I have a vintage splash, and the bottle was nearly full. I also have a vintage spray of this but was going to sell it as splash is inconvenient. The oxygen in the bottle has eliminated some of the notes, particularly the rose and citrus. The oak moss is very prevalent as well as some carnation. This is definitely unisex but not nearly as complex and musky as OC Man. There is a caramel not just barely there that reminds me of the dry down of Frances Denney’s Interlude, without the Iris. This is a keeper! Now I have to decide if I want to keep the spray version... 8/10

Another preview: I just purchased this vintage goody. This was the first fragrance gift from my spouse, and I still have the original empty bottle. I'll update when the perfume arrives. Ah, I'd forgotten how wonderful this scent is! It's sweet and aldehydy, but not in a bad way. Sillage and lasting power are moderate. OC is a feminine but not girly fragrance, sweet but not gourmand. Very wearable! This scent isn't at all dated or old fashioned. So glad to have it again!

i loved this as a teenager. i wore it almost daily. it smelled so good to me. then, as i grew older i forgot about it and had other scent loves. so i wore this in 1979-80 ish. when i got into fragrances more, during covid, i remembered that i used to wear this, i only remembered it had metal on glass. then as i searched and searched, i found it in 2024. i ordered it off of ebay, risky i know, and as soon as i opened the box i could smell it. and i immediately smiled so big, you wouldve thought i just discovered an old friend. they say scent is the biggest memory we have, i think i read that somewhere, maybe wrong, but for me it’s true. im so happy to have it. i havnt worn it yet, cause i want to save it, but i keep smelling it from the box, not even opening the bottle. im sure i’ll wear it for something special someday soon, when my old and young self collide.
