Love this. This is right up my alley when it comes to expressive, fruit forward fragrances. Fruity, with depth and nuance so it doesn't come across as either childish, feminine, or cheap. Had it for a year now, and wanted to give it an in-depth review. Worn on a warm-ish day (not hot, breezy and sunny) it is VERY loud for the first 2 hours. Definitely strong in those first few hours. That's after 8-10 sprays both on skin and clothes combined. I am now in hour 7 and it is closer to somewhere between intimate and moderate, so it does reign in slowly over time. It is more than a skin scent in hour 7. You get a close but definitely noticeable scent trail when moving, but it isn't projecting a lot when sitting still. Feels like it'll be an 8-9 hour fragrance, probably even more as just a skin scent. So overall, it starts a beast, but doesn't stay beast, which is probably how you'd want it. As for the smell, it doesn't come across as a thick and syrupy fruity fragrance that could become cloying and heavy, but it isn't airy. It's somewhere between a gourmand and a fruit cocktail. Very hard to describe, so you have to sample it and test it on skin to understand how it works and if it would work for you. You absolutely get the passionfruit, for almost the entire life of the fragrance, but the praline/vanilla/patchouli etc. at the base give it depth and it's own unique personality. It doesn't smell like anything I've tried before. Bonus points for that. Casual+, and it could be worn on a night out or for the right kind of event, as well as being right down the middle unisex. Smells luxury and smells quality, so very good value for the money. Doesn't come across anywhere near cheap or childish, even though it's sweet and playful, and definitely could be considered "sexy" in the right setting or situation. A particular YouTuber/Reviewer very regularly compares it to and prefers it to scents in the Tygar/Vibrato profile. I already owned this, as well as Tygar, and have always been confused by that comparison, and while everyone's nose is different - I'm sorry, this does not smell like them. Nor does it work in the settings and situations those do, or the fragrances that clone them do. Those are closer to simple-but-luxury, everyday-like citrus fragrances that you could wear both casually and even at work. This is way more casual, playful and fun, and simply does not come across the way the Tygar profile does. Tygar etc. = Laid back, understated luxury Äican = Fun, bubbly and expressive luxury

Of the dozens of fragrances I've tried, this stands out as being both unique and rewarding. The opening is like smashing a bag of tropical Skittles with a sledgehammer and burying my face in it. At first it was a little over the top but I learned to love that feeling of being along for the ride in Willy Wonka's candy factory. It's the passionfruit note that is dominant at this point, and it's so intense because it's almost comically fruity without being juvenile. After that subsides, the real magic comes in because there's a sweet spot about an hour in where I get one foot in candy land and another foot in this really smooth, handsome vanilla gourmand thing that lasts until I can't smell it anymore. This is the most fruity and sweet I can feel comfortable smelling in public as a grown man, but even though it's not masculine at all, it is so good I just smile whenever I smell it. I keep selling off fragrances I've bought and using up samples I know I won't buy a full bottle of because they don't make me happy. Aican makes me happy when I smell it, and that's worth so much more than anything else in a fragrance. The outstanding bottle design is just the icing on the cake. As far as gender goes, as mentioned I feel like I can pull this off as a man, but if a woman I thought was beautiful smelled like this it would seal the deal. I wouldn't say it's a women's scent but it would be extremely attractive on her. Unfortunately, the sample I got from Scent Splits in Jan 2025 was much more powerful than the full bottle of it I bought from Jomashop a couple months later. It was much more bright, powerful and passionfruit-heavy in the opening. I hope they haven't watered down the formula to keep up with demand. In terms of value, yeah $250 is pretty steep. I got it on Jomashop for $160 and at that price I can justify it, but only because I love the smell.

I managed to source a small decant from the FB selling groups and finally got to wear this today..This is without any shadow of a doubt one of the most unique and beautiful summer fragrances I have ever got my nose on. From the first spray you get a big dose of juicy passion fruit , pineapple 🍍 and mandarin 🍊 that blend beautiful together transporting you and your senses to an exotic paradise island. I don't think one outshines any of the others and they are all equally prominent.. Around ten minutes in after the top notes have seduced you there is this amazing and unique note that comes out..at first I thought it was coffee ☕ but I think it's the praline and patchouli combined that give this dry woody nutty deliciousness that just supports those fruits from underneath..I can't tell you what this combination ells like as there is nothing quite like it ..The ginger from the mid adds an extra bit of punch to the pineapple towards the middle of the wearing giving it an extra push .. Despite this all being absolutely beautiful the drydown somehow manages to be even better .. The gorgeous sandalwood adds a creamy element with the right amount of delicacy. the patchouli adds a tiny sprinkle of earthiness too.The praline then harmoniously mixes with the vanilla creating the most sun kissed sweetness that just completes this masterpiece.. This is absolutely incredible. Decent projection and lasts well on skin Ideal for summer . Can be worn day or night Would shine on holiday in the evenings I'm in love 💕

