I had a perfume that my ex loved so much but not me(ferre in the mood for love)I buy a new bottle of it just before we broke up.there was no reason to force myself to use it.I was not in the mood of love and I didn't want to even see it.so I told all my friends and coworkers that I want to exchange it with another perfume.young sister of my coworker asked to exchange it with her couture couture.I didn't know it's smell.I asked juicy couture perfumes aren't that teenage perfumes in pretty bottles that they all smell the same? She said:I don't know.I don't want this one because it's not good for teenagers.it's perfume for adults.finally we did it.couture couture is most beautiful perfume I saw in my life.it looks like a perfume for a queen.but I didn't think I will like it's smell.I usually don't like very flowery perfumes and white florals(I thought there is going to be caramel and berry in it but then I see that's other one)this perfume smells like a perfume for a young queen too.it's very beautiful!it's sweet.sweet plum and Jasmine and lots of other flowers and something like honey.maybe amber and vanilla.it looks classy and heavy and fancy like old perfumes but also modern.finally a white floral that I love.it has great longevity and very good sillage.one of the best feminine perfumes that is very rich and complete.it's strange that lot of people say it smells old.I hate old perfumes but I love this.maybe after all I'm getting old slowly.thirtys second half passes very quickly.but I feel young,just adult,like this perfume.it's sweet,chic,beautiful, strong,heaven.good for every season and everywhere.I must buy it again 10/10 این عطر را خواهر نوجوان همکارم با فره این د مود فور لاو‌ من مبادله کرد چون فره سفید خاطرات تلخی را برام تداعی می کرد.هیچوقت هم خیلی دوستش نداشتم.همیشه فکر می کردم جوسی کوتور فقط عطرهای مناسب نوجوانها میسازه،در شیشه های خیلی قشنگ اما تکراری.خیلی تعجب کردم وقتی اینجا کارامل و توت ندیدم و فهمیدم با عطر دیگه اشتباه گرفته بودم.ظاهر کوچورکوچور خیلی زیباست.اشرافی و خاص مثل عطر یک ملکه اما فکر نمی کرذم از بویش هم خوشم بیاد چون عطرهای گلی زیاد دوست ندارم اما این عطر از لحاظ بو هم عطر یک ملکه هست.یک ملکه جوان.کوچورکوچور شیرین هست و قوی.آلو و یاس و گلهای دیگر و کمی عسل که شاید بخاطر کهربا یا وانیل حس می کنم.عطری قوی و زنانه که شکوه و شیکی عطرهای قدیمی را داره اما شیرینی عطرهای جدید را.خیلی عجیب هست که خیلیها گفتن بوی قدیمی داره.من از عطرهای قدیمی متنفرم اما دیوانه این شدم.ماندگاری و‌پخش خیلی زیاد.چهارفصل و مناسب همه جا.عطر خیلی کامل و تکی هست.باید حتما باز هم بخرم ۱۰/۱

Well, that'll teach me for making assumptions about a perfume based on its' branding! I was never really into the idea of having the word Juicy emblazoned across my derrière, and having only ever smelled Viva La Juicy (and disliked it), I wrote off the entire JC line without a backward glance. Then I stumbled across reviews of Couture Couture. A JC fragrance getting the infamous 'old lady' slur? Weird! If I had to name a perfume house that seemed blatantly aimed at the younger market, this is probably the one I would have picked. Intrigued, I blind bought it. I've never understood what 'old lady' means in fragrance terms. I volunteer in a charity shop with two women in their seventies; one wears LVEB religiously and the other won't stray from her beloved Very Irresistable edt. What does that tell me? Absolutely nothing, except that we can all wear exactly what pleases our noses the most. One of the advantages of adulthood is that we get to make choices based on what WE want, and not on what other people tell us we ought to be doing! This was one of my best blind buys EVER. Juicy plum and a hint of citrus, and then enveloping white flowers (I LOVE orange blossom) finished off with vanilla and sandalwood which prevents the whole composition from becoming too harsh or soapy. It has both a nineties vibe (in that it is bold and a statement 'fume, instead of some of the shy, insipid offerings getting churned out with far too much regularity) and it is also immistakably a Juicy fragrance - it has that touch of sweetness and warmth that draws yo in and makes you go 'mmmm......'. I'm so surprised it's discontinued - I would have thought it had appeal across the board. Good sillage (unusual on me) and decent longevity. I bought mine for a mere £14 and I will absolutely, positively be buying a couple more! Great stuff, Juicy Couture! P.s The more I wear it, the more I enjoy it - it's different, warm, pretty - makes me feel darned great!

