Caffe Latte

So.. ....ok..... I opened this as soon as it arrived 3 days ago.... I was really unsure about it and slightly disappointed as initially I kinda just smelt liquorice type scent that came over as very masculine and heavy to me ... I thought about selling it or returning it to seller. HOWEVER I put the bottle back in its box and left the lid off as thought let it breathe... (also sometimes I question if my ‘nose’ is broken as I don’t get what a lot of other people say they get from fragrance’s) Only 3 days gone by... I wasn’t patient I know ... Welll.......plot twist...😃 It now is giving straight Muscovado brown sugar sticky scent, NO liquorice it has GONE, in stead it’s replaced with a deep brown sugar almost on verge of molasses but not as salty... moscovado. On the verge of coffee note but not actually coffee bean. Giving More like unrefined natural sugars with some biscuit type scents. I’m my mind I realised what I am now smelling ‘Gipsi Tarte’ aka Treacle Tarte. (which if not from UK is a brown sugar cream tarte open top fondant pie.... I love it nostalgically as we used to have at school on special days) To my nose / IMO. ‘Cafe Latte Khadlaj smells just like treacle gipsi tarte but with a perfume air of clean lactones. Also now tried a layer of ‘Vanilla Cream Khadlaj’ on top and it is almost like the ‘Treacle Tarte now has a scoop of gorgeous vanilla ice cream on it’ 😃 so happy

True to its name and its notes, this is an absolutely beautiful, thick, enveloping perfume. It smells exactly like what you'd hope from something called Caffe Latte: creamy, nutty, comforting, dense (but still somehow airy and not cloying). The coffee note is well blended (so I can see why some people miss it), but is for sure evident (so I can see why some people find it strong/black), and to me is perfectly utilised in the perfume. The almond note is DELICIOUS. It's properly almondy, not cherry-adjacent, not powdery (for once) and fits seamlessly into the fragrance. It adds richness and depth without stealing the show. Everything here is very well blended. Though it's easy enough to describe at a glance, when you pay attention, there’s a subtle niche quality beneath the surface. It’s more complex than it feels, and this means it smells expensive. I love love love this perfume. (Once it transferred onto my dog, and everyone who cuddled her at my house was completely enchanted and kept wanting to sniff her, including small children. She still smelled good the next day. Sorry poochie!). Notes *it's in the more milky bianco latte territory compared to similar frags with this DNA *If you don't like gourmands, you probably won't like this

Reviewing this out of the box. I haven't let this one macerate fully. This is an amazing clone of Amore Caffe, the opening feels a bit more sweet and is slightly weaker projecting than the Mancera. It is an absolute banger considering I only paid ~26.5 USD for it. Worth every penny for people who love scents in the likes of coffee with milk and freshly baked pastries. If you're a man, your girl will love this one if she likes coffee. If you're a woman you can absolutely rock this too, this is straight up unisex. Overall the reviews here are mixed, but I decided to trust the opinion of FB Fragrances, and I ain't disappointed. I'd pay double for this one if I had to, but I greatly appreciate the lower price tag. It's weaker, yes, but I say just spray more or respray and still pay less than for Mancera. Maybe if it macerates, it will gain strength, but out of the box it does require one or a few more sprays than the OG. Rock on Khadlaj, this is a banger. It has matured for over one month, and it has gotten stronger and less synthetic in the opening. Since I shower in the morning, wearing it a day before I can feel it the next day on me after i wake up

I already have high hopes for this gourmand monster and boy oh boy my expectations is spot on... To begin with,the presentation is quite disappointing,just a simple thin cardboard...but the bottle clearly have a hefty weight to it and the bottle really gives off "expensive bottle of a gourmand bomb" So the smell,when i said it is a gourmand bomb i really meant it...this thing is so strong,the first second i opened it out of the box the smell already radiated my nostrils...but no worry this type of smell will have a hard time to make you feel dizzy...on my behalf i could smell super powdery vanilla and freshly brewed ground coffee...in a shorter note it's just a full experience sitting in a caffe sipping a cup of latte...BUT here is an interesting twist,not many people,almost none have point it out that its kinda smell like a bubble tea...to me it's leaning towards bubble tea more than coffee Final verdict...i love this smell and as a man,this thing will make your woman wants to sniff you all day long cause this monster lasts a very long time,3-4 sprays and you got the whole day covered...9/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

This stuff is killer. It's hard to distinguish some of the notes cuz it's so well blended, but I get the almond, the coffee, the lactonic vibe, and the vanilla. The note breakdown I've seen everywhere lists vanilla and ice cream in the heart, but the box lists amber, liquorice, white flowers in the mid. Some have said that they pick up liquorice in it, but I don't get any of that. This smells like a good quality clone of Mancera Amore Caffe. I feel it is unisex. It projects beastly starting off than after 30 minutes I'd say moderate, but still strong. I catch whiffs all day. Longevity is really good. I can still smell it on my shirt over 12 hours later. If you like gourmands of this style with almond, coffee, milk, and ice cream sweetness, then you'll dig this. I'm really impressed by this fragrance with what I paid for it.