"There are flowers everywhere for those who want to look." I chose this beautiful Matisse phrase to describe Aican as I have hardly, in studying what is behind a perfume, come across one with such a strong message. The name Aican has an obvious assonance with the affirmation "I can," -an exhortation to positivity, to reach beyond one's limits and succeed in doing things that one did not think were even remotely realizable. Aican also means "Gold purified of all imperfections," and I find it closely related to being able to achieve one's dreams ... to cleanse one's soul of negativity and always move forward peacefully and confidently. This is a fragrance that with its fresh and juicy opening, characterized by citrus and a slightly acidic, non-overpowering pineapple, immediately imparts serenity, becoming, with the vanilla and slightly gourmand hints also given by a touch of praline, enveloping and creamy, comforting, almost as if it were an embrace that with its power infuses us with well-being and happiness. Impactful, delightful, in my opinion it will be one of the Brand's bestsellers. "The Joy of Living" painted by Matisse.

There is something about this fragrance the way it twists and turns... It captivates you... Starting the day at 9:00... Blast of sweet fruits... Passionfruit dominant but wrapped in pineapple and other citrus... Fun but not what makes this special... By 11:00 this really begins to shine as the fruits tone down a little and the beautiful mix of ginger, musk and vanilla vibes begin to come forward... 12:00 Captivating Scent... Just on the right side of subtle... Its at 2:00 that you fall in love with this... Oh my this is nice... So sexy, creamy, vanilla, praline... Boom.... I can see Erba Pura in this but this is the grown up version turned up to the last, Erba Pura too sweet, Erba Gold improving but Aican is the nuts... 15:00 and this is becoming one of the favourites of a considerable collection... Such a cheeky, playful but yet very wearable fragrance... Its just gets stronger and stronger as the day and night goes on... Beautiful Scent... A+

Kajal did it again! I just received a bottle and immediately looked be this perfume. For me, I either fall in love with the first time or fail and this is a blind buy winner. It has unique DNA of Kajal which is strong silage, long lasting and fruity. I have and LOVE Kajal’s Almaz, Lamar, and Dahab. I was expecting Aican to be a sweet fruity scent with musk just like other 3 perfumes, but this one is less sweet. The opening is fruity with passion fruits and pineapple but It is not overwhelmingly fruity. Woody scents are holding down the sweetness and adding sexiness. It is unique and complex. I can see myself wearing this all year round, but particularly nice in the summer evening. This leans more masculine, but suitable for women. I would definitely wear this and it was worth buying a bottle.

I bought a sample of this to take on holiday and test out and it turned out to be the star of the show beautiful uplifting Scent fruity but masculine ended up buying a full bottle the day I returned home I can't understand how the performance rating is so low this perfume is a beast in sillage and performance and that is a fact. I sprayed about 8 sprays from atomizor on my wife and it dominated the whole day and was still projecting on clothes the next day so there is no doubt this a beast I wore it 2 days later to the same effect overall fantastic release especially for the summer although will probably perform in winter as well but will need to test I did this review for those of us who look for real life experience reviews 💯♥️

BWaaaaaaahhhhhaaa - gots me a scent that smells WOWZER and just in time for the season. What season is that? ALL OF THEM. What a musky, fruity STRONG scent this is. It packs enough of a punch to be a room filler - all season through. Passion Island comparisons I get just because both place passionfruit up top. This one though veers muskier and punchier with all the spice subdued in the back. PI you get fruit and spice together. That scent sparkles and shimmers this one is not a little firecracker or flame, it is the big bro, the whole show, the inferno. The stars are passionfruit, sandalwood, vanilla YESS. This is a hard 4.5 and can't wait to take this out on the town more!!

I really love the dichotomy of this fragrance. The opening with the passion fruit and pineapple makes we want to wear this n the summer, but then when the base with that praline and vanilla combo, I get fall/winter holiday vibes. There used to be a chain of stores in New England called “The Christmas tree shop” that sold exclusively only Xmas related items. This dry down reminds me of how that store used to smell so I’m getting a lot of nostalgia out of this too which makes me love it even more. I feel this could be relatively versatile, good for summer evenings and great as an all day fragrance in the cooler months. Solid 9.6/10 in my book.

