L'Eau Kenzo Boisee

First of all, besides being an Eau de toilette, wearers should bear in mind this is a Kenzo flanker. L’eau is all about freshness, an out-of-the-shower scent + clean laundry, and discreet silage. Eau Boisee is no different and I dare say it’s quite honest, it smells how it is marketed. I got compliments such as “you smell so good, what is it? lotion, shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, clean clothes, cologne?” because it smells exactly how a clean person who showers every morning should. Perfectly unisex, by the way. The dry down is a comfortable woody note - I guess cedar and not sandalwood due to the clean vibe to it, that blends well with the warmth from the ginger in the opening and the fruitiness from the bergamot. This is how I would like a Jo Malone cologne to last on my skin and clothes. Again, it certainly doesn’t reinvent the wheel but it smells SO GOOD. Too bad the 100ml is not available in Brazil, so I am stocking 50ml bottles.

I dont get why this hasn't garnered more hype on the fragsphere. It's about lovely light and refreshing summer pop. Sparkly lemony ginger with some lovely almost bitter woods. Truly a scent that is lovely to get a whiff off when the you move around. Like Dior Cologne but actually lasts and doesent end with fabric softener ending.

This is a very simplistic fragrance with above-average performance It has a relaxing vibe I Iike this fragrance easy to wear and kind of unique.

Just tested this today on my skin. Smells exactly what the notes say. Lemon citrus, ginger, wood... not complex, but pretty well balanced, and smells fresh and wonderful! I think ginger is underutilized in fragrances but this one has it in spades. I think it would work well for spring and summer in any outdoor daytime setting since it smells... bright. Going on hour 4, still has some projection within 1 foot. Hope it lasts longer. I'll say it's worth the price and I hope to add this to my collection soon... or get for my girlfriend since it is very unisex.

I like it but longevity is poor, lets give it a chance...Lemon is very realistic during the first 1-2 minutes, short-lived, then it goes more woody/musky close to the skin. I only get a strong ginger note on paper, not that prominent on skin. A little pricey for what you get but a nice fragance.

This is a nice fresh woody scent. Very long-lasting, surprisingly. Starts off with lemons and bergamot, very citric and fresh. But the star is the neroli and ginger combo, mixed with some light woody notes. Not groundbreaking, but very good and pleasant. And with good performance. I like it

Fresh, a bit fruity and spicy. Very nice. It smells really masculine but it’s not overbearing like many colognes out there. It’s elegant and sensual. It’s a shame that it doesn’t last long or project well.

lovely sweet ginger, a bit lipsticky, suitable for spring and fall, maybe mild summer. reminds me a bit of the old kenzo boisee homme or the latest dior homme sport. performance is above average. 7/10

I like it. Very nice and uplifting modern masculine scent. Can be worn almost year round and great for office / casual scent.

Its fine, ginger and citrus light fragrance. Doesn't last on my skin. I will use it but won't buy again.

It smells like any other sporty “fresh” masculine scent. Could be any brand. Close up it’s the kind of perfume that gives you a migraine because it’s just so... overconfident, whilst smelling merely mediocre at best. To be fair, I have very particular taste, but this... no. Gave it a shot. Not worth it.

in store this smells amazing, musky fresh ginger, but when i bought it i was so dissapointed. smells like cheap shampoo on skin, but at the same time it is very very sweet and medicinal. worst buy of the year for me

As a woman, I LOVE IT! Nothing special or ground breaking but clean, manly and yummy almost sexy but without any effort. This is a safe blind buy. Imagine a very handsome guy (20-45) who doesnt need to put effort to catch attention. A natural head turner guy who can have any woman he wants. Very addictive!

Very nice and easy to wear summer scent. Simple but surprisingly unique - zesty ginger and citrus notes, woody base. Remonds me very much of Dior Homme Cologne, but DHC is sharper and fresher, Boisee is tad sweeter and woodsier.

Surprisingly this is already available in Hungary. While Kenzo Homme Parfume 2022 is still not. So really sorry to say this but it is like hell. Terrible... Highly not recommended.
