Night Flow

I agree with the folks who have said that this starts out very similar to Tuscan Leather. In fact, that's why I personally purchased this. I really like Tuscan Leather, but sometimes when I've worn it, the mature scent is just a little too black peppery to my nose. After dry down, Night Flow is just as beautiful as Tuscan Leather but seems to retain a bit more sweetness from the raspberry while providing a warm spicy experience (saffron and patchouli) rather than the more black peppery one I get with Tuscan Leather. The leather in this is similar to the one in Tuscan Leather, but I honestly feel that mature scent of Night Flow is better balanced and blended, making it more complex over the long term. I was a bit hesitant to get this because of the possibility it would be too sweet (which I would hate) or too patchouli (which I like, but not when it dominates a fragrance). However, Night Flow has neither of those negatives. On me, this has quite a lot of sillage and pretty amazing lasting power. As in, if I take a shower even several hours after applying it, I can still get a whiff of it on my skin afterwards. I'm so glad I got this. I understand that Tuscan Leather is the original, but Night Flow just works better for me personally.

Love this perfume!! Let’s start by getting something out of the way... yes, it smells like Tom Ford’s leather... but trust me, Night Flow is so much more than that!! It’s sparkly, it’s fruity, it’s spicy hot... it also has a beautiful leather accord which is toned down in the best possible way, making this fragrance a delicious new take on such a well known scent profile. Just so you can imagine, it’s like pouring Cherry Coke over Tuscan Leather, and for added fun, sprinkling some chili pepper on top... that’s what Night Flow is... a fizzy, sparkly, fruity and leathery delight!! As per usual, the backstory Jusbox selected for this perfume is simply random and forced... but it doesn’t matter, this perfume is an underrated gem! I’m a fan of the brand’s perfumes and I’m still to wear their big hitters, Cheeky Smile and Feel ‘N’ Chill... I can’t wait. Longevity is about six hours, with projection being moderate for the first two, after that it becomes intimate. An instant favorite!!

Intriguing and I like it, but really just reminded me of Black Powder or Kilian's madly in love, or even Mac's Ruby Woo. I'd probably get it if I didn't have Kilian and want Black powder 😂 nice leather scent without smelling like a leather seat. Something about that raspberry/leather combo gets me every time. Way prefer this over something like TF Tuscan leather. I just keep going back to sniff my arm... sigh. Another to the list of want I guess!

Starts off similar to Tuscan Leather / La Yuqawam, then heads off in its own direction. The pink pepper / raspberry accord remains throughout but gradually gives way to a gorgeous dry, sweet, floral, spicy mid. In the dry down it gets warm and woody, and this is where the patchouli, tolu and leather start to shine. Slightly more masculine leaning. If compliments are your thing, you'll get them with this. A surprising 'LOVE' for me.

Great leather fragrance. As mentioned below, on my skin this is indistinguishable from Ombre Leather. I can't speak to its projection/sillage vs. Ombre Leather (yet) but to my nose, I would be hard-pressed to tell them apart. Overall great to wear. If you don't already own Ombre Leather I would say you could get this instead.

Sexy and dark. Loads of leather and patchouli. Weirdly, I almost get the notes in reverse: it starts quite heavy and then a bit of sweetness (I’m guessing from the raspberry) comes through. Still more of a nighttime fragrance. I’m a woman and love it on me, but it’s definitely unisex. Good sillage and longevity (5-6 hours).

No tuscan leather here, just from first sniff maybe, but if you actually wear it a few times it is faar from tuscan leather, it has a slightly leather vibe but then a fruity bubble gum vibe is taking over this scent.

Fruity, floral leathery perfume with strong aromatic, green facets. Night Flow is mostly a strong leather scent, but in the opening smells more sweet, fruity, powdery like, from raspberries and osmanthus, then it moves towards an aromatic leather scent in the dry down. Definitely not a linear perfume in my experience. Starts off very intense and rich, but it dries down towards a dark, but moderate performing leather. And not much else! So if you’re on the market for a good quality leather perfume with minimal fruity, floral, aromatic nuances, Night Flow would be a great choice. I see this mostly for nighttime wear and pulling very masculine after the first ten minutes of wear. Cold weather appropriate and for special occasions. Don’t see Night Flow personally as an office scent. Great smelling fragrance, high quality oils but not my cup of tea! Too masculine and too dark for my liking! I haven’t tried Tuscan Leather or Ombre Leather EDP, so I can’t comment on similarities...

Feels like i've smelled this DNA so many imes already It's leather/suede with raspberry freshness Comes off very clean and fresh and a hint spicy from patchouli but as it dries it beomes earthy Raspberry stays present, lightening the leather up, so it's not as heavy but more uplifting and clean

Another Tuscan-ish leather, opens with a fruity burst of raspberry before subsuming into the pungent dark leather, nothing special tbh but is still nice, feels more like if you used Ombre Leather EDP leather + everything else from Tuscan to me but I’m not a big leather guy tbh

A very clean leather fragrance. I get a lightly fruity shampoo and the suede or leather are so light, I almost get an iris note . There is some light incense in the background. I quite like this, totally different than what I was expecting

Another Tuscan Leather interpretation, pretty good one.

One of their coolest looking bottles, names and scent profiles. Unfortunately, the scent is barely mediocre. Gnarly raspberry over an average leather note. Saffron on the mid and overtone just makes it worse. This is really whatever. They should’ve used different berries and forgone the saffron, then we’d have a winner on our hands. 🏅

Starts very raspberry forward, as it dries down it becomes more of a straight and almost synthetic leather. Unfortunately I’m really struggling to pick out any other notes. I really do not find this to be all that pleasant, it’s not bad per se but certainly not pleasant.

Raspberry leather blah blah blah, next. So many perfumes like this, many of them also by JR.

Fuzzy Raspberry, soft leather and slight spice in the opening. As it dries down the leather really comes out but it’s overpowered by violet notes which I think ruins this.

I can only smell an overwhelming leather note that smells more like tannic acid than the leather itself. Fruit and saffron are absent. Headache inducing.

So disappointing from the first try. For now, I don't want to try again. A test is a must.

Night Flow immediately brings Tom Ford's leather creations to mind, especially Tuscan Leather and, to a lesser extent, Ombre Leather. The same fruity leather DNA is there, but Night Flow feels a touch smoother, sweeter, and more approachable. It doesn't reinvent the genre, yet it executes it beautifully. For anyone who loves Tom Ford's leather fragrances but wants something with a slightly softer and more modern twist, Night Flow is absolutely worth exploring.

Color me a fan! HOWEVER, what you're getting here versus a Tom Ford is exactly that - the missing Tom Ford DNA goodness we all vibe on. I'll have to side by side and see which feels more leathery but this one so far comes across as blended whereas the Fords are more leathery. If that's your thing! Night Flow reminds me of a glowing Dark indigo LED light as your walking down into the club. Gotta love it! I'd probably take it over Ombre or Tuscan on that alone.