I think, The best sweet, delicious, fruity perfume in the world! I believe I have found the perfect fragrance for the summer that will definitely be attractive to people! Much stronger and better than the Dahab!!!! Extremely pleasant, with huge sillage, and longevity! I Think the Dehab is a “mainstream”! Everybody use this.. Completely disappointing! Love at first sniff! :) Great for summer, but can be worn quite well all year around. The projection and longevity is very good. The packaging is outstanding. I also received two testers in the main perfume package (one got straight into my wishlist :)). Also, the Kajal cards with various inspirational messages that I found in the package are so nice! I own Erba Pura Gold and, to my nose, they are different. Really love Aican and the entire package that came with it. Well done, Kajal! Lamar comes next :)

Tropical uplifting mix of maracuja and pineapple, tempered sweetness from Vanilla & praline, with a creamy musky sandalwood base. Oddly enough this is what I thought Iommi was going to smell like but turned out overly synthetic and perfumery. This is blended to perfection. A lot of depth here, jasmine/patchouli/vetiver are also present but underneath the prominent passion fruit vanilla combo. Sandalwood is quite strong to my nose and really creates such a beautifully finished dry down.

After wearing this for a while, I would like to correct my review. The perfume reminds me of Vibratto by Sospiro( fuzzy, fresh and lemony smell) and has a bit of Rasberry notes ( similar to Almaz notes). It is pretty refined, not as intense as Vibrato, sweater. Still has some ginger/lemon sharpness from Tygar, but no oud or leather. It is growing on me. I like that it changes. Curious to see how it will perform after it macerates for a bit. Nice creation. Kajal does not dissapoint.

I love this. A very nice and surpisingly versatile fruity cocktail. It's not too sweet and very high quality. The Kajal DNA is definitely in here. This leans more masculine and the performance is fine. Not too loud, but longlasting making it quite classy actually. I personally think this is Kajal's best release I tried so far (have tried alot). Also, this is nothing like Erba Pura or Porthole. This is it's own thing. Kajal: Good job!

The passion fruit dominates the first impression of this scent. Its complexity becomes apparent within 30 minutes of application; the drydown encapsulates the beauty of this scent. You will appreciate every single note and more. It is imperative to like uber-fruity, tropical fragrances drizzled in praline (caramel) to truly enjoy this fragrance.

GORGEOUS! INTOXICATING! OMGOSH! I was captured from the opening of this fragrance. The dry down sealed the deal. I own Vibrato and Ingenious Ginger which all come from the Tygar DNA but what separates Äican from them is that juicy passionfruit and that mandarin orange note with that creamy sandalwood, vanilla, and praline dry down.

One of my favorite fragrances ever. Fruity and slightly gourmand but the ginger and black pepper keep it in the unisex territory. This is very versatile and lasts 10+ hours on my skin and projects well but you may go slightly nose blind to it. My signature scent for sure.

Most delicious and juicy fragrance I have ever smelled. The Aventus DNA has been my favourite for years but I finally found something that surpasses it in my opinion. Such an addictive fruity sweet passion fruit that dries down into a subtly sweet vanilla. 10/10 for me

Lovely green tropical fruits with a bit of spiciness and a dry woody base. I can smell some guava and maybe fig with a blend of citruses. It doesn’t smell super realistic, but still a very nice fruit punch. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

I love this fragrance; the passion fruit is delicious, and I can't get enough of it; I keep respraying because it goes away. It is not for men who what a "manly" scent, it gets a lot of compliments on my skin. Very happy

When I thought that no scent could surprise ne anymore, this one caught me off guard, smells exactly like a champagne bottle just popped. It is very fruity and very strong, definitely going on my wanted list.

Delicious fruity, juicy opening which then dries down to a beautiful vanilla sandalwood. Sweet but not cloying. It's good for a dry breezy summer weather. In high humidity it might feel sticky.

Wow! It is a milder and more gentle copy of BVlgary Tygar. Not so sharp, but very very similar profile. Unisex, not so sweet at all, more citrusy sharp with ginger, especially after a drydown.

Kajal does not miss! Blind bought this and couldn’t be happier . This smells like passion fruit sheesha in the best possible way and finally dries down into caramel chocolate candy love it!

It is very sweet and candy like fragrance. Literally smells like a bag of gushers/ gummy bears on a concentrated level. Kind of straight forward and simple, but it is appealing

Opens up fruity, spicy, and zingy with a creamy undertone. In the far dry down it smells like a Great American Cookies store or an ice cream store. So damn good and complex.

