that make up the Blossoms 2024 collection! This is the most sultry,the darkest of the three - the one most suited to evening. The tropical vibe is nigh but it presents alternatively to the classic coconut approach. It is certainly fruity but also slightly spicy - I wonder if this is the influence of the cherioyma? I dont have anything like this scent in my wardrobe; a late summer into autumn vibe for me. Very FB worthy and unlike many other comments the scent lasted well on me.

It is such a fun tropical scent! The top notes of passion flower and pear give it a refreshing vibe that really lifts your spirits. The middle note of cherimoya adds a unique sweetness that feels perfect for summer. Plus, the base notes of tonka bean and copahu balm provide a warm finish. It’s definitely a must-have for those sunny days when you want something bright and lively! It is also perfect in hot humid weather as well as cooler summer weather. It’s 100% the best out of the 2024 blossoms collection!! ☀️🌴🌸

This is Ginger Biscuit for the spring and summer. The tonka and cherimoya smell like a less christmas-y ginger snap to me. This is a very good thing. If you missed Ginger Biscuit just buy this. Ginger Biscuit is a bit spicier and a bit louder at first because of the ginger, but this actually has more staying power than GB did. By a good margin.

Just left Nieman’s and had hurry here to see what the girls are saying. To my surprise there is only 1 review and she is so right! This is the perfect fresh fruity floral for spring and summer. Not overly sweet where it leans more feminine but just enough sweetness where it’s still unisex in my opinion. My new spring 2024 scent!

A breath of freshness that settles into a delicate floral sweetness. Subtle bergamot opening that gives a nice boost to the pear, fresh and sweet. The drydown gets very floral on my skin. Weirdly enough I smell chamomile. Sweet and faint, like freshly picked from the bush. I've never smelled a cherimoya, so maybe it's that. If Yellow Hibiscus is bright, fresh and beachy, Cherimoya is delicate, meditative and exotic. Well worth a sniff, it's pleasant but it won't be everyone cup of tea. Again, like Yellow Hibiscus, this reminds me of Yellow Diamond by Versace, despite being quite different from each other.

Blink and you miss it, sadly. I think it was undetectable within 45 minutes. I guess I am not surprised since it's a cologne. I feel like Jo Malone doesn't perform well in general, but this one seems particularly poor on that front. I'm not big into fruit scents, but this one is nice enough. It's not just "fruity" or "sweet", there is more nuance there. It opens a little peppery and I thought I smelled something like iris because it's interestingly a little dusty. It's dusty to the point of maybe being a little sandy, which is neat. It's got a nice balance between the fruit and the "sunlight", so to speak, it's not just overwhelmingly fruity and is decidedly beachy. Too bad on the performance, I think if it performed better I would rate it a 7-7.5. The price is a crime. As is, 5.5/10.

Very similar to Tropical Cherimoya. However, just like its predecessor, lacks any projection or longevity. I love the scent so much I might still buy it to be able to smell it now and then.

Sweet non-distinct fruitiness that is in cologne style of lightness. The price is ridiculous for what it is.

On skin, this is an incredibly sunny floral-pear which translates to the smell of a department store. On clothes however-different story altogether. It's sweet, it's juicy, it has an actual ripe cherimoya quality (think a summery, juicy, vanillin lychee, pear, sweet apple scent), it has this fuzzy air quality that a lot of summer fruity fragrances tend to have. For now, I will do more testing. Edit: That floral note is just absolutely brutal. Unfortunately I cannot find myself able to wear this. :/

This is basically Alien Goddess in a edt form, and even though the opening is a citrus blast for a few mins , its still becomes a weaker A Goddess. Alien Goddess beats this by far. Its nice but nothing new. Choose A goddess instead!! This is nothing like Ginger Biscuit at all summer or not.

I’m getting something coconutty and something that comes off as Ylang Ylang. It smells a bit like Beach Walk or other similar coconutty sunscreen fragrances. I don’t get pear or anything fruity. Odd. Not what I expected.
