Sareef

Sareef smells absolutely gorgeous. A Woody, Mossy, "Poisonous"-Conifer and Vetiver fragrance. Sareef is a Dry- Etherial type of fragrance, Think fragrances like Lalique's - Encre Noire and while Sareef smells NOTHING like Encre Noir, it had that Dry/Dark/Etherial vibe going for it. Theres Barely any seeetnes if at all and smells very "Masculine". Truley a beautiful fragrance. My ONLY gripe about Sareef is thag it RRRREALLY lacks in the projection/sillage department. I mean Ill spray my neck and shirt quite heavily and while again, theres a "Deep, Darkness" to this scent, It just does NOT seem to project unless my body heats up and THEN ill be able to catch small whiffs of Sareef. Ive also asked co-workers what theyd thought about the scent and they practically have to put their nose right up to my neck or shirt to even smell it at all and thats no matter how much Id

I like this scent, even though it turns a little too-animalic on my skin for the first 30 minutes... Slightly reminds of Zoologist's Civet, but Sareef is quite herbal-animalic to me.. Notes displayed on this page do not match the fragrance at all. This is juniper/ cedar/ leather / nutmeg, on a base of patchouli / vetiver / amber. It is a beautiful, fresh, herbal, sparkly scent, and grows even more likable with time. Really nice!

Bought this at a great price so bought blind. Really impressed with this,, very green and herbacious with an animalic nature. It reminds me a bit of an animalic Amouage Epic Man. So if you like Epic and are not put off by a bit of anilmalics give it a try. It has beastly performance, so don't overspray, less is definitely more in this case, creates a stunning sillage. Of course being Kajal it also has a stunning bottle design.

almost identical to Nasomatto Absinthe, but better & super super unique, unisex, and can’t wait to test it in the heat! Sillage/Longevity is so much better as well. If you like Absinthe, buy this! And if you’re missing some wormwood/anise note, you can just apply a tiny bit of essential oil as a base, and there u go. HEAVEN

the best way to describe this perfume besides the obvious Absinth comparison is that anybody wearing or being close to it is a lucky individual. It's so so so so so so perfectly done, and stands out from all the ridiculousness that's been going on in perfumery. This is for the unique happy people.

Very fresh but I would say suitable for most seasons. Reminds me of something that I can’t quite put my finger on. Some similarities to Bois Imperial as well. Picked up for a fantastic price. Impressed. EDIT also very close to AAM Hirfah. Thank me later

Practically identical to Absinth by Nasomatto but it doesnt dissappear after 30 minutes. Only choice between the two without a doubt.

@GRAF summarised this by saying if you’ve smelt oriental or Middle Eastern fragrances, this DNA is nothing new and quite common. It’s similar to Tribute Blue by Afnan which is a fraction of the price, but not as smooth or well blended. It’s good, but because it’s similar to things I’ve smelt, it doesn’t wow me for that reason!

This is a nice warm weather scent with moderate longevity and moderate sillage/projection. It's not a new smell for me. If you are into arabic/oriental scents you've already smelled this. Similar scent with better performance : The Spirit of Dubai Abraj Most prominent notes are cedar, patchouli, bergamot, musk , soft leather and mild cashmeran, juniper and nutmeg. It leans to masculine scents imo. It's nice but very-very common in hardcore summery oriental scents.

Does anyone else get a cannabis note/accord? Very green and camphor-like. Not anything I'd wear or recommend but then again I hate herbal/green/piney scents.

Sareef is surely a strong perfume, defined by "gentleman". I begin by saying that I would wear it easily too,because it is truly a versatile fragrance, certainly resolute, but which on a woman gives sensuality and determination. The opening is slightly citrusy, and then immediately veers towards green shades and also reminds me of ground (I distinguish rosemary). In drydown it retains its firmness and strength. I really like him, he's vigorous, strong-willed, with great personality. So let's put the gentleman aside and let Tintoretto's Minerva, as beautiful as she is strong, wear it.

Literally almost identical to Absinthe from Nasomatto but better performance and the sweet part is way more addictive and appealing.