I have smelt some old lady perfumes in my time, eg: Quelques Fleurs L'Original, Tendre Poison and 4711 (lol) and this fragrance is nothing like it. If you want to smell like a candy shop, this fragrance might open with a slightly candied grape smell but it soon fades. This fragrance will not be suitable for you. Personally, I am very impressed with this scent. Juicy's Couture Couture seems to have created an exceptional *modern* blend for the sophisticated adult. Whenever I wear this, I am constantly asked what exquisite scent I am wearing. One mid-20isih man at my work once asked me to write it down for him, so he could buy it for his girlfriend. Couture Couture opens a little raw and crisp (like many good perfumes) but soon mellows into a heavenly yet earthy, fruity-plum note. It is mildly floral, but warm and not astrigent, the honeysuckle and jasmine become slightly stronger as it is worn. It is sweet, mildly spicy and definately feminine. This is in no way masculine in my opinion. Even the slight sandlewood dry down is quite sweet. I cannot detect any of the vanilla, it must be quite mild. However with so many other vanilla based fragrances out there, this is perhaps not such a bad thing. While I see this a sensual evening fragrance, it is not too rich that it could not been worn through-out the day. It is not powdery, soapy, leathery or overtly floral. (notes that I think all *old lady* perfumes need at least one of, to qualify for such an accolade) ;) My only critique of this beauty is that perhaps it lacks that *signature* note to make it particuarly distinct. So, in reading below, I discover that it has already been discontinued?? How insane. :( With so many fragrances these days, perfumes need quite a few years to gain a foothold in the market.

I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with this perfume at all. I got this on a very cheap bundle and I didn’t pay much attention to it initially because the bottle cap reminded me of old ecclesiastical ornaments, and somehow that scared me and left it untouched, secured somewhere behind my collections. But wow oh wow! I decided to give it a chance and I was honestly shaken to the core with how much I love this perfume! I can picture Victorian era women wearing this scent. She’s vintage, she’s regal, she’s gorgeous, she’s wealthy, and yet she screams femininity and delicateness like no other! The opening is surely a floral bomb and juicy citrus fruits. Honeysuckle, orange flower, and jasmine fight for dominance, while the grape, plum and orange notes gang up together. It’s a party of juicy fruits adjacent to a brawl of white flowers. This smells heavenly to me! The dry down is still the scuffle of white flowers but the sweet amber enters the picture, and so does the woody notes. It takes you to a wonderful olfactory journey. I do agree that she smells mature, and will surely be more appealing to older women, but I really don’t care. This perfume somehow gives me peace, which is funny because I love layering it with the Juicy Couture EDP, which gives me the creeps due to the haunting lilies and tuberose notes. But together, they work perfectly to make an ultra-feminine scent. This easily lasts me more than 12 hours on my skin, and even longer on clothes, although the projection is only average. But regardless, this is a scent I loved smelling on me so that’s fine. Love this so much!

To me, this fragrance smells like musk, sherbet and faintly of grapes, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. It smells very elegant and has the perfect amount of sweetness and musk. It’s clearly feminine, and it brings comfort to whoever smells it. My grand kids really like the way this smells. Even though I suspect the musk note reminds everyone in the room that yes, I am in fact a grandma, I don’t mind.. also if you’re younger than I don’t worry you won’t smell like an old grandma wearing this.. what really makes you smell old is just being old. My good friend once said I smelled like a bubble bath- in a good way, and I agree. As gorgeous as it is, I’ve been wearing this for years, so I tend to wear other fragrances now, but this will always have a place in my heart and my fragrance collection. When I smell this is just makes me think of a woman that has her life together; she has a good job, a nice home, she has a purpose and most importantly she looks after herself. This may be weird to say, but this smells how I wish my mother smelled when I was a kid... instead she wore talcum powder and over dabbed her harsh florals. In my opinion, this is a well crafted scent and it is simply gorgeous. I’m surprised some people don’t like this one. If I die wearing this, I would be happy with that.