Between Aican and Lamar, I find Lamar much more original and interesting, I don’t understand the hype around this one.......🤷🏻♂️

If Vibrato from Sospiro and Stricnina from V Canto had a baby, it would be Aïcan. So good!!

Aican was a nice surprise. A very nice one. From the 1st spray, it's clear juicy and sweet. Not astringent like so many ''Big name'' scents even in Niche. Not strangely floral, not too acidic or sour. But the huge boost is the Tropical fruits are allowed to shine. Very delicious, very delightful to finally find a scent pushing Du Bois' Tropiques all the way and then some! Actually for me, this surpasses and usurps that scent, which I was about to buy after having seemingly given up hope for a ''Best Pineapple'' / tropical type scent as I tried so so many from Crazy Pineapple (watery, poor and weak) , Lamar and Ice Twist (magnolia bombs) , Aventus of course, which I find too green if the smoke does not already put me off. Jasmine is a much 'safer' and less obtrusive floral to use than something like magnolia, lavender , heavy Rose or even saffron though it is more prominent as the scent progresses. Just as it seems to overtake the blend, the Vanilla kicks in making everything comfy and delectable again. The way the jasmine flows into the vanilla is really great here. Overall it's great, sweeter and brighter then Aventus. The Passion fruit is bold but rounded enough to not let the acidity take over the sweetness. It definitely leans a lot towards Erba Pura and is a worthy contender, indeed I can easily see a lot of people saying this had higher Quality in the blend. It's a very Good scent by Kajal. My rating: 8/10.

First of all, i want to say that i am torn with this brand, is obviusly overhyped but at the same time they seems to have skills in composition. This is a very cheeky mix, Aican opening specificaly is a juicy and honest take of a Passion Fruit scent, created keeping the creaminess of the ananas, the ananas is however a background acchord, the opening here is the Passion Fruit elevated to a great skin scent that reminds you of a high-end candle, or cream. The dry down is a boring female powdery praline accord. Bad point, for the price i was aspecting a monster longevity, after 10 minutes the fruit burst is completely gone, so it tricks you in, after only 2h is basically gone, very disappointing to be honest, is a shame that they couldn't make that opening last longer, This was an easy winner if they managed to make the Passion Fruit last 2h, This particular scent is reviewed 90% by people paid to say good things, especially on the longevity. Bots and paid people are a disgrace. 250 is robbery for this, i got it for half, and i am still pissed, Be aware. Won't buy anything else from this brand.

A blast of succulent fruits in the opening, dries down to a mid of ginger (briefly reminding me of Ingenious Ginger) + lighter fruit tones with a vanillic-creamy sweetness, and completely dries to a somewhat woody-sweet base. Out of all the fruity fragrances I've tried so far, this is #1 followed closely by Erba Gold. They don't smell alike as Aican is much more nuanced, though both please quite easily any crowd. Although fruity, I find this one to lean more masculine than others with similar DNA. The passion fruit up-top dominates the initial blast. The fragrance projects for some solid 4-5 hours off my skin with great longevity of over 7h, coming actually closer to 9h in the deep drydown. Would love to pay low-Kajal prices for it, as then it will be very much worth it - I don't see myself paying over $200 for it, but I can't say it's not worth it.

I get why this one gets so much hype. The opening is packed with juicy passion fruit and tropical fruits, and it honestly smells super fun. As it dries down, the vanilla, praline, and sandalwood kick in, making it creamier and smoother. To me, it has a bit of an Erba Pura vibe, but it still has its own personality. It's not the most original fragrance ever, but it's really well done. Performance is great too. Lasts all day and projects really well. Overall, if you're into sweet tropical fragrances, this is definitely worth trying. I wouldn't blind buy it because I can see why some people find it too sweet but a fruity sweet, but I totally get the hype.

This is like a fruit smoothie, with dominant pineapple in it. However, it is not overly gourmand, it's still perfumey, so when you wear it, you just feel nice and put together. A perfect balance. Not pretentious, not too artistic but still pretty unique. The vetiver and santal are making it more grounded and a tad bit serious /even slightly harsh or strict in character. Performance is solid. Also, musk is not musty and sweat like, it does not bother me however, I dislike Dahab by Kajal or Erba Pura because of this quality, so Aican is superior. Almaz is still my favourite by Kajal.

