Wow! Eau de Toilette Fresh

This reminds me a lot of Montblanc Legend. I get a lot of fir and fruity sweetness that is reminiscent of the iconic Fierce DNA with some similarities to YSL Ultime as well. However, being a fresh EDT it isn’t heavy or cloying in any way. For $15 this is a lot better than much of the summer releases I’ve tried Wish it came in 100 mL.

Don’t have the original so I can’t compare it to that...but this stuff is really nice. Slight similarities to Fahrenheit Cologne, which I love but is difficult to find these days. Definitely get the violet leaf and lavender, and a little sweetness from the vanilla. Perfect for spring.

Unexpectedly good for the price. Reviews are accurate, smells like a mix of Aqua Fahrenheit and Gucci ph2, with small hints of Elysium vibes. One of the better designer frags i've come across lately. Don't expect miracles, but this smells and performs really well for 15-20€/40 ml

Just got mine at Burlington as well, this one is a keeper. Very different than you average citrus or watery summer freshie. Like others, I agree with Dior Fahrenheit Aqua resemblance, but not a clone nor trying to be. WOW Fresh is a great fresh and clean scent.

There's a bit of hate going around for this one, not sure what people want for their $20 AU. Very chill and fizzy kind of pick me up fragrance for gym or just a refresher to keep in your gym bag or car.

drydown is sooo mush better than this initial smell after first sprays, soooo Invictus Aqua'tish, but after hour and a half it becomes quite nice and fresh in a way guys :)

i got this for 16euro and it's one of the best autumn fragrances i've smelled. and whats bizarre - it's more intense with better sillage and longevity than the edt. 8/10

I love this release by Joop! I have Dunhill Fresh and this is better blended. Just appealing and fresh, pleaser

Unlike anything I have or have smelled. Very, very nicely done.

I have the 30ml original which I am almost through and was thinking of repurchasing. However got intrigued by this when saw a recommendation on the forum. So I pulled a trigger on 60ml for 23eur. What a surprise! It's all the best from the original but with less sweetness and added fresh/herbal undertones. This makes it for such a lovely scent both fresh and tad sweet/boozy, uplifting light. I think one could wear it all year long, maybe only not to a very formal events. Performance is good of 6-7hrs with mediocre projections for 2-3hrs. All the praises I have read here are defo not just hype. This is a very good frag on a budget.

This smells similar to Ferragamo Bright Leather which is supposed to be another clone of Aqua Fahrenheit. Unfortunately Wow Fresh is not as good as Bright Leather, it misses that richness and deepness of Ferragamo BL, this is a little bit more airy and clean i would say and it doesn't stand out as i was expecting. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad at all and it's pretty unique for todays standards and you are surely gonna stand out from the crowd, but yeah, i would have preferred if this was more richer and sofisticated. By the way this is a long lasting fragrance but with really low sillage. 8/10

First time I wore this I wasn't so sure. Initial smell made me think of what a Disney Princess bubble bath must smell like. But I persevered, and now it's putting a little smile on my face. The violet is the main beast in this. There's a light fruitiness in the background, and a hint of the lavender, but it's the violet that steals the show. Longevity isn't too bad, about 6 hours with 2 small sprays to the neck. Sillage is moderate at best and that's only the first hour. Ozonic, aquatic, yes. I'd add light, fun and frivolous. Yep, it's nice.

This is ultimately the summer version of the original Joop Wow. Same DNA in a lighter sweeter mix. It's basically a citrus sweetened Violet fragrance with a fresh and lightly spiced base. This is quite similar to the now discontinued Aqua Fahrenheit - so if you like that then it's in the same ballpark. It's definitely a summer fragrance and it's something you will reach for again and again so a bit of a pleasing dumb reach which we all got to have in our collection. Another very decent one from Joop - they all are great in this line.