Plum-Engorged Jasmine with Honeysuckle worthy of an Exotic Dancer, & Glaze of Vintage French Couture... Made for jasmine lovers, this unsigned 2009 Amber Floral is a plum-engorged jasmine scent with a honeysuckle befitting an exotic dancer, and has a glaze of classic French perfumery on top. Almost forgetting this is a Juicy Couture scent, I could imagine it being worn by Heather Graham's character, the exotic dancer Jade, from The Hangover, which also came out in 2009. Opens with a burst of African-orange-flower with powdery, white-floral & citrus touches and some classic French perfumery vintage vibes. A grape-leaning jasmine emerges as it transitions to the heart, with plum to engorge it. The Amber-Floral base continues the slightly powdery grape-leaning jasmine for well beyond average performance. The longer it dries down, the sweeter it gets, picking up near-honey tones from the honeysuckle & vanilla. Overall it's a gorgeous plum-engorged jasmine & honeysuckle scent with a touch of vintage French couture. Jasmine and I don't always get along, and I didn't love this at first when I picked it up at Winners many years ago (2009-10), but maybe my nose is a little smarter now, and now it's a love from me. Jasmine lovers, enjoy!

This is an interesting perfume that you should test on your skin before you buy. I have it, love it and get lots of compliments but my friend tested it and it smelt very different on her and seemed a like generic body mist. To me it smells sweet and fruity with a strong smell of grapes (like red grape juice!) even though that's not a listed ingredient but perhaps that is something to do with the plum note. I get the orange, jasmine and amber/vanilla. I like this scent for summer evenings out because it isn't cloying like some fragrances (bronze goddess etc) but also its not a purely fresh day fragrance so does smell slightly sexy with the mild amber and vanilla. It is office friendly as I find it does last a long time but can only be smelt in close proximity yet is not quite a skin scent so remains noticeable. On my skin it is nicer than the original juicy perfume. The name is terrible though and i do agree the bottle is tacky looking so i don't keep it out on display to be honest! It is regularly on offer and so if you want a very reasonably priced daily perfume that wont offend anyone I would reach for this and save my expensive/exotic perfumes for more specific occasions.

Ah, Couture Couture. I grew up when Juicy Couture was in it's prime, so I have a soft spot for anything Juicy. It brings me back to being a teenager in high school, even now at the ripe old age of 27. This one is definitely a polarizing scent, as reflected in the reviews. I actually didn't care for it when it first came out due to it being much more mature than my signature Viva La Juicy. I think they were attempting to achieve something similar to the original signature Juicy Couture scent, which would appeal to a wider age-range. My mother actually had a bottle of this at the time, so it really reminds me of her. Now that I own it myself and have worn it a few times, I realize that it smells like Obsession's younger sister. It has the same oriental feel. The mandarin, orange blossom, sandalwood, jasmine, vanilla, and amber all give me strong Obsession vibes. My mother also wore Obsession, so now I see why she liked Couture Couture. It's a little boozy and loud at first, but it develops into something more warm and luxurious on the dry down. Just like the brand itself, you either appreciate and love it's over-the-top style, or you hate it.

Couture Couture is the first perfume I ever owned. Did I have any business wearing this as an 11 year old? Definitely not. This is not a childish scent. Nonetheless, Couture Couture makes me think of my childhood: my pink flip phone, layered tank tops, flip flops, biking down to the pier in the summertime, donning sunglasses that were way too big for my head. 16 years later and I still think Couture Couture is lovely. It's warm, floral, clean. My original bottle smells just as I remembered. I'm wearing it today, and I'm surprised by how much I'm enjoying it. In some ways, I think Couture Couture laid the groundwork for my fragrance palate. Jasmine, honeysuckle, amber, vanilla. I like a bit more bite and complexity in my fragrances now, but that won't stop me from revisiting an old favourite. I think Couture Couture is an ideal fragrance for springtime - it inspires warmth and excitement as the world is waking up. It has a golden, nectar-like quality to it. It doesn't feel perfume-y, powdery, or overly bright. It smells friendly, if that makes sense. It's just lovely and easy to wear.

