Strawberry & Whipped Cream

Ho ordinato questo profumo insieme al Pumpkin Latte & Crunchy Bite. Strawberry & Whipped Cream dà quello che promette: una fragola frizzantina, sciropposa, immersa in una montagna di panna zuccherata. La nota della fragola appare e scompare più volte durante l'evoluzione e quello che predomina è un sentore di latte pannoso. È sicuramente un profumo skin scent, non aspettatevi grande proiezione, ma tutto sommato è carino così, dato che, se fosse più presente, potrebbe risultare stucchevole. È adatto al periodo primaverile

It opens with a strong, creamy strawberry candy note, evolving into a jammy, ripe strawberry scent. Then it changes again with a soft powdered sugar note, then a hint of anise and plastic (like a doll), finally resting in a faintly sweet, slightly fruity, powdery scent, drenched in whipped cream.

The perfume is fine. It smells pretty much exactly like strawberry-vanilla Chupa-chups lollipop tastes. It is chemical, but pleasant. However, projection and sillage is very very weak. I realise it is EDT, not EDP, however Jousset's EDPs have monster longevity, whereas this barely last 2 hours. If you like weak and sweet EDTs - get it, otherwise find something else, like Whipped strawberries by Riad or Boujee marshmallow by Kayali.

My review starts with the packaging and bottle: since I own the OG Accident a la Vanille, I was very surprised to receive the most basic and cheap box with a sticker, the bottle so mundane, as if it does not belong to the same company, and the perfume label which is glued in the front side of the glass is visible from the opposite side how the sticker glue is not evenly attached. That already made me suspicious, but apparently explains that it is half the price of the other fragrance line. But even if I try to disregard the cheap packaging and bottle, the fragrance itself is disappointing. I can't even describe what it smells like - it is sour and repulsive, like a spoiled milk. I am disappointed and sad, since I very much enjoy well done gourmands and was having high hopes for this perfume. Try before you buy 😊

Ce parfum sent tellement synthetique et cheap! Une horreur! De plus, il n'a aucune projection ni tenue

This is really bad. The opening is a super faint strawberry gummy that only lasts for maybe 1 minute. The drydown has this absolutely bizarre finish like sour celery and plastic. Lasting power and projection is abysmal. This might go down as one of my least favorite Jousset releases, to date.

I love Jousset perfumes and their realistic gourmand, yummy creation and monster silage and projection which is a true pleasure to experience and wear. Les Mignardises collection is much different I`m afraid. I tried Strawberry & Whipped Cream and even though is fun and yummy, I don`t detect it on myself even though I replied 5 times withing 1 hour. The silage and projection are really weak. I refreshed an hour ago and I can hardly smell it when I burry my nose in my skin, I can still smell it from the fabric though (the sleeve of my shirt). Those who are used to the Jousset`s other scents will not be impressed by Les Magnardises even though they are almost 3 times cheaper than the other collection. Something for something.

Love Jousset and own many of perfumes from the house so I ordered Strawberry & Whipped Cream, Pumpkin Latte & Crunchy Bite & Accident A La Vanille Lychee Lemon Pound Cake. Strawberry & Whipped Cream is the only one I like and it reminds me A LOT of Strawberry Jam. I already own that one. Pumpkin Latte in the opening is a burst of ginger bread dough which is pretty nice but the drydown on me smells like wet dog. Save your money and buy TK’s Cinnamon Rolls instead😍🤷🏻♀️ Accident A La Vanille Lychee Lemon Pound Cake, All I get is fizzy tart lychee. Drydown reminds me a lot of Yes I Am Fabolous by Cacharel. The OG is my favorite vanilla EVER but this flanker is boring. Dissapointing drop!
