Grenache

This is so pretty is sweet fruity but has the elegance from the rose and Jasmine. This is almost gourmond fruity sweet but the base and the floral Accords make this so elevated. This smells rich. This is a women going to a red carpet event

My favorite perfume ever. I spent a lot of time looking for something that had this smell. It’s so peculiar, so sweet and at the same time very smoky. It lasts a lot on my skin and the projection is incredible.

If one puts to one side the Name of this fragrance and ignores the myriad list of notes ( to avoid synesthesic scent expectation), then one would describe this as a Saffron dominant Fruity Amber. The saffron is easily the leading note, one that appears across plenty of fragrances over the last several years (Oud For Greatness, Baccarat Rouge, Nishane Safran Colognise, Matier Premier Crystal Saffron, etc, etc) What gives Grenache a pleasurable edge is a leading (and relatively subtle) red berry/fruits accords combines with a light tanginess (the wine?) After around three hours the berry fades to a saffron/amber with a touch of musk. I was expecting more complexity, more 'Avant-Garde", but still, it's an easy, long lasting leathery/suede with a touch of fruit to make things a little more interesting. Long lasting and nice airy SIllage too