This one opens citrus to me. I get pink grapefruit. One of the ingredients meant to give it a citrus scent is actually used to create grape and cola accords, so the people smelling grape soda aren’t wrong— I just don’t smell it. I get florals, but kind of an old-school blend of florals. The vanilla, sandalwood, and coumarin just blend together to me as an earthy, warm spicy amber scent that is perfectly balanced with the citrus and florals. To me, this is like someone took a vintage perfume, and reformulated it to keep the timeless, glamorous vibe while making it appropriate to a wider age demographic. Interestingly, some of the ingredients they used are also used to create the ylang-ylang note, which is in a lot of 20th century perfumes. As it dries, it gets a lot softer on me, with the vanilla coming through better. It’s like they took out the animalic scents, and tamed the powdery scent way down on a 70s or 80s designer perfume. This is like a piece of statement jewelry. It can seem cheap or really put together. Each person is going to wear it differently.

I blind bought this on a clearance shelf from Kohl's. Mine is the special edition eau de parfum. This is intoxicating! It is a bold, luxe, classy, creamy floral. The scent is very familiar to me, as it smells like a fragrance I remember my grandmother wearing when I was young. This is definitely a more mature offering from the Juicy Couture line. It is not a sugary fruit scent. Longevity and sillage are very nice for JC, as most of their scents do not last on my skin. The dry down mingles beautifully on the skin. This starts out as a womanly bouquet of floral deliciousness. It smells expensive, warm, and gorgeous. As it plays out, the scent reminds one of someone who has been walking through gardens or picking flowers in a fabulous garden. I love most of the notes, but what I get the strongest is that outstanding plum. This is going to sound really odd but the plum in Couture Couture is not unlike the plum note in Avon's Rare Pearls. This is a beautiful fragrance made to make a woman feel exquisite. Well done Juicy, well done.

The smell of this reminds me of the 90's, kindergarten and early school festivities where all the moms wore tons of perfume and hairspray, when life goals were to own lacquer sandals... I wonder now if those sandals had a smell. So I bought it for sentimental reasons, it's like time travel for me, it's what I imagined as a child having your shit together smells like. I never expected to like anything from this brand, even the repetitive name is cringey, but the bottle alone looks better that I expected and the cap gives me Madonna's La isla bonita vibes. Until now, I thought this smells simply of honeysuckle, I detect it strongly as a soliflore, but reading reviews mentioning plums, a strong association started happening, the plums and jasmine in this takes me to Avon's Little black dress, even the notes are similar. Projection is good in the first hours and longevity is at least 8 hours, depending where I apply, but I can smell it softly when I come from work in the evening.

I'd been avoiding this, due to the listed Grapefruit but after reading coffeebean83's review listing Grape accords instead of Grapefruit, I decided to blind buy the EDP for a ridiculously low price in the NY sale. This opens with a big blast of Honeysuckle, which is the reason I bought it 😊 It stays Honeysuckle dominant for a good 20 minutes or so before the Jasmine and Orange blossom join the mix. The fruity notes gradually join in, quickly followed by the Amber, Sandalwood and the lightest touch of Vanilla. The white florals, especially the Honeysuckle, stay dominant throughout for me, so I couldn't be happier with my purchase! If you don't enjoy heady white flowers though you should give this a pass. The bottle has a slight retro vibe, especially once the hideous pink ribbon is removed. The spray delivers just the right amount of juice. Longevity is very good and 2 spays gives better than average projection. I will definitely be getting a back up bottle 😊

Gorgeous clean, dark, ripe, fresh, semi-sweet juicy plum on my skin. I love plum, and this is a plum-fest. It's delicious but not confection-like; not cloying at all. No gooey-sticky-caramel-candied dessert here. It's just the sweetness of the ripe plum freshly sliced open and ready to devour. Delicate, non-sour citrus enhances the fresh fruity plum cocktail feeling throughout the life of the scent. Orange blossom/honeysuckle/jasmine are a tender white-floral blend just picked from the garden, sweetly beautiful, and non-indolic clean. Breezy supportively light woody sandalwood, smooth non-animalic/non-dirty amber, with a just a touch of discreet vanilla round out this delightful blend. It's a very feminine, sexy, and yet happy casual scent to me. Fun for home parties with family and friends. Warm, charming, embraceable, soft, memories of good times at home, easy to wear, easy to love. Kudos to the Juicy Team for this winner!

