Amber Aura

my actual fav perfume ever, not very complex but that’s the beauty of it!! amber and vanilla are the main notes i get, it dries down on my skin almost the exact same as it goes on. i can still smell it on me hours after using it. i put this on when i wake up and before bed! this scent is my girlfriends favorite on me too. 💘💘💘 i’ve tried to find other amber scents that i love as much as this one, and i always always go back to amber aura!!!!!

Simple and lovely. I kept getting whiffs of something gorgeous and remember I had sprayed this on last night. I got this for a steep discount at Marshall’s months ago and forgot about it. I need to reach for it more often! Not terrible unique, but it’s got a familiar white ambery-vanilla DNA, but has better lasting power than a few of its relatives. An easy reach and very likable for amber fans.

Nice scent- it starts off with a warm amber, and as it fades, it transforms nicely into warm floral. Definitely sits very close to the skin.

This is a pretty cedar-y vanilla. I like it.

Either I go anosmic almost immediately or it just doesn't project, but I've covered myself with this sample size and still feel like I can barely smell it. If I press my nose to the skin where I sprayed, I can detect it. It's warm and reminiscent (vaguely) of Curve Crush &/or Prerogative by Britney Spears, lactonic from the vanilla I guess, but not as sweet. I definitely don't need a full bottle but it was interesting to try.

Amber Aura opens very white-floral forward, to the point where the name feels a bit misleading. I’m not really picking up much amber at all—instead it leans sharp, intense, and almost overwhelming. The florals come across headachy rather than smooth, and the projection is strong enough that it’s hard to escape once it’s on skin. Overall, it feels more like a bold, overpowering white-floral than a warm, grounding amber scent, and it’s definitely not a comfortable wear for me.

Not a lot to bring home about honestly. The floral top note is very pointed and synthetic smelling, and it's only exacerbated by the cedar. In the end, and the frag smells confused, not a lot of harmony between the notes. You can see the potential as in dries down, but the loud floral top note overstays it's welcome and downs out the other notes. Overall, it's inoffensive.

Amber Aura (initially) definitely has similiar (not exact) DNA to MFK BR540. Actually that was my first impression even before seeing it here. However, I feel it's much more floral with amber and vanilla under tones. I also get some semblance of MFK Gentle Fluid Gold. Indeed this is a Beautiful Fragrance if you like amber florals. The dry down makes me think of Valentino's Donna Born in Roma.

I love this lol got the travel size from tj maxx last year and I became obsessed. To me it’s like a stronger glossier You. I’m in healthcare and can wear to work without offending anyone and got compliments the first time I did- one coworker asking if I was wearing glossier. If you like clean girl smells this is a great choice. Wish easier to buy but Mercari good place to buy from too.
