Cashmere Sunshine Musk

I absolutely adore this fragrance! I almost don’t want people to know about it so that the price doesn’t go up or it doesn’t start to become difficult to find. It is so surprising to me how there could be completely different notes from what the nose picks up. This according to the notes has no vanilla or even fruity notes. However, this comes off sweet to me. Almost like if there was a little bit of delicate fruits, not citrusy or acidic fruits, but sweet fruits, combined with vanilla and yes, there’s absolutely a salt component, but to me it’s almost like sea salt, like the smell of the ocean when you’re sitting by it. I can’t begin to describe it because the aromas and the notes balance and blend together so beautifully which I think is what makes a perfume amazing when no particular note stands out like a sore thumb. Sort of how like some people don’t like cilantro, but they may eat a dish that has cilantro in it and find it delicious. Or how you can’t enjoy just a teaspoon of pure salt, but if your food is lacking in salt you can definitely tell and a little bit of salt makes all food delicious. Kind of like that, all the notes need to marinate together to create one beautiful, harmonious fragrances, and that is what this is to me. I was surprised to see that the notes said citrus and floral because that is not really what I’m getting and a lot of times that can come off quite like a punch in the face. Especially if there’s no softer note like vanilla or caramel or something like that to soften it. This is such a beautifully blended almost reminds me Of Baby milk, baby formula with some flowers and fruits and it’s just creamy with a tiny bit of salt and just absolutely delicious. It’s not a gourmand, but it comes off a little bit gourmand dish to me in the sense that it makes me wish I could taste it. It makes me wish I could eat it. I already have a back up bottle on the way and may consider even buying a second back up bottle that’s how much I love this stuff. The only thing that I would change is that I wish it could be a little bit just a little bit stronger. I have to spray this one a lot, but the little bubble that is created around me makes me so happy. I don’t even care if other people can’t smell it Update: it lasts and is stronger now that I’ve had it for almost 4 weeks. I’m noticing a lot of middle eastern fragrance house perfumes can smell too faint and too weak upon arrival. They do get stronger. But the scent is still beautiful!

Beach-y. Solar. Animalic. at my nose : salty. No salt note listed, but it IS salty. Solar, yellow creamy florals : gardenia and neroli prominently. The mix smells a bit like ylang. A slightly fresh/green opening : there is citrus but it’s not really citrusy for me. There is a kind of ozonic note that evokes beach/ocean to me, without being sunscreen-like at ALL. I don’t know what this is, maybe the blend of the different notes together. The drydown is still creamy and floral, a bit sweet, and musky. personal thoughts : It’s sexy, feminine, solar, enveloping, warm – and gooood it’s potent ! Don’t overspray. Amazing scent trail, projects a lot. Eternal on clothes, very long lasting on skin. Beautiful on a skin that gets warm (summer, exercise) : the creamy, musky tone...mmh. Some people could find the saltiness + musk too harsh : I can understand. But it’s a vibe, and I love it : I love animalic notes as well. Be aware if you don’t like « dirty » musks. If you like perfumes in the Vanilla Powder (Matière Première) DNA – minus the coconut - you may appreciate this. It reminds me this profile a LOT, but I personally prefer Cashmere Sunshine Musk because there is no coconut. This is what makes it special to me : beach vibe x 1000 but not in the sunscreen type. Another one that is pretty similar is Fatal Embrace by Paris Corner; salt/yellow florals/creamy underground mix, the difference is Sunshine Cashmere Musk has a (slightly animalic) musky undertone, and Fatal Embrace has vanilla instead. Between the two, my favorite is Cashmere Sunshine Musk all the way. I expect this one to become more « round » over the time : I have my bottle for ~ a month. the vibe : a hot day, maybe all the afternoon on the beach; sunshine on your clean, but sweaty skin, that is glowy and warm; there is an ozonic, salty fresness of water near... you hear the ocean, you’re feeling good and relaxed, you can smell florals in the air. This is one of those fragrances that instantly puts you in a good mood. It smells like sunshine, warm skin, and a soft ocean breeze wrapped in a cloud of sweetness. There's something really carefree about it - like spending a summer afternoon by the water with the sun glowing on your skin. If you've tried Paco Rabanne Olympea, the resemblance is hard to miss. Sunshine Musk follows that same sweet, salty, musky path, but it feels a little less deep. The rich vanilla and amber combination that gives Olympea its creamy, almost goddess-like quality isn't prominent here, so the scent comes across brighter and more straightforward. But where Sunshine Musk really shines is in its performance. This stuff lasts and lasts. It projects beautifully, leaves a noticeable scent trail, and pulls compliments with very little effort. Every time I wear it, someone seems to notice. The overall feeling is warm, radiant, and effortlessly pretty. Think sun-drenched days, golden light, beachy air, and that carefree confidence that comes with summer. It's not trying to be the most complex fragrance in the room- it's just here to smell amazing, get noticed, and make you feel good.

Omg i cant belive i havent left a review for this fragrance i had gotten it ealier this year and all i have to say this is a beautiful fragrance its reminds me of being back in california and im at the beach theres bushes of flowers everywhere and a cool breeze where you can smell the salt in the air from the ocean its sweet and salty and very floral easy for a man or women to wear not sure if id wear this in the winter but im going to try it its been a while since i worn it i simply loved this perfume in the summer to keep its strong but not terribly overpowering people will most definitely notice and at the dry down the saltyness of the fragrance calms down and a cashmere note just sings too me man i love cashmere whole reason I gravitated towards this perfume cant wait to pick up the sibling one day even though rose isn’t always my thing (cashmere warm oud)

So beautiful. So soft. So bright. I kept sniffing myself and smiling like I had a secret the sun whispered to me. This one makes me feel cozy, comfy, and completely at ease—as if I just stepped out of a warm shower, and slid into my favorite robe. After the initial spray, I went outside in 90-degree heat and whew—it blasted my nose in the best way. I literally said out loud, “OMG I love this.” It’s like sunshine and heat dancing together on my skin—so nice, so sweet, so me. This scent is the feeling of sunlight filtering through curtains. It’s fresh like newly washed sheets and fabric softener. Wear When You Want To Feel: Like the sun kissed your shoulders, like the breeze loves your skin, like your whole aura is glowing and everyone can feel it without you saying a word.

