Smells great. Powdered musk with floral notes. Very good Initio Musk Therapy inspired by fragrance Can be used as both an everyday wear or as a special occasion. Long lasting but not a room filler by any means. If love musky, clean linen fragrances, this is for you. Seems to me to last longer on clothing rather than skin. Great price for the quality. Beautiful bottle and great pressurized atomizer. 9/10

Smells great with good longevity. To me this smells just like the original. this and "the dua brand" dua therapy are the only clones ive smelt and i have to give it to game of spades when it comes to accuracy. Dua therapy has significantly more projection and has a lot more citrus If you never smely musk therapy from inito, it smells like water mixed with soft citruses

I’ll come back to review this after a few days of wearing. First thoughts. Very fresh, clean, powdery, musky. I definitely pick up the soft floral vibe. My nose doesn’t pick up the citrus, and would not categorize this a citrusy whatsoever. Very clean, light, pleasing, calming. The dry down is a little more on the creamy side. I wanted a musky/clean fragrance that I want to use especially before bed or something easy to use in the morning. This seems to meet the criteria. We went to Dillards recently and smelled Musk Therapy for the first time, but no way going to spend 350$. If you’ve smelled Musk Therapy and liked it then I’d say you will like this too. There are similarities but not exactly a 1:1. This was a blind buy win for my fiance and I as we will both be wearing this.

A pretty decent interpretation for Musk Therapy at a more affordable price point. It's clean, a little fruity, a little floral. Overall I enjoy it. An easy daily reach for work/errands/etc.

I have a bone to pick with this fragrance. It overdoses the cassis in it. Smells rancid at times but other times when my nose is not as sensitive it's a delightful scent...

Decent but not good clone job, and definitely not worth the higher price Jo Milano stuff go for. Topaz performs way better than Musk Therapy, and that explains why they carry the same vibe but don't smell the same. First of all, it's got an overall funkiness for the first 15 minutes that feels disappointing. Especially the citrus top smells just like some counterfeits (especially BDC ones, they have a very specific cheap laundry detergent smell). When things settle down, Topaz becomes an unnecessarily aggressive more powdery version of Musk Therapy. It doesn't feel like you've applied an expensive body lotion, like the og, it's a more substantial smell but not in a good way. Also somehow feels more feminine than Musk Therapy because it's heavier. Topaz does not smell bad, but it also does not smell more expensive than an average 40€ white musk perfume. I'm not a huge fan of the original, it's too airy and "therapeutic" for my style, but it is a great unisex blend that can be worn anywhere anytime, even though it leaves a lot to be desired in the projection department. Topaz proves that you can't just amplify everything and expect it to smell the same but louder. Not every scent needs a beast mode clone. If you love Musk Therapy but find it expensive, this is only going to worsen the itch for getting it. If you plan to use Topaz to familiarize yourself with the scent, you'll be missing on half the experience, getting a Musk Therapy decant will be a better use of your money.

I blind bought because they said it smells like Initio Musk Therapy , and it does not. Its more powered/woody to me. Not a bad cologne but just not for me. I will be selling it for cheaper. I did have coworkers saying they loved the smell. It leans more female said to me.

I LOVE Musk Therapy and I hated this so definitely NOT a successful dupe in my opinion. Smells very synthetic and not pleasing in any way. Pass.

ATTENTION: I am a man and in my opinion, the best smelling female fragrances smell better than the best male fragrances. That’s where this unisex extremely under rated gem comes in. The opening smells a little feminine but the drydown is the best that I have smelled. It smells smooth, extremely clean, projects well, and has above average longevity. Get your nose on this.

Out of all of my fragrances, this feminine leading unisex one takes the cake as the best smelling. As a male, it proves to me that the most masculine scents, are not the best to my nose. The best are generally unisex at the very least. The longevity, smell, quality, smoothness, lack of synthetic odor, is off the charts at the price point.

There's no official site mentioning given fragrances are other fragrances dupes (except for DUA). Do yourself a favor and have fun with decants after clearing your mind and giving them/yourself a chance.