Purchased a small bottle of this today and WOW how did I miss this perfume release all those years ago. This is gorgeous!!!!!! I blind bought this because of the Amarige similarities and yes they are a bit alike but this one is a lot tamer and has the Juicy signature dry down. I will be buying a bigger bottle of this for sure as I will be get through my 30ml quickly. Edit: Sprayed this on a few days ago and kept getting wafts of this beautiful scent all around me. I thought I had sprayed Elie Saab Le Parfum which I also have a bottle of beside this frag on my vanity. Later I tested the two of them out side by side and they definitely have a similarity to them. This one has more sweetness to it than ES Le Parfum. Both gorgeous, only Couture Couture is dirt cheap! Just ordered a 100ml back up today!!!

I’ve been deterred from even trying this brand by their designs, frankly. But my mind has been going: ‘Plum. Plum. Plum.’, and that’s how I got several plums, including this one. Actually, I don’t mind the bottle in this case at all. It looks cute when it’s small (30ml) and without the ribbon. I rather like the Roman imperial eagle stopper and the shape of the bottle. The box on the other hand... But enough about the visible. I’m relieved that the content is also quite to my liking. The references to grape soda in the reviews did worry me (because of my experience with Florence), but this one is not like that. It’s tangy but not like grape. The opening reminds me of Elie Saab’s Parfum in White - a similar floral accord. I feel like the white flowers overshadow the plum in this.

Plum and amber are the most prominent notes to my nose. The plum is sweet with a distinct 'tartness', and the amber is very luxurious. Honeysuckle, orange flower, and jasmine are very well-blended, and they 'bloom' as this fragrance dries down. Though the plum and amber are the main stars, you never lose sight of the floral elements that make this fragrance so delightful. This is a masterpiece by Juicy Couture, I would love for them to expand this fragrance into similar flankers with similar note effects. A quick layering tip: this wears so beautifully with Jean Paul Gaultier's 'Classique'. The anise and ylang play perfect tag team with the jasmine and honeysuckle in 'Couture Couture', and the complexity of the orange flower is maximized. 10/10 for me.

I lovez this perfume, one of my favorites!! Honestly Viva La Juicy is out of my price range, however I got this perfume as a present and I've cherished it ever since My first thought when I sprayed this perfume was 'mmmm.. she expensive', and if rich white lady was a profile than she would be IT. But I also like that this perfume is just the right amount of classy, fruity, and sweet. It's a tart, almost boozy perfume, and it almost smells like lemons. Almost like a citrusy bottle of champagne I don't like to wear this on its own, just because my signature scent is cotton candy. However, I find that it blends really well with candy scents: like Pink Sugar, Sweet Like Candy, Prada Candy.. etc. It really accents those perfumes well and gives them a pop!

I love this perfume. It does not smell grandma-ish to me at all, but rather nostalgic, like a scent that's stuck in the 2000's and the kind your promiscuous aunt used to wear, which you smelled whenever she hugged you. It's a comforting smell that I think is mature and sexy, but not too overbearing. It does have a prominent grapefruit note that I guess does kind of smell like the grape-flavored candies that have been at the bottom of your grandma's purse for like 10 years or something. When it dries down it faintly smells like a warm, citrus vanilla on me, and it lasts to the point where I can still smell it on my clothes after a long day. It's not expensive either, so it's a solid, everyday scent.

One recent night I sprayed this on before bed after having banished it to a drawer for years. All through the night, this sparkling, sweetly clean floral lightly flitted about my nose before becoming center stage of my dream. (True signs of a perfume addict☺) In the dream, I was trying to remember what perfumes I'd combined to result in this fabulous scent. Upon waking, I was happily relieved to realize that it was Couture Couture, with its silly plastic gold cap. I don't even care. lol. As I cannot wear Amarige, I like the nods to this as a lighter, sweeter alternative. Not the prettiest bottle but a very lovely fragrance.