Found this in a drugstore in Poland for quite cheap, this is a good not great fragrance, opens extremely happy, bright and fruity/citrusy and dries down to a mild sweet and fruity violet, very similar to aqua farenheit. The opening is insane but the dry down is very tame, good for hot summers, smells very pleasant but won’t wow you. You have to spray this one generously to get some performance, worth the cheap price, good quality ingredients 6.7/10

Just tested this today and I have mixed feelings. Didn't like the opening personally, quite sweet and flowery. Sillage is not great, but I guess it works quite well as a subtle scent. Gets much better in the dry down. Softens up. It keeps its sweetness but transforms into a smooth vanilla that's inoffensive and pleasing - and I'm not a big fan of vanilla notes usually! Nice scent.

Looks pretty interesting without amber and tonka bean maybe joop break their average barrier. The color of the bottle leads one to think about lot of citrusy orange floral notes.

This one is nice. I am reminded of fresh honeydew melon for some reason. No a long lasting performer. But, is a nice sweet scent for summer.

Put in the simplest way possible, this is very similar to Wow! but fresher. By making it fresher, it's become more generic and thus, I personally like Wow! better.

Saw this in a local Burlington today, 40ml for $15. It’s surprisingly pleasant. It has that trademark Joop sweetness, but made fresh and ozonic with the violet leaf and germanium, and a little bit of powdery lavender. Sort of comes across as Joop’s take on Stronger With You Freeze, but this is way more light and airy. Good find for the price. EDIT: Actually, no, this is not Stronger With You Freeze. This is like Joop taking Dior Fahrenheit and making it fresh and fruity. But there’s still a hint of that petrol smell in here. Bright, uplifting, kind of alluring. This is a pleasant surprise!

Okay this is great stuff...complete opposite of what joop is known for. This is light, fresh, fruity and the violet in here rules!! If you want to look for something fresh and well balanced from Joop and hate all their sweet cloying fragrances this is the fragrance to try. Not cloying, not overly sweet surprisingly fresh and doesn't feel dense when you smell it at all. Joop can often smell dense with their other fragrances, almost syrupy not this though. After trying Joop homme and other joop fragrances, I almost gave up on the brand. But this restores my faith in Joop

I agree with @leroystanks review below. I get strong Aqua Fahrenheit vibes. Notes are similar but not identical. If I didn't know this was made by Joop!, I'd never make the association. I can't detect the slightest hint of the signature candy-sweet Joop dna. Comparisons aside, it's not a bad fragrance at all. For $14.99 you could do a lot worse, though I doubt this will really catch on as the scent profile is not particularly inspired and so similar to other Fahrenheit-esque cheapies (e.g. Dunhill Fresh, Bora Bora Exotic, Pure Nautica, etc.)

Bought this at Burlington. I do like this for summer. To my nose it is extremely light and subtle. I thought I could not smell it and gave some to my dad to try. He agreed he could not detect much of it either. It would seem temps below 40 Fahrenheit absolutely overpower this. I used to wear Joop og in High School and I wanted to try another one, for 14.99 I am satisfied. I will edit this when I try it out properly in the summer. Right now I cannot pick up much and cannot distinguish notes.

Imagine if Gucci pour Homme II, Versace eau Fraiche and Mont Blanc Starwalker were all brought together, you’d pretty much have Joop Wow Fresh. It’s a lovely fragrance, quite hard to find it the shops in UK so needs to be an online purchase but a very easy safe blind buy. You will not be disappointed..!

I picked this up for about $10 US for 40ml. I love violet leaf as an ingredient and at first I wondered about the comparison with Dunhill Fresh. After the initial citrussy notes have subsided, the violet becomes more prominent and in a similar way to Dunhill Fresh. This is a great summer fragrance.

Found it in Sephora here in Germany today. Sprayed it on tester strip and arm. Marginally lighter and fresher than the original Wow (which I liked). Has a nice spicy note, but I think it's still too heavy and sweet for the hottest of summer days.

Thinking about dropping this from the wanted list...there's just no info on it anywhere...And WHY is this frag $100 !?!?!? =/