I tested this at the same time as testing Lamar. Lamar was an awful washing up liquid fragrance to me. Aican was by far the best of the two. This is a fragrance with a lot of depth. I don’t get any old lady vibes, shampoo or BO. Maybe this is just another fragrance that very much depends on the wearers chemistry, but to me this is quite addictive. It’s sophisticated, a little spicy, a little fresh, uplifting and sexy too. I mainly get the pineapple, passion fruit and ginger. I’ll need to test it for longer and see if it’s something I actually enjoy wearing, but so far I like it.

This is a lot different than what I expected: I would say this smells like a fusion of L'immensite with Loumari Porthole. In Brazil, we have a passionfruit juice concentrate called Maguary and this smells exactly like it (not a good memory lol). Passionfruit, ginger and pralines are the main trio here, making it somewhat effervescent/warm. I'd say this is not for the extreme high heat, but definitely for summer. Excellent performance, strong performance and lasts 10/11 hours. 7/10.

A very unique tropical fragrance due in part to the prominence of the passion fruit! There is also a creamy aspect that comes into play as you get into the drydown. I'm assuming it's from the vanilla & praline. The longevity and performance is there which is typical for Kajal offerings. I just recently got this and have lightly tested it, so I'll be eager to see how it performs when the weather is warmer. I anticipate it will work wonders in the heat and become a summertime staple.

Just a hint, after a couple days contrasting skin vs paper with Aican I can confidently advise you not to rely on how it smells off paper. Very citrusy, refreshing, and unfortunately similar to Vibrato ON PAPER. Since you won't rock this on paper, try ON SKIN! Much fruitier, sweet, tropical. It will take some time (for the paper one) to get there, and I doubt many will keep the paper for over 20-30min when testing this anywhere.

Tropical vibe with class. It has an undertone similarity to Erba Pura. I mean kinda-ish. Or maybe its just me. The first 10 minutes you will get a juicy passion fruit scent that will automatically transport you to vacation mode. Its good but for me, if you have any kind or variation or in the same relm of a fruity basket aroma this will be completely redundant. Try it on a 5 ml decant.

Wow, what a multi-fruit juice, it fits into the category of aromas that you want to taste. Bright passion fruit, pineapple, mango - exotic fruits in general. Yes, it is sweet, but the sweetness is not turned up to the maximum, at the same time you understand that the sweetness is chemical, it does not sound natural. Wow this is stunning. To me it reminds me of a blend of Vibrato and Dahab/ Erba Pura. Sweet but not overwhelming so since the ginger kicks in to tone it back a bit. Basically a fruiter Vibrato but very very nice. Going to get a full bottle in the future

Its a beast in silage and projection, very very strong smell. Starts with passion fruit, continues to go to a kind of schampoo smell not so nice then switches to a dryer praline smell very nice.

Love the opening, very juicy passionfruit very sweet, juicy and citrusy, but the dry down is all about the musk on my sking the same type on erba pura from xerjoff and its just so off putting

i can easily see why people say this smells like BO in the dry down. the fruity notes get a little 'sweaty' smelling after about an hour but still smells fantastic to my nose

I recently blind bought this perfume, and my first Kajal fragrance based on the hype from YouTube influencers, cause I was getting a bargain deal on discounter website. My honest review - I wanted to like, I really wanted to like this, but can't. I love the Tygar, Vibrato DNA, and while this is similar to that DNA, Kajal Aican smells really cheap, synthetic, and resinous. It smells like cheap plasticky candy, doesn't smell like a niche perfume but rather like a Middle Eastern dupe. However, I don't want to finalise my review at this stage. I will let it macerate and revisit this perfume in few weeks or months, hoping the resinous, plasticky, synthetic feel goes away, and the real beauty of this perfume reveals itself as it's supposed to be.

This is the "New" thing being pushed on YT, not many stockists in the UK but I bought a tester,plus one for myself, as the notes sounded right up my OH's street. So the good: It smells really good, you get the hit of the pineapple & mandarin straight away, sweetness but not overly sweet,you definitely need to "sniff" properly to get the ginger & pepper but they are definitely there. So all good so far? Except it's no more than a skin scent in an hour or 2 & double that time I'm not sure you could even say what it was! This is over £200/bottle in the UK & for that price I'd want & expect better so it's a No from this House.

Exclusively for people who are into very fruity fragrances. Fruit is perfectly balanced,nothing sticks out and you can smell every one of them. Aican is not my cup of tea but for people who like fruity and summery fragrances this can be 10/10

This is weird! Starts so fruity!! Then very peppery for 5 mins, then fruits reappear lol mixed with patchouli! Odd, not sure if I like it or not, I need to try it again !