This is a love for me. You need to like salty notes for this one. It's not listed but it's definitely salty. I dont really see the comparison to Olympea otherwise. The ginger flower stands out in Olympea giving it that vanillic soapyness. Cashmere Sunshine Musk has zero soapyness rather it's a warm hug from your favorite person while wrapped in your favorite blanket that's fresh out of the dryer while napping in 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.

It’s so nice, I love it since my first sniff.

This is awesome long lasting, powerhouse.

This perfume is mutant and not linear. On the first blast I get a very green citrus note, it actually has the texture of a green citrus being pealed. From that initial blast and in the first 10 min you get more of a salty (powdery) and green citrus accord. Maybe the saltiness and powderiness come from the musk and amber in the base with those green and zesty citric notes on the top. THEN... The fragrance becomes sweeter and sweeter and sweeter... as we move into the heart and the base of the fragrance. The spikiness turns into roundness. In the heart and the base the fragrance still has that salty/powdery aspect but has supporters of a sweet and balsamic flower (I think the Gardenia) - it's like a Turkish delight type of sweetness but with a white flower instead. I have Sunshine Musk for only 2 months so I'll update in the future.

lol absolutely mind blowing how widely different we perceive this scent! Below was a suggestion that it smells like Fursan by Khadlaj, but I get absolute 0 of that. I was hoping for a woody-musky scent with some salt. But it is VERY floral. Orange blossom is super present and so as jasmine. So those are the loudest and then you do have some woodiness and saltiness on the background. Flowers are also not going away. So make sure you really love those before blind buying. That said, I also don’t see it as nuclear or way too intense scent like some mentioned below. It has a good longevity and projects at arm length, but not really choking you or people around you. And it is very pleasant, just quite far from my expectation of the beach walk in cold weather.

Close to Olympea in the opening, but Olympea has a vanilla base that makes it more wearable. This one tho has a white floral and musk base, and barely any sweetness. The dry down is linear and the musk feels just a little sharp/dirty. Overall, a good fragrance that has beast mode projection and longevity! If you’re not a fan of Olympea don’t get this one, because it’s even more salty 🧂

I just got this perfume, yesterday to be precisely. Upon first few sprays in the box, this has a scent dna in line with Fursan White/ Vanilla Powder. I like it. I will check in again once it sits for couple of months.

There is something about this fragrance that I just don’t like, the citrus mixed with woody dry down with a salty vibe it is just not great for me. I’ve not written it off yet and have set it aside to see how it develops- one thing I can say is that this is a strong long lasting fragrance that lasts for days on clothes. Bottle is heavy and looks expensive and the packaging is lovely.

I got it, thinking it would be similar to Olympea, no, nope, nahhh!!! Not a bad fragrance, but the musk is a tad too metallic smelling along with the citrus notes, it ruined it for me, I could not love it. My sister loves it tho.

Just got this and it basically smells like Ajwad by lattafa. I was expecting something closer to Olympea. I am going to let it sit and hope it evolves, but I am very disappointed.

It's not my type of fragrance, so it's hard for me to evaluate. For me, it's too sharp and salty. Definitely a year-round fragrance.

Yuck. Funky musk dry down that so many Arabic perfumes have. Not for me.

Solution Found! This perfume doesn't play around—it has serious presence. However, in my opinion, it's not well-balanced. Aside from the salty note that I love, the rest is quite sharp and not sweet at all. But just when I was about to give up on it, I discovered its potential to be absolutely stunning when layered! To give it an Olympea vibe, it definitely needs sweet and fruity notes. Here's the recipe for a perfume bomb—apply in your favorite spots: 1 spray of Cashmere Sunshine Musk 3 sprays of Mango Punch by Paris Corner 3 sprays of either Éclair by Lattafa or Nila Vani-Elle This combination is incredibly sensual and mesmerizing—just like a flanker of Olympea. This is a sensual bomb! I’m totally addicted! Update: After about 2 weeks, this is now much smoother and sweeter. Lovely by itself as is. Starting to grow on me. So unique!

The smell is so strong that I don't consider it parfume. For me parfume is as song and this is like sound of bomb. Out of decent proportion. So laud that is practically unwearable. People would run away..And I am strong parfumes lover. I am going to use it as room scent. On curtains it smells good. Update: After few months its actually very good and I like it a lot. But it needs time.

This is an airy version of Mancera Roses Vanille. For roughly, ~$30 it's not bad, but the scent profile has already been used for so many fragrances...i.e Xerjoff K’bridge Club, Tiziana Terenzi Delox, Montale Intense Cafe, Montale Roses Musk, and other klones. It's not unique or a salted vanilla dupe of Olympea as suggested by YouTube perfume influencers. Be advised! ❤️

Beautiful Musk scent. Light airy and breezy. I find it similar to Fursan by Khadlaj as well, minus the coconut which is pronounced in the dry down. Overall Sunshine Musk is pleasant and I think will do well as a layer scent to amplify.

Soft, beautiful and feminine. I find it similar to many scents with top notes of citrus, mid floral notes and base notes of amber , musk and/or vanilla. Another excellent creation from Khadlaj.

This smells like a cross between roses vanilla and MFk gfg .. it’s smooth cozy and long lasting.. successful blind buy for me 🙂 Nothing like olympea which I own
